Analýza dynamických parametrů laserových vibrometrů / Analysis of dynamic parameters of laser vibrometers

Pavloň, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the theoretical description of interference methods used to measure vibrations, examines main parasitic effects and analyses its contribution to achievable the resolution. In the practical part, it uses several measurements to verify the effects of the level of reflected beam, stand-off distance and speckle noise. It also proposes a practical experiment for measuring dynamic parameters and signal-noise ratio. Results show that, the noise is exponentially dependent on the level of the reflected beam. The visible maximum of the vibrometer proved to be critical in terms of time stability of the measured signal level in two of the three measurements. Results of the dynamic measurement show that, the measured deviations were not degraded or significantly disturbed by the noise signal. From the measurement of the speckle noise, it emerged that the lowest level of noise is achieved with smooth and highly reflective materials.

Fly. Sök skydd. Larma. / Escape. Seek shelter. Alert. : A quantitative analysis of Swedish students’ perception of risk information and worry about ongoing deadly violence.

Andersson, Ellinor, Eriksson, Pernilla January 2023 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of information for the risk perception and worry regarding ongoing deadly violence (ODV) that students at Swedish schools experience. The role of information regards behaviours in relation to information seeking, information need and information as a way to reduce worry. In the study, a web survey was conducted in which 120 students at a Swedish school participated. Through a statistical analysis, the research questions were analysed from aspects regarding information consumption, risk perception, trust and worry to investigate the role information plays. The theoretical framework for this study consisted of theories and concepts from the risk communication research field (such as risk perception), but it also consisted of theories and concepts related to information consumption (such as information avoidance, uncertainty reduction theory, and risk information seeking and processing model). The result of this study indicated that students who worry and seek information about ODV believe that they possess knowledge about the subject. However, no correlation between a higher level of worry and increased information seeking was shown. The individuals that feel a greater responsibility to have knowledge about ODV seek more information. The students in this study have not been given information about ODV from their school, but generally want to get more information and believe that information could make them less worried. Those who trust the school would seek information about ODV from the school, while the ones that do not trust the school tend to seek more information by themselves. Furthermore, we encourage further research that aim to investigate which role the expectations of others regarding expected knowledge play for the level of knowledge that individuals possess about risks and their information consumption.

Samverkan vid hanteringen av dödligt skolvåld : En kvalitativ studie om samverkan vid hanteringen av dödligt våld i den svenska skolmiljön / Collaboration in the management of lethal school violence : A study on collaboration in the management of lethal school violence in the Swedish school environment

Röjerås, Ida January 2024 (has links)
Deadly school violence has long been acknowledged as a pressing issue, particularly within the United States. Existing research primarily concentrates on American instances, with a focus on identifying high-risk individuals through the examination of personality traits and background factors. However, there exists a notable gap in understanding deadly violence within a Scandinavian context. This study aims to explore the challenges and success factors associated with collaborative efforts in managing incidents of deadly violence within the Swedish school environment, spanning the periods before, during, and after such occurrences. Employing a qualitative approach, empirical data was gathered through semi-structured interviews. Drawing upon the theoretical framework of management and collaboration, and boundary spanning as a central theoretical concept, thematic analysis was employed to analyze the collected data. The study highlights two key themes: challenges for collaboration and success factors for collaboration. Findings reveal that the lack of systematic approaches and inadequate communication represent primary challenges, while good understanding of individuals and their capabilities are the primary success factors in collaboration. The study's findings partly confirm previous research but also highlight new discoveries. For instance, statutory confidentiality regulations pose obstacles to effective collaboration between schools, the police, and social services.

Functioning of the triangle of internalized subjectivity; An internal monologue, free indirect speech and a point of view, in the modern novel (Marcel Proust, Claude Simon and Nathalie Sarraute)

Bouslahi, El Houcine 05 April 2016 (has links)
This research is entitled Functioning of the Triangle of Internalized Subjectivity in the Modern Novel. It aims at studying the speech and the inner thoughts of the subject of enunciation in fiction often marked by the "interference" in enunciation tracks. The three targeted discursive and narrative processes are internal monologue (MI), free indirect speech ( DIL) and the point of view (PDV) . The examination of the three pillars of the inner language relies on the contributions of linguistics of enunciation, of polyphony and pragmatic. This research targets nine novels that we can classify as belonging to the "modern novel" category. These novels belong to three French authors who have developed narratives in which the source of speaker and enunciator is a cause of ambiguity. The difficulty of dealing with the novelistic enunciation in a textual corpus chosen in this case is mainly due to the blurring of boundaries between reporting speech and reported speech. Marcel Proust, Claude Simon and Nathalie Sarraute do not belong to the same aesthetic and ideological trends, but what they have in common is that they all offer a novel configuration that makes us raise questions about the status of the speaker and the enunciator in a form of expression that is not always verbalized.
