Esta dissertação se propõe a estudar o tema do duplo a partir da produção fílmica de Hanns Heinz Ewers, O estudante de Praga, e o conto de Mário de Sá-Carneiro, A confissão de Lúcio, ambos de 1913. Asduas narrativas se organizam em torno de um triângulo amoroso e compartilham o mesmo destino trágico. Tomando como suporte, inicial, de leitura os textos de Freud e Rank, de 1914, Sobre o narcisismo: uma introdução e O duplo, respectivamente, o artigo de Lacan, O estádio do espelho como formador da função do eu (1949) e seu seminário sobre a angústia, pretende-se estabelecer um diálogo entre literatura e psicanálise, considerando a questão do desdobramento do eu e suas variantes, a cisão do eu em múltiplos eus e o desaparecimento da imagem. A imagem no espelho, a princípio fonte de júbilo, escamoteia um drama: o drama de um sujeito que se constitui a partir de uma ficção / This dissertation proposes to study the theme of the double from the filmic production by author Hanns Heinz Ewers called The student of Prague, as well as Mário de Sá-Carneiros tale named Lúcios confession. Ewers and Sá-Carneiros works are both from 1913. These narratives are organized around a love triangle and share the same tragic fate. Taking as a starting-readable texts by authors Freud and Rank in 1914, called On narcissism: an introduction and The double respectively, Lacan s article, The Mirror Stage as formative of the function of the I (1949) and his seminar on anxiety, thus we intend to establish a dialogue between literature and psychoanalysis, considering the issue of deployment of the self and its variants, ego splitting into multiple selves and the disappearance of the image. Bien que le test de Rorschach soit l’outil d’évaluation de la personnalité le plus utilisé en France, peu d’études se sont consacrées à la validation ou l’analyse des propriétés psychométriques de cet instrument. C’est pourquoi, les objectifs de notre étude sont les suivants : Réétudier et vérifier la validité du test de Rorschach en Système Intégré pour le diagnostic de la dépression (1) évaluer l’indice de dépression (DEPI) (2) évaluer l’indice d’incompétence sociale (CDI) (3) réétudier les variables actif et passif (a:p) et (4) la validité des réponses reflets (Fr+ rF> 0)(5) comparer les résultats de notre étude avec ceux de Sultan et al. (2004).Pour opérationnaliser nos objectifs, deux échantillons d’adultes français (18- 70 ans), ont été recrutés : un échantillon normatif et un échantillon dépressif. Cinq outils ont été utilisés : Rorschach Système Intégré, GHQ.12, BDI, T.A.T, SFSC.Les résultats montrent (1) Qu’il n’y pas de différence significative sur l’indice dépression sauf lorsque DEPI=6 ; (2) Une différence significative est observée entre nos deux échantillons normatif et dépressif sur l’indice CDI; (3 et 4)Concernant l’échantillon normatif, il n’y a pas de corrélation entre le score obtenu au Rorschach sur la variable p>a+1 et le score des sujets au TAT, ni de corrélation entre le score S au SF-SC et le score des réponses reflètes ; (5) la comparaison entre l’échantillon normatif combiné et l’échantillon normatif d’Exner indique une différence significative sur les variables suivantes : SumSha, Fr+rF, X-%, WSum6, XA %. Enfin, les résultats montrent un intérêt clinique du Rorschach Système Intégré à savoir qu’un DEPI= 6 est à considérer comme une indication psychopathologique, et que l'indice CDI est très pertinent pour le diagnostic psychologique des troubles dépressifs. / Despite the fact that, the Rorschach test is the most used personality assessment tool in France; few studies have focused on the validation or analysis of the psychometric properties of this instrument. Therefore, the objectives of our study are the following: To re-examine and verify the validity of the Rorschach Comprehensive System for the diagnosis of depression (1) to evaluate the depression index (DEPI) (2). evaluate the social incompetence index (CDI) (3) re-study the active and passive variables (a: p) and (4) the validity of the reflective answers (Fr + rF> 0) (5) compare the results of our study with those of Sultan et al. (2004).To operationalize our objectives, two samples of French adults (18-70 years old) were recruited: a normative sample and a depressive sample. Five tools were used: Rorschach Comprehensive System, GHQ.12, BDI, T.A.T, SFSC.The results show (1) that there is no significant difference on the depression index except when DEPI = 6; (2) A significant difference is observed between our two normative and depressive samples on the CDI index; (3 and 4) Regarding the normative sample, there is no correlation between the Rorschach score on the p> a + 1 variable and the TAT subjects score, or the correlation between the S score and the SF score. -SC and the score of the reflective answers;(5) The comparison between the combined normative sample and the Exner normative sample indicates a significant difference on the following variables: SumSha, Fr + rF, X-%, WSum6, XA%. Finally, the results show a clinical interest of the Rorschach Comprehensive System namely that a DEPI = 6 is to be considered as a psychopathological indication, and that the CDI index is very relevant for the psychological diagnosis of depressive disorders.

O presente trabalho consiste na realização de uma análise institucional do discurso do texto Introdução ao Narcisismo (Freud, 1914/2010), configurando assim uma pesquisa sobre o conceito de narcisismo que, ao tomá-lo por sua contextualização na obra freudiana, visa a um estudo que considere a especificidade de sua emergência no âmbito institucional da psicanálise e seu impacto no corpo da teoria freudiana. Busca-se, nesse sentido, pensar o narcisismo não apenas em referência ao seu conteúdo como conceito, mas principalmente em referência à sua qualidade de acontecimento no âmbito do pensamento freudiano, de modo que seja possível, a partir do texto em análise: traçar os sentidos adquiridos pelo conceito em relação ao seu contexto de produção e suas condições de possibilidade; procurar os pontos de tensão e ruptura na teoria; problematizar as verdades produzidas em relação àquilo que pretendem responder. Todo o trabalho circunscreve-se no domínio da Análise Institucional do Discurso (Guirado, 2010), a estratégia metodológica que permitiu o levantamento da questãotítulo, que dispõe as hipóteses norteadoras da pesquisa, que delimita os procedimentos de análise. Pela atenção ao contexto que se mostra no texto, ao modo como Freud faz a introdução desse conceito, às interlocuções travadas nessa introdução, as análises puderam configurar o narcisismo: como um saber que parece demarcar fronteiras institucionais ao reiterar, no âmbito da legitimidade da produção de conhecimento psicanalítico, a sexualidade; como um saber que parece instaurar pontos de tensão na teoria freudiana (desde a teoria das pulsões até a concepção de psiquismo e neurose) precisamente pelos efeitos do conceito de narcisismo como modo de enunciação; como um saber que parece introduzir um novo modo de falar/tratar do conceito de pulsão que dá foco aos seus movimentos de direção e localização entre o Eu e o objeto, e não à sua qualidade ou conteúdo , desenhando-se, a partir disso, o narcisismo como ponto de partida e condição de possibilidade de relação, no início da vida, e de formação de uma censura ao Eu real, no decorrer do desenvolvimento; como um saber que, pelas aberturas do discurso de Freud, mostra-se na tensão entre método e verdade / This work consists of making an institutional analysis of discourse of the text Introduction to Narcissism (Freud, 1914/2010), thus setting a research on the concept of narcissism that, taking it for its contextualization in Freud\'s work, aims at a study that considers the specificity of its emergence within the institutional framework of psychoanalysis and its impact on the body of Freudian theory. It seeks, in that sense, to think narcissism in reference not only to its content as a concept, but mostly in reference to its quality of event within the Freudian thought, so that it is possible, from the text analysis: to trace the senses acquired by the concept in relation to its context of production and its conditions of possibility; to look for the points of tension and rupture in the theory; to question the truths produced in relation to what they intended to respond. This work is limited in the field of Institutional Analysis of Discourse (Guirado, 2010), the methodological strategy that enabled the lifting of the question-title, that disposes the guiding hypotheses of the research, that delimits the analysis procedures. By paying attention to the context that is shown in the text, to how Freud introduces this concept, to the interlocutions made in this introduction, the analyses were able to configure the narcissism: as a knowledge that seems to demarcate institutional frontiers by reiterating, at the scope of legitimacy of production of psychoanalytic knowledge, the sexuality; as a knowledge that seems to place points of tension in Freudian theory (from the theory of the drives up to the conception of psyche and neurosis) precisely by the effects of the concept of narcissism as mode of enunciation; as a knowledge that seems to introduce a new way to talk/to deal with the concept of drive that gives focus to its movements of direction and location between the Self and the object, not to its quality or content , in a manner that the narcissism is placed as starting point and condition of possibility to relation, in the beginning of life, and to the formation of a censorship to the real Self, in the course of development; as a knowledge that, by the openings in Freuds discourse, presents itself in the tension between method and truth

O tema do narcisismona atualidade vem a ser ponto de discussão e interesse dos mais distintos campos de saberes, de modo a, inclusive, ser recentemente invocado por autores que realizam estudos sob a perspectiva do que seria denominada Filosofia da Diferença, cuja constelação teórico-metodológica é recorrentemente atribuída a pensadores,tais como,Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guatarri, Michel Foucault, Henri Bergsone Friedrich Nietzsche. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo abordar e prosseguir com essa discussão a respeito do narcisismoa partir do referido campo epistemológico. Para tanto, tal proposta foi conduzida ao longo de três etapas: na primeira, foi realizada uma retomada etimológicado termo narcisismoe também doscontextosde sua constituição e transposição para distintos campos epistemológicos, a fim de situar contrapontos e uma conjuntura para a delineação da noção de um neo (novo) narcisismo; na segunda, foi realizado um levantamento e leitura bibliográfica de autores que diretamente ou indiretamente discutiriam a respeito de elementos de caracterização de um narcisismoapreendido enquanto modo de relação específica conjugada em termos de intersecções entre controle esubjetivação; na terceira, e em correlação comasetapas anteriores, foi realizada uma investigação etnográficano contexto do ciberespaço, junto a um grupo específico de indivíduos residentes em um mesmo prédio, e que viriam a se inter-relacionarem a partir da mediação de uma plataforma digital social (WhatsApp) idealizada para o uso em tecnologia móvel (smartphones). A partir desse estudo, em correspondência com asrespectivas abordagens teórico-metodológicas, foi possível avançar nadiscussão e caracterização acerca do neonarcisimo,apreendido na perspectiva de uma dinâmica relacional cuja tendência reflete os modos de constituição e configuração de subjetividades no contemporâneo, em especial, no que remete às intermediações entre a consciência e sua referência a si própria, e às cooptações de si por vias de redes de comunicações e trocas no contexto da web 2.0 / The theme of the narcissismin the present time has been discussed by different areas of knowledge, including by scholars than would be called \'Philosophy of Difference\', recurrently attributed to authors such as Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guatarri, Michel Foucault, Henri Bergson e Friedrich Nietzsche. The aim of this study is discuss about the theme of the narcissismfrom said epistemological field. Therefore, this proposal was conducted over three stages: first, there was a etymological study of narcissismterm and also the context of its creation and implementation for different epistemologicalfields, with the aim of presenting elements and counterpoints to the delineation of notion of a \'neo\' (new) narcissism; second was carried out a literature review to analyze texts that directly or indirectly discuss about narcissism in a related approach to controland processes of subjectivity; in the third, and in correlation to the previous steps, an ethnographicresearch was conducted in cyberspacecontext with a specific group of individuals residing in the same building, and that would be interrelated from the mediation of a \'Social Media\' ( WhatsApp) conceived for use in mobile technology (smartphones). From this study, in correspondence to the respective theoretical and methodological approaches, it was possible to advance the discussion and characterization about neo-narcissism, understood from the perspective of a relational dynamics whose trend reflects the modes of constitution of the subjectivities in contemporary, in particular with regard to mediation between consciousness and its reference to itself, and cooptation through communications networks and exchanges in the context of Web 2.0

Ce travail porte sur les enjeux du transfert sur la culture et le monde social que rend possible la problématique des processus de symbolisation. Il s’inscrit ainsi dans la continuité de recherches menées par le CRPPC sur le cadre, l’agir et le jeu, dans leurs rapport à la clinique des processus de symbolisation. Au-delà de l’idée que la subjectivité se constitue et s’organise aussi à partir de son transfert sur des objets culturels et sociaux. Il interroge sous cet aspect les enjeux de situations cliniques d’isolement et de marginalisation dans lesquelles le monde commun est devenu inhabitable. L’idée d’un transfert sur les objets culturels et sociaux conduit à mettre en avant le travail d’élaboration et de secondarisation propre aux processus de pensée. Cette perspective permet d’aborder le monde de la culture non plus du point de vue normatif de l’ordre ou du symbolique, mais dynamiquement, du point de vue de l’usage qui est fait des règles ou des normes culturelles et sociales. Ou encore la problématique psychosociale de l’identité à la lumière de l’économie des investissements narcissiques imposés par la vie en commun. La recherche ainsi engagée se présente sous la forme d’une enquête pluridisciplinaire, et à plus d’un titre. Elle repose en particulier sur une clinique largement emprunté à l’histoire des idées et à la philosophie qui permet d’apporter un éclairage sur l’activité de pensée et le travail d’élaboration et de symbolisation du point de vue de l’usage du matériel culturel, en s’appuyant sur des auteurs comme Descartes, Cervantès ou Montaigne. Elle interroge encore, sur la base de textes de la tradition morale et politique, les enjeux psychiques du travail de socialisation. / This work focuses on the issues of transfer on culture and the social world. It begins with the initial idea that subjectivity is formed and also organised from its transfer onto social and cultural objects. In this way, the work considers the issues in cases of clinical isolation and marginalisation. The notion of such a transfer brings to the forefront the activity of thinking. This perspective enables the study of the world of culture, not from a normative point of view on order or symbolism, but actively, focussing on the use of cultural and social objects and rules. The research here presented takes the form of a multidisciplinary investigation. In particular, this investigation is based on a clinic significantly borrowed from the history of ideas and philosophy which enables light to be shed on the process of thinking and the work of secondary elaboration from a memory usage and cultural material point of view, using authors such as Descartes, Cervantès and Montaigne. The research also questions, using La Boétie's texts on political and moral traditions, the psychological challenges of the process of socialisation and in particular the obstacles this work repeatedly faces.

Dès notre prise de fonction dans un service hospitalier qui a accueilli des patients infectés par le V.l.H., nous nous sommes demandées si l'intervention psychologique était possible dans ce lieu hautement spécialisé ? Avec l'éloignement du caractère mortel de la maladie,le V.l.H. prend davantage le sens d'une maladie chronique. Les limites reculent mais à quel prix ? La dernière partie de cette recherche propose une réflexion psychopathologique et psychanalytique sur les problèmes posés par la "poussée" à la mort et que nous avons vu se déchaîner dans cette maladie à travers certaines contaminations volontaires. / When we first started practicing in a hospital unitth at treated V.l.H. positive patients, we asked ourselve:in the fîrst part of this research, if psychological intervention was possible in such a highly specialized unit. With the receding of te deadly nature of Aids, it appears more a chronic illness. The limîts are pushed back, but at what price ? Finally, the part of this research proposes a psychopathological reflection on the problems posed by the"death drive" présent at the very heart of the drive, and that we've seen un leashed by this pathologyby the act of intentional contaminations.

L'objectif de ce travail de thèse est :- de penser le concept de l'identité dans la psychanalyse à travers la clinique de patients migrants de première génération (demandeurs d'asile à Marseille, migrants en situation irrégulière à Barcelone)- de travailler sur les faits cliniques suivants : comment comprendre que certains patients en arrivent à dire "je ne sais plus qui je suis", connaissent des inhibitions à "habiter le lieu" (F. Benslama), ou encore manifestent un effondrement psychique au moment de l'annonce d'un accord d'asile politique ? La proposition qui est faite est que ces faits cliniques relèvent « d'une clinique de l'identité » et s'adressent inconsciemment à la représentation de soi. Penser l'identité dans l'exil conduit à faire l'hypothèse que l'accès à soi est indexé à l'expérience de l'altérité. Pour cela, l'exil pourra être interprété au niveau psychique comme l'expérience d'une altération de la relation à l'Autre, c'est-à-dire comme une expérience qui pourra entraîner, pour le sujet, une altération de la relation à soi.Cela conduit à faire l'hypothèse qu'au cœur de la migration se trouve un fantasme inconscient de trahison qui s'adresserait à l'identité et qui s'échafauderait sur une appréhension plus inconsciente encore, qui serait celle pour le sujet d'une crainte indicible liée à l'angoisse de l'oubli.L'accompagnement clinique pourra alors être pensé comme un « travail d'identité », c'est-à-dire comme un travail de reconnaissance de la singularité de l'épreuve du sujet, afin que celui-ci puisse renouer le dialogue avec lui-même et que l'exil puisse s'ouvrir dans sa dimension ontologique, c'est-à-dire comme expérience d'identité. / The purpose of this doctoral thesis is:- to think identity in psychoanalysis through the clinical care of first generation migrants (asylum seekers in Marseille, migrants in irregular status in Barcelona)- to work on those clinical facts : how can we understand that some patients are able to say "I don't know who I am", how can we understand that they go through some inhibitions to "live in the place" (F. Benslama), and how can we understand that some of them go through psychic collapse at the moment of the announcement of an agreement for political asylum?The hypothesis that I make is that these clinical facts can be understood as a "clinic of identity". The purpose to think identity through exile lead us to the hypothesis that the access of self-representation is built on the experience of otherness. This is why the exile can be interpreted (as a psychical experience) as an alteration of the relationship with the Other, which means as an alteration of self-representation.This implies to make the hypothesis that there is, inside of the question of exile, an unconscious phantasy of treason, and that this phantasy is related with the identity, and that this phantasy is based over the unspeakable fear of being forgotten.The clinical care will then be understood as an "identity work", which means as a work of recognition of the singularity of the event that the subject goes through, so that the patient would be able to restart the dialogue with himself. Then the exile may be thought in its ontological dimension : it means as an experience of identity. / El objetivo de esta tesis es :- por una parte, pensar el concepto de identidad en el psicoanálisis a través de la clínica con pacientes emigrantes de primera generación (solicitantes de asilo político en Marsella, inmigrantes de primera generación en situación irregular o ilegal en Barcelona)- por otra parte, de trabajar sobre los siguientes hechos clínicos relacionados con la cuestión de la identidad: ¿cómo entender el echo de que algunos pacientes llegan a decir "ya no sé quién soy", como entender el echo de que algunos manifiesten inhibiciones obvias con el echo de "habitar en el lugar" (F. Benslama), o como entender que algunos vivan un colapso psíquico en el momento del anuncio de un acuerdo de asilo político?La propuesta que hago es que estos hechos clínicos se puedan entender como relevantes de "una clínica de la identidad", lo que significa que se dirigen inconscientemente a la cuestión de la representación de si mismo.Pensar la identidad a través de exilio o de la migración conduce a sostener la hipótesis de que el acceso a si mismo está indexado sobre la presencia del Otro. En consecuencia, el exilio puede interpretarse, al nivel psíquico, como la experiencia de una alteración de la relación hacia el Otro, es decir, como una experiencia que puede conducir el sujeto (el paciente) hacia una alteración de la relación con si mismo.Esto supone hacer la hipótesis que, dentro del corazón de la migración, se encuentra una fantasía inconsciente de traición o de falta, fantasía que se dirige hacia la identidad, y que se construye sobre un temor, aún más inconsciente, relacionado, por el sujeto, con una angustia indecible relacionada con la angustia del olvido.Entonces el acompañamiento clínico podrá pensarse como un "trabajo de identidad", es decir como un trabajo de reconocimiento de la singularidad del experiencia que vive el sujeto (el paciente) en exilio, para que pueda reanudar el diálogo con si mismo, y para que el exilio pueda abrirse en toda su dimensión ontológica, es decir, como una experiencia de identidad.

Den Skrämmande Övertygelsen : Hybris och övermod som teman och motiv i tre skräckberättelser / The Frightening Conviction : Hubris and bravado as themes and motives in three horror stories

Den här uppsatsen analyserar användandet av hybris som tema och motiv i tre olika skräckberättelser, Mary Shelleys Frankenstein (1818) och H.P. Lovecrafts två noveller ”The Other Gods” (1933) respektive ”From Beyond” (1934). De tre berättelserna använder alla hybris som tema och berättartekniskt verktyg för att på liknande vis gestalta karaktärer och skräck på ett sätt som blir mer specifikt för skräck som genre. Sett utifrån en klassisk syn på begreppet man kan finna i bland annat myten om Ikaros och Noël Carrolls mer moderna begrepp under namnet ”overreacher plot” som här kan länkas till hybris-begreppet, tillsammans med andra källor, lyfter uppsatsen exempel på hur hybris är en återkommande och viktig faktor för skräcken i berättelserna. Detta trots att ett sekel skiljer Shelleys och Lovecrafts verk åt.

Impact of social media use on political participation : narcissism, perceived anonymity and social norms as mediators

Social media use is a pivotal driver for political engagement. The present study extended previous research by exploring the simple and serial mediating roles of narcissism, perceived anonymity, descriptive norms, and subjective norms in this relationship. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping estimation was conducted for hypothesis testing using data from 579 Hong Kong university students. Modeling results revealed that perceived anonymity, descriptive norms, and subjective norms are significant mediators of the relationship between social media use and political participation. Moreover, descriptive norms, together with perceived anonymity, were found to mediate the relationship. Likewise, narcissism combined with descriptive norms proved to be significant mediators of the relationship. Additionally, a distal mediation effect of descriptive norms and subjective norms proved to be significant. Based on these results, a subsequent parallel mediation analysis was conducted, revealing that perceived anonymity is the most influential indicator among perceived anonymity, subjective norms, and descriptive norms of the relationship of social media use and political participation. The study concluded by comparing male and female respondents in terms of political participation. The result showed that male respondents were generally more active than female respondents in both online and offline political activities, which agrees with prior research findings. Collectively, the current study provides a new perspective from which we can further understand the effects of social media use on political engagement.
