In this master’s final paper is made the analysis of the strategic plan of the organization. By means of the scientific literature the analysis of the main aspects of the approach of strategy is made for their application, made theoretik analysis market selection of market segments and selecting for a product a reliable place in the market. Influence on the organization of elements of strategy of a marketing complex and rateabled influence of the market printing is laid out. Rateabled importance of structural funds of the European Union in development poligraphy the enterprises. Inspection of the market poligraphy is made, the biographical analysis of clients and workers of the enterprise is made. Considering the plan of strategy of the enterprise and having processed get data, the amendment of the strategic plan is prepared. For successful improvement of the plan the scheme strategic control and the presented recommendations for successful modernization is prepared.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the expression of organisational climate at the IT company using standardised test. This master’s work is an independent part of collegial research project. The theoretical aspects of organisational climate of different Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and systematized in the Master’s work. There was disclosed the conception of “organisational climate” in this paper. Upon the basis of the theoretical analysis the peculiarities of organisational climate were investigated at the IT company in Šiauliai. The “organisational climate test for Lithuania work organizations” used for the pilot testing and four dimensions of this test used for retest. There was checked the validity of short test (organistional values and culture) during the retest. The analysis of empiric data indicates the crisis of organizational climate of IT company therefore it needs the managerial intervention.

During the research, it was estimated that public information means are widely used not only by companies but also for people on their free-time, during their work, searching for information and recreating. Public information means take an important place in people`s lives. In accordance with this a gymnasium can influence the decisions of the audiences that are important to them, also to create and manage its` image and at the same to seek for the general education institutions` aims.

The influence of image over the success of organisation was analyzed in the Master’s degree dissertation. The theoretical scientific literature of foreign and Lithuanian authors was analyzed, the analysis of concepts of the organisation’s image, kinds if image and ways of forming were presented. The empirical research was performed. Factors influencing the image of Kėdainiai town general education schools were researched, the object of the work was achieved and the tasks were realized. The formulated hypothesis of the scientific research stating that the main factors forming the school’s image are the high quality of education, the close association of members of school communities and the formation of public opinion was partly confirmed. Conclusions, recommendations and means forming the positive image of a school were presented. On the basis of theoretical and practical results of the Masters degree dissertation, the paper on the subject “Means of Forming the Image of General Education Schools” was read in the Sixth Conference of Students’ Scientific Works “Urgent Problems of Economics and Management” on the 4th of May,2006.

In the study, there is performed a research on the issues education of the society of the management of environmental protection. There are analysed the main acts of law, regulating environmental protection and public information, education on this activities, there is emphasised correlation of institutions of environmental protection. In the present study of master, there is performed analysis of the articles of the most popular day papers “Šiaulių naujienos” and “Šiaulių kraštas” on topic of environmental protection. The present study of master consists of two parts: 1) management of environmental protection in the country and Šiauliai Region; 2) Means of public education in environmental protection. During the study (2003-2005), there were found 488 articles on the topic of environmental protection. The most of articles were published about waste management, environmental condition, protection of water, flora and fauna. The least were found the articles concerning analysis of issues of effluents and environmental protection of air. The performed research has demonstrated, that the articles are normally designed to inform about accomplished events, ecological accidents and et cetera. There was almost not introduced any information how the society should participate in management of environmental protection (how to use natural resources rationally, to decrease impurity of water or air, how to manage - sort waste, emerging in daily life and production and so on).

Psychological dimension of advertisement: formation of political image
Master’s work.
This master’s final paper formulates the problems of advertisement psychological effect, also traverses and systematizes the effect of advertisement on voters. Hypothesis of this work – political advertisement is used for perfect image formatting and also for unattractive features veilinging. The research object is the formation of political image trough advertisement. The master’s goal is to value adequacy of political image and influence on voters which is formatted with the help of political advertisement. In order to reach the goal there was made the quantitative research. Half standardized written inquiry was choused as a method of research. Questionnaire was made and distributed to 200 respondents all over the Lithuania. All respondents are adult whose age ranges from 18 to 60 years old. The data received was processed by the typical Statistical Package for Social Sciences program. Evaluation of the statistic allows to propose that voters are unconscious of psychological influence methods used in political advertisement consequently it is easier to do influence on voters by using strong political image formatted with the help of advertisement. This Master’s thesis introduces the problems occurring in dealing with the notion of management competence; various theories of Lithuanian and foreign investigators on competence have been analyzed and structured, as well as that the main differences have been discussed. Moreover this Master’s thesis describes the criteria of competence cultivation and evaluation, there is also shown the expression of learning organization’s features and its relationship to the elevation of employee’s competencies. The paper shows the results of the investigation carried out on the notion of the elevation of employees’ competencies in learning organization. The investigation showed what is the attitude of employers to the elevation and cultivation of employees’ competencies. The author’s hypothesis has been proved, which states that the elevations of employees’ competencies are inextricable from the development of organization, achieving goals and high result.

In the Master’s paper current situation and development of the national innovation system in Lithuania is analysed.
The aim of the work is to execute comparative analysis of the innovation policy in Lithuania, suggest the means of its stimulation, discuss possible preconditions and barriers, formulate main objectives and means of implementation.
The main objectives:
• In the theoretical part, systematically analyse experiences of EU countries in the field of building innovation systems;
• Identify functional means and institutions of implementation of innovation system in Lithuania;
• Review potential trends for development of innovative business, evaluate reasons of its origin;
• Determine and present influential factors and hurdles of development of innovation system in Lithuania;
• Implement the analysis of the main attitudes of development of innovation system;
• Summarize and draw conclusions, present suggestions on the future development of the structure of the innovation system in Lithuania.
The object of the innovation system and policy, presumptions of its origin, the role of finance intermediates, innovation system structure’s classification and its main functions are overlooked in the theoretical part of the study.
