Se hace una propuesta de diseño del Centro de Atención del Adulto Mayor de Jesús María, que genera espacios interiores, luminosos y amplios, integrando el entorno. Esto último con la incorporación de la naturaleza como estrategia visual para generar sensación de tranquilidad y calidez en los ambientes. Por el deterioro propio de la salud debido al avance de la edad, se propone la implementación de ambientes que cuenten con texturas y tonalidades en los ingresos a las aulas. También se incluirán revestimientos seguros; puertas automáticas; fluidez para el tránsito de los adultos mayores, sin barreras arquitectónicas; iluminación natural y artificial; y accesos inclusivos. Además de la introducción y los anexos, al principio y al final, respectivamente; esta propuesta se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos. En el Capítulo 1 se describe la realidad problemática del adulto mayor, sus características, limitaciones y la infraestructura dispuesta para este sector de la población; mientras que en el Capítulo 2 se desarrollan los marcos referenciales y teóricos de este proyecto. Por otro lado, las estrategias de diseño se presentan en el Capítulo 3; y en el Capítulo 4 se describe la programación arquitectónica. En el Capítulo 5 se exponen las conclusiones y aportes generales de la propuesta; y la sección de referencias se consigna los autores y bibliografía revisada. / In this thesis project, a design proposal is made of the Elderly Care Center of Jesús María, which generates interior spaces, bright and large, integrating the environment. This latter, with the incorporation of nature as a visual strategy to generate a sense of tranquility and warmth in the rooms. Due to the deterioration of health by to the advance of age of persons, it is proposed to implement environments that have textures and color tonalities in the entrance of rooms. Safe coating will also be included; automatic doors; fluidity for the transit of the persons, without architectural barriers; natural and artificial lighting; and inclusive accesses. In addition to the introduction and the annexes, at the beginning and at the end, respectively; this proposal is developed in four chapters. Chapter 1 describes the problematic reality of the elderly, its characteristics, limitations and the infrastructure available for this sector of the population; while in Chapter 2 the referential and theoretical frameworks of this project are developed. On the other hand, design strategies are presented in Chapter 3; and in Chapter 4 the architectural programming is described. Finally, the Chapter 5 presents the conclusions and general contributions of this proposal; and the references section are consigned the authors and the revised bibliography. / Tesis

En el trabajo se estudia el repertorio de los grafitis históricos hallados en los principales monumentos de Villena. Se trata de un corpus que asciende a 400 grabados realizados en un momento cronológico que abarca el siglo XIV, fecha atribuida al grabado de la Mano de Fátima del Castillo de la Atalaya, hasta la actualidad pasando por otros realizados durante las contiendas de la Guerra de la Sucesión y de la Independencia. Estas manifestaciones artísticas constituyen un legado de primer orden como fuentes históricas, tan valiosas para reconstruir el pasado como los legajos documentales o los restos arqueológicos.

This dissertation examines narratives of early modern women travelers and the spectacles these women produced as a strategy to negotiate gender paradigms that aimed to silence and immobilize women. In María de Zayas's short novel “La esclava de su amante” (1647), the protagonist's journey to North Africa gives her the tools she needs to publically address her rape. Historia de la Monja Alférez (c. 1626) is the autobiography of Catalina de Erauso, whose constant movement on both sides of the Atlantic allows her to construct a spectacle of hybridity that both entertains her audiences and authorizes her many transgressions. Finally, Viaje de cinco religiosas capuchinas de Madrid a Lima (1722) highlights the masses of people who clamor to catch a glimpse of the itinerant nuns, creating a spectacle that reaffirms the women's importance in the social hierarchy of the Spanish Kingdom. In these three baroque texts, I highlight the construction of the female traveler's body and the suffering it endures while crossing great distances. I examine the ways in which each text reimagines or reorganizes the traveler's social relationships and her place in early modern Hispanic society. Through an analysis of spectacle based on the mediation of these relationships, I interrogate the image of women travelers and the power that image has to push back against a gendered social hierarchy.

<p>The principal questions that are high lightened in this study are: How is the discrimination of the Indigenous people in Latin-America represented in the works of Jose María Arguedas and Miguel Angel Asturias? How are these two authors interrelated in terms of the defense of a cultural belonging? And finally, can these be associated to Paulo Coelho’s narrative content and techniques?</p><p>This work shows how, as Nelson Gonzalez-Ortega names it, a narrative discourse of resistance (based on the consequences of the cultural merging of the European and Latin-American people) is expressed and transformed into modern literature. It shows how the works of these authors protect and transmit the interests and the cultural origins of the Latin-American Indigenous people. These origins are expressed by language, myths, storytelling techniques and the presentation of an alternative perspective of the world. It also shows, through analysis of their writing, how some of these authors as dual cultural human beings struggled to balance the two cultural elements they are constituted of.</p><p>Focus will be on Asturias Hombrez de Maiz, Arguedas Los ríos profundos and Coelhos 11 minutos and El Zahir.</p>

Este trabajo analiza la realización textual del motivo del sacrificio en Diamantes y pedernales, de José María Arguedas, y las coincidencias que establece con el mito del cambio cósmico de la cultura andina. En el extenso discurso crítico arguediano, el tema del sacrificio ha sido analizado en estrecha relación con la tragedia y lo trágico; sin embargo, Horacio Legrás ha identificado un error bastante frecuente: la reiteración de dichos términos en un sentido adjetival, para caracterizar la complejidad de la trama o para referirse a los avatares de la vida del autor o al hecho de su suicidio, en detrimento de un empleo técnico y preciso. / Tesis

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo tracejar as poéticas da distância engendradas no conto rio-platense de autoria feminina em processos de mobilidade cultural. A partir do lócus teórico dos estudos culturais, são analisadas, por meio da prática comparatista, as obras Amores insólitos de nuestra historia (2001), de María Rosa Lojo e Cuentos completos (1996) de Josefina Plá. Nesse processo, busca-se flagrar, por meio de um delineamento estético cartográfico, como a noção de distância engendra poéticas que ressemantizam os construtos identitários e o imaginário rio-platense, atravessado - e instituído - pelas mobilidades culturais. Em um primeiro momento, partindo do entrechoque gerado pelas mobilidades transculturais, se define a estética do dilaceramento, tracejando seus matizes na produção contística de Josefina Plá. Em seguida, assentando-se nas mobilidades intersubjetivas, constrói-se o arcabouço conceitual da estética da desmemória, esquadrinhando os contos de María Rosa Lojo. Por último, se estabelece uma comparação entre essas duas frontarias estéticas descolonizadoras fundadas na experiência da distância – física, subjetiva e ontológica – delineando-se os construtos forjados na/pela/sobre as práticas das comunidades literárias rio-platenses. / Esta investigación objetiva delinear las poéticas de la distancia engendradas en el cuento rioplatense de autoría femenina en procesos de movilidad cultural. A partir del locus teórico de los estudios culturales, son analizadas, por medio de la práctica comparatista, las obras Amores insólitos de nuestra historia (2001), de María Rosa Lojo e Cuentos completos (1996) de Josefina Plá. En ese proceso, se busca fraguar, por medio de un delineamiento estético-cartográfico, la influencia de la noción de distancia en la formación de poéticas que resemantizan los constructos identitarios y el imaginario rioplatense, atravesado - e instituido - por las movilidades culturales. Así, en un primer momento, partiendo del entrechoque engendrado por las movilidades transculturales, se define la estética de la dilaceración, bosquejando sus matices en la producción cuentística de Josefina Plá. Enseguida, basándose en las movilidades intersubjetivas, se construye el arcabuco conceptual de la estética de la desmemória, escudriñado en los cuentos de María Rosa Lojo. Por último, se establece una comparación entre las dos fronterías estéticas descolonizadoras, fundadas en la experiencia de la distancia – física, subjetiva y ontológica – delineándose los constructos forjados en/por/sobre las prácticas de las comunidades literarias rioplatenses.

La presente tesis se ha elaborado con el propósito de demostrar que la mejora en los procesos de Dirección de Proyectos incrementa la probabilidad de éxito en todo el proyecto: Sistema Integral de Detección, Alarma y Extinción para todas las áreas de la planta Atocongo de la empresa UNACEM (Unión Andina de Cementos S.A.A.) ubicada en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo en la ciudad de Lima. El plan para la dirección de proyectos está alineado al Sistema Integrado de Gestión de la empresa así como a sus objetivos estratégicos, dicho plan se ha desarrollado siguiendo los estándares globales consignados en la Guía del PMBOK® 5ta edición, 2013. El proyecto para la implementación del Dirección del Proyecto: Sistema de detección, alarma y extinción de incendios de planta Atocongo se desarrollará en no más de 24 meses y con un presupuesto estimado en USD 4,800,000.00. En el primer capítulo se presenta el Caso de Negocio, en el cual se han evaluado los factores internos y externos de la organización, mientras que en el segundo capítulo se presentan los entregables de dirección de proyectos. A la finalización del proyecto, la Planta Atocongo de UNACEM cumplirá con la normativa nacional vigente al inicio del proyecto y desarrollará las operaciones asegurando la integridad de todos los trabajadores y de los activos de la organización; asimismo, asegurará la continuidad sostenible de las actividades operativas y comerciales. Como resultado de la evaluación financiera del proyecto se obtuvieron los siguientes valores: TIR = 6.24%, VAN (8%) = USD 517,372.0, PAYBACK = 7 años. / This thesis has been developed with the purpose of demonstrating that the improvement in the processes of Project Management increases the probability of success throughout the project : Sistema Integral de Detección, Alarma y Extinción para todas las áreas de la planta Atocongo de la empresa UNACEM (Unión Andina de Cementos S.A.A.) located in Villa María del Triunfo, Lima city. The Project Management plan is aligned to the Integrated Management System of the company as well as its strategic objectives, the plan has been developed following global standards set in PMBOK Guide 2013 - 5th edition. The timeline of the project will be 24 months and the budget will be approximately USD 4,800,000.00 . The first chapter sets the Business Case , in which the internal and external factors of the organization have been evaluated, while in the second chapter the project management deliverables are presented. At the end of the project, the Planta Atocongo UNACEM will comply with the national regulations in force at the beginning of the project and will develop the operations ensuring the integrity of all workers and the assets of the organization; likewise, it will ensure the sustainable continuity of the operational and commercial activities.
