La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la dependencia a sustancias psicoactivas y la conducta antisocial en adolescentes infractores de un Centro Juvenil de Lima Metropolitana. La muestra se conformó por 150 adolescentes infractores de sexo masculino, entre 15 y 18 años. Se analizó la evidencia basada en la validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos utilizados: Cuestionario CIE-10 de Dependencia y Escala de Conductas Antisociales de Otero. Se halló una correlación significativa entre la dependencia a las sustancias psicoactivas y la conducta antisocial. De igual manera, se encontró que la dependencia a sustancias psicoactivas correlaciona significativamente y de forma negativa con el nivel de estudios alcanzados y la edad de salida del hogar, mientras que la conducta antisocial se relaciona significativamente y de forma negativa con los niveles de estudios alcanzados. / The current study aims to determine the relationship between psychoactive substance dependence and antisocial behavior in teenage offenders residing in a Youth Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation in Lima. The sample consisted of 150 young male offenders between 15 and 18 years old. The psychometric variables (reliability and validity) were analyzed based on the following scales: ICD-10 dependence Test and the Otero’s Scale for Antisocial behaviors. The results showed that there is a highly significant positive correlation between psychoactive substance dependence and antisocial behavior. Also, psychoactive substance dependence was significantly and negatively associated with level of education and age of leaving home, and antisocial behavior was highly and negatively related to level of education. / Tesis

El objetivo de esta investigación fue estudiar la relación entre estilos de crianza percibidos y rendimiento académico, así como el rol mediador de la autoeficacia académica. La muestra fueron adolescentes escolares en Lima, Perú (N = 163; M = 13.99 años, DE = 1.60; 50.3% varones). Los instrumentos fueron la escala Mis Padres (Merino, 2009) y la Escala de Autoeficacia en el Rendimiento Académico (Cartagena, 2008). Para el rendimiento académico se consideró el promedio general del primer bimestre de 2016. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva y significativa entre compromiso parental (componente de estilos de crianza), rendimiento académico y autoeficacia académica, pero no se pudo probar el modelo de mediación. Finalmente, se presentan algunas reflexiones para futuros estudios. / The main goal of this study was to examine the relationship between parenting styles and academic performance, mediated by academic self-efficacy. The sample was composed by high school students of Lima-Peru (N = 163; M = 13.99 years old, DE = 1.60; 50.3% male). The instruments were My Parents (Merino, 2009) and the Academic Performance Self-Efficacy Scale (Cartagena, 2008). Academic performance was measured by using the average grade for the first term of 2016. Our results showed a positive and significant relationship between Parental Commitment (a dimension of parenting styles), academic performance and academic self-efficacy, but the mediation model failed. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo definir un sistema de control interno – Coso 2013 y su incidencia en la gestión financiera de tiendas comerciales de ventas al por mayor de prendas de vestir para lima centro, año 2017. Para llegar a eso, es necesario que las organizaciones identifiquen su ambiente de control, se realice una evaluación de riesgos y actividades de control, exista comunicación e información dentro de la organización y existan actividades de monitoreo; de esta manera, se llegará a una adecuada gestión financiera. El trabajo de investigación se encuentra divido en 5 capítulos: Capítulo I Marco Teórico, Se realiza una investigación del marco teórico necesario para analizar las diversas posturas de personas expertas en los temas de control interno y la gestión financiera en diferentes años que nos permitirá respaldar la investigación presentada. Capítulo II Plan de Investigación, Se explica el objetivo de la Investigación en donde se detallará la justificación, el planteamiento del problema, problema principal, los problemas secundarios, objetivos generales, objetivos específicos, hipótesis principal e hipótesis secundarias. Capítulo III Metodología del trabajo, Se presenta la metodología utilizada, en donde se definió la población y la muestra para las investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas y la validación con el Alpha de Cronbach. Capítulo IV Desarrollo de la Investigación, En este capítulo se verá el desarrollo de los resultados obtenidos en la metodología de la investigación y el caso práctico. Capítulo V Análisis del Resultado, Se trata del análisis de los instrumentos realizados y caso práctico. Se concluye con la validación de la hipótesis general y específica en base a los resultados obtenidos en las tablas cruzadas y chi cuadrado. / The objective of this research is to define an internal control system - Coso 2013 and its impact on the financial management of commercial stores for wholesale clothing sales for Lima center, year 2017. To achieve this, it is necessary that organizations identify their control environment, perform a risk assessment and control activities, exists communication and information within the organization and there are monitoring activities; in this way, an adequate financial management will be achieved. El presente trabajo de investigación está pretende demostrar la influencia de la toma de decisiones financieras en la rentabilidad de las empresas productoras y comercializadoras de helados artesanales, ubicadas en Lima moderna durante el 2017. Con esa finalidad, se usó la unión de los diversos conocimientos aprendidos durante la etapa universitaria y el ambiente laboral, en temas de contabilidad y finanzas; realizando la investigación bajo los conceptos de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera y el respectivo análisis financiero. Asimismo, con el fin de validar la hipótesis principal, se utilizó un enfoque mixto para la investigación, el cual incluye recolección y análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Para la obtención de datos cualitativos se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a dos tipos de profesionales, expertos en temas financieros y a experimentados conocedores del sector heladero. Mientras que las encuestas fueron realizadas a diecisiete empresas heladeras de helados artesanales, en sus diferentes presentaciones como helados artesanales clásicos, soft y paleta. De igual forma, se presentó el caso práctico de la heladería “Dulce Tentación”, en el cual se utilizaron tres tipos de análisis. Entre ellos están el análisis horizontal y vertical; el análisis de ratios y el flujo de efectivo. Con lo cual, se corroboro que la información obtenida en el trabajo de campo sustenta la hipótesis principal, afirmando la relación entre la toma de decisiones y la rentabilidad de las empresas antes mencionadas, no logrando determinar si el impacto es positivo o negativo, pues ello depende de diversos factores como la ubicación del negocio, el producto y el servicio al cliente. / The present research work is related to show the influence of financial decision making in the profitability of production and trading companies of handmade ice creams, located in Modern Lima during 2017. Whit this purpose, it has been used the union of diverse knowledge learned during college and the work environment, in topics like accounting and finance; conducting the research under the concepts of the International Financial Reporting Standards and the respective financial analysis. Also, in order to validate the main hypothesis, it was used a mixed approach for the research, which includes collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. For the collection of qualitative data, in depth interviews were performed to two types of professionals, experts in financial matters and experienced people in the ice cream sector. While the surveys were conducted to seventeen ice cream companies of handmade ice cream in its different presentations as classic, soft and popsicle ice cream. Similarly, the case study of the "Dulce Tentación" ice cream was presented, which three types of analysis were used. Among which are, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratios and cash flow. With this, it was corroborated that the information obtained in the field work supports the main hypothesis, affirming the relationship between decision making and the profitability of the aforementioned companies, not being able to determine if the impact is positive or negative, because It depends on several factors such as the location of the business, the product and the customer service. / Tesis

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo identificar los factores de éxito que aumentan la probabilidad de que una pequeña empresa en Lima, logre convertirse en mediana empresa en el sector agro-industrial. La investigación comprende un levantamiento de información en una muestra representativa de empresas medianas del sector en estudio, que en sus inicios fueron pequeñas empresas, mediante entrevistas a profundidad. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los factores de éxito más relevantes para lograr la transición son: el valor agregado (23%), el control y almacenamiento de inventarios (18%) y la calidad constante (21%). Cada factor de éxito se divide en sub-factores, para los que se identifican las buenas prácticas implementadas, las cuales se estandarizan utilizando la metodología de Gestión por Procesos. Como resultado, se propone un modelo de éxito y un conjunto de procedimientos que recogen las buenas prácticas identificadas, los que son evaluados mediante la metodología de juicio de expertos, obteniendo una calificación favorable en todos sus aspectos. Como conclusión, se determina que si las pequeñas empresas agro-industriales en Lima replican el modelo e implementan las buenas prácticas estandarizadas, incrementarán la probabilidad de convertirse en medianas empresas. / The objective of this research is to find out what are the success factors that make a small company become a medium-sized company in the agro-industrial sector in Lima. The research began with a survey of medium-sized agribusiness companies that were once small. The results obtained show that the most relevant success factors to achieve the transition are the added value (23%), control and storage of inventories (18%) and constant quality (21The factors found are divided into sub-factors, for which the good practices implemented are identified, which are standardized using the Process Management methodology. As a result, we propose a success model and a set of procedures that reflect the good practices identified, which are evaluated using the expert judgment methodology, obtaining a favorable rating in all its aspects. In conclusion, it is determined that if the small agribusiness companies in Lima replicate the model and implement standardized good practices, they will increase the probability of becoming medium-sized companies. / Tesis

El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional es una investigación basada en fuentes primarias y secundarias, cuya finalidad es evaluar la influencia del Sistema de Costeo ABC en la Gestión Empresarial de las Mypes textiles comercializadoras de merchandising de Lima 2017. En el primer capítulo, está compuesto por el Marco Teórico, el cual es necesario para analizar las diversas interpretaciones y puntos de vista de los expertos en el tema, que permitirá validar el análisis y diagnóstico relacionados con el sistema de Coste ABC y su influencia en la Gestión empresarial. El segundo capítulo, se relaciona con el planteamiento del problema, en el cual se desarrolla la justificación del tema en investigación bajo la coyuntura actual. Asimismo, se trabajarán los objetivos para dar solución a los problemas propuestos y validar la hipótesis del presente trabajo. El tercer capítulo, se presenta la metodología escogida para sustentar la postura respecto a la presenta investigación. El cuarto capítulo, consiste en el desarrollo del caso aplicativo de la empresa L&N S.R.L, asimismo, se desarrolla la aplicación de los instrumentos y resultados obtenidos según la metodología escogida para la investigación, el cual respaldara la hipótesis a sustentar. Finalmente, el quinto capítulo desarrollará el análisis de los resultados cualitativo y cuantitativo, a fin de emitir las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales respecto al presente trabajo de investigación. / The present Work of Professional Sufficiency is a research based on primary and secondary sources, whose purpose is to evaluate the influence of the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system in the Business Management in the textile Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE and MYPE for its spanish acronyms) dedicated to the merchandising business in the year 2017 in Lima. The first chapter is composed of the theoretical framework, which is necessary to analyze the diverse interpretations and points of view of the experts in the subject; this will allow validated the analysis and the diagnoses related to the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system and its influence in the business management. The second chapter is about the approach of the problem where the justification of the present research under the current conjuncture is developed. Likewise, the definition of the objectives for solve the proposed problems and the validation the hypotheses of the present work are considered as part of this section. The third chapter, the methodology to support the position regarding the present investigation is presented. The fourth chapter consists of the development of the applicative case of the company L & N S.R.L, as well as the application of the instruments and the results obtained according to the methodology chosen for the investigation, which will support the hypothesis of the present work. Finally, the fifth chapter will develop the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results in order to issue the final conclusions and recommendations in this research work. / Tesis

Se presenta una propuesta de un Centro Deportivo Recreacional de carácter público que tiene como principales usuario los niños y jóvenes en formación educativa en la urbanización de Manchay. La idea principal es incluir los deportes en la parte formativa del estudiante con la finalidad de mejorar no sólo físicamente sino social e intelectualmente. A su vez, se busca incluir deportes populares y no tan populares que requieren de mayor infraestructura deportiva. Por otro lado, uno de los principales conceptos de diseño utilizados en el proyecto es la eco/sostenibilidad, se plantea una arquitectura amigable con el medio ambiente, con el fin de cuidar el ecosistema y educar al usuario. Además, se considera espacios flexibles donde se pueden generar distintas actividades en una misma área. Por tal motivo, se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología, conceptos y énfasis. Asimismo, se ha analizado la situación actual deportiva a nivel internacional, nacional y del departamento de Lima y las características del distrito y el terreno donde se encuentra ubicado el proyecto para poder determinar los criterios de diseño a utilizar. Adicionalmente, se evalúa al usuario del proyecto, para poder considerar sus necesidades y las actividades que cotidianamente realizan para definir el programa y las áreas del proyecto. Finalmente, con el diseño del proyecto se busca reforzar una serie de variables psicológicos que son aspectos claves que se desarrollan en la vida cotidiana e importante para el desarrollo. A través de la educación física, los niños expresan su espontaneidad, fomenta su creatividad y le permite conocer, respetar, valorarse a sí mismo y a los demás. Además, se busca fortalecer los lazos sociales del distrito, generar un polo deportivo en la zona y que permita incentivar el futuro posicionamiento de otros equipamientos deportivos. / A proposal of a Recreational Sports Center of a public nature is presented that has as main user children and young people in educational training in the urbanization of Manchay. The main idea is to include sports in the formative part of the student in order to improve not only physically but socially and intellectually. In turn, it seeks to include popular sports and not so popular that require more sports infrastructure. On the other hand, one of the main design concepts used in the project is the eco / sustainability, an environmentally friendly architecture is proposed, in order to take care of the ecosystem and educate the user. In addition, flexible spaces are considered where different activities can be generated in the same area. For this reason, a theoretical, conceptual framework and the study of referential projects of typology, concepts and emphasis have been developed. Likewise, the current sporting situation at the international, national and departmental levels of Lima and the characteristics of the district and the land where the project is located were analyzed in order to determine the design criteria to be used. Additionally, the project user is evaluated, in order to be able to consider their needs and the activities they carry out on a daily basis to define the program and the project areas. Finally, the design of the project seeks to reinforce a series of psychological variables that are key aspects that are developed in daily life and important for development. Through physical education, children express their spontaneity, foster their creativity and allow them to know, respect, value themselves and others. Es de gran importancia incrementar la cobertura de servicios de agua y alcantarillado en el Perú, según datos del INEI - 2018, la cobertura de agua potable a nivel nacional es 89.4% y del sistema de alcantarillado es 72.8%, por tanto la brecha a cubrir es grande. Las dificultades que se presentan en la ejecución de las obras de saneamiento son evidentes, razón por la cual no se culmina o se extienden los plazos contractuales, según el Plan Nacional de Saneamiento 2017-2021, estos problemas se deben a: deficiencias en el expediente técnico, problemas de ejecución de obra, temas sociales y deficiencia financiera. En este caso se presenta una propuesta para evaluar la ejecutabilidad de las partidas contractuales, a través de la implementación de un área técnica que se encargará de revisar los alcances del expediente técnico aprobado, contrastando esta información con la realidad de la obra, de igual manera determinará las incompatibilidades, a la vez presentará soluciones técnicas, las cuales serán evaluadas económicamente, al final el área técnica indicará si es viable la ejecución de esta solución. El desarrollo de esta propuesta mitigará los gastos operativos fuera de los plazos contractuales, debido a que se viabilizan actividades contractuales que diferían con el expediente, se disminuye el tiempo de ampliación de plazo y se generan sustentos sólidos para solicitar reconocimiento de gastos. Del análisis de costo beneficio se concluye que el monto de inversión para crear el área técnica es menor al gasto que se genera por la ampliación de plazo. / It is very important to increase the coverage of water services and sewage system in Peru, according to data from INEI-2018, the drinking water coverage nationwide is 894% and the sewerage system is 72.8%, therefore the gap to be covered is large. The difficulties that arise in the execution of the sanitation works are evident, which is why the contractual deadlines are not culmin or extended, according to the National Sanitation Plan 2017-2021, these problems are due to deficiencies in the technical file , problems of work execution, social issues and financial deficiency. In this case a proposal is presented to evaluate the executability of the contractual items, through the implementation of a technical area that will be in charge of reviewing the scope of the approved technical file, contrasting this information with the reality of the work, in the same way will determine the incompatibilities, at the same time it will present technical solutions, which will be evaluated economically, in the end the technical area will indicate if the execution of this solution is viable. The development of this proposal will mitigate the operating expenses outside the contractual deadlines, due to the fact that contractual activities that differ with the file are viable, the time for extending the term is decreased and solid livelihoods are generated to request recognition of expenses. Con la mejora económica de los últimos años, las mascotas, en el Perú, sobre todo los perros, se han convertido en un miembro más de las familias, a tal punto de ser considerados como hijos. El tener un perro en casa demanda responsabilidades que, en el entorno peruano, involucra que se cuente con los recursos económicos para asumir eventualidades, en caso de emergencias. Es allí donde nace esta propuesta, de dotar un seguro médico a los perros. En esta investigación, se obtuvo información de reconocidos profesionales en el campo de la medicina veterinaria, y se analizaron experiencias de otros países, acerca de seguros de atención médica para perros. La información hallada demuestra la viabilidad de la propuesta, aplicada en este caso en los distritos de La Molina, Miraflores y Santiago de Surco, en Lima, zonas donde se ha registrado una amplia actividad veterinaria, y una tendencia creciente de la humanización de los perros. Esta tendencia ha generado la posibilidad de hacer negocios, no solo en el campo cosmético o de la moda, sino, principalmente, en la salud «del mejor amigo del hombre». Por ello, se plantea el seguro médico para perros, que puede implementarse a partir de un marco legal existente, sin que esto afecte la capacidad económica de manera seria, de los dueños de los perros, con el apoyo de una de las principales compañías de seguros del país. / With the economic improvement of recent years, pets, in Peru, especially dogs, have become a member of families, to such an extent that they are considered “children”. Having a dog at home demands responsibilities that, in the Peruvian context, involves having the economic resources to assume eventualities, in case of emergencies. This is where this proposal was born, to provide medical insurance for dogs. In this research, information was obtained from recognized professionals in the field of veterinary medicine, and experiences from other countries were analyzed, regarding medical care insurance for dogs. The information found demonstrates the feasibility of the proposal, applied in this case in the districts of La Molina, Miraflores and Santiago de Surco, in Lima, areas where there has been extensive veterinary activity, and a growing trend of the humanization of dogs. This trend has generated the possibility of doing business, not only in the cosmetic or fashion field, but mainly in the health of “the best friend of man”. Therefore, medical insurance for dogs is proposed, which can be implemented from an existing legal framework, without affecting the economic capacity in a serious way, of the owners of the dogs, with the support of one of the main companies of country insurance. / Tesis

El presente proyecto profesional se basa en la situación actual que afrontan las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector hotelero en Lima metropolitana, ya que actualmente se encuentran limitadas a su crecimiento en el mercado. Para ello, a partir de las revisiones literarias, el desarrollo de la propuesta se basó en la aplicación de la Gestión por Procesos, con el fin de diseñar, definir y organizar los procesos existentes dentro de un hotel, y así optimizar el nivel de servicio, además se establecen los procedimientos, indicadores, recursos, controles y formatos necesarios para el proceso específico de la Gestión Logística. El proyecto cuenta con cinco capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se tiene un estado del arte lo cual es una recopilación literaria de artículos, algunos casos de éxito, revisión de normativas peruanas para una mype y el detalle de los conceptos más importantes. En el segundo capítulo, se presenta el diagnóstico de la situación actual, descripción de la problemática y el planteamiento de la hipótesis. En el tercer capítulo, se desarrolla la propuesta de un Modelo para la Gestión logística. En el cuarto capítulo, se exponen los resultados obtenidos de la validación por indicadores de logro, validación por expertos y evaluación de impactos del proyecto. Y finalmente, en el quinto capítulo, se muestran las principales conclusiones y recomendaciones a futuro. Como conclusión del proyecto, se determinó que el presente modelo es factible para ser implementada en las micro y pequeñas empresas del sector hotelero de Lima metropolitana, para que así estas logren el desarrollo y puedan brindar un mejor servicio al cliente. / The present professional project is based on the current situation that micro and small enterprises (MSEs) face in the Hotels of Metropolitan Lima city because they are currently limited in their growth in the market. For this, from the literary reviews, the development of the proposal was based on the application of Process Management, in order to design, define and organize the existing processes inside a hotel, and thus optimize the level of service. In addition, the procedures, indicators, resources, controls and necessary formats are established for the specific process of Logistics Management. The project has five chapters. In the first chapter, it has a state of the art that is a literary compilation of articles, some success stories, a review of Peruvian regulations for a MSE and the detail of the most important concepts. In the second chapter, the diagnostic of the current situation, description of the problem and the hypothesis statement are presented. In the third chapter, the proposal of a Model for Logistic Management is developed. In the fourth chapter, the results obtained from the validation by indicators of achievement, validation by experts and evaluation of project impacts are presented. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the main conclusions and recommendations for the future are shown. As a conclusion of the project, it was determined that the present model is feasible to be implemented in the MSEs in the hotel sector of Metropolitan Lima city, by this way they can achieve development and provide a better service for the client. / Tesis
