Gêneros múltiplos: binarismos versus pluralismo em Stone Butch Blues e Stella Manhattan almeja discutir a arbitrariedade do sistema de sexo e gênero da sociedade ocidental contemporânea, que categoriza e fixa o sexo biológico dos indivíduos em duas exclusivas expressões de gênero possíveis: homem/masculino x mulher/feminino. Casos em que a referida consonância entre sexo e gênero não ocorre são tratados como aberrações passíveis de punições físicas e morais. O corpus literário desta tese é formado por romances da literatura norte-americana (Stone Butch Blues, de Leslie Feinberg) e brasileira (Stella Manhattan, de Silviano Santiago). A introdução discorre brevemente acerca da história e da teoria do romance, objeto principal deste estudo, posta em prática por renomados romancistas. O segundo capítulo ocupa-se de questões teóricas sobre sexo e gênero, importantes para o embasamento da discussão literária, além da trama e fortuna crítica sobre Stone Butch Blues, incluindo uma análise do autor deste trabalho sobre o referido romance. O terceiro capítulo discute outras questões teóricas, desta vez sobre teoria da Literatura e de gênero, além de apresentar a fortuna crítica de Stella Manhattan, culminando também com uma análise crítica do autor desta tese sobre o romance brasileiro. Ao final da pesquisa, objetiva-se demonstrar que o binário de gênero socialmente imposto precisa, em realidade, ceder espaço a um sistema plural e fluido, no qual a biologia perde seu papel determinante na masculinidade ou feminilidade do indivíduo / Multiple genders: binarisms versus pluralism in Stone Butch Blues and Stella Manhattan aims to discuss the arbitrariness of the sex/gender system in western contemporary society, which both categorizes and solidifies the biological sex of people in two exclusive possible gender expressions: male/masculine x female/feminine. Cases in which the aforementioned consonance fails to be met are treated as aberrations, liable to both physical and moral punishment and abuse. The literary corpus of this dissertation is formed by an American novel (Stone Butch Blues, by Leslie Feinberg), and a Brazilian one (Stella Manhattan, by Silviano Santiago). The introduction herein briefly discusses history and theory of the novel, the main focus of this study, in addition to its theory put into practice by renowned novelists. The second chapter deals with theoretical matters concerning sex and gender, important issues on which to base the literary discussion, as well as the plot and critical articles on the American novel, including an analysis of the author of this work on the novel. The third chapter discusses other theoretical issues, this time about the theory of Literature and further gender theory, besides presenting critical articles on the Brazilian novel and the critical view of the author of this dissertation on the novel. At the end of the research, I aim to demonstrate that the socially imposed sex/gender binary has to, as a matter of fact, make room for a plural, fluid system, one in which biology loses its decisive role in the individuals masculinity or femininity

Todos, na definição do cineasta Glauber Rocha, unidos num único proposto de derrotar a província. Entretanto, estes sonhos de liberdade foram interrompidos em 1968 com a edição do AI-5 e, o fechamento da II Bienal da Bahia. Assim em 1991 quando foi criada a Bienal do Recôncavo havia uma lacuna na produção cultural baiana, os dois grandes territórios da gestão cultural do estado da Bahia que são o Teatro Castro Alves – TCA e o Museu de Arte Moderna da Bahia – MAM, encontravam-se fechados por falta de condições técnicas para funcionar. Então, a Bienal do Recôncavo é criada em um momento, no qual um pequeno grupo de artistas controla o mercado de arte baiano, e em uma conjuntura internacional marcada por várias formulações estética, fragilizando as fronteiras do pensar e fazer artístico. Nesta perspectiva, o projeto da Bienal é elaborado com o objetivo de revelar novos artistas, e chamar a atenção para a pluralidade estética contemporânea, questionando a ideia da arte conceitual como expressão única da contemporaneidade, premiando respectivamente em suas nove edições, a escultura em concreto, pintura em acrílico sobre papel, performance, instalação, objeto escultural em madeira, instalação com cerâmica em alta temperatura, ferro e algodão. In the face of the importance of the immigrant for the development of a sustainable society, considering the diversity of its dimensions and the Brazilian s commitment in supply its people need; it is justified the necessity to analyze politically and juridically the immigrant political rights in the country. Considering its multicultural formation and the democratic nature defended, the development of a politic guided by the intercultural relations, aiming to the development of a plural society is crucial. The plurality requires all the citizens participation in the decision processes. That is why this study has searched to analyze the state of art of the immigrant political rights in the country, specifically in relation to the suffrage, exercise that concretize the citizenship, the popular sovereignty. The Brazilian positioning about the immigrant vote prerogative was questioned, as well as the contribution of the legislation of the other countries from Latin America for the development of an adequate legislation. A dialectical approach was chosen, due to the study from the contradictions and the antagonism of the system for the formal recognition of the right to vote. The analysis and the documents interpretation and data follows the qualitative model, on account of the psychosocial explanatory focus, for the context comprehension. The data were obtained through bibliographic research of the migration profiles, Federal Constitutions and migratory legislation of the countries involved; but, for this purpose, with the technical supply of summaries, reviews, annotations. The analysis was presented in two chapters: the construction of the political participation of the immigrant in Brazil and about the recognition of the political rights of the immigrant in Latin America . In the first chapter there was the scope to expose the theoretical substantiation that allows to recognize and comprehend the complexity that settles the immigrant in the field of the sociobiodiversidade rights, as well as the rights deprivation which the country is exposed. In the second, it was presented models developed in the other Latin America countries. It was noticed that Brazil is about to institute a new political mark in immigration represented by PL288/2013, sent to Cãmara de Deputados (PL 2516/2015). However, this still copy the state power concentration, being omissive about the immigrant vote, about the Human Right to Immigrate. Not many countries in Latin America have developed their perception about the human rights comprehension beyond the homogeneity and the democracy as plurality. Between the analysed countries, the Argentinian and Bolivian model are closer to the ideal project. It is expected that the exposure may contribute for a new political migratory mark indeed effective. / Em face da relevância do sujeito imigrante para o desenvolvimento de uma sociedade sustentável, considerando a pluralidade de suas dimensões e ao compromisso do Brasil em suprir as demandas do seu povo; justifica-se a necessidade de analisar política e juridicamente os direitos políticos do imigrante no país. Considerando sua composição multicultural e o caráter democrático defendido, o desenvolvimento de uma política pautada na interculturalidade das relações, visando à construção de uma sociedade plural é imprescindível. A pluralidade exige a participação de todos os cidadãos nos processos decisórios. Por isso, esse estudo buscou analisar o estado da arte dos direitos políticos do imigrante no país, especificamente com relação ao sufrágio, exercício que concretiza a cidadania, a soberania popular. Questionou-se a postura do Brasil frente à prerrogativa do voto do imigrante, bem como a contribuição das legislações dos demais países da América Latina para o desenvolvimento de uma legislação adequada. Optou-se por uma abordagem dialética, haja vista o estudo partir das contradições e antagonismos do próprio sistema para o reconhecimento formal do direito ao voto. A análise e a interpretação dos documentos e dados seguem o modelo qualitativo, devido à relevância do enfoque psicossocial, interpretativo, para a compreensão do contexto. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica de perfis migratórios, Constituições Federais e legislações migratórias dos países envolvidos; contando, para tanto, com o apoio técnico de resumos, resenhas, fichamentos. A análise foi apresentada em dois capítulos: a construção da participação política do imigrante no Brasil e sobre o reconhecimento dos direitos políticos do imigrante na América Latina . No primeiro capítulo houve o escopo de expor a fundamentação teórica que permite reconhecer e compreender a complexidade que encerra o imigrante no âmbito dos direitos da sociobiodiversidade, bem como a privação de direitos a qual está sujeito no país. No segundo, foram apresentados os modelos desenvolvidos nos demais países da América Latina. Percebeu-se que o Brasil está prestes a instituir um novo marco político em matéria de imigração representado pelo PL288/2013, atualmente em trâmite na Câmara dos Deputados (PL 2516/2015). Todavia, este ainda reproduz a concentração do poder Estatal, sendo omisso quanto ao sufrágio do imigrante, quanto ao Direito Humano de Imigrar. Poucos países na América Latina evoluíram sua percepção quanto à compreensão dos direitos humanos além da homogeneidade e da democracia como pluralidade. Dentre os países analisados, os modelos argentino e boliviano mais se aproximaram do projeto ideal. Espera-se com o exposto contribuir para a construção de um novo marco político migratório de fato eficaz.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This work argues the relation unit-plurality from the formative proposal of the education. The education preserves - when aiming at an individual former of the world a vigorous relation with the transcendental thinking. So that, the school, place for excellence of the cultural formation (Bildung), is lost in the diagnosis of crisis of its function. Considering the new contours of the reason, acquired with the linguistic turn, this research is guided for the following question: it is possible still to keep the speech of the formation (Bildung) in the context of plurality of the perspective contemporaries who pass by the education? In the attempt to reintegrate the dimensions practical-moral and aesthetic-expressive with the reason, Habermas waves with the concept of a reason incorporated in communicative act. At the same time where he doesn t deny the conquests and the modern normative content, he delineates a situated reason, where the unit is the perspective of approach and not a condition given beforehand. With the pragmatic of the language, the pedagogical ends to link with the form to comprehend the knowledge and the subject in the education. The Habermas idea - of that it has a unit in the plurality - allows to understand the own project of the Bildung as plural. Thus, the totalitarian universality of the Bildung is retired to understand it as thought exercise. Therefore, this research concluded that it s not necessary to abandon the proposal of the Bildung to understand the different perspectives contemporaries who cross the education. These perspectives, sheltered in the different narratives of the quotidian, contribute in the understanding of the world, binding the circumscribed elements in the formative process / O trabalho discute a relação unidade-pluralidade a partir da proposta formativa da educação. Ao visar um sujeito formador do mundo, a educação preserva em sua prática discursiva forte ligação com o pensamento transcendental. Neste sentido, a escola, lugar por excelência da formação cultural (Bildung), perde-se no diagnóstico de crise de sua função. Considerando os novos contornos da razão, adquiridos com a virada lingüística, a pesquisa norteia-se pela seguinte questão: é possível ainda manter o discurso da formação (Bildung) no contexto de pluralidade das perspectivas contemporâneas que perpassam a educação? Na tentativa de reintegrar as dimensões prático-moral e estético-expressiva à razão, Habermas acena com o conceito de uma razão incorporada no agir comunicativo. Ao mesmo tempo em que ele não nega as conquistas e o conteúdo normativo moderno, delineia uma razão situada, em que a unidade é a perspectiva de chegada e não uma condição dada de antemão. Com a pragmática da linguagem, os fins pedagógicos relacionam-se diretamente à forma de compreender o conhecimento e o sujeito na educação. A idéia de Habermas de que há uma unidade na pluralidade permite entender o próprio projeto da Bildung como plural. Desta forma, retira-se da Bildung sua universalidade totalitária para compreendê-la como exercício de pensamento. Por isso, a pesquisa concluiu que não é preciso abandonar a proposta da Bildung para compreender as diferentes perspectivas contemporâneas que atravessam a educação. Estas, abrigadas nas diferentes narrativas do cotidiano, contribuem na compreensão do mundo, ligando os elementos circunscritos no processo formativo

Quebra de paradigmas, mudanças de costumes, transformações de valores sociais desaguam sobre a conjuntura familiar contemporânea promovendo profundas mutações acerca da sua concepção. Assim, apesar de ter quem suscite que a família contemporânea está em crise, o mais sensato é reconhecer as transformações vivenciadas e buscar compreender a sua renovação, através do estudo sobre os novos arranjos familiares que se amoldam à atual realidade social brasileira e perceber como se edificam perante o Direito no país. É neste contexto de infinitas transformações da realidade social e da mudança na compreensão acerca da família, assim, o objetivo geral da presente dissertação busca identificar os novos contornos da família contemporânea numa perspectiva jurídica atual. Buscou-se passear pelos fundamentos atuais que respaldam a pluralidade as entidades familiares, apresentando as espécies de família já reconhecidas pelo Direito, bem como, apreciando espécies de agrupamentos afetivos que estariam à margem do reconhecimento de família. Uma vez que a linha de pesquisa adotada é a de Aspectos Jurídicos da Família Contemporânea, a presente Dissertação promoveu uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, passeando pelas fontes normativas, jurisprudenciais e doutrinárias que ajudam a desenhar os novos contornos da família contemporânea. Como resultado, alcançou-se a necessidade de se ampliar o conceito de família de modo a respeitar a realidade social atual, concebendo a efetiva proteção do Estado àquela que é a base da sociedade: a família. / The family has lived in constant boiling. Break paradigms, changes in customs, social values transformations flow into about contemporary family situation leading to profound changes about your design. Thus, despite that raise the contemporary family is in crisis, the wisest course is to recognize the changes experienced and try to understand its renewal, through the study on the new family arrangements that adjust the current Brazilian social reality and understand how to build before the law in the country. It is in this context of endless transformations of social reality and change in understanding about family members, thus, the general aim of this thesis seeks to identify the new contours of contemporary family in a current legal perspective. Search will be touring the current fundamentals that support the plurality family entities, with the species of the family already recognized by law, and, enjoying species of affective groups who would be the family of recognition of the bank. Once the search line adopted is the Legal Aspects of Contemporary Family, this Dissertation promoted a bibliographic and documentary research, strolling the regulations, case law and doctrinal sources that help draw the new contours of contemporary family. As a result, achieved the need to broaden the concept of family in order to respect the current social reality by designing the effective protection of the State to that which is the basis of society: the family.

Cada corrente surgiu para adaptar o protestantismo ? cosmologia social das ?pocas hist?ricas, desde a reforma protestante at? os dias de hoje, formando institui??es com determinadas posturas ?ticas e morais. Faz-se necess?rio pesquisar e entender como o protestantismo hist?rico, o pentecostal e o neopentecostal se implantaram no Brasil. A partir disso, pensamos ser interessante problematizarmos de forma acurada os seguintes aspectos: Como se deram os processos de forma??o das vertentes/movimentos evang?licos no Brasil? Esses movimentos ainda est?o mantendo suas ?roupagens cl?ssicas? ou est?o hibridizando suas fronteiras? Quais s?o as modula??es de tr?nsito religioso que demonstram esta prov?vel hibridiza??o? Se existe, de fato, uma hibridiza??o entre os movimentos evang?licos, podemos colocar que ela ? fomentada apenas por uma l?gica de mercado de bens simb?licos da religi?o do mundo atual? Na atualidade, estamos vivenciando um per?odo de mudan?a cosmol?gica, do Moderno ao P?s-moderno (caosmol?gico). Este ?ltimo se caracteriza pela seculariza??o, pela fratura, a mutila??o, a diversidade de subjetividades. E ? pensando neste ?esp?rito do tempo? que tomamos como principal refer?ncia te?rica deste estudo o fil?sofo italiano e pensador da p?s-modernidade Gianni Vattimo que caracteriza a p?s-modernidade com a cosmologia do Pensamento fr?gil/pensiero debole e p?s-metaf?sico, ou seja, que potencializa o surgimento de institui??es mais plurais e n?o-absolutas. Para tanto, ele lan?a m?o das filosofias dos alem?es, Nietzsche e Heidegger. Por fim, importa dizer que embasado neste quadro te?rico, levanto a hip?tese de que o protestantismo tende a se ?multilar? por influ?ncia da episteme social p?s-moderna, proporcionando, com isso, o prov?vel surgimento de uma nova corrente h?brida ainda n?o nominada e que pode transitar entre as tr?s grandes correntes do protestantismo mundial, com caracter?sticas nas quais convergem aspectos das mesmas. / Since long ago that the religious manifestations are considered important items in various social media. In this sense, we are interested in understanding the strong denominational plurality, and the emergence of new movements / events and forms of Christianity in Brazil, which therefore is a reflection of what happens in the rest of the globalized world. Such interest is covered by the assumption that religiosity and social media are built on mutual and interconnected way, which allows us to understand that social cosmology presents itself as a fertile space privileged and to verify the interactions pertaining to the binomial: religion and society. The Protestantism is divided into three main streams: Historical, Pentecostal and Neo-Pentecostal. Each current of Protestantism emerged to adapt to social cosmology of historical ages, from the Reformation to the present day, forming institutions with certain ethical and moral stances. In this sense, it is necessary to research and understand how the historical Protestant, Pentecostal and neo-Pentecostal were implanted in Brazil. From this we believe to be interesting problematize accurately the following: How have the processes of formation of strands / evangelical movements in Brazil? These movements are still holding their "classic robes" or hybreeding their borders? What are the modulations in the religious transit demonstrate that this probable hybridization? If there is, indeed, a hybridization between the Evangelical means, we can put it is provoked only by a logic of "market of symbolic goods of religion" in the world today? Nowadays, we are experiencing a period of change cosmological, from Modern to Postmodern (caosmol?gic). This last is therefore characterized by secularization, the fracture, the mutilation, the diversity of subjectivities. And thinking about is this "spirit of the times" we take as the main its theoretical references of this study, the Italian philosopher and thinker of postmodernity Gianni Vattimo featuring postmodernity with the cosmology of fragile / pensiero debole Thought and post-metaphysical, that is which enhances the appearance of more plural institutions and non-absolute. To do so, he makes use of the philosophies of German, Nietzsche and Heidegger. Finally, it must be said that this grounded theoretical framework, raise the hypothesis that the Protestantism tends to "injure anymore" by the influence of postmodern social episteme, providing thereby the emergence of a new hybrid framework has not yet nominated and can move between the three major currents of world Protestantism, with features in converged aspects of the same.

I intend to divide it into three general parts, each containing pedagogically necessary subdivisions. On the first part, I will analyze Arendt's distinction between the three central categories for the understanding of modern times: labor, work and action. The action, seen as a pre-politics subjective realm, is the theoretical core of this chapter, along with how the action, side by side with speech, happens on human relations, on an inter-subjective realm. The second part talks about the unfolding of Action throughout the history of mankind, pointing out its many different interpretations, misconceptions and refutations over the centuries. Finally, the third part is set on the analysis of the resizing which the concept of action has suffered throughout the late modern period, mostly after the revolutions, especially the French and American ones, pointing to a new political horizon. / Proponho com esta dissertação de mestrado, abordar o conceito de ação e, consequentemente, de poder em Hannah Arendt, e como estas duas categorias comportam o fundamento para a constituição de um espaço público genuíno, onde reina a liberdade, conseguintemente, a política. Pretendo dividi-la em três partes gerais, contendo sub-partes necessárias, didaticamente, à sua composição. Na primeira parte, trataremos da diferenciação arendtiana para as três categorias centrais no entendimento da modernidade: o trabalho, a fabricação e a ação. Situando na ação o ponto nevrálgico de discussão, em sua esfera subjetiva , vista como manifestação pré-política, bem como a forma com que a ação paripasso ao discurso se configura nas relações humanas, passando para o terreno intersubjetivo . A segunda parte pretende dissertar sobre o curso da ação no decorrer da história da humanidade, situando suas diversas interpretações, distorções e recrudecimento ao longo dos principais eventos e épocas históricas. Por fim, a terceira parte tem como meta analisar o redimensionamento que o conceito de ação sofreu na modernidade tardia, sobretudo, após as revoluções, em especial, a francesa e a americana, apontando para um novo horizonte político.

The present work aims at pointing out historical aspects of neurotheology and also some of the foundations proposed by Andrew Newberg for the systematization of neurotheology as a scientific field of research. From such considerations, the future perspectives of the religion point to the construction of a spirituality focused on health, being developed in a space of tolerance and plurality. / A neuroteologia é um campo emergente de pesquisa que busca compreender a relação entre o cérebro e a mente, bem como avaliar o que acontece com o cérebro de uma pessoa envolvida com atividades e experiências espirituais e religiosas. O presente trabalho visa apontar aspectos históricos da neuroteologia e, também, quais alguns dos fundamentos propostos por Andrew Newberg para sistematização da neuroteologia como campo científico de pesquisa. A partir de tais considerações, as perspectivas futuras da religião apontam para a construção de uma espiritualidade voltada para a saúde, sendo desenvolvida em um espaço de tolerância e pluralidade.
