L’internet et les réseaux sociaux apparaissent de plus en plus comme des structures intéressantes pour construire des communautés d’apprentissage. Face au nombre croissant d’étudiants munis de leurs ordinateurs pendant les cours et souvent accompagnés d’une clé 4 G (connexion internet) ou de leur Smartphone, il paraît primordial de s’interroger, sur les moyens de capter leur attention et leur concentration sur les cours et par la même de s’interroger sur la possibilité d’intégrer l’internet et les réseaux sociaux comme supports didactiques dans les cursus pédagogiques de formation.Une étude est réalisée à ce propos par le biais de questionnaire, d’entretien et de focus-groupe, et portée sur un effectif total de 4330 étudiants marocains des Écoles Supérieures de Technologies ETS et étudiants français des Instituts Universitaires de Technologie IUP. / Internet and social networks stand up more and more as interesting structures for building learning communities. Due to the increasing number of students who come to their courses with their laptops usually accompanied by a 4G flash drive (internet connection) or their smartphone, it seems vital to wonder on the ways to keep their concentration on their courses and to question about the possibility of integrating the internet and the social networks as didactic supports in school curricula.A study is carried out in this regard through questionnaire, interview and focus group on a size of 4330 Higher Schools of Technology EST Moroccan students and French students of University Institutes of Technology IUP.

The purchasing process has in many ways been affected by the digitalization. As the digital commerce is growing in market shares the physical stores are struggling. The mobile phone has become a central point of purchasing as digital technologies has become an important factor in creating customer value. In addition, social platforms have made an entrance in e-commerce, creating social commerce. First by being a platform for information and inspiration. But with recent launches the social platforms are releasing functions to in a wider sense boost selling activities and creating application design for a more seamless shopping experience. At the same time Influencer marketing is a rapidly growing industry that businesses invest more in every year.  The purpose of this thesis is to create a better understanding for social commerce as business model and how the functionality supports and limits the interaction between commercial actors and the private users in activities of the purchasing process. The question was investigated based on the perspective of the relationship between commercial actors and their followers. Where design is studied based on factors of functionality, usability and sociability in relation to purchases- and sales activities. The study will also focus on how the framework is set for the activity and interaction that takes place on the social platform in social commerce.To answer the research question, a netnography was performed and though observations of businesses and influencers Instagram accounts, to conduct a mainly qualitative data acquisition. Where the purpose is to observe the behavior and activities that occurs on the platform and set them i relation to the technical aspects of the platform.The results of this thesis show that the commercial actors; businesses and influencers have different strategies supporting their commercial interests on the social platform: The Seamless strategy (businesses) and the Social strategy (influencers). Both supported by the platforms functionalities, the businesses, business model tend to be more vulnerable to the potential changed conditions that the platform's framework entails.

Användning av sociala plattformar: en studie om integritet och digitala fotspår

Vi lever idag i ett samhälle där stora delar av den sociala kontakt vi harmed andra personer sker via sociala plattformar. På dessa plattformarlagras det otroliga mängder information om oss som användare. De vetvar vi befinner oss, våra intressen, vem vi tycker om att umgås med ochofantligt mycket mer. Vi har genom den här studien tagit reda på omattityden kring integritet och informationshantering på socialaplattformar påverkar kontinuitet i användandet av Facebook. Studiensdatainsamling har genomförts med en blandning av fokusgrupper, enintervju och enkäter. Resultatet visar att attityderna hos användarna serolika ut men att detta i större utsträckning inte påverkar användandet.Användandet sker mer av vana och är någonting som är inmatat i vårtbeteende och framförallt någonting som underlättar det vardagliga livet. / We live today in a society where large parts of the social interactions wehave with other people are done through social platforms. Theseplatforms keep an incredible amount of information about us as users.They know where we are, what our interests are, who we like to hangout with and much more. Through this study, we have identified whetherthe attitude towards privacy and information management on socialplatforms leads to another way of using these platforms. The datacollection of the study has been conducted with a mix of focus groups,interview and questionnaires. The result shows that the attitudes of userslook different but that this does not affect the use of social platforms toa greater extent. The use is more of a routine and something that isincluded in our behavior and, above all, something that facilitateseveryday life.

Molnlagring, kommunikationsplattformar med interaktiva funktioner, virtuella modeller som sammanfogas med fysiska omgivningar, datorsimuleringar, livscykelperspektiv. Så diskuteras det i BIM-världens korridorer. Men om detta nu är framtiden: varför går implementeringen så långsamt, och vad är det egentligen som ska implementeras?   Processen att hantera och förstå vad BIM är har blivit för komplex, och med denna rapport vill vi hitta åtgärder för att göra arbetssättet begripligt och användbart för fler. Vi har i samarbete med Vianova Systems undersökt hur användningen av BIM ser ut idag och vilka förbättringsåtgärder som behövs för en bredare framtida implementering i samhällsbyggnadsbranschen.   Våra undersökningar visar att nästan 80 % tror att ett arbete som drar nytta av en digital modell skulle vara effektivare: samtidigt är osäkerheten kring mjukvaror och oklarhet kring implementeringen av arbetsmetoderna begränsande faktorer. Som lösning på detta har ett användarinterface för projektsamordning och kommunikation arbetats fram.   Dessa undersökningar har genomförts med hjälp av en enkätstudie samt intervjuer och sammanställts i två delar: dels denna rapport, samt en slutprodukt av visionär karaktär kallad ”7 visions for the future of BIM”. / Cloud storage, communication platforms with interactive functions, virtual models that are merged with physical surroundings, computer simulations, life cycle perspective. This is what is being discussed in the corridors of the BIM-world. But if this is the future: why is the implementation so slow, and what exactly is to be implemented?   The process of handling and understanding what BIM is has become too complex, and in this report we want to find solutions for making the way of working intelligible and useful for a wider audience. In collaboration with Vianova Systems, we have investigated what the use of BIM looks like today and what improvements are needed for a wider future implementation in the AEC industry.   Our investigations show that almost 80 % believe that work which utilizes a digital model would be more effective: at the same time the insecurity concerning software and uncertainties regarding the implementation of the work methodologies are limiting factors. As a solution for this a user interface for project management and communication has been developed.   These investigations have been carried out with the aid of a questionnaire and interviews and compiled into two parts: partly this report, as well as an end product of visionairy nature called ”7 visions for the future of BIM”.
