O trabalho a seguir tem o objetivo de analisar a L’Oréal Brasil e entender os motivos de ela não atuar no canal de vendas door-to-door, principal canal de vendas da Natura, a maior empresa de cosméticos do Brasil. Com base no método do Estudo do Caso, foram feitas 23 entrevistas tendo como amostra o corpo executivo da L’Oréal Brasil, bem como seu CEO. O estudo abrangeu diversas áreas da organização: marketing, suprimentos, fabricação, recursos humanos, vendas e logística. Com base na teoria da Lógica Dominante, notou-se que apesar de o canal de vendas door-to-door ser atrativo, existem diversas razões estratégicas/crenças que impedem que a L’Oréal entre no canal, são elas: a desconfiança no futuro do canal, a operação logística e o paradigma histórico da L’Oréal. / Why does the largest cosmetics company in the world does not enter the channel of the largest cosmetic company in Brazil? The main objective of this work is to analyse the L'Oréal Brazil’s case and understand its motivations or reasons not to act in the door-to-door channel today dominate by Natura, the largest cosmetic company in Brazil. The method of case study included 23 interviews, among them the executive body of L'Oréal Brazil and its CEO. Several areas of the organization have been studied: marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, sales, among others. Based on the theory of Dominant Logic, it was noted that despite being attractive the is door-to-door channel, is not a strategic option for L'Oréal due to by: a lack of confidence about the future of the channel-door to-door, the operational logistics and mismatch paradigm of L'Oréal with the channel.

«Nous ne cessons pas de vivre dans le monde de la perception, mais nous le dépassons par la pensée critique, au point d’oublier la contribution qu’il apporte à notre idée du vrai». Avec cette phrase qui ouvre un texte auquel le philosophe confie un bilan des résultats de ses premiers travaux, Maurice Merleau-Ponty récapitule le problème fondamental dont toute sa réflexion restera marquée. Poussé, depuis le tout début de sa recherche, par l’intention de dépasser l’antinomie entre les perspectives, intellectualiste et empiriste, Merleau-Ponty fait appel à une philosophie capable de se tourner à nouveau vers le phénomène humain, de rendre compte de ses modalités d’existence et de l’explorer à nouveau au-delà de la distinction cartésienne entre âme et corps, en inaugurant ainsi une anthropologie philosophique comme propédeutique à une réforme épistémologique plus générale, capable de restituer à la philosophie même, sa fonction d’interrogation radicale de l’expérience concrète.Le but de notre recherche est de montrer comment cette exploration qui, au commencement trouve dans l’observation et dans la description de la perception son point de départ, tend toujours davantage vers une thématisation et une étude du problème de l’expression à travers lequel la réflexion merleau-pontienne évolue de la phenomenologie de la corporéité à la véritable ontologie du sensible.Tout d’abord explorée comme nécessaire corrélatif des manifestations perceptrices, l’expression devient progressivement objet d’une réflexion autonome et en même temps, le pivot méthodologique d’une trajectoire philosophique dans laquelle l’enquête anthropologique laisse graduellement le pas à une philosophie de la nature.On observera ainsi l’attestation d’une ontologie indirecte, capable de rendre compte de l’historicité de l’expérience et en vertu de laquelle repenser le rapport entre nature et culture, corps et langage. Sixteen dairy heifers were used, and they had initial body weight of 150 ± 19 kg and 8 mo. The animals were divided into a randomized block design with four replications, where each animal was used as experimental unit and blocks formed in accordance with the initial body weight of the animals. They were fed for 70 days. Four sources of roughage were used: corn silage (CS), sorghum silage (SS), sugar cane in nature (SC) sugar cane silage (SCS). The amounts of concentrate were fixed at 0.5% of body weight (BW) for CS and SS, 0.7% BW for SC, and 1.0% BW for SSC. The animals fed diets based on CS and SS had higher average daily gain than those fed with diets containing SC and SCS. Intake and digestibility of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM) and metabolizable energy (ME) were higher for heifers fed CS and SS. There were differences in intake and digestibility of crude protein (CP) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) for heifers fed SS. For non-fiber carbohydrates (NFC), there were greater intake and digestibility in heifers fed on CS. There were no diet effect for withers height and body length. There was an effect of CS and SS for chest girth. It is concluded that diets based on corn silage and sorghum silage offer higher performance than diets based on sugar cane in nature or sugar cane silage for dairy heifers. / Objetivou-se avaliar os efeitos de diferentes volumosos sobre o consumo, digestibilidade e desempenho de novilhas leiteiras. Foram utilizadas dezesseis novilhas leiteiras da raça Holandesa, com peso médio inicial 150 ± 19 kg e idade media 8 meses, distribuídas em delineamento em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições, sendo cada animal considerado uma unidade experimental e os blocos formados com base ao peso inicial dos animais, durante 70 dias. Os tratamentos constituíram de quatro volumosos: silagem de milho (SM), silagem de sorgo (SS), cana-de-açúcar in natura (CN) e silagem de cana-de-açúcar (SC). As dietas foram formuladas fixando a quantidade de concentrado em 0,5% do peso corporal para silagens de milho e sorgo, 0,7% para cana-de-açúcar in natura e 1,0% para silagem de cana-de-açúcar. Os animais alimentados com dietas à base de silagens de milho e sorgo apresentaram maior ganho médio diário em relação aos alimentados com dietas contendo cana-de-açúcar in natura e silagem de cana-de-açúcar. O consumo e a digestibilidade de matéria seca (MS), matéria orgânica (MO) e energia digestível (ED) foram maiores para as novilhas alimentadas com dietas à base de silagens de milho e de sorgo. Houve maior consumo e digestibilidade de proteína bruta (PB) e fibra em detergente neutro (FDN) para as novilhas alimentadas à base de silagem de sorgo. Para carboidratos não-fibrosos (CNF), verificou-se maior consumo e digestibilidade nas novilhas alimentadas à base de silagem de milho. Não foi observado efeito sobre os parâmetros de altura de cernelha e comprimento corporal. Houve maior ganho de perímetro torácico para as novilhas alimentadas com dietas a base de silagens de milho e de sorgo. Conclui-se que dietas à base de silagens de milho ou sorgo proporcionam maiores desempenhos do que dietas à base de cana-de-açúcar in natura ou ensilada para as novilhas leiteiras.

This text is a part of my years long art work. Industrial architecture and mechanical parts, fascination to functions of mechanisms and the aesthetics of industry are for years my hobby. These phenomens became fundamental for my art work. In this work I introduce my creative basis. Their main themes are fundamental changings of human's development. Subsequently I have searched for similar contents used in the artistic world. Particulary I thought about the risks and dangers which the new technical age hides from our site. Technologie from a lot of points of view abbreviates our lives but on the other hand it is also a risk for people who do not esteem the values of our environment, nature and do not think much of their own ephemerality. The didactic part of my work I spent upon playfulness which is for all children natural. Mechanisms, constructions and technologies enable the creation of an abstract world and fantastic beings. The topic of "Industries" offers a rich scale of inspiring ideas for work with children. At the same time we save the concepts of how to combine the cultural and nature's world. It is necessary to educate all in the spirit of living, staying playfull and sensetive at the same time.

Denna uppsats analyserar och tolkar Kerstin Thorvalls roman Det mest förbjudna (1976) komparativt i ljuset av begrepp från Epikuros (341 f. Kr. - c:a 270 f. Kr.) hedonistiska och materialistiska filosofi framställd i dess mest betydande kvarstående källa, Lucretius (c:a 95 f. Kr. - c:a 55 f. Kr.) lärodikt De rerum natura. Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka om/hur motiv ur Epikuros etik förekommer i Thorvalls roman; och att utforska om hedonism medverkar/motverkar feminism i romanen. Metoden är en tvärvetenskaplig komparativ analys och tolkning mellan Thorvalls roman och Epikuros filosofi i Lucretius dikt. Metoden inspireras av Pierre Machereys i boken À quoi pense la littérature (1990). Undersökningsresultat struktureras tematiskt efter några av de jämförda verkens motiv: religionens ondo, behovet av att avlägsna rädslan för döden, njutningen som det högsta goda, kritiken av tvåsamma kärleken, synen på kunskap. Min teoretiska utgångspunkt är Epikuros och Lucretius hedonistiska filosofi; och, i mindre utsträckning, ett intersektionellt perspektiv (med fokus på kategorierna kön, genus och sexualitet). Resultatet visar huvudsakligen att trots skillnader gällande begärens begränsning, kan slutsatsen dras att Thorvall gör en feministisk omtolkning av hedonistiska motiv och vägleder läsaren mot ett feministiskt och hedonistiskt etiskt mål.
