La seguridad en la cadena logística es un tema importante en el mundo del comercio internacional. Los intentos de robo, ocultamiento de drogas y otras sustancias son cada vez más complejos y los métodos descubiertos indican que los traficantes vigilan los mercados lícitos e identifican las empresas que no cumplen con medidas de seguridad y control, para actuar a través de ellas. Han aparecido diferentes iniciativas que se enfocan en promover el desarrollo y la aplicación de mecanismos de seguridad efectivos que permiten la prevención ante delitos en el comercio internacional. Uno de ellos es BASC (Business Alliance for Secure Commerce) alianza empresarial internacional que promueve un comercio seguro con apoyo de gobiernos y organismos internacionales. Sin embargo, aún son pocas las empresas certificadas en nuestro país. Esto podría deberse a la falta de información de los operadores de comercio exterior, respecto a los beneficios que podrían obtener al certificarse con esta entidad. El deseo por saber del impacto de esta certificación en las empresas asociadas conllevó a que la presente investigación cualitativa se realice a uno de los sectores económicos más importantes del Perú, el sector textil - confecciones. Fueron nueve las empresas evaluadas con oficina en Lima Metropolitana y que mantienen su certificado BASC por más de cinco años, es decir que cuentan con un sistema de gestión maduro. Se descubrió que la certificación BASC sí tiene un impacto positivo en la seguridad del producto de exportación. Sin embargo, no es el causante principal para elevar el valor de las exportaciones ni el factor decisorio para incrementar el número de clientes. Respecto a este último punto, se descubrió que son los clientes quienes exigen que las empresas implementen un sistema de gestión en control y seguridad. Lograr esta solicitud, ha generado que las empresas alcancen relaciones de largo plazo con sus clientes. Incluso, en algunas ocasiones ha contribuido para cerrar negociaciones importantes con nuevos compradores, donde uno de los requerimientos fue justamente cumplir con los requisitos mínimos de seguridad, los cuales se pueden implementar gracias a BASC. / Security in the logistics chain is an important issue in the world of international trade. Attempts at theft, concealment of drugs and other substances are increasingly complex and the methods discovered indicate that traffickers monitor licit markets and identify companies that do not comply with security and control measures, to act through them. Different initiatives have appeared that focus on promoting the development and application of effective security mechanisms that allow the prevention of crimes in foreign trade. One of them is BASC - Business Alliance for Secure Commerce -, an international business alliance that promotes safe trade with the support of governments and international organizations. However, there are still few certified companies in our country. This could be due to the lack of information from foreign trade operators, regarding the benefits that could be obtained when certified with this entity. The desire to know the impact of this certification on the associated companies led to the qualitative research being carried out in one of the most important economic sectors of our country, the textile sector - confections. Nine companies were evaluated with an office in Metropolitan Lima and that maintain their BASC certificate for more than five years, that is, they have a mature management system. It was discovered that the BASC certification does have a positive impact on the safety of the export product. However, it is not the main cause to raise the value of exports nor the decision factor to increase the number of customers. Regarding this last point, it was discovered that customers demand that companies have a management system in control and security. Achieving this request has generated companies to achieve long-term relationships with their customers. Even, on some occasions, it has contributed to close important negotiations with new buyers, where one of the requirements was just to comply with the minimum-security requirements, which can be implemented thanks to BASC. / Tesis

La globalización, el impacto de la lucha contra la evasión internacional (BEPS, entre otros), así como la creciente preocupación por la corrupción e informalidad dieron impulso a la Administración Tributaria para replantear una disputa que mantenía con los gremios empresariales, la Norma XVI. Esta norma fue suspendida hasta su reglamentación por otorgar demasiadas facultades a la Administración, vulnerando el principio de estabilidad jurídica. No obstante, los recientes superintendentes de la Administración Tributaria estuvieron dispuestos a terminar y publicar el reglamento para poder ejercer dicha herramienta y combatir la evasión y elusión fiscal. Por ello, el presente trabajo de investigación pretende demostrar que la simulación fiscal tiene un impacto significativo en la determinación del Impuesto a la Renta de las MYPEs del sector publicitario del distrito de Miraflores. Asimismo, comprobar que la misma vulnera la representación fiel de los estados financieros y que las MYPEs de dicho sector están altamente dispuestas a ejercer la simulación fiscal. El presente trabajo empleó una investigación mixta, dado que se aplicaron instrumentos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Por un lado, para la investigación cualitativa, se realizaron tres entrevistas a profundidad a expertos tributarios que compartieron sus conocimientos sobre el tema en estudio, y además aplicamos dos casos prácticos. Por otro lado, la investigación cuantitativa se basó en la ejecución de treinta encuestas realizadas a los representantes de las MYPEs del sector publicitario del distrito de Miraflores. / Globalization, the impact of the fight against the international evasion (BEPS, and others), also the growing concern about corruption and informality gave momentum to the Tax Administration to reconsider a dispute kept with business associations, the XVI norm. This norm was suspended until its regulation because it gave many faculties to the administration, violating the principle of legal stability. However, recent superintendents of the tax administration were disposed to finish and publish the regulation to use this tool and fight against fiscal evasion and elusion. The present investigation pretends to prove that tax simulation has a significant impact in the income tax calculation of the MYPEs of the advertising sector of Miraflores district. Furthermore, to verify that tax simulation violates the faithful representation of the financial statements and MYPEs of this sector are highly willing to exercise tax simulation. The present work used a mixed investigation due to the appliance of qualitative and quantitative tools. On one hand, for the qualitative research, three individual interviews with tax experts that shared their knowledge over the study theme, in addition to the analysis of two practical cases. On the other hand, the qualitative research is based on thirty surveys for the representatives of the MYPEs of the advertising sector of Miraflores. / Tesis

Al sur de Lima Metropolitana se encuentra el valle del río Lurín, sobre los distritos de Lurín, y Pachacamac. Declarado ultimo valle verde de Lima, este valle se muestra como un espacio que ha resistido el avance de la mancha urbana que consumió otros valles como el del Rímac o Chillón. ¿A qué se debe esta resistencia? Para responder a esta pregunta se lleva a cabo una investigación en el marco del proyecto de investigación Perisud entre los años 2008-2013. En ella busca demostrar la nueva identidad de los espacios periurbanos a la luz de teorías recientes que cuestionan la vieja dicotomía urbano-rural. Con este fin, pone en realce los nuevos intereses y visiones para construir ciudad en las periferias aún rurales de grandes ciudades en los países del sur. Visto a la luz de estas teorías surge preguntar si es realmente el valle del río Lurín el último valle verde de Lima, o, por el contrario, es una muestra de cómo se construyen los nuevos espacios periurbanos. / Tesis

En la presenta investigación se busca determinar la correlación entre las variables Apoyo Organizacional Percibido y Compromiso Organizacional en una institución privada de Lima. Se utilizó una muestra representativa de 135 asesores telefónicos de una empresa de Telecomunicaciones, la cual estuvo conformada por un 56% de mujeres y un 44% de hombres, la edad promedio de ambos sexos fue de 24 años de edad, el 73% ha nacido en Lima, el 26% en provincia y el 1% en el extranjero. Asimismo, se empleó la escala de Apoyo Organizacional Percibido de Eisenberger (1986) y la escala de Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen (1991). En esta investigación se concluyó que efectivamente el apoyo organizacional percibido y el compromiso organizacional presentan una relación positiva. La permanencia de un colaborador en la empresa dependerá de la percepción positiva de apoyo organizacional y la conformidad con el trabajo. Asimismo, si la persona tiene una percepción negativa de apoyo organizacional es muy probable que se sienta disconforme con su trabajo y por ende, abandone su puesto. / The present research seeks to determine the correlation between the variables Organizational Support Perceived and Organizational Commitment in a private institution in Lima. A representative sample of 135 telephone advisors from a Telecommunications company was used, which was made up of 56% of women and 44% of men, the average age of both sexes was 24 years of age, 73% was born in Lima, 26% in province and 1% abroad. Likewise, the Eisenberger Perceived Organizational Support scale (1986) and the Organizational Commitment scale of Meyer and Allen (1991) were used. En la presente investigación se realizó un estudio sobre la losa aligerada en la autoconstrucción de los sectores C y D de Lima con la finalidad de identificar el mejor sistema constructivo de losa aligerada para aplicarse en la autoconstrucción de viviendas unifamiliares. Esto tiene su origen a partir de una problemática actual que se tiene en la autoconstrucción de viviendas unifamiliares de Lima, especialmente en la losa, la cual no tiene una adecuada asesoría lo que genera deficiencias estructurales, de calidad y de costo. Esta investigación desarrolla los tres sistemas de losa aligera con más demanda en la actualidad: el sistema convencional, el sistema de vigueta pretensada y el sistema de vigueta tralicho. Posteriormente, se realizó una evaluación técnica y una evaluación económica de cada sistema en viviendas de los distritos de los Olivos y San Martin de Porres. En la evaluación económica se elaboró un presupuesto para cada sistema con precios actualizados y se tomó en cuenta todas las partidas que intervenían en cada sistema. Al comparar los tres sistemas se concluyó que la mejor alternativa de losa aligerada es el sistema de vigueta pretensada, ya que este representa un ahorro de costo directo de 12% frente a los otros sistemas, 33% de ahorro en tiempos de ejecución, mejor calidad en el acabado del fondo de losa y una mejor resistencia del concreto (350 kg/cm2). Como recomendación principal es importante empezar a utilizar sistemas constructivos innovadores que generen beneficios económicos, pero que sobretodo garanticen viviendas seguras. / In the present investigation a study was made on the lightened slab in the self-construction of sectors C and D of Lima with the purpose of identifying the best construction system of lightened slab to be applied in the self-construction of single-family homes. This has its origin from a current problem that is in the self-construction of single-family homes in Lima, especially in the slab, which does not have adequate advice which generates structural deficiencies, quality and cost. This research develops the three slab systems lightens with more demand at present: the conventional system, the prestressed joist system and the tralicho joist system. Subsequently, a technical evaluation and an economic evaluation of each system were carried out in dwellings in the districts of Los Olivos and San Martin de Porres. In the economic evaluation a budget was elaborated for each system with updated prices and all the items that intervened in each system were taken into account. When comparing the three systems, it was concluded that the best lightened slab alternative is the prestressed joist system, since this represents a direct cost saving of 12% compared to other systems, 33% savings in execution times, better quality in the finish of the slab bottom and better concrete strength (350 kg / cm2). As a main recommendation, it is important to start using innovative construction systems that generate economic benefits, but above all guarantee safe housing. / Tesis

Se estudió la relación existente entre la calidad de vida profesional (apoyo directivo, carga en el trabajo y motivación intrínseca) y el aprendizaje organizacional (aprendizaje individual y grupal, y aprendizaje organizacional). La muestra (189 participantes (M = 26.78 años; DE = 5.86; 79% hombres), trabajadores de un restaurante de Lima (Perú). Los participantes respondieron a los siguientes cuestionarios: Escala de Calidad de Vida Profesional (CVP; Grimaldo & Reyes, 2014) y Cuestionario sobre las Dimensiones del Aprendizaje Organizacional (CDAO; Mayorca, Ramírez, Viloria & Campos, 2007). Los resultados demostraron una correlación positiva y significativa entre la subescala apoyo directivo del CDAO y las subescalas de la CVP-35: aprendizaje individual y grupal (r = .67; p < .001) y aprendizaje organizacional (r = .71; p < .001). La subescala motivación intrínseca del CDAO se correlacionó positiva y significativamente con el aprendizaje individual y grupal (r = .58; p < .001) y el aprendizaje organizacional (r = .61; p < .001) de la escala CVP-35. La subescala carga en el trabajo del CDAO se correlacionó significativamente con el aprendizaje individual y grupal (r = .34; p < .001) y el aprendizaje organizacional (r = .34; p < .001) de la escala CVP-35. En conclusión, en la presente investigación se ha encontrado que tanto la variable calidad de vida profesional y aprendizaje organizacional correlacionan positiva y significativamente. / The relationship between professional quality of life (managerial support, workload and intrinsic motivation) and organizational learning (individual and group learning, and organizational learning) were studied. The sample (189 participants (M = 26.78 years old, SD = 5.86, 79% men), workers from a restaurant in Lima (Perú), participants answered the following questionnaires: Professional Life Quality Scale (CVP, Grimaldo & Reyes , 2014) and Organizational Learning Dimensional Questionnaire (CDAO, Mayorca, Ramírez, Viloria & Campos, 2007).The results showed a positive and significant correlation between the CDAO management support subscale and the CVP-35 subscales: learning (r = .67; p <.001) and organizational learning (r = .71; p <.001). El objetivo general de la investigación corresponde a desarrollar un proyecto de rediseño del coliseo El Olivar para mejorar las condiciones actuales del mobiliario e infraestructura, que garantice un centro de alto rendimiento moderno y adecuado para el desarrollo deportivo e intelectual para los deportistas. Por otro lado, para los objetivos específicos, se buscará plantear soluciones a las deficiencias de la distribución actual y el tamaño de los ambientes dentro del coliseo, que dificulta el uso adecuado para los entrenamientos diarios de los deportistas, las diversas actividades con el público en general y las labores de los trabajadores de la Federación Peruana de Vóley. Además, se propondrá mobiliario adecuado para cada área del coliseo y el tipo de piso adecuado, lo cual permitirá que se cumpla adecuadamente las funciones de cada espacio. Incluso, se propondrá realizar mejoras de espacio y distribución en las actuales oficinas de la Federación. También, se planteará la implementación de nuevos ambientes como: dormitorios, áreas de estudio, áreas de relajo, lavandería, comedor y cafetería. La teoría está conformada por la explicación acerca de definir voleibol, deportistas, teoría del diseño de interior y los detalles de cada espacio del coliseo de voleibol. Se presenta una propuesta de un Colegio inclusivo que tiene como principales usuarios a alumnos regulares y alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). La idea principal es promover la educación inclusiva en el país a través de una arquitectura que responde a necesidades reales. De esta manera, el proyecto se convertirá en un referente. A su vez, se busca integrar a la comunidad a través de espacios compartidos. Donde no sólo los alumnos forman parte de ella, sino que se otorgan estos espacios a los vecinos de Manchay. Por otro lado, el énfasis del proyecto es el espacio de interacción social como potenciador de un desarrollo integral. Esto quiere decir que todos los ambientes están pensados para priorizar el confort del alumno, teniendo así, espacios flexibles que se adaptan a diferentes actividades. Por tal motivo, se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología, conceptos y énfasis. Tal es así que se ha analizado la situación educativa actual y las características del distrito y del terreno donde se encuentra ubicado el proyecto para poder determinar los criterios de diseño a utilizar También, se evalúa al usuario del proyecto para poder considerar sus necesidades y las actividades que realizan diariamente y de esta manera, poder definir el programa y las áreas del proyecto. Finalmente, con el diseño del proyecto se buscan reforzar varios factores determinantes en el aspecto educacional donde los alumnos puedan desarrollarse de forma óptima. Esto será fundamental para el futuro de la sociedad. A proposal of an inclusive School is presented that has as main users regular students and students with special educational needs (SEN). The main idea is to promote inclusive education in the country through an architecture that responds to real needs. In this way, the project will become a reference.
