Darbo objektas: Privačios sodybos Pakruojo rajono Karašilio kaime teritorija, želdiniai ir infrastruktūra. Bakalauro darbo tikslas: Pateikti privačios sodybos apželdinimo projektą. Darbo tikslui pasiekti iškelti šie uždaviniai: išanalizuoti sodybos esamą situaciją; pateikti sodybos apželdinimo koncepciją; parengti apželdinimo projektą; sudaryti projekto sąmatą.Atliekant baigiamąjį bakalauro darbą, naudotasi įvairiais darbo metodais: informacijos, literatūros ir kitų šaltinių rinkimas ir jų analizavimas; teritorijos aprašymas ir fotofiksacija; vizualinis aplinkos vertinimas; projektų rengimas. Naudojantis minėtąja metodika surinkta ir susisteminta informacija apie sodybas, jų planavimą, tipus, bei sodybų apželdinimo istoriją. Įvertintos gamtinės sąlygos apylinkėje bei esama padėtis sodyboje. Atsižvelgiant į šiuos aspektus projektuojama sodybos aplinka. Analizuojama sodyba yra Karašilio km, Pakruojo raj. Sodyboje yra nedekoratyvių, menkaverčių augalų, keli seni pastatai. Inžinerinių komunikacijų ir mažosios architektūros nėra. Sodyba skirta poilsiui, tad rengiant projektą didžioji sodybos teritorija paskirta šiam tikslui. Atsižvelgus į daugelį aspektų, teritoriją paskirstyta į 3 zonas: reprezentacinę, aktyvaus ir pasyvaus poilsio zonas. Suprojektuoti patogūs takai, apšvietimas bei įvairių augalų grupės. Įrengiami vandens telkiniai ir kiti poilsio įrenginiai. / Object of the final work: Territory, greenery and infrastructure of private homestead located in Karašilis village, Pakruojis district. Purpose of the final work: to prepare the project of greenery planting of private homestead. In order to execute this purpose, such tasks were set: to analyze the current situation of the homestead; to present the concept of greenery; to prepare the project of planting; to give an estimate for the project. Various methods were used during preparation of the final work: compilation and analysis of information from science literature and other sources; taking of photographs and describing current situation of territory; visual evaluation of surroundings; design. These techniques helped to compile and systematize information about homesteads, plans and types of them and about the history of greenery projects of homesteads. Next step was evaluation of current situation and natural conditions of the surroundings. The project was prepared considering all of these aspects. The homestead is located in Karašilis village, Pakruojis district. Currently there are several old buildings in the homestead, plants are non-decorative and do not have much value. Engineering infrastructure and small architectural elements in the site do not exist. The homestead is intended for recreation; therefore most part of the site is designated for that purpose. Magistro praktinėje dalyje kuriu architektūros ir vitražo tarpusavio ryšį. Kauno miesto Ąžuolyno parke įsikūręs „Ąžuolyno sporto centras“ papildo čia pat esantį sporto „miestelį“. Architektai Vilius Adomavičius, Vida Vyšniauskienė ir Darius Čiuta suprojektavo modernų 117 m. ilgio ir 12 m. pločio pastatą, kurio architektūrinėje plastikoje dominuoja stiklas. Pastate įrengtos administracinės, kavinės, spa procedūrų, grožio salono, rūbinės, trenerių kambarių, vandens procedūrų ir sporto salės patalpos. Architektūrinėje situacijoje modeliuoju modernaus vitražo meninės raikšos priemones, remdamasi stiklo medžiagiškumu, spalvos ir mastelių pokyčiais, jų tarpusavio santykiu. Supančių medžių krintančius šešėlius ir jų atspindžius stikle perfrazuoju ažūrinio tinklo stilistika, kuri organiškai kinta, persipynusi su skaidriais ir spalviniais vitražo plotais, tuo būdu pabrėžiu pastato ir supančios aplinkos ryšių išsaugojimą. Sukurdama dviejų stiklo sluoksnių „tinklą“, kuris pasižymi spalvinės gamos įvairove, atkreipiu dėmesį į spalvų veikimą viena kitos atžvilgiu, tarpusavio persipynimą ir emocinę įtaigą. Magistro praktiniame darbe pateikiamas darbo planšetas bei vitažo projekto architektūroje detalė (130 x 95 cm., stiklas, glazūra, smėliasrovė). / In the practical part of my work I create relation between architecture and stained glass. I chose „Ąžuolynas Sport Centre“ that complements „sports town“ situated in Ąžuolynas park in Kaunas. The modern building was created by architects Vilius Adomavičius, Vida Vyšniauskienė and Darius Čiuta. The building is 117 meters long and 12 meters wide. Inside there are administration premise, cafes, a beauty salon, cloakrooms, rooms for trainers, gym, spa and water treatment rooms. Glass dominates compositional expression of the whole building. I design modern stained-glass forms emphasising characteristic glass qualities such as materiality and colour. I base my work on relation between architecture and glass, search for optimal forms that complement architectural lanscape. I incorporate shadows of the trees in the environment and recreate their reflection on glass using openwork grid. This stylistic element is united with transparent and coloured glass areas. I also try to sustain the relation between the building and its environment. Creating a double glass net, which shows a wide spectrum of vibrant colours, I pay attention to colour effectiveness, their relationship between each other and also emotional potency. For the presentation of practical work a plane-table and a detail of stained glass project are represented (130 x 95 cm., glass, glazure, sandblasting).

Klubinių baldų projektą sudaro fotelis, stalas ir pufas. Pasirinkta ši tema dėl tokių priežasčių: tokio tipo baldų pasirinkimas gan nedidelis, tokio tipo baldai salyginai brangūs ir ši tema man yra artima. Baldų formos ir spalvos įkvėptos gamtos – idėja kilo iš kokoso riešuto. Pagrindiniai kriterijai kuriais vadovautasi: funckionalumas, estetinė išvaizda, aukšta kokybė ir žema kaina. Sukurti baldai yra praktiški dėl keičiamų dažniausiai dėvimų dalių. Ištepus šias dalis ar mechaniškai pažeidus jas galima lengvai pakeisti, tai yra itin aktualu, nes nereikialauja papildomų išlaidų (transportavimas, baldo pervilkimas, darbo kaina). Dėl šios baldo savybės jį lengva pritaikyti prie interjero, gali būti keičiamos spalvos bei medžiagos (oda, audinys ir kt.). Fotelio galinėje dalyje pritvirtinta detalė yra tik mano pasiūlytas sprendinys, dėl baldo unikalios konstrukcijos, gali būti gaminami įvairūs kevalai, kitos formos detalės. Vietoje užrašo „COCONUT“ gali būti naudojami kiti užrašai, kuriuos siekiama populiarinti. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro penki planšetai, aiškinamasis raštas, brėžinių aplankas, bukletas ir gaminys – fotelis. / Club furniture design project consists of a chair, a table and a pouffe. This theme was chosen for the following reasons: the choise of this type of furniture is relatively small, such furniture is expensive and the topic is close to me. The shape and the colour are inspired by nature – the coconut. The main criteria I followed in my diploma work were: functionality, aesthetic appearance, high quality and low price. The created furniture is practical because of the parts that can be replaced. These parts can be easily replaced when smeard or mechanically broken and that is really important because it does not require additional expenses (transportation, furniture reclothing, labour price). Due to these removable parts, the designed furniture can be easily adapted to any interior – the colour and the material of the parts can be changed (leather, cloth, ect.). The attached part in the back of the armchair is my solution, variuos parts of other form can be made and attached. Other notes that are wanted to be populatized can be used instead of „COCONUT“. The Bachelor work consists of five flatbeds, the note folder, the folder of drawings, brochure and the product – an armchair.

Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti logistikos sampratos, funkcijų, procesų, investicinio projekto bei krovinių terminalo naudos, efektyvumo ir rizikos klausimai teoriniu aspektu. Atlikta savivaldybės įmonės Šiaulių oro uostas 2006–2012 metų finansinių rodiklių balanso dinamikos, struktūros bei santykinių rodiklių analizė. Aptarti įmonės veiklos rezultatai pagal veikos kryptis bei nustatyta perspektyviausia kryptis plėtrai. Pateiktas krovinių terminalo investicinio projekto vertinimas. / In this Master's degree work is analyzed and organized the concept of logistics, it's functions, processes, investment project, and the benefits of cargo terminal, efficiency and risk issues in theoretical terms. Moreover, it also covers municipal enterprise Siauliai airport financial indicators of the balance of dynamics, structure and ratio analysis for 2006–2012 years period. Also, it discusses about the companys activity rezults and guides to the most promising direction for development. This work also includes cargo terminal investment project evaluation.

Amounts of pine sawlogs, pine pulpwood as well as spruce pulpwod can be estimated rather precisely. The accuracy of the prognosis is as high as 90%. The amount of spruce sawlogs can be prognosed with less accuracy (75%). The biggest errors are obtained by prognosis of smal dimensions softwood and hardwood as well as of birch pulpwood. Prognosis of birch pulpwood differs from actuall volume 3.7 times. When prognosed income is being compared with the actual one, very small discrepancies are found, though the assorment composition is different. The difference between actual and theoretical income were 2.4% and -0.5% respectively for 2004 and 2005.

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – suprojektuoti kompleksinių inžinerinių projektų įgyvendinimo strategijos pasirinkimą, grindžiamą daugiakriteriniais sprendimo priėmimo metodais, ir, jais naudojantis, parinkti tinkamiausią Ignalinos AE įrangos išmontavimo projekto strategiją. Teorinėje dalyje apžvelgiami dažniausiai naudojami daugiakriteriniai sprendimų priėmimo metodai, atlikus metodų palyginimą išrenkami tinkamiausi suformuluotai problemai spręsti. Atlikus situacijos analize Ignalinos AE pastate V1 ir surinkti pirminius duomenis apie įrangos komponentų fizinius, radiologinius, išdėstymo schemų ir kitus duomenis bei atlikus jų pradinę analizę, suformuluojamos strategijų alternatyvos, bei rekomendacinis hierarchinis kriterijų sąrašas, kuris yra charakteringas atominių elektrinių užterštos įrangos išmontavimo projektams. Pateikiamas konkretus problemos sprendimo projektas/metodologija, kuris įgyvendinamas Ignalinos AE pastato V1 įrangos išmontavimo atvejui. / The aim of this paper is to create methodology for choosing the best strategy for complex technology projects using multi criteria decision making methods and to implement this methodology for Ignalina NPP decommissioning project (dismantling equipment in building V1). MCDA methods are analyzed and the most appropriate for Ignalina’s NPP equipment dismantling is chosen. Primary data has been collected and analyzed and two different alternative strategies for dismantling are formulated and also the tree of hierarchical qualitative and quantitative criteria is created. It is used for measuring performance of alternatives against criteria. Finally the scheme for choosing the best alternative has been proposed, and by applying MCDA method the best strategy has been selected for dismantling unused equipment and radioactive waste treatment and decontamination at Ignalina NPP in building V1.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota ir pateikta finansinių investicinių projektų vertinimo metodika, ši metodika pateikiama praktiškai, pritaikant ją vertinant konkretų finansinį investicinį projektą – mažųjų ir pramoginių laivų prieplaukos statybą Klaipėdos valstybiniame jūrų uoste. Pirmoje darbo dalyje teoriniu aspektu tiriamas ir apibendrinimas finansinių investicinių projektų finansinio, ekonominio ir socialinio vertinimo mokslininkų išvadų turinys, taip pat pateikiamos investavimo ir vertinimo sąvokų apibrėžtys. Antroje darbo dalyje identifikuojamas nagrinėjamo projekto aktualumas, pasirinkimas, aptariamas ir numatomas šio projekto preliminarus ekonominio – socialinio kontekstas, pateikiamas konkretaus minimo projekto finansinio, ekonominio – socialinio vertinimo metodas, aptariamos galimos alternatyvos. Trečioje darbo dalyje apskaičiuojamas ir įvertinamas naujos mažųjų ir pramoginių laivų prieplaukos Lietuvoje poreikis, pateikiami ir apskaičiuojami finansiniai projekto rodikliai, kuriais remiantis apskaičiuojami ir ekonominiai bei socialiniai nagrinėjamo projekto rodikliai. Pagrindžiami finansinio investicinio projekto ekonominis – socialinis teigiami vidaus ir išorės efektai, įrodomas projekto naudingumas investuotojui ir visuomenei. / In this Master's Work there are analyzes and presented the method of the financial investment projects economical – social assessment. This method is taken into practice by assessing the special financial project of water transport sector, which is – „Small and pleasure boat marina construction in port of Klaipeda“. In first part of the work it can be found a summary of scientific papers and research findings, definitions of related concepts. In second part, there are identified problems of the economical – social field discussed in the context of water transport in Lithuania. Also there it is shown the specific method of the financial project assessment. And finally, in the last part of the Master's Work it is shown what financial, economic, social indicators of the financial project were found by adopting the method. According to these indicators it is presented what advantage affect can be reached by approving this specific financial project.

Magistro darbe nagrinėjami pagrindiniai Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių moksliniai darbai, susiję su projektų valdymu bei strateginių tikslų įgyvendinimu organizacijoje. Išanalizuoti ir susisteminti teoriniai projektų valdymo įgyvendinant organizacijos strateginius tikslus ypatumai, pateiktas teorinis organizacijos strateginių tikslų ir projekto sąveikos modelis. Dokumentų analizės metodu, atliktas tyrimas, kurio metu buvo siekiama nustatyti tris aspektus. Pirma, buvo siekiama parodyti projektų finansinę naudą Šiaulių universiteto veiklai. Antra, nustatyti, į kokius dokumentus orientuojamasi rengiant projektą ir ar tuose dokumentuose yra numatomas projektų valdymo procesas. Trečia, buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti į kokius strateginius tikslus yra orientuoti pasirinkti projektai. Šiam tyrimui atlikti pasirinkta nagrinėti Šiaulių universiteto strateginius dokumentus, veiklos ataskaitas, Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktus, reglamentuojančius aukštojo mokslo finansavimą bei pasirinktų tirti 3 projektų paraiškos. Siekiant išsiaiškinti sąveiką tarp projektų valdymo ir strateginių Šiaulių universiteto tikslų įgyvendinimo, buvo atliktas pusiau struktūruotas interviu metodas, taikant giluminio interviu principus. Apklausta 12 ekspertų, iš kurių: 3 – aukščiausiojo ir viduriniojo lygio vadovai, 3 – Projektų vadybos skyriaus darbuotojai, 6 – projektų vykdytojai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Master’s work deals with the main aspects of scientific papers of Lithuanian and foreign authors related to project management and strategic objectives realization in an organization. There are analyzed and systemized theoretical project features on implementation of the Organization‘s strategic aims. Also, there are submitted strategic objectives of Organization‘s and project's theoretical interaction model. The method of document analysis was designed to identify three aspects. Firstly, the work aims to show the project‘s financial benefits in activities of Šiauliai University. Secondary, it determines in which documents is focused during the project management process. Thirdly, the aim was to find out in what strategic objectives selected projects are oriented. The research is based on Siauliai University strategic documents, activity reports, Lithuanian legislation which are related to the higher education funding and the application of 3 selected projects. In order to determine the interaction between project management and the strategic objectives of the University of Šiauliai, was selected a semi structured interview method, based on principles of deep interview method. There were interviewed 12 experts: 3 high and mid-level managers of Šiauliai University, 3 – members of department of Project management, 6 – project executors. The subject of the investigation is the arrangement of rural development projects. The aim of the work is to formulate recommendations for the perfection of the arrangement of rural development projects. The tasks: — to fulfill the analysis of scientific literature and other secondary references of information and summarize the methods of design arrangement; — to identify the peculiarities of the projects of rural development; — to establish the problems of the arrangement of rural development projects; — to formulate recommendations for the organizers of rural development projects. The methods of investigation of a questionnaire, logical analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, comparing, filing, the methods of logical and diagrammatic modeling. While studying the scientific literature about rural development and projects arrangement of rural development have been presented; the general theoretic aspects requirements of projects arrangement have been established; the analysis of the requirements of different financial support sources have been fulfilled; the methodical aspects of projects arrangement according to secondary data and the characteristic of the arrangement of rural development projects have been defined; the problems of the arrangement of rural development projects according with the help of empirical research have been estimated and the recommendations of the perfection of the arrangement of rural development projects have been formulated.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuota lyderio elgsena projekto įgyvendinimo metu ir jos daroma įtaka projekto rezultatams ir efektyvumui. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje aptariama lyderio elgsenos teorijų raida, pritaikymo aplinkybės, efektyvi projekto vadyba ir kiti veiksniai, lemiantys projekto efektyvumą. Antrojoje dalyje pristatoma lyderių elgsenos įtakos 2007-2013 m. Latvijos - Lietuvos - Baltarusijos bendradarbiavimo per sieną programos (ENPI) projektų efektyvumui tyrimo metodologija, aptariami trys tyrimo etapai, kuriuose dalyvauja dvi ekspertų grupės - 3 ENPI programos koordinatoriai ir 10 ENPI projektų lyderių bei ENPI programos puslapio socialiniame tinkle Facebook pasekėjai. Trečia darbo dalis pristato tyrimo rezultatus ir efektyvaus ENPI programos projektų lyderio elgsenos modelį, kuriame aprašoma, koks projekto lyderis ir kokia jo elgsena įtakoja tam tikrus projekto efektyvumo rodiklius. / In this Master‘s work leader‘s behaviour while implementing a project was analysed, as well as its influence to project results and efficiency. In the first part of this work evolution of leader’s behaviour theories was discussed together with their performing circumstances, effective project management and other factors, which influence project efficiency. In the second part of the Master‘s work empirical research methodology of leader‘s behaviour influence to efficiency of 2007-2013 Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus cooperation program (ENPI) projects was presented and three parts of research were discussed, where two groups of experts - 3 ENPI program coordinators and 10 ENPI project leaders, as well as ENPI Facebook profile followers took part in. In the third part of this work research results are presented together with model of effective ENPI program‘s project leaders behaviour. It shows what project leader should be and which behaviour cause implementation of project efficiency indicators.
