Material addicional: http://hdl.handle.net/10230/6323 / Aquesta tesi doctoral té com a objectiu principal establir les bases per a un sistema de detecció semiautomàtica de relacions conceptuals a partir de textos especialitzats. Per arribar a aquest objectiu, la tesi presenta una definició de relació conceptual en el marc d'un enfocament comunicatiu de la terminologia i, a partir d'aquesta definició, l'autora detecta i aplica diversos marcadors lingüístics verbals per aïllar fragments textuals que continguin unitats de coneixement especialitzat, vehiculades mitjançant termes i relacions conceptuals. D'aquesta manera es pretén recuperar fragments de coneixement especialitzat a partir dels nusos de coneixement i de les seves relacions en textos de l'àmbit del genoma humà.Una de les aportacions principals d'aquesta tesi és l'aplicació d'una tipologia de relacions conceptuals validada empíricament a partir de textos especialitzats a la creació i alimentació d'una ontologia sobre el genoma humà. I orientat a complir l'objectiu general d'aquest treball, la detecció semiautomàtica de relacions conceptuals, l'autora proposa estratègies sintàctiques i semàntiques que permetin refinar al màxim aquests elements clau en l'organització de la informació especialitzada, combinant aquestes estratègies amb un detector i un extractor de terminologia. / The main goal of this Ph. dissertation is to establish the ground basis for a semiautomatic conceptual relations detector on the basis of specialised texts. In order to attain this goal, the Ph. dissertation includes a new definition of conceptual relations in a communicative approach to terminology. From this definition, the author detects and applies different linguistic verbal markers to isolate textual fragments containing specialised knowledge units expressed by terms and conceptual relations. The aim is to retrieve specialised knowledge fragments from knowledge nodes and the relations they establish among them in the human genome domain.One of the main contributions of this work is the application of a typology of conceptual relations empirically validated on the basis of specialised texts on the construction and updating of an ontology about the human genome domain. Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / Neste trabalho foram analisadas e comparadas as principais teorias da conduta. Com isso buscou-se não apenas aprofundar um debate frequentemente mediado pelos manuais, mas também, por meio do recurso aos aportes críticos da bibliografia latino-americana, verificar se a concepção ontológica de conduta é de fato a mais limitadora ao poder punitivo. Parte do eixo analítico deste trabalho passa pelo estudo da articulação entre o respeito à estrutura lógico-objetiva da conduta humana como base de sucessivas valorações e a função limitadora da conduta. Com isso, pretende-se debater se a minimização dessa estrutura lógico-objetiva, acarretando a um acréscimo potencial de uma normativização do direito penal, representaria uma maior exposição do sujeito ao poder punitivo. A partir do conceito de praxis, como desenvolvido por Lukács, busca-se paralelamente uma base filosófica que não se esgote na compartimentalização jurídica. Trata-se de uma corrente que reivindica criticamente a herança teórica das principais contribuições filosóficas ocidentais, desde proposições aristotélicas, passando pelos conceitos hegelianos, chegando ao debate sobre objetificação hegeliano-marxista. / This study analyzed and compared the major theories about human conduct. The intent behind this was to not only deepen a debate often mediated by the manuals, but also, through the use of the critical contributions of Latin-american literature, to verify if the ontological conception of conduct is indeed the most limiting of punitive power. Part of the analytical axis of this work involves the study of the relationship between the respect for logical-objective structures of human conduct, as the basis of successive value attributions, and conduct in its limiting function. With this, we intend to debate whether the reduction of recognition of logical-objective structures, leading to increased potential for normative aspects of criminal law, represents a greater exposure of the subject to punitive power. From the concept of praxis, as developed by Lukacs, we aim to find a philosophical basis that is not exhausted in legal compartmentalization. This theoretical path critically claims the heritage of major Western philosophical contributions, from Aristotelian propositions through the Hegelian concepts, reaching the debate on Hegelian-Marxist objectification.

Interpretado como resultante dos recentes desenvolvimentos técnicos e científicos, o pós-humano seria assim uma projeção fáustica do homem para além da sua naturalidade biológica. No entanto, a partir de uma apreensão ontológica do homem como ser social, entendemos ser o pós-humano um equívoco conceitual à medida que faz do homem um ser sem qualidades essencialmente humanas, um ser sem consciência universal. Prova disso encontramos na concepção de homem forjada pelo físico norte-americano Norbert Wiener no bojo da cibernética, ou seja, um homem cuja identidade não consiste nesse material limitado e perecível que é o corpo, mas num padrão biológico informacional que pode ser transmitido ou modificado, pelo menos “teoricamente”. Em vista disso, notamos que o ideário do póshumano é tributário dessa particular concepção de homem cibernético. / In this work we critically examine the phenomenon of post-human that is configured basically as a contemporary ideology in which sits a pragmatist view of man, that is, a man apart from his humanity and its future in history. Interpreted as the result of recent technical and scientific developments, the post-human would be like a Faustian man's projection beyond its natural biodiversity. However, from an ontological apprehension of man as a social being, we understand that the post-human as a conceptual mistake that makes a man without qualities to be essentially human, without being a universal consciousness. Proof of that found in the conception of man forged by American physicist, Norbert Wiener of cybernetics in the bulge, or a man whose identity is not restricted and perishable material that is the body, but an informational biological pattern that can be transmitted or modified at least “theoretically”. In view of this, we note that the idea of the posthuman is a tributary of that particular conception of human cybernetic.

Entendemos que isso acarretaria num ciclo vicioso que não permitiria uma análise radical da sociologia como proposta científica. Já os estudos marxistas, em sua maioria, foram aplicados por uma perspectiva gnosiológica - que é caracterizada pelo deslocamento da prioridade do conhecimento para o sujeito em vez de reconhecer a prioridade ontológica do objeto. Por esses motivos, propomos nessa exposição uma explanação da crítica do marxista György Lukács à sociologia. Esta se caracteriza pelo resgate da perspectiva ontológica em Marx, ou seja, no reconhecimento de que o arcabouço marxiano está edificado sobre uma ontologia do ser social fundada no trabalho. Com isso, permite resgatar a crítica radical e revolucionária instaurada por Marx e, portanto, demonstrar que mais que interpretar, precisamos transformar o mundo / Several considerations were made on Sociology as a private discipline, but most of them starting from the sociological perspective itself. We believe that this will lead to a vicious cycle that would not allow a radical analysis of sociology as a scientific proposal. The studies Marxists, most of them were applied by an epistemological perspective - which is characterized by shifting the priority of knowledge for the subject instead of recognizing the ontological priority of the object. For these reasons, we propose an explanation at the exhibition of György Lukács critique of sociology. This is characterized by the rescue of the ontological perspective in Marx, namely the recognition that the Marxian framework is built upon an ontology of social being founded in the work. Thus, the radical critique has rescued and brought revolutionary Marx and, therefore, show that more than interpret, we must transform the world

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / The objective of this dissertation is to demonstrate the conceptual roots of the phenomenology of consciousness and ontology Sartre characterizes the approach and detachment with the tradition of phenomenology and metaphysics, especially with Husserl and Heidegger emphasizing the relationship and understanding of the concepts themselves and Para- in-itself in the context of existentialist philosophy. Research is carried through the exploration of literature and is divided into three parts. The first was intended to approach the concept of intentionality, travels Husserlian phenomenology, focusing on the constitution of the transcendental ego. The second part aimed to develop a critical overview of phenomenological ontology of Being and Nothingness, often pointing to critical issues regarding the problems of metaphysics and the unilateral conception of realism and idealism. The third part has a contrast of Sartre's phenomenological ontology with the problems resulting from the standoff between the metaphysics of realism and idealism. Finally, we dealt with the problem constructed by putting some problematic aspects of Sartre's phenomenological ontology in view of their involvement with the great questions of Western metaphysics. / O objetivo desta dissertação é demonstrar as raízes conceituais da fenomenologia da consciência e da ontologia sartreana caracterizando a aproximação e o distanciamento com a tradição da fenomenologia e da metafísica, de modo especial com Husserl e Heidegger enfatizando a compreensão e a relação dos conceitos de Para-si e Em-si no contexto da filosofia existencialista. A pesquisa é desenvolvida através da exploração bibliográfica e está dividida em três partes. A primeira destinou-se à abordagem do conceito de intencionalidade, percorre a fenomenologia husserliana, com enfoque na constituição do ego transcendental. A segunda parte teve o objetivo de desenvolver uma síntese crítica da ontologia fenomenológica de O Ser e o Nada, apontando frequentemente para aspectos críticos em relação aos problemas da metafísica e das concepções unilaterais do realismo e do idealismo. A terceira parte fez uma contraposição da ontologia fenomenológica de Sartre com a problemática que resulta do impasse entre a metafísica do Realismo e Idealismo. Por fim, abordou-se a problemática construída, situando alguns aspectos problemáticos da ontologia fenomenológica de Sartre tendo em vista sua implicação com as grandes questões da metafísica ocidental.

To guide the research we had as general objective: to analyze the limits and challenges of objectivization of the school practice in the current routine based on the Historical-Critical Pedagogy. Based on documents, on meetings observations in the Municipal General Office of Education and in the investigated school, after participation on the VII Education Meeting and the interviews accomplished with the teachers in the school as well as with the Municipal Secretary of Education and their assistants, with the study of a national, state, and municipal history of the economy-politics, we understood that the founding aspect of the social being, his/her work built historically in the past acts in the present time as a ghost. The economical and extra-economical aspects continually and contradictorily take action in the formation of a social human being. The precarious conditions of the teachers initial and continuous formation, the organization of the school practice with neo- new school characteristics in previous administrations, the absence of factual conditions in the present time for the development of an emancipative school practice, the idealistic thinking regarding the State, the alienated work and the capital, among other facts, correspond to the multiple determinations that challenge the objectivization of an emancipative school practice or the Historical-Critical Pedagogy, in the current history, as a fight of classes. We concluded that the impediments for the objectivization of the Historical-Critical Pedagogy are in the objective conditions of the quotidian, promoted by the current capitalist sociability, as well as in the subjective conditions of estrangement of the faculty and members of the Municipal General Office of Education in relation to themselves, in relation to others and in relation to the reality. We understood that it urges to the faculty the need to seek their development as a human being, along with other extra-parliamentary movements in the organization of a radical politics. Thus, eventually, we may think about aiming at an emancipative school practice to struggle against the current prehistory on behalf of a history of men freely associated. / Esta pesquisa buscou identificar os desafios enfrentados pelos professores da Rede Municipal de Sarandi na objetivação da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação no período de 2001 a 2008. E, para guiar a pesquisa, tivemos como objetivo geral: analisar os limites e desafios de objetivação da prática escolar na atual cotidianidade com base na Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica. A partir do levantamento de documentos , das observações de reuniões na Secretaria Municipal de Educação, e na escola investigada, do VII Encontro de Educação, das entrevistas realizadas com as professoras na escola, assim como com o Secretário Municipal de Educação e seus assessores, com o estudo da história da economia-política desse município, do Paraná e do Brasil, entendemos que o aspecto fundante do ser social, seu trabalho, construído historicamente no tempo passado, atua no tempo presente como um fantasma. Os aspectos econômicos e extraeconômicos atuam, continuamente e contraditoriamente na formação do ser social. As condições precárias da formação inicial e das formações continuadas das professoras, a organização da prática escolar em gestões anteriores com características neoescolanovistas, a ausência de condições objetivas no tempo presente para o desenvolvimento da prática escolar emancipatória, o pensamento idealista a respeito do Estado, do trabalho estranhado e do capital, entre outros fatos correspondem às múltiplas determinações que desafiam a objetivação de uma prática escolar emancipatória ou da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica, na atual história, como luta de classes. Concluímos que os entraves para a objetivação da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica se encontram nas condições objetivas da cotidianidade, promovidas pela atual sociabilidade capitalista, assim como nas condições subjetivas do estranhamento do corpo docente e dos membros da Secretaria Municipal de Educação em relação a si, em relação ao outro e em relação à realidade. Entendemos que urge ao corpo docente a necessidade de buscar o seu vir a ser conjuntamente com outros movimentos extra-parlamentares na organização de uma política radical. Assim, talvez, poderemos pensar em objetivar uma prática escolar emancipatória a qual lute contra a atual pré-história em prol de uma história dos homens livremente associados.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O problema que justifica o presente estudo refere-se à falta de semântica nos mecanismos de busca na Web. Para este problema, o consórcio W3 vem desenvolvendo tecnologias que visam construir uma Web Semântica. Entre estas tecnologias, estão as ontologias de domínio. Neste sentido, o objetivo geral desta dissertação é discutir as possibilidades de se imprimir semântica às buscas nos agregadores de notícia da Web. O objetivo específico é apresentar uma aplicação que usa uma classificação semi-automática de notícias, reunindo, para tanto, as tecnologias de busca da área de recuperação de informação com as ontologias de domínio. O sistema proposto é uma aplicação para a Web capaz de buscar notícias sobre um domínio específico em portais de informação. Ela utiliza a API do Google Maps V1 para a localização georreferenciada da notícia, sempre que esta informação estiver disponível. Para mostrar a viabilidade da proposta, foi desenvolvido um exemplo apoiado em uma ontologia para o domínio de chuvas e suas consequências. Os resultados obtidos por este novo Feed de base ontológica são alocados em um banco de dados e disponibilizados para consulta via Web. A expectativa é que o Feed proposto seja mais relevante em seus resultados do que um Feed comum. Os resultados obtidos com a união de tecnologias patrocinadas pelo consórcio W3 (XML, RSS e ontologia) e ferramentas de busca em página Web foram satisfatórios para o propósito pretendido. As ontologias mostram-se como ferramentas de usos múltiplos, e seu valor de análise em buscas na Web pode ser ampliado com aplicações computacionais adequadas para cada caso. Como no exemplo apresentado nesta dissertação, à palavra chuva agregaram-se outros conceitos, que estavam presentes nos desdobramentos ocasionados por ela. Isto realçou a ligação do evento chuva com as consequências que ela provoca - ação que só foi possível executar através de um recorte do conhecimento formal envolvido. / The problem addressed in this work refers to the lack of semantics in Web search engine. As solution, the W3 consortium has been developing technologies that aim to build a Semantic Web, including the domain ontology. Considering this issue, the work main goal is to discuss the possibilities of placing semantics context in the searches in Web feed applications. The specific goal is to propose a Web application that uses a semi-automatic classification of news, by joining information retrieval technologies and domain ontology. The software is able to get news about a given domain from Web information portals. It uses the Google Map API VI for gather the new geo-referenced location, whenever this information is available. To show the proposal feasibility, an example was developed supported by an ontology in the domain of rainfall and its consequences. The results of this new ontology-based feed are allocated in a database e make available for query via the Web. It is expected that the proposed feed offers more relevant results than the current feeds. In addition, the union of technologies sponsored by the W3C and traditional search methods on Web pages were satisfactory for the intended purposes. Ontology is showed as multi-use tool and its value in Web search can be extended for appropriate computer applications. In the example presented, other concepts were added to the word rainfall, which is present in the deployments caused by it. This highlighted the connection of the event rainfall with its consequences, action that was only possible to run through a cutout of the formal knowledge involved.

Aplicações cientes de contexto precisam de mecanismos para recuperar informações sobre o seu contexto de execução. Com base no contexto atual, tais aplicações são capazes de se autoadaptar para fornecer informações e serviços adequados aos seus usuários. A abordagem comum para infraestruturas de apoio às aplicações sensíveis ao contexto fornece serviços para a descoberta de recursos através da utilização de pares <chave-valor> e motores que executam apenas correspondência sintática. Esta abordagem não considera as possíveis relações semânticas entre as palavras-chave usadas. Portanto, a sua expressividade semântica limitada, leva a um serviço de descoberta que provê baixa taxa de recuperação e baixa acurácia. Este trabalho apresenta a utilização de uma outra abordagem para o serviço de contexto e descoberta, que utiliza ontologias para representar os recursos do contexto de execução e capturar a semântica da consulta do usuário, melhorando assim o processo de descoberta para a autoadaptação de sistemas sensíveis ao contexto. A abordagem proposta oferece também pontos de extensão para as aplicações clientes através da utilização de outras ontologias. Esta abordagem foi integrada à infraestrutura CDRF, de forma a adicionar semântica aos serviços desenvolvidos neste projeto. Exemplos de aplicações são também propostos para demonstrar a utilização dos novos serviços. / Context-aware applications demand ways of retrieving context information from the environment. Based on the current context, such applications are able to self-adapt to provide the correct information and services to its users. The usual approach for supporting infrastructures for context-aware applications provides facilities for resource discovery using <key-value> pairs and discovery engines that perform syntactic matching. This approach does not consider the possible semantic relations between the keywords used. So its limited semantic expressiveness often leads to poor discovery results. This paper presents the use of a different approach for service discovery that uses ontologies to represent resources and capture the semantics of the users query, improving the discovery process for self-adaptation of context-aware systems. The proposed approach also offers extension hooks to the client applications through the use of other ontologies. This approach is integrated into the CDRF framework and adds semantics to the services developed in that project. Example applications are also proposed to demonstrate the use of the new services.

A maioria desses problemas urbanos geralmente afeta a vida de residentes e visitantes. Por exemplo, as pessoas podem relatar um carro estacionado em uma calçada que está forçando os pedestres a andar na via, ou um enorme buraco que está causando congestionamento. Além de estarem relacionados com o espaço urbano, os problemas urbanos geralmente demandam ações das autoridades municipais. Existem diversas Redes Sociais Baseadas em Localização (LBSN, em inglês) no domínio das cidades inteligentes em todo o mundo, onde as pessoas relatam problemas urbanos de forma estruturada e as autoridades locais tomam conhecimento para então solucioná-los. Com o advento das redes sociais como Facebook e Twitter, as pessoas tendem a reclamar de forma não estruturada, esparsa e imprevisível, sendo difícil identificar problemas urbanos eventualmente relatados. Dados de mídia social, especialmente mensagens do Twitter, fotos e check-ins, tem desempenhado um papel importante nas cidades inteligentes. Um problema chave é o desafio de identificar conversas específicas e relevantes ao processar dados crowdsourcing ruidosos. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa investiga métodos computacionais a fim de fornecer uma identificação automatizada de problemas urbanos compartilhados em mídias sociais. A maioria dos trabalhos relacionados depende de classificadores baseados em técnicas de aprendizado de máquina, como SVM, Naïve Bayes e Árvores de Decisão; e enfrentam problemas relacionados à representação do conhecimento semântico, legibilidade humana e capacidade de inferência. Com o objetivo de superar essa lacuna semântica, esta pesquisa investiga a Extração de Informação baseada em ontologias, a partir da perspectiva de problemas urbanos, uma vez que tais problemas podem ser semanticamente interligados em plataformas LBSN. Dessa forma, este trabalho propõe uma ontologia no domínio de Problemas Urbanos (UIDO) para viabilizar a identificação e classificação dos problemas urbanos em uma abordagem automatizada que foca principalmente nas facetas temática e geográfica. Uma avaliação experimental demonstra que o desempenho da abordagem proposta é competitivo com os algoritmos de aprendizado de máquina mais utilizados, quando aplicados a este domínio em particular. / The cities worldwide face with many issues directly related to the urban space, especially in the infrastructure aspects. Most of these urban issues generally affect the life of both resident and visitant people. For example, people can report a car parked on a footpath which is forcing pedestrians to walk on the road or a huge pothole that is causing traffic congestion. Besides being related to the urban space, urban issues generally demand actions from city authorities. There are many Location-Based Social Networks (LBSN) in the smart cities domain worldwide where people complain about urban issues in a structured way and local authorities are aware to fix them. With the advent of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, people tend to complain in an unstructured, sparse and unpredictable way, being difficult to identify urban issues eventually reported. Social media data, especially Twitter messages, photos, and check-ins, have played an important role in the smart cities. A key problem is the challenge in identifying specific and relevant conversations on processing the noisy crowdsourced data. In this context, this research investigates computational methods in order to provide automated identification of urban issues shared in social media streams. Most related work rely on classifiers based on machine learning techniques such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), Naïve Bayes and Decision Trees; and face problems concerning semantic knowledge representation, human readability and inference capability. Aiming at overcoming this semantic gap, this research investigates the ontology-driven Information Extraction (IE) from the perspective of urban issues; as such issues can be semantically linked in LBSN platforms. Therefore, this work proposes an Urban Issues Domain Ontology (UIDO) to enable the identification and classification of urban issues in an automated approach that focuses mainly on the thematic and geographical facets. Experimental evaluation demonstrates the proposed approach performance is competitive with most commonly used machine learning algorithms applied for that particular domain.

Premente, por conseguinte, desvelar as determinações materiais nas quais se enraizam a concepção do ser apartado do não-ser consubstanciada na intransponível distinção entre ser e ente na qualidade de expressão das idéias em uma realidade invertida, falsamente apreendida. Realidade idealmente reproduzida que, no entanto, possibilita alternativas correspondentes a realização de finalidades orientadas para a satisfação de necessidades historicamente determinadas. Por conseguinte, a concepção de determinação ontológica supra-histórica e insuprimível destituem das intencionalidades sociais para naturalizar o imputar da maior velocidade e complexidade com menor tempo e tamanho do fragmento da realidade a conhecer, potencializando as condições de inversão da realidade. Realidade invertida que deforma a apreensão consciente do correspondente subtrair da humanidade do individuo e do gênero da esfera social do ser por alienar as necessidades e finalidades da teoria e da pratica, orientadas conscientemente no desenvolvimento das condições de empobrecimento da humanidade travestido em coisas falaciosamente providas de humanidade. Coisas que possuiriam identidade com a humanização do homem obnubilando o unificar o desenvolver da coisa no desenvolver do homem na qualidade de coisa, a conceber a mais primordial necessidade teórica e pratica para a finalidade de desenvolvimento da coisa como a necessidade irrevogável da atividade humana. O embate candente no âmbito das idéias se constitui no conceber do real e, nesta direção, a dominação das necessidades e finalidades da (re) produção material da sociedade necessita da dominação das categorias espaço e tempo enquanto formas de ser da matéria em movimento.
