Die Verurteilten und die Leute, die aus der Gefangenschaft freigelassen sind, bilden eine ziemlich spezifische Personengruppe, die eine komplexe Sozialhilfe braucht. Es gibt eine festgelegte Ordnung, mit derer Hilfe die Freigelassene aus der Gefangenschaft, sowohl mit der Fahrkarte oder mit dem Geld für die Fahrt nach Hause, als auch mit der Bekleidung, mit den Nahrungsmitteln oder mit dem Geld für das Essen besorgt werden. Für die Leute, die wenig Geld in ihrem Konto haben, wird die einmalige Beihilfe ausgezahlt. In diesem Moment fehlt es Dienste, die dauerhafte psichologischen Konsultationen für die ehemaligen Verurteilten geleitet hätten, die sich für die Lebensbedingungen interessiert hätten, die empfählen, wie man eines oder das andere Sozialproblem lösen kann, lehrten Lebensübungen, die verlernt wurden, und hälfen sich in die Gesellschaft integrieren. In Litauen ist die Differenz des Rechtssystems zu merken. Mit Hilfe von Reformen strebt man nach den günstigen Verhältnissen für die Täter und Verurteilten, damit in der Gesellschaft sich integrieren zu können. Das Problem der Forschung. Team activity in social work is a new and topical issue as the social work requires information, knowledge and skills in various spheres, decision taking demands new ideas and being updated and the joint solution taken by the team ensures that the problems encountered by the client are timely and duly solved. Object of the paper – work of a social worker in a team. Goal of the paper – reveal the status and prospects of a social workers’ team. Objectives: 1. To discuss the importance of team work in a modern organisation; 2. To analyse the peculiarities of a social worker‘s activities in a team; 3. To study the approach of the social workers and leaders of their organisations to team work. Methods applied: 1. Analysis of scientific references; 2. The main method of the study – interview of social workers and managers; 3. Qualitative analysis of the content. The analysis of scientific references was conducted seeking to discuss the notion of a team, its peculiarities, stages of its formation, roles and peculiarities in social work with the emphasis on the functions, roles and daily routines of a social worker. This master s final paper analyses aspects of regional policy, it overlooks the importance of region, the essence of regional policy and its ways of implementation. There is comparative analysis of social economical indexes of Marijampole region and their tendencies. It is estimated and compared situation between single municipalities, also between all Lithuanian counties. It is applied the statistical methods of documental and competitive analysis. With reference of methods there is done the evaluation of the condition of Marijampole region, there is designed SWOT matrix and there is done its analysis. In reference with this analysis there are suggested opportunities for the development of Marijampole region. There is analysed social- economical condition according to explanatory theories of economical development of regions. It is proved the author's formulated hypothesis of scientifical research that there is gap not only between Marijampole and other Lithuanian counties but also between municipalities within the county.

Development through empowerment| Integration of the low income sector in the value chain

<p> Several researchers have said that the real solution to alleviating, or at least reducing, the level of poverty is not to view poor people as customers; instead it is important to integrate these people into the value chain of Multi-national Corporations (Karnani, 2007; London, 2004; SEKN, 2001). The objective of this research work is to analyze how companies with sustainability initiatives can generate better individual performance through the creation of empowerment in the LIS. First I developed a theoretical framework after conducting 47 in-depth interviews with key participants of one sustainable initiative in Mexico. I found, initially, that other variables like trust, coping strategy and risk aversion can moderate the direct and positive relationship between psychological empowerment and individual performance. Then I applied the surveys to 204 participants of this sustainability initiative. To test the hypotheses, I used PLS-SEM and analyzed the surveys in two groups (Belong, N=85) and (Belonged, N=119). In both groups, I confirmed the positive relationship between psychological empowerment and individual performance, I found also that coping strategy moderates in both conditions of this relationship; however, I cannot demonstrate that risk aversion moderates in any condition. Finally, I demonstrate that trust moderates the relationship, also. Theoretical and managerial implications as well limitations and future research avenues are discussed.</p><p> Keywords: low-income sector, empowerment, performance, trust, coping strategy, risk aversion, social entrepreneurship, inclusive <b> business,</b> base of the pyramid.</p>

Mikalauskas Summary Sport club is a social group or team, and its activity depends on efficiency of micro groups, groups or teams operating in it (Mikalauskas, 2000). Team is an indiscrete appearance, not general people unit, and it makes certain system that constantly interacts with environment and has to respond to set requirements. This system has two subsystems – operating and operated (Slack, 1996). In activity period intellectual, voluntary, emotional, social and other activity of sports team is constantly influenced by team specific preparation and game specifics. Interpersonal relations directly influence its preparation for activity and its results, this way becoming the fundamental sports team feature (Jucevičius, 1998). In nowadays it is still discussed, whether climate is the attribute of organization and greed and attitude of people working in organization or club, the structure, standards, politics of rewards and penalties of organization are the factors that determine the climate in organization. The problems of brand creation and development are very topical for specialists of public relations, marketing, management and also for organization and managers. The successful start of brand depends on analysis of consumer’s needs, that is what consumer needs and why they should buy services. The main aim of this work is to analyze stages of brand creation and development, to examine the popularity of mobile connection operator’s brands, the loyalty for them and evaluation of them, to suggest the trends for perfection of brand creation and development. In this work there is analyzing the brand conception, generalizing the functions of brand, suggested the brand’s definition, made the scheme about brands creation and development and made the scheme about consumers reasons to buy branded services. On the research ground, the consumers opinion about elements (price, quality, assortment and etc.), which create the value for mobile connection operators brands were examined. The theoretical and practical analysis of brands reasoning makes assumptions to develop the brands value management for the mobile connection operators and other service company’s, which creates and develops brands.
