Die Reduzierung der Unfallzahlen und berufsbedingten Erkrankungen, die Stärkung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes genießen in Sachsen einen hohen Stellenwert, da sichere und gesundheitsgerechte Arbeitsbedingungen in den Schulen auch zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Freistaates beitragen. Um diesen Anspruch in den sächsischen Schulen dauerhaft zu sichern, entwickelt die Professur Arbeitswissenschaft und Innovationsmanagement der Technischen Universität Chemnitz das Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem Schule »AManSys«. Einen wichtigen Teil der Systementwicklung bildet dabei das Handbuch zum »AManSys«, eine Handlungsanleitung und zukünftig digitales Hilfsmittel für den Schulleiter, um die Durchführung und Dokumentation der Prozesse in der Organisation im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz regelkonform zu managen und damit seiner Unternehmerverantwortung gerecht zu werden.

This Thesis develop institutional arrangement models based on the current model and also in the ISO 9000 scheme and others. It is studied the US case with OSHA and VPP, the OHSAS 18001 and ANSI/AIHA Z-10, in addition to actual context of the regulating norms NR s. The scenarios developed are put to evaluation on feasibility, potential changes and effects on current MTE auditors work scheme. The main results are five scenarios developed and that the MTE auditors tend to be reactive to the change toward the ILO/OSH-2001. / A assinatura em 2005 de Termo de compromisso do Brasil em adotar a Diretriz de Sistema de Seguran?a e Sa?de Ocupacional da Organiza??o Internacional do Trabalho denominada ILO/OSH 2001 coloca o problema de modelar arranjos que definam pap?is e intera??es de governo, organiza??es de normas e de seguran?a e sa?de ocupacional, profissionais da ?rea e outras institui??es para implementar essa Diretriz. Nesta disserta??o investigam-se modelos alternativos de arranjos institucionais baseados seja em uma adapta??o direta do atual modelo normativo e de controle existente baseado no Minist?rio do Trabalho e Emprego, seja nos modelos existentes de certifica??o ISO 9000, e outros. O estudo investigou os modelos de Sistema de Gest?o de Seguran?a e Sa?de Ocupacional, dentre eles os modelos do Voluntary Protection Program da OHSA, a OHSAS 18001, ANSI/AIHA Z-10, al?m do contexto atual das Normas Regulamentadoras- NR?s. A Segurança no Trabalho no Brasil é um tema que merece ser explorado. Todos os anos milhares de trabalhadores sofrem lesões durante a realização de suas atividades laborais. Diversos estudos demonstram a influência do ambiente sobre o comportamento das pessoas, sendo o Clima de Segurança um construto bastante explorado. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral identificar fatores que explicam o comportamento dos trabalhadores em relação à segurança bem como analisar a relação existente entre esses fatores. Tendo em vista a importância do ambiente organizacional nas questões relacionadas à segurança do trabalho, foi escolhida uma empresa industrial brasileira de grande porte para a realização desta pesquisa. Foi realizada uma análise do contexto organizacional, bem como uma avaliação do comportamento dos trabalhadores em relação à segurança com base na Teoria da Ação Planejada. Com base no modelo proposto, também foi avaliada a relação entre a Supervisão direta dos operadores como fator que explica o comportamento desses em relação à segurança. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que o comportamento dos trabalhadores pode ser explicado com base na Teoria da Ação Planejada e que a Supervisão tem relação com o comportamento, mediada pelos construtos do modelo proposto. / Occupational Safety and Health issue in Brazil in a subject that matters. Every year thousands of workers get injuries along its working activities. Several researches demonstrate the environment influence over people behavior, being Safety Climate a well explored construct. This research brings as general objective identify the factors that explain the worker\'s behavior toward safety and also analyze the relationship among these factors. Considering the organizational environment relevance regarding safety issues, a large industrial Brazilian company was selected to contribute to this study. Its organizational context was evaluated, as well as the worker\'s behavior toward safety based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. Based on the proposed model, it was also evaluated the relationship between worker\'s direct Supervision as a factor that explain their behaviors toward safety. The results demonstrated that the worker\'s behavior can be explained based on Theory of Planned Behavior and that Supervision set influence on worker\'s behavior, mediated by TPB constructs.

This thesis deals with the issue of health and safety at work and fire protection, focusing on the management system for the company UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining of the related legislative regulations in are of OSH and FP in the Czech Republic, on related terms, analytics methods used in this area and on the specifics of Open Space offices. The second concentrates on the basic information about the company itself and to the analysis of processes and established procedures dealing with OSH and fire protection in the company. The aim is to map management practices in OSH and FP management, uncovering any shortcomings and proposal for acceptable corrective action. There were used internal company guidelines together with the data from the investigation carried out on a sample of 100 employees for the purposes of this thesis.

This diploma thesis focuses on the construction of a construction technological project for the construction of the Central Charging Station in Púchov. The building is located in the industrial area of Púchov and in the area of Continental Matador Rubber. In the thesis is elaborated technical report for building technological project, co-ordination situation of construction with wider transport routes, time and financial object plan, study of the realization of the main technological stages, construction site design, design of main building machines and mechanisms, time schedule of main building, securing material resources for the monolithic part of the building. In the thesis are made, technological rules for drilled pilots and ceiling structure above the first overground floor. Technological regulations follow control and test plans. Other assignments that have been made in this work, such as the occupational safety and health plan, the design and comparison of cranes and the item budget.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the needs of employer in the field of addictology-side. Secondary targets include: a) analysis of training needs of employees enrolled in the employer's training program for the design of educational-preventive project intended for these RIA (Railway Infrastructure Agency) employees; b) analysis of UIC recommendations addictological interventions aimed for management of safety risks associated with the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work; c) analysis of implementation possibilities of the recommendations according to the previous point. An analysis of documents - Czech legislation, recommendations UIC - focused on measures regulating the use of alcohol and other substance abuse at work and addictological interventions proposed by UIC. Knowledge questionnaire for employees participated in employer's training program was prepared. Respondents were not informed in advance about the offer to participate in the research, they weren't informed about the addictology knowledge test. During at about 60 minutes there were completed 3100 answers from 31 respondents without training with 40 - 70% correct results (in average 53.4 %). There were differences in correct answers in some parts of questionnaire based on information knowledge of respondents. UIC...
