A presente pesquisa busca compreender a elaboração de um discurso institucional sobre arte em Goiás no período de 1990 a 2012, a partir dos agentes envolvidos nos museus e galerias de arte do Estado, e os artistas em destaque e circulação neste circuito artístico. Para tanto, retomo alguns processos históricos e políticos vinculados à construção de Goiânia apresentando o projeto de modernidade com o qual Goiás envolveu-se na criação de suas primeiras instituições culturais e artísticas. Esse discurso foi contraposto, durante os anos 90, por uma nova produção que promoveu um intenso trânsito pelo país através de salões, prêmios e exposições. Diante deste panorama, a partir da década de 2000, observa-se a entrada de alguns agentes nas instituições artísticas pesquisadas e o processo de incorporação da produção contemporânea que desencadeiam. Ao operarem a legitimação de artistas e obras, eles, concomitantemente, realizam sua própria legitimação dentro do circuito e, por conseguinte, a institucionalização da arte contemporânea no Estado. Para proceder o exame das questões modernas e contemporâneas proponho como chave interpretativa a ideia de continuidade, mais que de ruptura. Como suporte metodológico foi usado o paradigma indiciário para análise dos dados coletados como exposições e/ou salões, agentes envolvidos e em trânsito por estas instituições e os artistas e obras que são incorporadas aos acervos museológicos da região, demonstrando um movimento direcionado mais no sentido do deslocamento. / This research attempted to understand how the people - from the agents involved in the museums and art galleries in the state to the artists who were prominent in this artistic circuit - elaborated an institutional discourse about art in Goiás in the period between 1990 and 2012. In order to do that, I retook historical and political processes related to the construction of Goiânia by introducing what was the project of modernity with which Goiás became involved on the creation of its first cultural and artistic institutions. These discourse was rejected by a new production that promoted an intense displacement through the country in awards and exhibitions during the nineties. Some agents entered the researched artistic institutions and unleashed the contemporary production incorporation process from the year 2000 because of this scenario. At the same time that they operated the legitimacy of artists and works, they held their own legitimization within the circuit; as a result, they legitimated the institutionalization of contemporary art in Goiás. I propose the idea of continuity rather than a rupture as a interpretation key to conduct the examination of these phenomenon related to modern and contemporary issues. The methodological support was based on the evidence paradigm for data collected analysis such as the exhibitions, the agents involved and in transit through the institutions, and the artists and works that are incorporated into museum collections in the region, affirming a movement that is more directed towards displacement.

For Martin Winckler, physician and writer, writing becomes the context and the motivator of his search. Writing - traces in a tangible space fills the void of the missing authenticity this man longs for in his drive to write, his urge to tell his story. In studying the relationship between Marc Zaffran, Martin Winckler and the fictitious character Bruno Sachs, there will be an opportunity to discover the presence of writing - a presence that carries within it that which the writer covets the most: the authority to write. Moreover, while studying Martin Winckler's three novels La Vacation, La Maladie de Sachs, and Les Trois médecins within the framework of his autobiographical works Légendes and Plumes D'Ange, this dissertation will have as its goal the discovery of "writing" as an independent agent. It is a presence that shows itself in different ways in the texts. yet unites as a whole to become the manifestation of its own
legitimate authority.
This thesis will begin with an extensive introduction based on thorough research. The textual study of Martin Winckler's works will be founded on a close reading and a linguistic and semiological exploration of these texts, all the while relying on contemporary autobiography theory. The study of Martin Winckler's texts is the discovery of writing that seeks to be investigated and discovered in such a way as to include the close connection between the act of writing, the written word and the person who writes.

The legitimation of Sweden's Arms exports : A content analysis of Swedish media and politicians framing of Sweden's Arms exportsJernberg, Simon January 2018 (has links)
This thesis aims at deepen our understanding of the Swedish arms exports, especially the relationship between the spoken words of politicians and actual policy outcome. The research question for the thesis is “To what extent do specific frames deployed by the media and politicians about the character of the importing state, the type of arms exported, the inter-state relationship and the economic interests lead to a legitimation crisis in an arms exporting nation which ends arms exports and military cooperation?” This thesis is especially looking at Swedish arms deals with Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Thailand. In a content analysis of the Swedish media and politicians, and by using theories of legitimation and framing, the thesis analyses how these frames can affect the legitimation of an arms deal, and explaining different policy outcomes. The analysis shows that the most common frame to use to frame a receiving country or an arms deal negatively is to frame the character of the importing state in negative terms and also connect the arms exports to the regime in the receiving country. On the other side, to defend an arms deal it is most common to frame it as an economic interest that are of national interest. Lastly, the thesis can show that the Swedish arms deal with Saudi Arabia created a legitimation crisis, which was not the case for the deals with Thailand and South Africa, and this can help us understand why the military cooperation agreement between Sweden and Saudi Arabia was ended.

O processo de sucessão nas empresas familiares é bastante estudado na administração. Nesse trabalho aborda-se essa questão pela ótica das mulheres sucessoras em empresas consideradas de ramos preponderantemente masculinos, fazendo-se assim uma análise da perspectiva do feminino. Com o objetivo de investigar os elementos que explicam o processo de legitimação das mulheres sucessoras em empresas familiares, assumindo a perspectiva da própria sucessora, dos sucedidos e dos funcionários familiares e não familiares. Por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa, buscou-se com estudos de casos múltiplos caracterizar as empresas em análise quanto ao ramo de atuação, estrutura e posicionamento no mercado; descrever o processo sucessório de cada empresa estudada; descrever o processo de preparação das mulheres sucessoras para assumirem a direção nas empresas analisadas; identificar os principais desafios, dificuldades e os conflitos vivenciados pelas mulheres sucessoras ao longo de suas trajetórias nas empresas; analisar o processo sucessório e a legitimação das sucessoras na perspectiva dos funcionários e gestores familiares e não familiares. Os resultados do trabalho demonstram que as mulheres sucessoras estão legitimadas nos cargos de direção, embora tenham enfrentando diversos obstáculos tanto no que diz respeito ao processo de sucessão como à barreiras de gênero. As mulheres sucessoras construíram suas carreiras ao longo dos anos, ao lado dos pais sucedidos ou em outras empresas; não tiveram disputas pelo poder com irmãos ou outros parentes do sexo masculino; algumas não foram a primeira opção dos sucedidos, mas a capacidade e profissionalismo superaram a questão de gênero na determinação do sucessor para as empresas aqui estudadas. / The process of succession in family businesses is well studied in administration. In this paper, this issue is approached from the standpoint of women successors in companies considered to be predominantly male, thus making an analysis of the feminine perspective. With the objective of investigating the elements that explain the process of legitimizing successor women in family businesses, assuming the perspective of the sucessor woman herself, succeded and family and non - family employees. Through a qualitative research, it was sought with multiple case studies to characterize the companies in analysis as to the branch of performance, structure and positioning in the market; describe the succession process of each company studied; describe the process of preparing the successor women to take the command in the companies analyzed; identify the main challenges, difficulties and conflicts experienced by women successors throughout their trajectories in the companies; analyze the succession process and the legitimacy of successors women from the perspective of family and non-family employees and managers. The results of the study show that successor women are legitimized in management positions, although they face several obstacles both in terms of succession process and gender barriers. Successor women have built their careers over the years, alongside of their parents or in other companies; They did not have power struggles with siblings or other male relatives; some were not the first choice of successors, but the capacity and professionalism overcame the gender issue in determining the successor for the companies studied here.

APROPRIAÇÕES E COMÉRCIO DE TERRAS NA CIDADE DE CACHOEIRA NO CONTEXTO DA IMIGRAÇÃO EUROPEIA (1850-1889)Gimeno, Alejandro Jesus Fenker 18 July 2014 (has links)
This work, which is linked to the Research Line Integration, Politic and Frontier from
the Graduate Program in History of the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria
(UFSM), searches to understand how the appropriation of lands in Cachoeira do Sul
took place in the nineteenth century. Then, it aims to answer questions related to the
Land Act law of 1850, and the legitimation of arising possessions. To accomplish this
work, we used as source the Parochial Land Registers, the processes of legitimation
from possessions and books of Transmissions and Notes regarding to Cachoeira do
Sul in the second half of the XIX century. The analysis showed that the legitimation
was part of the privatization process of forest lands. Besides, they were subject of
buying and selling that constitute an active trade of lands on the surroundings of the
Colônia de Santo Ângelo. This process of commercialization involved a group of
merchants, which were associated with each other and converged to the figure of the
Notary from the city of Cachoeira. / O presente trabalho, que está vinculado a Linha de Pesquisa Integração, Política e
Fronteira do Programa de Pós-Graduação em História da Universidade Federal de
Santa Maria (UFSM), busca, primeiramente, compreender como se deram as
apropriações das terras em Cachoeira do Sul no século XIX para, em seguida,
responder as questões ligadas a aplicação da Lei de Terras de 1850, e as
legitimações das posses decorrentes. Para realizarmos esse trabalho utilizamos
como fonte os Registros Paroquiais de Terra, os processos de legitimação das
posses e os Livros de Transmissões e Notas referentes à Cachoeira da segunda
metade do século XIX. A análise das legitimações evidenciou que se tratou de parte
do processo de privatização de terras florestais, as quais foram alvo de compra e
venda que constituíram um ativo comércio de terras nos arredores da Colônia de
Santo Ângelo. Tal processo de comercialização de terras envolveu um grupo de
comerciantes que associava-se entre si e convergiram em torno da figura do
Tabelião da cidade de Cachoeira.
