El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza con el objetivo de sustentar la viabilidad de un proyecto de negocio, el cual consiste en desarrollar un Aplicativo Móvil que conecte a dos tipos de usuarios con intereses comunes. El primero, aquel que sea propietario de un vehículo y desee rentarlo de manera eventual para obtener ingresos. El segundo, personas que suelen viajar a diferentes lugares, ya sea por trabajo, turismo y/o motivos personales con necesidad de disponer de un vehículo para desarrollar sus actividades en su lugar de destino. En ese sentido, se busca brindar una oportunidad de ingreso a un sector poblacional importante al mismo tiempo solucionar un problema de un grupo considerable de personas con actividades diversas.
Para ello, se realizó un análisis completo del entorno (externo, interno e industria) con la finalidad de identificar aspectos que puedan dificultar o brindar oportunidades que permitan determinar los objetivos estratégicos. Para de ello, se procederá a validar el mercado, lo cual implica realizar una investigación de mercado con la finalidad obtener información mediante metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas para validar las hipótesis. Asimismo, se elabora un plan de marketing, de operaciones y de recursos humanos. Finalmente, se aterriza en un plan económico financiero para validar de manera integral la viabilidad del proyecto en términos económicos, de inversión y financiamiento de ser el caso.
En la actualidad, existen empresas que ofrecen servicios de alquiler de vehículos de manera tradicional, por lo que realizarlo por medio de una plataforma digital será innovador y diferenciado. / This research work is carried out with the aim of supporting the viability of a business project, which consists of developing a Mobile Application that connects two types of users with common interests. The first, who owns a vehicle and wants to rent it eventually to earn income. The second, people who usually travel to different places, whether for work, tourism and personal reasons, in need of a vehicle to carry out their activities at their destination. In this sense, it seeks to provide an opportunity to enter an important population sector while solving a problem of a considerable group of people with diverse activities.
For this, a complete analysis of the environment (external, internal and industry) was carried out in order to identify aspects that may hinder or provide opportunities that allow determining the strategic objectives. For this, the market will be validated, which implies conducting a market investigation in order to obtain information using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to validate the hypotheses. Likewise, a marketing, operations and human resources plan is prepared. Finally, a financial economic plan is landed to fully validate the viability of the project in economic, investment and financing terms, if applicable. / Trabajo de investigación

Previous issue date: 2018-03-19 / Na Gestão de Frotas Leves Corporativas no Brasil, o que é melhor ‒ terceirizar ou gerir a própria frota? Este trabalho propôs-se a identificar as variáveis mais relevantes no processo de decisão entre 'TER' ou 'TERCEIRIZAR' quanto à necessidade que algumas das empresas privadas brasileiras possuem em dispor de uma frota de veículos leves. Entre os diversos elementos envolvidos nesta lógica decisória, poder-se-ia destacar a capacidade de auferir desempenho comparativo; a assimetria da informação e o conhecimento sobre os custos reais da empresa. Neste estudo, pretendeu-se compreender o processo de tomada de decisão aplicado especificamente à Gestão da Frota de Veículos Leves das empresas privadas nacionais. Inclui-se neste conceito de Gestão de Frotas Leves, os veículos, as manutenções, a documentação e o monitoramento. Inicialmente, optou-se por analisar dados secundários referenciando a literatura sobre a teoria da firma, definição de fronteiras verticais, mercados competitivos, indústrias com baixo poder de barganha frente aos compradores e dificuldades para substituir produtos e soluções tradicionais. Na sequência, formatou-se uma pesquisa pelo método quantitativo-descritivo, sobre uma base de Gestores de Frotas Leves do Brasil, para identificarem-se os fatores mais relevantes na tomada de decisão entre terceirizar ou verticalizar este serviço. Finalmente, foram individualizados os aspectos mais relevantes nesta tomada de decisão empresarial e de que maneira eles seriam 'as variáveis' para preferência entre os modelos de contratação, bem como se propôs um modelo com nova abordagem ao mercado que, acredita-se, poderá desenvolver-se. / In the corporate light fleet management in Brazil context, what's the best choice, outsourcing or in-house management? The purpose of this study understands those more relevant variables on decision making process between 'buy' or 'make' regarding of Brazilian's private companies, which are demanding for light fleet vehicles. Among the different factor involved on this logical think we could highlight, capacity for major comparative performance, information asymmetric and well know of real firm's costs. This study intends to understand the decision-making process in Light Fleet Management on Brazilian private companies, which are included vehicles, maintenances, documentations handling, and controls. On the beginning, we are analyzing primary data from lecture on the classical theory of the firm, defining vertical frontiers of the firm, industries with low bargain power against buyers and difficulties for replacement traditional solutions. On the sequence, we do format a described - quantitative method of searching on the Brazilian Fleet Management base for identify the key factors on the decision-making process between outsourcing or in-house solution. Finally, we could identify more representative aspects of this managerial decision and how the 'variables' of preferences has been influenced those different contract models and proposed a new market approach with intention of leverage this industry.

Alquimass es un proyecto realizado por estudiantes de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, con la función de ser un intermediario entre un arrendador de autos y un arrendatario del mismo bien. Además, nos presentamos como un negocio 100% digital. Asimismo, como primera instancia trabajaremos a través de redes sociales para conseguir nuestras primeras ventas.
En la primera parte del proyecto de investigación, se explicará a detalle el problema que soluciona Alquimass, el público objetivo y un análisis al entorno actual. De forma similar, en la segunda parte nos dedicamos a explicar el plan de marketing que se plantea realizar para entrar al mercado. Por consiguiente, para validar nuestra información se ha realizado experimentos, que consisten en entrevistas a posibles usuarios y expertos. / Alquimass is a project carried out by students of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, with the function of being an intermediary between a car lessor and a lessee of the same property. In addition, we present ourselves as a 100% digital business. Likewise, as a first instance we will work through social networks to achieve our first sales.
In the first part of the research project, the problem that Alquimass solves, the target audience and an analysis of the current environment will be explained in detail. Similarly, in the second part we are dedicated to explaining the marketing plan to be carried out to enter the market. En el presente trabajo de investigación, los estudiantes de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, presentaremos este proyecto que llevará como nombre CARBNB. La finalidad de este trabajo es poder ser el medio digital en el cual nuestros clientes potenciales podrán tener la opción de alquilar vehículos de diferentes modelos y distintas categorías de una manera sencilla y amigable. Asimismo, por medio de este mismo aplicativo los usuarios que cuenten con un vehículo podrán tener la opción de dar en alquiler sus vehículos, de esa manera podrán tener ganancias extras. Se espera concretar el proyecto y poder seguir innovando y brindar la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes.
A lo largo de la investigación, se desarrollaron diversos experimentos en la cual nos permitió conocer las necesidades específicas de nuestro cliente final, así como las posibles soluciones a plantear. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se pudo validar elementos principales como la comunicación de nuestros clientes, canales de atención, como también la importancia de nuestros socios claves que son la alianza perfecta para poder crecer y llegar a posicionar la marca.
En relación a lo descrito líneas anteriores, presentamos nuestro trabajo de investigación a disposición del público para su completa disposición. Asimismo, puede servir de guía en diferentes proyectos a emprender. / In the present research work, the students of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences will present this Project that will be named CARBNB. The purpose of this Project is to be the digital platform in which our potential customers can have the option to rent vehicles of different models and categories in a simple and friendly way. Also, through this same app the users who possess a vehicle will have the option to rent their vehicles, so they can have extra profits. We hope to conclude this project and be able to continue innovating and provide the best experience to our customers.
Throughout the research, several experiments were developed in which we learned about the specific need of our final customer, as well as the possible solutions to be proposed. According to the results obtained, it was possible to validate main elements such as the communication of our customers, channels of attention, as well as the importance of our key partners that are the perfect alliance to grow and get to position the brand.
