A Study on the Role and Functions of ¡§Performing Art in South Taiwan Association¡¨Wu, Pei-Ju 16 July 2007 (has links)
With the building project of the National Kaohsiung Performing Arts Center in place and the upcoming 2009 World Games being held in Kaohsiung, a variety of arts-related facilities are budding in Southern Taiwan. This trend raises the performing arts groups¡¦ expectations of and suggestions for improving the cultural environment in Southern Taiwan. The performing arts groups in Southern Taiwan are in dire need of development in an integrated and coordinated manner and the support from the government in a variety of ways. Specifically, these groups expect that the local folk traditions would be further cultivated, while internationalization would also be promoted. However, each performing arts group, because of its variety in nature, may hold unique needs and demands. Therefore, to launch a neutral organization which can coordinate and facilitate to fulfill these performing arts groups¡¦ needs may be necessary. The purposes of this study are to understand (1) whether there needs to be a service organization that is across different fields of performing arts in Southern Taiwan, (2) the roles and functions of this cross-performing arts service organization, and (3) the goals of and suggestions for this cross-performing arts service organization, on which its subsequent goals would be based.
This study utilizes the Modified Delphi Method as the principal research method. By collecting and summarizing experts¡¦ opinions in relevant performing arts fields, I expect that this study would provide suggestions of the goals for this cross-performing arts service organization. The results of this study show that it is indeed important to have a cross-performing arts association in Southern Taiwan. In addition, it is necessary that the Performing Art in South Taiwan Association (PASTA) that was established in 2006 could fulfill such a role. Furthermore, when applied some management theories of non-profit organizations to identify the roles and functions of PASTA, I found that (1) as in a service role, the most important functions of PASTA are to provide advices for performing arts groups and to establish performing arts related database; (2) as an environmental reformer, PASTA should conduct environmental researches and make suggestions to improve the performing arts policies; (3) as a policy monitor, PASTA should promote the performing arts market liberalization and negotiate to improve the adequate legislation of performing arts; (4) as a public interest protector, PASTA should proactively obtain sponsorship for performing arts; and (5) as a social educator, PASTA should creative opportunities for its members for continuing education and professional development.

Comparative study on key factors within the roles and functions of professional nurses working in different nursing unitsKhosa, Khazamula Phineas 05 1900 (has links)
The aim o f this study was to determine the key factors within the
roles and functions of professional nurses working in different
nursing units with the purpose for motivation for their compensation
in accordance with their performance. A comparative, descriptive
design was employed.
Findings reveal that the professional nurse’s roles and functions in
the different units show that there are some significant differences
regarding certain activities while differences pertaining to other
activities were not significant. However, there were factors which
were subjected to a number o f limitations during the study.
Apart from the significant differences, it thus appears as if the roles
and functions required o f professional nurses working in the three
disciplines do not vary much in content and intensity.
From the findings o f this study, it therefore, does not appear as if
paediatric professional nurses have a valid reason for expecting

The aim of this thesis is to define the concept of the career opportunity map. This map shows first-year students at economic universities the real functions at selected positions in companies. Profiles positions should also point out where management skills are applied in practise. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and techniques of Design Thinking. The next step is to outline methods that are used in the practical part. Likewise, the reader will find here the selected management approach by various authors. The practical part presents a plan of research, outputs of research with experts, outputs of the workshop with the students and the samples of profile jobs. Result of this work will define specific forms of the concept and recommendations for future extension.

我國私立就業服務機構角色與功能之探討鄭婉潔, Cheng ,Wan-Chieh Unknown Date (has links)
隨著國際市場自由化、資訊科技的發展,資本流動增加外,勞動力之流動亦上升,伴隨而來的是就業市場之活絡,因而促成人力仲介業之發展。我國於一九八九年開放引進外籍勞工後,國內從事外勞仲介之私立仲介業,呈現大幅增加之趨勢,我國於一九九二年通過就業服務法,其中多數規定在於處理外勞及外勞仲介業之問題,然就業服務法之立法原意,除對外勞就業市場作規定之外,促進「國內就業」更為其核心,值得作進一步探討。
本文研究對象為國內私立就業服務機構,私立就業服務機構依經營狀態來分,可區分為跨國仲介及國內人才仲介,本文係對國內人才仲介業做研究,探討其功能及角色。第一章到第三章大抵為理論及相關法制之討論,為印證理論,故筆者對下列四家國內之私立就服機構做訪談,在第四章加入實證部分,並研究理論及實際落差之有無。此外,為討論公、私立就業服務機構功能角色之異同,故除國內私立人才仲介業者外,亦訪問公立就服中心,以求本文能更貼近事實。筆者訪談之就業服務機構,為四家私營營利之就服機構與一家公營就業服務中心,分別為:104人力銀行、1111人力銀行、Career資訊股份有限公司、才庫人力資源公司及台北市就業服務中心。
無論就學理或實務而言,「就業服務」對於就業資訊及工作機會的提供扮演著重要功能,而私立就業服務機構在這方面的就業服務功能上,提供較彈性而高機動性的服務,然而隨著民眾對於私立就業服務機構使用的增加,現行私立就業服務機構亦衍生了一些問題,以下各點為本論文在研究之中,所檢討及發現之重點:

四、就業服務相關法令之規範 / Except of liberalizing of the international market , developing of information technology and increasing of capitals mobiles , the turnover rate of labor force is also increasing . Going along with the uncertain of employment market , consequently the development of manpower agencies .In Taiwan , after making foreign laborer open to public access in 1989 , the private manpower institutes that engage in agency of foreign laborer are raising substantially . Although the original intention of Employment Service Law is “promotion of domestic employment”, the adoption of Employment Service Law in 1992 , most regulations of this law are dealing with foreign laborer and foreign laborer institutes . Therefore , this study will discuss these parts .
The objects of this study are private employment services institutes in Taiwan . We can separate private employment services institutes into the agencies of multinational employment and the agencies of domestic employment . This study focus on the private employment services institutes engage in agency of domestic employment . From chapter one to the third chapter are the discussions on theory and legal system . In order to prove the theory , there are interviews on four private employment services institutes on fourth chapter , and researching the gap between theory and reality .Furthermore , to discuss the similarities and dissimilarities between public and private employment services institutes , except of private employment services institutes in Taiwan, there is an interview on Public Employment Service Center , in order to press close to the facts . The objects of this study are 104 Job Bank , 1111 Job Bank ,CAREER Company , Tsai Ku Human Resource Management Company, and Employment Service Center of Taipei City Government’s Department of Labor .
No matter theory or reality , “Employment Services” provide important functions at offering employment information and opportunities . The private employment services institutes can provide more flexible and adjustable services , however , as the increasing of making use of private employment services institutes , bringing some problems . Points thereinafter are what to be discussed and discovered on this study:

Dans une situation d’important développement économique porté par les efforts de plusieurs générations au cours des années qui ont suivi la politique de la réforme et de l’ouverture en Chine, l’éducation esthétique s’inscrit à nouveau dans la politique éducative chinoise, après avoir été supprimée par Mao en 1958. De ce fait, l’éducation artistique, que la conception chinoise distingue de l’éducation artistique proprement dite, a connu également un développement d’ampleur. De nos jours, l’éducation artistique retient de plus en plus l’attention du gouvernement chinois, en raison de ses effets dans le processus de l’édificationet de la modernisation socialiste, ainsi que dans le renforcement de l’influence de la Chine dans le monde. A travers les analyses des politiques éducatives et des textes officiels, notre recherche consiste à dégager les rôles et les fonctions de l’éducation artistique dans la Chine contemporaine et à chercher à comprendre les raisons pour lesquelles le gouvernementchinois met l’accent sur ce type d’éducation. Ce travail nous conduit à dégager et à analyser les principaux facteurs qui influencent et expliquent son développement en Chine. / In a situation of important economic development carried by the efforts of several generations during the years which followed the reform policy and the opening in China, the esthetic education joins again in the Chinese education policy, having been eliminated by Mao in 1958. Therefore, the arts education, which the Chinese conception distinguishes from the esthetic education itself, also knew a development of scale. Nowadays, the arts education holds more and more the attention of the Chinese government, because of its effects in the process of the construction and the socialist modernization, as well as in the strengthening of the influence of China in the world. Through the analyses of education policies and official texts, our search consists in clearing the roles and the functions of the arts education in contemporary China and in trying to understand reasons why the Chinese government puts the accent on this educational type. This work leads us to clear and to analyze the main factors which influence and explain its development in China.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka vad andra vårdande legitimerade sjukvårdsprofessioner har för synsätt på kuratorers psykosociala arbetsmiljö inom akutvården i Västerbotten. I magisteruppsatsen har sex semistrukturerade digitala intervjuer genomförts med ett fenomenologiskt tillvägagångssätt. De professioner som intervjuats är: arbetsterapeut, dietist, fysioterapeut, logoped, läkare och sjuksköterska. Resultatet av studien visar att rollen som hälso- och sjukvårdskurator är diffus men har en avlastande funktion för andra professioner. Kuratorerna i sjukvården är oersättliga i vissa arbetsmoment som andra professioner inte behärskar, men i andra arbetsmoment är kuratorn utbytbar och reviret därmed oklart. Resultatet visar även att legitimationen är efterlängtad av andra professioner och stärker patientsäkerheten. Det som är viktigt i den psykosociala arbetsmiljön är samarbete, känslan av delaktighet och teamets sammanhållning. Andra professioners förväntningar och synsätt påverkar kuratorns psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Slutsatserna är att mer forskning behövs om den nya legitimerade yrkesgruppen hälso- och sjukvårdskuratorers psykosociala arbetsmiljö, roll och funktion i den moderna sjukvården. Det finns kunskapsluckor och behov av att uppdatera och tydliggöra kuratorns rollbeskrivning. / The purpose of the master thesis is to investigate other healthcare professionals' views on medical healthcare counselors (social workers) in an emergency care setting in Västerbotten, Sweden. In order to try and answer the purpose of the study six semi structured digital interviews were conducted. The included medical professions in our study were: Vocational therapist, physiotherapist, speech-language pathologist, dietitian, physician/doctor and nurse. The result of the study shows that the role as a social worker in a medical setting is difficult to define but is helpful for the other professional team-members. The healthcare counselors are irreplaceable in certain aspects, but some tasks are easily replaceable by others which makes the territory difficult to define. The results also show that the certification is long-awaited by other professions and strengthens patient's safety. What is important in the medical social work environment is cooperation, the feeling of participation and team cohesion. The expectations and views of other professions affect the healthcare counselors' psychosocial working conditions. The conclusions are that more research is needed on the psychosocial environment, role and function of the new licensed group of medical social workers in modern healthcare. There are knowledge gaps and a need to update and clearly define the role description.
