Databázová nezávislost jádra systému pro dolování z dat FIT-Miner / Data Independency of the FIT-Miner Data Mining System

Novák, Ondřej January 2013 (has links)
System for data mining Fit-Miner is now dependant on only one specific DBMS. This master’s thesis  deals with analysis of implementation that works with database, modules and functions for data mining. Next it shows the set of changes which will allow FIT-Miner to work with another DBMS. And finally, a description of the implementation of these changes.

Henkl, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
The master's thesis deals with the knowledge discover in databases and with the extending of the data mining systems in the Oracle environment developed at the VUT FIT. The system kernel conception incorporates an interface that enables the adding of data mining modules. The objective of the thesis is to learn this interface and implement and embed the data mining module for decision-tree classification into the application. In addition, the thesis compares the application with similar commercial product SAS Enterprise Miner

Manipulation des végétaux par les organismes endophytes : dialogue chimique et moléculaire entre les insectes manipulateurs de plantes et leurs plantes hôtes / Chemical and molecular interplays between plant manipulating insects and their host-plants

Zhang, Hui 03 March 2017 (has links)
Because phytohormones lie at the very core of molecular mechanisms controlling the plant physiology and development, they have long been hypothesized to be involved in insect-induced plant manipulations. Insects are using phytohormones to manipulate their host plants for their own benefit, regulating nutrient provisioning and plant defenses. However, a mechanistic understanding of how phytohormones operate in plant reconfigurations by plant-manipulating insects, especially by gall-inducing and leaf-minging insects, is lacking. The objective of my Ph.D. was to provide an extensive characterization of how plant-manipulating insects modulate the plant global hormonal balance with a specific focus on the leaf-mining moth Phyllonorycter blancardella. We thus developed a time course characterization of plant transcriptomic and biochemical responses following attack by leaf-mining larvae. A comparative analysis between different biological systems allowed us to estimate similarities in strategies developed leaf-mining and gall-inducing insects, to identify the possible origin of phytohormones involved in the plant manipulation and to estimate the role of insect endosymbiotic bacteria in these interactions.

Territorialidade e empreendimentos econômicos solidários no Norte de Minas Gerais

Souza, Sidinéia Maria de 30 June 2015 (has links)
Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de Minas Gerais / Transformations in global capitalism, during the last two decades, have been accompanied by changes in cultural and ethical values. There are contradictory developments which make some elements more homogeneous while deepening differences between other ones. Among such elements, the dynamics of social peripheries, urban and rural, come to the fore. Cyclical movements of capitalism, mainly in sub-national spaces, generate sui generis social mobilizations of great diversity. That is why, perhaps, there is a proliferation of studies and actions showing new methodologies of development, which highlight the role of individuals in the project of transformation of local/territorial reality by means of actions based on solidarity, reciprocity, trust and cooperation, which characterize a solidary economy. This kind of economy is an alternative model , with organized workers that are active in the process of socioeconomic transformation of the reality in which they live. The object of this thesis is to understand by means of a field research among solidary economic ventures, which perform collectively activities of production, commercialization and management, in the Northern Region of the state of Minas Gerais (in a region called sertão ) their actual capacity of planning their future and improving the socioeconomic conditions in their locality.

Stabilizace obrazu / Image Stabilization

Ohrádka, Marek January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with digital image stabilization. It contains a brief overview of the problem and available methods for digital image stabilization. The aim was to design and implement image stabilization system in JAVA, which is designed for RapidMiner. Two new stabilization methods have been proposed. The first is based on the motion estimation and motion compensation using Full-search and Three-step search algorithms. The basis of the second method is the detection of object boundaries. The functionality of the proposed method was tested on video sequences with contain visible shake of the scene, which has beed created for this purpose. Testing results show that with the proper set of input parameters for the object border detection method, successful stabilization of the scene is achieved. The rate of error reduction between images is approximately about 65 to 85%. The output of the method is stabilized image sequence and a set of metadata collected during stabilization, which can be further processed in an environment of RapidMiner.

Secure Bitcoin Wallet

Guler, Sevil January 2015 (has links)
Virtual currencies and mobile banking are technology advancements that are receiving increased attention in the global community because of their accessibility, convenience and speed. However, this popularity comes with growing security concerns, like increasing frequency of identity theft, leading to bigger problems which put user anonymity at risk. One possible solution for these problems is using cryptography to enhance security of Bitcoin or other decentralised digital currency systems and to decrease frequency of attacks on either communication channels or system storage. This report outlines various methods and solutions targeting these issues and aims to understand their effectiveness. It also describes Secure Bitcoin Wallet, standard Bitcoin transactions client, enhanced with various security features and services.
