Através da construção do conceito de natureza humana, desenvolvido pelo lingüista (modelo sugestivo), há uma importante mediação entre linguagem e política. A metodologia de Chomsky constitui um vigoroso esforço para construir a mediação da ação humana, relacionada com o socialismo e a liberdade. A linguagem, ligada ao conhecimento humano, espelha propriedades essenciais do espírito. A reflexão epistemológica suscitada pela análise da linguagem, apesar de seus contrapontos técnicos, a exemplo da ciência lingüística, alimenta uma abrangência filosófica que se ramifica nos campos da ética, da filosofia política e estética, chegando até mesmo a uma teoria social. Assim, Chomsky propõe um princípio auto-realizador criativo, inerente à espécie / Abstract: The present work attempts to investigate the political conceptions of Noam Chomsky's philosophy of language. Through construction of human nature concept developed by the linguist (suggestive model), there is an important mediation between language and politics. Chomsky's methodology constitutes a vigorous effort to build a mediation of human action related to the socialism and to the freedom. The language linked to human knowledge reflects the essential properties of the spirit. The epistemological reflection raised by the analysis of language, despite its technical counterpoints, such as the linguistic science, feeds a philosophical range with ramifications in the fields of ethics, political philosophy and aesthetics, even coming to a social theory. Esta pesquisa, a partir de uma breve contextualização, analisára o debate sobre as concepções de linguagem presentes no escrito característico da segunda fase de Wittgenstein as Investigações Filosóficas (1953), e seguindo com uma proposta de análise desde a significação, será analisada a possibilidade de apreender a funcionalidade da linguagem e verificar suas implicações numa possível relação entre representação da realidade e existência. Com efeito, serão focados pontos em que argumentos apresentados nas Investigações Filosóficas se destacam como relevantes para a sustentação da relação entre o argumento da linguagem e a representação da realidade. Trata-se, portanto, de uma reconstrução do pensamento do segundo Wittgenstein a respeito dessa temática delimitada, cujo propósito é avaliar a coerência interna do quadro argumentativo nas Investigações Filosóficas / Abstract: The second phase of the philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein presents some criticism of the ontological basis, the optimum accuracy and philosophical analysis of his earlier stage of the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus (1921). This research, from a brief background, examine the debate on the concepts of language present in writing characteristic of the second phase of Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations (1953), and following a proposal from the significance analysis, we will analyze the possibility of grasp the functionality of language and its implications check a possible relationship between representation of reality and there indeed. Will be focused on points that arguments presented in Philosophical Investigations stand out as relevant to support the relationship between the argument language and the representation of reality. Orientador: Lauro Frederico Barbosa da Silveira / Banca: Rodolfo Arruda / Banca: Maria Eunice Quilici Gonzalez / Resumo: O presente estudo pretende demonstrar de modo geral e simplificado com base na teoria Semiótica de Peirce, como é possivel se analisar e descrever dispositivos legais, aqui propostos os artigos vetados do novo Código Florestal Brasileiro, buscando de certa forma trazer à luz suas ambiguidades, vaguezas, lacunas e ideologias subssumidas pelos textos. Para isso, abordamos o conceito de Linguagem proposto por Geraldi, passaremos pelo modelo comunicativo de Jackobson e adentraremos a Linguagem Jurídica, demosntrando o jogo inter-relacional da Semiótica como uma metalinguagem do Direito - sua Linguagem Objeto. Esta visão ficará mais clara logo em seguida, onde abarcaremos o estudo da Semiótica proposta por Peirce, que tem por objetivo o estudo dos apectos essenciais de todas as espécies de fenomenos produtor de significação, aqui o Direito; e por fim, traremos o estudo de caso com a análise e descrição semiótica dos artigos vetados do novo Código Florestal Brasileiro/2012, que nos demontrará como tais artigos, dependendo de seu conteúdo material, assumem as posturas supracitadas. / Abstract: The present study intends in a general and simple way, based on Peirce's Semiotic Theory, to demonstrate how it is possible to analyse and describe legal dispositives, here consisted of the articles of the Brazilian Forestal Code, trying to turn manifest the ambiguities, gaps, ideologies subsumed under the text. In order to proceed in this intent we will present Geradi's concept of Language, and passing by Jackobson's communicative model, we will arrive at the Juridical Language, trying to establish the inter-relational playing between Semiotic as a Metalanguage of Law, while Law plays the role of Object-Language. In the following step, the assumed standpoint will become clearer with our approach of Peirce's Semiotics, whose aim is the study of the essential aspects of every kind of phenomena productive of signification, here represented by Law. Finally, we will proceed to a study of case through the semiotic analysis and description of the interposed articles of the new Brazilian Forestal Code, 2012, that will demonstrate that such articles, depending of their material content, assume the above mentioned postures. / Mestre

A pergunta, por não inovar os termos nos quais é posta, já teve contra si opostas diversas respostas. Para ensaiar uma mais, o caminho seguido parte dos estudos acerca da linguagem. Desde que a linguagem é tomada como constituinte da sociabilidade, ficam prejudicadas as teorias do sujeito, se essas forem centradas na figura ausente ao sistema que propõem descrever, em torno da qual se estabiliza em univocidade o processo de significação. O atomismo lógico tampouco indica saída ao problema, pois pressupõe a figura do olho que olha apenas para fora, vê apenas projeções fixas correspondentes de figuras da realidade também inertes, no esquema de fotocópia ou espelhamento, em que não há lugar para discutir o método de cópula de um plano a outro, do projeto à construção. De outro lado, a dissolução de qualquer perspectiva de normatividade - ou seja, a posição de um modelo que não funciona, pois nega qualquer estabilidade em favor da mudança aleatória da posição dos termos - serve apenas para reforçar a dinâmica corrente sob uma discussão que, ao girar em falso, perde o pé da sociabilidade. Vistos sob essa luz, os movimentos ocorridos no direito, mesmo que iluminados por prismas diversos, respondem a essas questões. Nesse quadro, a legitimação da utilização de precedentes no Brasil como favor à racionalidade, ao atingimento de pa... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Which could be the meaning of the adoption, by the Brazilian law, of the resolution technique that involves binding precedent to current decisions? The question, that do not innovate the terms in which it is called, has had several answers opposed to itself. To test one more, the path taken follows the studies on language. Since the language is taken as a constituent of sociability, theories of the subject are damaged if centered on the absent figure from the proposed system description, around which can be stabilized at the univocal the meaning process. The logical atomism does not indicates any output to the problem either, because it assumes the figure of the eye that looks just out, sees only the corresponding fixed projections of reality figures also inert in a photocopy or mirroring scheme, where there is no place to discuss the method of copulation of one plane to another, from the design to construction. On the other hand, the dissolution of any normative perspective - i.e., the position of a model that does not work because it negates any stability in favor of random changes of the position of terms - only serves to reinforce the current dynamic under discussion when loses the foot of sociability. Seen in this light, the movements in law philosophy, even if illuminated by various prisms, answer these questions. In this framework, the legitimacy of the use of precedents in Brazil as a favor to a rationality, to the achievement of an advanced level in which the plurality of socially attributed meanings must be restricted to make way for centralization of authority of the legal system in courts, to which access is restricted, is not tributary to the conception of law as unity, but means the unification of access to the possibility to mean the practice that is named legal / Mestre

Ligada à questão da essência da verdade, a reflexão heideggeriana sobre a obra de arte se elabora a partir de uma retomada da expressão grega alétheia. A fim de apresentar tal noção como uma intuição fundamental que orientará o percurso filosófico de Heidegger, nossa investigação perpassa os desenvolvimentos da "Ontologia Fundamental" de Ser e Tempo (1927) ao contexto da viragem (Kehre) de seu pensamento (1930), onde se situa o tema da arte. Nesta direção, procuramos abordar nos textos estudados, como Heidegger desenvolve suas reflexões acerca desse tema, principalmente no ensaio A origem da obra de arte (1935-36), onde o filósofo nos apresenta, juntamente com a questão da essência da linguagem e da poesia, as noções diretrizes de sua concepção ontológica da obra de arte, que por sua vez, diverge das teorias tradicionais da Estética Filosófica. / Abstract: The present dissertation aims to approach the theme of art in Martin Heidegger. Linked to the question of the essence of truth, the heideggerian reflection on the work of art is elaborated from a resumption of the Greek expression alétheia. In order to present such a notion as a fundamental intuition that will guide Heidegger's philosophical route, our investigative path runs through the developments of the "Fundamental Ontology" of Being and Time (1927) to the context of the turning (Kehre) of his thinking (1930), where the theme of art lies. In this direction, we try to approach in the texts studied, as Heidegger elaborates his reflections on this theme, mainly in the essay The Origin of the Work of Art (1935-36), where the philosopher presents us, together with the question of the essence of language and poetry, the guiding notions of his ontological conception of the work of art, which in turn, diverges from the traditional theories of Philosophical Aesthetics. / Mestre

Seus textos sobre educação, sobre o jogo, sobre o brinquedo e sobre o teatro infantil fazem parte de uma rotina assistemática de delimitação desse princípio. Por meio deles, foi possível visitar um panorama mais amplo e determinante em sua obra, daquilo que está na relação entre experiência e transmissão. Desde os primeiros textos de juventude até as consagradas Teses sobre o conceito de história (1940), o problema da transmissão e de sua plasmação como experiência esteve sempre preso à construção de uma filosofia da história crítica do historicismo e emancipadora do destino e da culpa. Justamente por estar sempre trabalhando na fronteira entre a transmissão e a construção da história, Walter Benjamin desenvolve uma peculiar teoria da experiência. É, exatamente, ela que problematiza a relação entre tempo e linguagem: seja com a tradição filosófica, seja com o mundo moderno capitalista. Para compreender esse desenvolvimento assistemático e entrecruzado de sua teoria da experiência fizemos - como talvez ele o fizesse - uma experiência com seus textos. Nesta, aparece-nos um Benjamin que dá um passo fora da dialética, mas, no entanto, em favor dela. A experiência, para ele, é necessariamente devedora do modo como opera a transmissão. E a transmissão, devedora de um trabalho de velamento sobre um furo de sentido arcaico na linguagem e na cultura que determina o modo como experimentamos o tempo historicamente vivido. A transmissão se apresenta, assim, como o nexo temporal da experiência. Esse nexo não se funda em relações de causa e efeito, é um nexo de culpa. É nesse sentido que Benjamin pode ver com um bom olhar político a pobreza de experiência da vida moderna. Dentro daquilo que chamou de nova barbárie demonstra uma experiência que pode redimir nossa dívida com o passado. É um truque que salva aquilo que foi excluído e abre as possibilidades de um presente vivido na concretude do desejo. Essa posição com relação à experiência e ao tempo, Benjamin viu na infância, assim como na tarefa revolucionária. Elas têm o poder de consolidar um nexo que não se institui, que não faz necessário, que faz do mais arbitrário o mais legítimo. As Jornadas de Junho de 2013 fazem jus a essa experiência. Terminamos e começamos esta tese com elas.

A partir da identificação deste âmbito ontológico-lingüístico da ação humana, representadas pela tríade agir/sentir/pensar, demonstraremos como a linguagem representa a realidade a partir da afiguração. Através de contextualizações e aproximações das teorias wittgensteinianas com noções filosóficas tradicionais busca-se demonstrar a inovação do método wittgensteiniano e suas possibilidades de aplicação ao exercício filosófico contemporâneo. / Abstract: We have tried to delimit the ambit of the human's interaction with the reality starting from the linguistic theory expresses in Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus and in the Philosophical Investigations. Starting from the identification of this ontological-linguistic ambit of the human action, represented by the triad to act/to feel/to think, we will demonstrate as the language it represents the reality starting from the representation. Na sua leitura destaca-se a figura dos interlocutores, cuja história e modo de vida estão inscritos nesse complexo suporte de texto. A qualidade dialógica do material pesquisado se estende à abordagem da própria pesquisa, tal como concebida por Bakhtin na área das Humanidades. Geradas e preservadas pelas práticas culturais disseminadas de escrita e leitura em nossa sociedade, as cartas pesquisadas, cento e setenta e nove no total, são focalizadas na perspectiva da História Cultural. De sua leitura, emerge ainda a possibilidade para reflexões acerca da escrita de si, isto é, da escrita epistolar como material autobiográfico. Questões da temporalidade também emergem da leitura do material e remetem a estudos de filósofos como Paul Ricoeur e Peter Pál Pelbart, entre outros. / Abstract: Personal letters, written in different times and places, compose the material object of this study. By reading them, stands out the figure of their interlocutors, whose history and way of life are registered in this complex support of text. The dialogical quality of the investigated material is spread out to the approach of the inquiry itself, such as conceived by Bakhtin, to researches in the area of the Humanities. Produced and preserved by the cultural disseminated practices of writing and reading, that take place in our society, the investigated letters, hundred and seventy nine in the total, are focused in the perspective of the Cultural History. By reading them, another possibility for reflections is brought up, which is, the reflexive writing, or, the epistolary writing as an autobiographical subject. Questions of temporality also emerge in the reading of such material, and lead us to studies of philosophers like Paul Ricoeur and Peter Pál Pelbart, among others. / Mestre

Em caso afirmativo, através de que formas a Filosofia poderia se expressar? Como parece haver, na tradição filosófica Ocidental, uma vinculação necessária entre a Filosofia e a linguagem verbal, temos como objetivo repensar as práticas filosóficas dentro da universidade e analisar a potencialidade de pensamentos existente em diversos formatos de pensar. Inicialmente apresentamos as contribuições de uma abordagem inter/multidisciplinar para a Filosofia, de modo a apontar o paradigma da complexidade como um recurso apropriado para investigar problemas filosóficos da contemporaneidade. Entendemos que o paradigma da complexidade tem se delineado de forma a proporcionar uma virada na Filosofia que extrapola o domínio da linguagem verbal. Como um estudo de caso, discutimos características centrais da Filosofia brasileira no contexto da universidade pública. A partir da caracterização da Filosofia na universidade brasileira, analisamos os limites da linguagem verbal como forma de expressão de pensamentos. Por fim, discutimos o potencial de formas não verbais na reflexão filosófica, analisando suas contribuições e limites para o desenvolvimento de um filosofar genuíno. / Mestre

O silêncio é aqui assumido em duas categorias: (1) ausência, que representa o não dizer, e (2) excesso, que compreende a sobreposição que a palavra instaura sobre o silêncio ou sobre outras palavras. Essas relações dialéticas e complementares fazem do silêncio, mais que um apagamento das vozes do discurso, um procedimento de instauração da heterogeneidade. Sustentada na Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, discutiu-se o processo de constituição dos sentidos como movimento, do qual participa(m), o(s) silêncio(s), a palavra e a relação dialética entre eles, tendo como objetivos: (a) Identificar e discutir a existência de indícios (internos e/ou externos ao texto) que remetam o leitor para o silêncio; (b) discutir relações entre operações metaenunciativas, relações intertextuais e o texto escrito; c) no universo de textos selecionados da produção borgeana, apontar algumas especificidades do texto literário escrito enquanto configuração específica de silêncio(s) como procedimentos de instauração de heterogeneidade mostrada. Discutiram-se ainda as relações entre silêncio, autoria e funções do autor e do leitor, aspectos diretamente ligados às concepções e ao fazer estético da obra borgeana. Quanto a esta última, buscou-se caracterizá-la como um jogo dialético entre diversidades de silêncios, heterogêneos, e a relação destes com a palavra. / Abstract: This thesis undertakes a reflection on the silence in relation to the production of the senses, using as corpus literary texts of Jorge Luís Borges, related to the thematic of the mirror, metaphor used in this work to represent the silent path of the movement of the meanings. The silence is assumed here in two categories: (1) absence, that represents the non-saying, and (2) excess, which represents the superposition that the word establishes on the silence or on other words. Those dialectic and complimentary relationships with the silence, more than a deletion of the voices of the discourse, is a procedure of establishment of the heterogeneity. Sustained in the Discourse Analysis of French line, the process of constitution of the meanings was discussed as movement, of which participate, silence(s), the word and the dialectic relationship among them. The work's objectives are the following: (a) to identify and to discuss the existence of indications (internal and/or external to the text) that send the reader for the silence; (b) to discuss relationships among metaenunciative operations, intertextual relationships and the written text; c) in the universe of selected texts of the borgean production, to point out some specificities of the literary writing text while specific configuration of silence(s) as procedures of establishment of shown heterogeneity. They were still discussed the relationships among silence, authorship and the author's and the reader's functions, aspects directly linked to the conceptions and to the aesthetic of the borgean work. Related to this last one, they were characterised as a dialectic game between diversities of silences, heterogeneous, and the relationship of these with the word. / Doutor
