From this certainly opens up the prospect of seeing the face of the suffering God's presence. / A disserta??o aborda o tema do Sil?ncio de Deus diante do sofrimento humano, na teologia de Bruno Forte. Tem por objeto de estudo o sil?ncio de Deus e o sofrimento humano. Os objetivos s?o: apresentar a teologia de Bruno Forte, responder o porqu? do sil?ncio de Deus diante do sofrimento humano e demonstrar a participa??o e presen?a de Deus no centro da hist?ria humana. O m?todo ? de pesquisa bibliogr?fica. Os resultados s?o encontrados no que Bruno Forte escreve sobre a Teologia como Companhia, Mem?ria e Profecia, e no que escreve sobre a Trindade que se manifesta como Sil?ncio, Palavra e Encontro. Estes resultados s?o obtidos a partir de uma teologia da cruz que ? a certeza que Deus est? no sofrimento. A certeza da vit?ria da vida sobre a morte. Nela confirma-se que Deus n?o ? ausente no sil?ncio, mas ? companhia. A partir dessa certeza abre-se a perspectiva de ver no rosto dos que sofrem a presen?a de Deus.

Nejdříve teoreticky popisuji proces strategického managementu a jednotlivé interní a externí strategické analýzy. Ve druhé části této práce popisuji podnik, kde spracovávám diplomovou práci. V poslední části aplikuji teoretické poznatky přímo na podnik JIP Papírny Větřní, a.s. . Z výsledku těchto základních analýz navrhuji konkrétní strategii a porovnávám ji se současnou strategií podniku. V závěru své práce se pokusím celkově zhodnotit postavení podniku na trhu a nově zvolenou strategii podniku.

The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to create one year marketing plan for the Müller for year 2012, which will be in accordance with actual market position and development of the Müller company. The Master's Thesis combines theoretical and practical approach and offers a comprehensive look at the issue of marketing plan. The first part deals with the situation analysis, including internal data, research data from research agency AC Nielsen and Porter's model of competing forces. The output of the situation analysis is the evaluation of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company, under which the marketing goals were proposed. Regarding the marketing goals a new strategies of marketing mix were suggested. The proposal of individual activity and their timing is illustrated in the chart of the action plan. The last part summarizes the systems of measurement and controls Design of individual activities and their timing is contained in the Action Plan. At the end are summarized measurement systems and controls.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze market of residence hotels. With help of publicated and semi-publicated sources it explores macroeconomic development of the market and analyses chosen competitive set of residences. Further it focuses on e-commerce and information technologies in lodging industry. After introductory chapter follows chapter which describes basic principles of competitive intelligence and strategic management. Third chapter discusses Czech and global macroeconomic development of tourism and lodging industry. Fourth chapter analyses Czech market of residence hotels. It describes contemporary state of the market and all specifics of industry rivalry, which is for example hospitality revenue & yield management. With question survey among the customers and model of 5 Porter forces it explores competitive environment of the market. Detailed analysis for chosen competitive set of residences follows in fifth chapter. Except for comparsion of all competitors and their economic indicators, it focuses also on usage of e-commerce. Sixth chapter integrates all gained information and provides advices for the market of residence hotels. With use of SWOT analyses it specifies business strategy for chosen company on the market. The last chapter summarizes all thesis.

The research?s producer problem is constituted in: how Biology?s teachers of UFSCAR and UEFS had broke the historical silence of the racial question in Biology Higher Education? The research problem is sedimented in the fact of that historically the racial question constituted as a silence in the teacher?s formation of Sciences/Biology and biologists and can be affirmed that of general form still it is present. In order to answer the problem, conversations with two professors of the UEFS had been realized and a professor of the UFSCAR, that works or already they had worked with the racial question in the major?s courses where they teach. To help to think the research better, it was chosen to talk with a professor of the course of Biology of the UFRRJ, that in the case, does not work with the racial question in classroom. In intention to supply a bigger support to the research, I talked with one Biology?s student and one biologist, both of different institutions. As contributions, the research presents: the importance of considering professors?s narratives for practical to the racial question and as these practicals can help to think different possibilities for the Biology higher education of Biology. / Esta pesquisa insere-se no campo de estudo da Educa??o das Rela??es ?tnico-Raciais, especificamente em sua rela??o com o Ensino Superior de Biologia. O problema gerador da pesquisa se constituiu em: como docentes de Biologia da UFSCAR e UEFS romperam com o sil?ncio hist?rico da quest?o racial no Ensino Superior de Biologia? O problema de pesquisa est? sedimentado no fato de que historicamente a quest?o racial se constituiu como um sil?ncio na forma??o de professores de Ci?ncias/Biologia e bi?logos e pode-se afirmar que de forma geral ainda est? presente. A fim de responder o problema, foram realizadas conversas com dois docentes da UEFS e um docente da UFSCAR, que trabalham ou j? trabalharam com a quest?o racial nos cursos de Licenciaturas onde lecionam. Para ajudar a pensar melhor a pesquisa, escolheu-se conversar com uma docente do curso de Biologia da UFRRJ, que no caso, n?o trabalha com a quest?o racial em sala de aula. No intuito de fornecer um suporte maior ? pesquisa, conversei com uma graduanda em Biologia e uma egressa, ambas de institui??es diferentes. O suporte metodol?gico-jur?dico do trabalho ser? na Teoria Liberal dos Direitos Fundamentais, de modo que ser? estudada a dogm?tica de tal teoria, por meio da qual ser? examinada a constitucionalidade da ren?ncia ao direito ao sil?ncio no ?mbito da colabora??o premiada, no contexto do crescente desenvolvimento de organiza??es criminosas, necessidade de aparelhamento do Estado de instrumentos de combate ao crime organizado, paralelo ao necess?rio respeito aos direitos fundamentais e limites ?s interven??es estatais na esfera individual. / This dissertation it aims to investigate the relationship between the right to silence provided for in art. 5, LXIII, the Brazilian Federal Constitution and the prediction of waiver of that right brought with the plea arrangement institute, more precisely on the article 4, ? 14 of Law 12,850/2013, verifying any state's evidence. In order to achieve the objective, it is taken from the constitutional process of fundamental rights, from the 2nd World War, with visits to some of supported theories. Organized crime phenomenon also goes by the study, as the plea arrangement institute tool was created to provide the criminal prosecution bodies of the means of obtaining evidence. The methodological and legal support work will be in the Liberal Theory of Fundamental Rights, so that will be studied dogmatic of such a theory, by which the constitutionality of the waiver of the right to silence under the plea arrangement institute, will be examined in the context of growing development of criminal organizations, need to equip the state to combat organized crime instruments, parallel to the necessary respect for fundamental rights and limits on government intervention in the individual sphere.

This diploma thesis deals with the economic analysis Velkoobchod Heva, spol. s.r.o., which operates in the office and school supplies. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to economic analysis on the theoretical side. On it then follows the practical part, which includes the performance of a selected company and its two main competitors, the results and overall assessment together with recommending proposals. The practical part, which draws on publicly available sources and internal corporate data lies in analyzing the economic and financial situation of the company by external methods and internal analysis, which monitors the time period between the years 2010-2014. The results of the main indicators of financial analysis are then compared with the industry and competitors, thus it was found that the company Heva achived worse results than competing firms selected and industry. Based on the results of positive and negative factors affecting the operation of the company have been prepared SWOT matrix. In conclusion, the results are interpretedand recommendations are designed to improve the situation of the company.

This thesis evaluates investments based on a business plan. The business plan is developed for the company Agrospol, spol. s r. o. Vračkovice, which intends to expand its product portfolio through the saw-mill site. The company is engaged in agricultural production and operation of the saw would be for her only an ancillary activity to streamline especially human and material resources of the company. Specific business plan is compiled based on the structure defined in the theoretical part. It contains basic information about the company, organizational structure, product performance, analysis of internal analysis and macro micro surrounding, based on which the SWOT matrix and determined strategy. Thereinafter it describes the marketing activities. Another part of the business plan is focused on information about technology, implementation and risks. The intended investment costs, variable and fixed costs and estimated projected cash flows from the investment are known. In conclusion, the investment is evaluated by selected static and dynamic indicators for evaluating investments.

The aim of the thesis is to use the SWOT analysis to identify threats and opportunities of the selected company on the market with regards to its strenghts and weaknesses, or a proposal to remove or eliminate the weaknesses.
