Tourist activity was addressed as socio-cultural phenomenon, considering the case of (dis) (re) territorialization and power relations between staff producers of the tourism space. Given the complexity of this issue and the need for further studies that focus on the reterritorialization cases generated by tourism in the northeastern coast, given the action of the agents involved in the construction of the spaces generated by tourism, this work is then justified. For such a study an exploratory and qualitative study was conducted, through a survey of secondary and primary data, and interviews with leaders of public, private nonprofit community in the investigated county. In this sense, it was found that the process of (dis) (re) territorialization in the city investigated, permeates the contradictions resulting from the conflicts existing power while providing the location and implications for economic and sociocultural dimensions, its heart is found in the political, the relationship between entrepreneurship - established mainly by outsiders who own businesses in Pipa - and local government - composed entirely by insiders who work in the municipal headquarters, that until then, hold the political and the economic power. Thus, to understand the regionalization of tourism it is necessary to analyze its economic, socio-cultural and political dimensions, referring to the complexity of relationships between producing space agents. It is believed that the reterritorialization can be capable of producing territorialities contextualized to the culture, history, economy and local politics, understanding that the active participation of the natives will contribute to a less perverse, since this has been one of the faces experienced by local people / O trabalho busca compreender o processo de reterritorializa??o desencadeado pelo desenvolvimento do turismo em Tibau do Sul/RN, observando suas implica??es econ?micas, socioculturais e pol?ticas para a sociedade local. A atividade tur?stica foi abordada enquanto fen?meno sociocultural, considerando-se o processo de (des) (re) territorializa??o e as rela??es de poder entre os agentes produtores do espa?o tur?stico. Tendo em vista a complexidade dessa tem?tica e a necessidade de aprofundar estudos que enfoquem os processos desencadeados pela reterritorializa??o tur?stica no litoral nordestino, tendo em vista a a??o dos agentes envolvidos na constru??o dos espa?os produzidos pelo turismo, justifica-se o trabalho. Para tanto foi realizado um estudo explorat?rio e qualitativo, atrav?s de levantamento de dados secund?rios e prim?rios, e a realiza??o de entrevistas com as lideran?as do poder p?blico, iniciativa privada, terceiro setor e comunidade do munic?pio pesquisado. A metodologia inspira-se na an?lise do discurso foucaultiana e elementos da etnografia tais como: observa??o em di?rio de campo, conversas informais e entrevista semiestruturada. A an?lise te?rica articula um conjunto de conceitos desenvolvidos por Michel Foucault, sendo alguns deles centrais: discurso, poder-saber, processos de subjetiva??o e posi??o de sujeito, al?m do conceito de curr?culo em uma vis?o p?s-cr?tica. O manejo dessas ferramentas conceituais caminha rumo ? investiga??o do discurso do acolhimento, que diz respeito ao processo de ajuda protetiva ? crian?a e ao adolescente abandonados divulgado nas pr?ticas curriculares do abrigo em quest?o. O problema central desta pesquisa ?: como o discurso do acolhimento ? crian?a e ao adolescente em vulnerabilidade social est? divulgado nas pr?ticas curriculares do abrigo investigado e quais posi??es de sujeito s?o demandadas nesse discurso. Para isso, pesquiso como a crian?a e o adolescente s?o nomeados, caracterizados e inventados no curr?culo desse abrigo. Investigo tamb?m as a??es individuais e coletivas presenciadas em situa??es do cotidiano e as rela??es de poder-saber ali imbricadas. O argumento geral desenvolvido ? o de que h? no curr?culo da institui??o investigada um constante enfrentamento de verdades discursivas sobre o acolhimento. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / This dissertation analyzes how the curricular practices of the shelter investigated demand certain positions of subject through the discourse of the reception, at the same time it weakens and strengthens the children and adolescents in social vulnerability. The methodology is inspired by the analysis of the Foucauldian discourse and elements of ethnography such as observation in field diary, informal conversations and semi-structured interview. The theoretical analysis articulates a set of concepts developed by Michel Foucault, some of them central: discourse, power-knowledge, subjectivation processes and subject position, beyond the concept of curriculum in a post-critical view. The management of these conceptual tools is directed towards the investigation of the discourse of the reception, which concerns the process of protective help to the abandoned child and adolescent disclosed in the curricular practices of the shelter in question. The central problem of this research is: how the discourse of reception to the child and adolescent in social vulnerability has disclosed in the curricular practices of the investigated shelter and what subject positions are demanded in this discourse. For this, I research how the child and the adolescent has named, characterized and invented in the curriculum of that shelter. I also investigate the individual and collective actions witnessed in everyday situations and the relations of power-knowledge imbricated there. The general argument developed is that there is in the curriculum of the investigated institution a constant confrontation of discursive truths about the reception. Thus , the processes of subjectivation in curricular practices, as a place of production and creation of social meanings, especially demarcate the minor subject positions of an abandoned, poor, delinquent, cursed, right-wing and resilient. The metaphor of the snow white story comes into the picture in this investigation by looking at the witch character's mirror as the curriculum of the Resilience shelter, in other words, the place where the speeches are spread. The witch, on the other hand, is the reflection of the children and adolescents marked by the abandonment being the personification of the evil of the witch subject the representativity of the positions of subject produced in the middle of relations of power and knowledge.

In this process, the fragmentation and the territory management are fundamental elements to socioterritorial reality comprehension. The theoretical-conceptual basis is based on notions of territory, region, power and territory management, which are articulated to the opinions and empiric confirmations origined from interviews made with several social actions. They also were made photographical records and researches on books, newspapers and magazines, as well on other information sources related to the object of studying. Obtained data confirm the pressuposement on which the relations of dominations and the used methods by the power s owners in the region created a little fruitful political practice and little adequate to the process of active participation of the local population on the territory management, even being on disagreement with the new political-institutional mechanisms, which take to political-administrative more democratic and participative in the country / Este estudo procura analisar o territ?rio regional do Cariri Paraibano, como produto de rela??es de poder que foram sendo estabelecidas ao longo de seu processo hist?rico de forma??o territorial. We sought to understand the management models that influenced the school organization, promoting contradictions in the decision making process. The school management is intensely marked by management models from the business logics as in the case of managerialism of bureaucracy. The formulation of educational policies based on managerialism has proposed a school-centered management with intense accountability of the school community in planning and monitoring the public services. The influences of these models subsidize hierarchical power relations that undermine the actions of decision-making of the collegiate bodies for the democratization of school management. To develop a research on the power, the investigation was based on studies of Bourdieu and Foucault. These authors understand the power in a relational system in a double sense, both in terms of discipline and the possibility of resistance. A theoreticalmethodological matrix was developed focusing on literature review, document analysis, structured interviews with twelve representatives of the segments belonging to the School Council and School Fund, as well as observations in meetings with the production of field notes. It was found that power relations experienced in the organization and activities of the school boards are marked by changes in public management over the years, promoting the contradictions between the concepts of corporate management originated in the business logics and the perspective of democratic management subsidized by official legislative documents at the national and state levels. The observations in meetings and analysis of the records showed that representatives related to management (president and manager of the school) have a privileged position with regard to exposure of their propositions, and are more likely to take a position in the political game of the collegiate bodies of work. It was also seen that the irregularity of meetings, particularly of the School Fund meetings, limits the experience of operation of the representatives in discussions concerning the planning and monitoring the actions of school management. Reports from representatives of the School Council showed that certain segments related to the management recognize their power of decision, however others have little interfere in the decision-making process in order to expound the desires of those who are represented by them. In the School Fund, the analysis of the records and interviews showed restricted moments of the meeting of representatives, and these only being aimed at choice or approval of the implementation plan prepared by the school management. The results showed no indications of moments of reflection to study the best chance for applicability of resources. This collegiate body (School Fund) has a questionable action when planning and monitoring the applicability of the financial resources of the School. To sum up, it was found that the Escola Estadual Presidente Kennedy still lives hierarchical power relations that undermine the institutionalization of democratic management in the various representative segments may take place in the game of political decision-making processes necessary for the organization of the school / O presente trabalho analisou as rela??es de poder na gest?o da Escola Estadual Presidente Kennedy, compreendendo as decis?es deliberadas no Conselho Escolar e Caixa Escolar que orientaram a organiza??o da escola. Procurou-se perceber os modelos de gest?o que influenciaram a organiza??o escolar, promovendo contradi??es na condu??o do processo decis?rio. A gest?o escolar encontra-se intensamente marcada por modelos de gest?o oriundos da l?gica empresarial como ? o caso do gerencialismo e da burocracia. A formula??o de pol?ticas educacionais baseadas no gerencialismo prop?s uma gest?o centrada na escola com intensa responsabiliza??o (accountability) da comunidade escolar no planejamento e no acompanhamento dos servi?os p?blicos. As influ?ncias desses modelos subsidiam rela??es de poder hierarquizadas que comprometem as a??es decis?rias dos ?rg?os colegiados para a democratiza??o da gest?o da escola. Para desenvolver a pesquisa sobre o poder, fundamentou-se nos estudos de Bourdieu e Foucault. Esses autores entendem o poder em um sistema relacional em sentido duplo, tanto em seu sentido disciplinador como na possibilidade de resist?ncia. Desenvolveu-se uma matriz te?rico-metodol?gica voltada para a revis?o de literatura, an?lise documental, entrevistas semiestruturadas com doze representantes dos segmentos pertencentes ao Conselho de Escola e Caixa Escolar, bem como observa??es em reuni?es com produ??o de notas de campo. Identificou-se que as rela??es de poder vivenciadas na organiza??o da escola e atua??o dos colegiados s?o marcadas pelas transforma??es da gest?o p?blica ao longo dos anos, promovendo contradi??es entre a concep??o da gest?o empresarial oriunda da l?gica empresarial e a perspectiva da gest?o democr?tica subsidiada por documentos legislativos oficiais em ?mbito nacional e estadual. As observa??es em reuni?es e as an?lises das atas mostraram que os representantes relacionados ? gest?o (presidente e gestora da escola) possuem posi??o privilegiada no que concerne ? exposi??o de suas proposi??es, tendo maiores possibilidades de tomar posi??o no jogo pol?tico de atua??o dos ?rg?os colegiados. Observou-se, ainda, que a irregularidade das reuni?es, particularmente do Caixa Escolar, limita ? viv?ncia de atua??o dos representantes em reflex?es referentes ao planejamento e acompanhamento das a??es de gest?o da escola. Os relatos dos representantes do Conselho de Escola mostraram que determinados segmentos relacionados ? gest?o reconhecem seu poder de decis?o, no entanto os demais pouco interferem na tomada de posi??o, intervindo no processo decis?rio de maneira a expor os anseios dos que representam. No Caixa Escolar, a an?lise das atas e as entrevistas revelam restritos momentos de encontro dos representantes, sendo esses apenas para escolha ou aprova??o do plano de aplica??o elaborado pela gest?o da escola. Nos resultados, n?o houve ind?cios de momentos de reflex?es para o estudo das melhores possibilidades para a aplicabilidade dos recursos. A metodologia escolhida inclui a leitura do texto de Guarnieri, observando-se a inter-rela??o entre as personagens. Esta observa??o ? realizada sob a perspectiva do poder. O nosso principal suporte te?rico para a realiza??o das an?lises ? um conjunto de coloca??es apresentadas pelo pensador franc?s Michel Foucault, especialmente a respeito da obra Microf?sica do Poder e das quest?es referentes ?s teias do poder. As reflex?es trazidas por S?bato Magaldi, D?cio de Almeida Prado, Edelcio Mosta?o e Anatol Rosenfeld foram tamb?m primordiais para entender os aspectos dramat?rgicos da pe?a, como tamb?m a estrutura macropol?tica da ?poca em que ela foi encenada. Para isto, utilizamos para a reflex?o c?nica autores como: Patrice Pavis, Josette F?ral, Naira Ciotti, Roberto Machado e Gilles Deleuze. / This research is focused in the analysis of the micro-relations of power consisted between characters in the play Eles N?o Usam Black-Tie, written by Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, in 1955. In this context, we will present a scenic experiment which represents the micropower inside the scene. The methodology used in this study was based on the reading of the Guarnieri?s play and making observations about the inter-relationship between the characters. This observation is made from the perspective of power. To support our analyses, we used the set of placements showed by the French writer Michel Foucault, especially in his work Microfisica do Poder which presents the influences of the power. We used the reflexions obtained by S?bato Magaldi, D?cio de Almeida Prado, Edelcio Mosta?o and Anatol Rosenfeld to understand the dramatic aspects and the macro-political structure of the time where the play was written. Thus, this research aims to make an easier understanding of the perception of micro-relations present in Eles N?o Usam Black-Tie and show a possible visualization of these elements inside the scene. In this respect, we used the reflexions obtained in works from authors as: Patrice Pavis, Josette F?ral, Naira Ciotti, Roberto Machado e Gilles Deleuze.
