The aim of master thesis “Country tourism in Šiauliai region” is to analyze the activity of Šiauliai region country tourism homesteads and to present the possibilities of these homesteads development. The theoretical part of master thesis will discuss country tourism as business and what place it takes in the tourism system. The experience of foreign countries in countries tourism is generalized; the services rendered by country tourism, business development assumptions in Lithuania and Šiauliai region are analyzed. According to contents analysis data, two the main problems as the influence of tourism law change for the country tourism development, the quality of services, investment and others, with which persons, taking part in country tourism business collide, were distinguished. According to questionnaire poll data, it may be stated that analysis of Šiauliai region country tourism development SWOT will help to distinguish negative factors, the elimination of which will allow efficient development of country tourism.

The strategy of Šiauliai gymnasium activity is grounded in this Master’s work. The research deals in what direction the gymnasium should go in order to offer effectively the service of university gymnasium. The theoretical analysis of changes in the management of educational organization, as well as the formation of the school’s strategy have been carried out. The interior and exterior environment of Šiauliai university gymnasium has been analysed, and the teachers’ interviewing was carried out. The obtained data have been summarized using SSGG analysis method. After carrying out the analysis of scientific literature, the exterior environment of the gymnasium, the interior resources and SSGG, it became clear that Šiauliai university gymnasium should work out such spheres which are necessary for the school of university gymnasium type. The research allows to distinguish the following strategic directions: together with the integral educational activity with Šiauliai university to educate a responsible and independent personality, to strengthen the pedagogical and professional competences of teachers, and to improve the methodological and material background of the gymnasium. A special attention should be paid to the exclusive branch of the gymnasium – development of activities of “Mažasis universitetas”. The research data add to the theoretical model of the gymnasium with the model of specific university gymnasium.

The aim of the paper is to analyse and evaluate the theoretical methods bases of evaluation of performance financial results and changes thereof, and based on this, to perform an extensive analysis of changes in “X” hospital financial results and present methods for the permanent evaluation of changes. Tasks: 1. To analyse and systemize the peculiarities and practical application possibilities of traditional and contemporary theories and methods, which study changes of institutional financial results. 2. To carry out extensive analysis of “X” hospital financial results and related changes through the identification of negative and positive facts and possibilities of using internal and external factors. 3. To identify problem fields of activities and search for ways of dealing with problems and present reasonable and optimum proposals for the increasing of “X” hospital activity efficiency. 4. To adopt decisions on the rationalization of current asset management. 5. To make the forecast of Hospital’s financial activities when the planned measures of problem solving are implemented. 6. The aim of master’s work is to make the model of school’s image formation. This master’s work explains the problems of school’s image formation. It also analyses organization’s image, reputation, types, structure and model of image creation in Lithuanian and foreign author’s works. The creation of organization’s image is analysed comprehensively, that is why a lot of attention is paid to identity and means to form it. This master’s work explains the purposefulness of school’s image formation: structure, components and means. The result of theoretical and empirical research is the model of school’s image formation that can be used to form the image of every school. This master’s final paper does not prove the hypothesis formulated by author that the school’s image is mostly influenced by the quality of education services.

The aim of this work- to explore academic tourism studies (bachelor) in Lithuania and foreign countries. In master‘s work were traversed academic bachelor tourism studies programmes, presented its points and limitations, refered perfection occasions. Were explored academic bachelor tourism programmes of foreign countries, was done comparison with dublicate studies in Lithuania. An experience of foreign countries could be successfull used preparing and developing Lithuanian tourism studies programmes: raising specialities number, sceduling specializations, perfecting tourism students practical preparation, introducing in foreign countries academies applicated „3+2“ system (bachelor studies 3 years and master‘s degree 2 years).

The aim of Master thesis is to cover the main aspects of introducing the new product for the market and to use them while making the research of UAB „Mažoji rūtelė“ opportunities to enter the market with its new product. Analytical part of final paper covers the analysis of Lithuanian and foreign authors’ scientific literature according to the topics of innovations, new products’ development and implementation. The second part of the work includes the analysis of the research on customers behavior concerning confectionary made. Third part or the thesis covers the evaluation of the performance of UAB “Mažoji rūtelė” on the feasibility of adaptation. It consists of the review of the company’ performance, the internal and external environment. The evaluation of the potential demand was made based on both – qualitative and quantitative aspects.

The aim of the authors of this thesis is to investigate the manifestation of organisational climate through carrying out a diagnostic research and using the test of organisational climate crisis (inventory) developed by Prof. G. Merkys’s research group. This master thesis analyses and systematizes the scientific literature sources of various Lithuanian and foreign authors about the culture of organisation, human resources, organisational climate and their significance for the organisation and its development. The research has been carried out at AB Šiaulių bankas, Šiauliai Branch and Šiauliai County State Tax Inspectorate, Šiauliai Division. The collected data was processed with the help of the SPSS software. Both scientific hypotheses formulated by the authors of this paper have been partially proved, i.e. the organisational climate in a business enterprise is favourable and does not require managerial intervention, whereas the climate in a budgetary institution is unfavourable thus necessitating managerial intervention.

Die Behinderten bilden eine Gesellschaftgruppe, die mit spezifischen Problemen beschäftigt ist. Die Integration der Behinderten in die Gesellschaft – das ist ein spezifischer Sozialprozess, er hat nur für diese Gruppe kennzeichnende Züge. Das Sozialsystem für die Personen mit dem Unwohlsein ist zu viel kompliziert und unzugänglich. Die Welt ist für die gesunden Leute geschafft und es ist schwer für die Schwerbeschädigten alle Barriere zu schaffen. Das Hauptproblem von der Selbstverwaltung ist es die Bedürfnisse von den Bürgern abzufinden, die heikelen Probleme lösen zu helfen, die Möglichkeiten schaffen, um notwendige und qualitative Bedienungen zu kriegen. Bei der Leistung von den Sozialbedienungen, streben die Selbstverwaltungen nach der Rückgabe der Selbstständigkeit, damit die Personen, die Sozialhilfe bekommen, die Ehre und die Würde bewahren hätten und in die Gesellschaft integrieren könnten. Eine lange Dauer wurde in Litauen eine systematische Isolierung von den Behinderten und von ihren Familienmitgliedern in bestimmten Institutionen stattgefunden, sie konnten nicht sich zu vertreiben. Heute finden die Sozialbedienungen, die in den Selbstverwaltungen und in ihren Dienststellen zu gewähren sind, die Behinderten nicht ab. The research on the evaluation of the role of intuition in the business decision process and the attitude towards intuition of Lithuanian business managers have not been implemented yet. Therefore the conclusions of this research paper are relevant and actual not only to Lithuanian business representatives but to business consultants, the representatives of personnel training companies, as well. Research subject: the accounting and analysis of suppliers and customers payments. Research aim: to analyse theory and practice of suppliers and customers payments accounting and analysis and to adduce some suggestions for the accounting of payments edification with the customers and suppliers. Research objectives: 1) to explore and evaluate the method of suppliers and customers payments accounting and analysis; 2) to colect information about the orde of suppliers and customers payments accounting and analysis in Lithuanian companies; 3) to estimate demands of the information users and to offer a suggestion for the data of accounting educational enlargement. Research methods: the analysis of references-books, logical analysis and synthesis, comparison, graphical metods, vertical, horizontal and comparative analysis. The empirical data was selected by the form of poll - questionnaire. The analysing theory and practice of the payments with the customers and suppliers accounting and analyse the information varies estimating for the customers demands allow to determine the situation of Lithuanian company. One of the findings is the enterprises haven’t the gathering system of information about the payments with suppliers and customers. Therefore the consumers could not estimate the real situation about company. The result of this, users and the others enterprises have not circumstances to arbitrate the condition of company, to do analyse and to solve some management solutions.
