The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out how the import substeps from China participate in making a price. The import substeps of products classified within the section 7 of the Standard international trade classification are analyzed. Another goal of the thesis is to discover advantages and disadvantages of JV co-operation established in China. The results of partial analyses become the basis of making guidelines for those, who are planning to establish this kind of co-operation in chinese region.

This thesis addresses the implementation of marketing audit in selected companies. For the analysis of the selected engineering company ENGEL Strojirenska ltd. based in the South Bohemian Kaplice. The thesis is divided into an introduction and objectives, literature review, characteristics, implementing marketing audit itself, solution design changes, conclusion and list of references. The literature review is characterized by marketing, micro and macro environments, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, competitor analysis and marketing audit. The next part is a characteristic of the chosen company and the bulk of the work is devoted to the implementation of the marketing audit itself. There is an audit of the marketing environment, marketing audit strategies, audit marketing organization, marketing systems audit, audit marketing audit productivity and marketing activities.The necessary information is collected through structured interviews with company management. Based on the findings that emerged from the marketing audit is given a proposal for changes to improve the current situation in the company.

This thesis aims to develop a business plan on starting a mini-brewery. It is divided into three main parts. Basic terminology regarding the discussed issue is described in the theoretical part, particularly explaining certain concepts from the business sphere as well as concepts related to both beer and the mini-brewery. The next part contains a particular procedure. I intend to deal with more in the practical part. The practical part then specifically refers to the market situation detected through several analyses, such as STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis, and also includes the considered company´s marketing plan. An integral part of the thesis is a simplified financial analysis, which allows to determine whether this type of business is actually feasible.

Självupplevda möjligheter att utöva idrott hos personer med fysisk funktionsnedsättning : En enkätundersökning inom uthållighetsidrott

Syfte Syftet med undersökningen var att kartlägga hur uthållighetsidrottare med fysisk funktionsnedsättning upplever sina möjligheter att utöva idrott jämfört med en grupp konventionella idrottare inom motsvarande uthållighetsgrenar. Metod En kvantitativ enkätundersökning med nio stycken påståenden och en öppen fråga tillämpades. Urvalet bestod av 40 stycken paraidrottare (medelålder = 31,5, SD = 12,1) i interventionsgruppen och 57 stycken konventionella idrottare (medelålder = 34,6, SD = 11,6) i kontrollgruppen. Resultat Paraidrottare upplevde signifikant sämre möjligheter än konventionella idrottare gällande träningsgrupp i närheten (p = 0,002), känsla av tillhörighet (p = 0,001) och tillgång till utrustning (p = 0,009). Det totala medelvärdet på påståendena enligt likerskalan i enkäten var 3,76 (SD = 1,23) för paraidrottare och 3,97 (SD = 1,02) för konventionella idrottare. Slutsats Att paraidrottare både upplever avsaknad av träningsgrupp i närheten och lägre tillhörighetskänsla kan möjligen hänga ihop, dvs. att svårigheterna att få träningssällskap sänker tillhörighetskänslan. För framtida forskning efterfrågas en kvalitativ undersökning med ledare inom paraidrott för att öka förståelsen för träningsmiljö och tillgången till utrustning. / Aim The aim of the survey was to chart how endurance athletes with physical disabilities experience their opportunities to exercise sport compared to a group of conventional athletes within endurance sport. Method A quantitative survey with nine statements and an open question was applied. The sample consisted of 40 athletes with physical disability (mean age = 31.5, SD = 12.1) in the intervention group and 57 conventional athletes (mean age = 34.6, SD = 11.6) in the control group. Result The athletes with physical disabilities experienced significantly worse opportunities than conventional athletes regarding training group nearby (p = 0.002), sense of belonging (p = 0.001) and access to equipment (p = 0.009). The overall mean of the claims with likert scale in the survey was 3.76 (SD = 1.23) for athletes with physical disabilities and 3.97 (SD = 1.02) for conventional athletes. Conclusion Athletes with physical disabilities both experience the absence of a training group nearby and a lower sense of belonging may be possible, ie. the difficulty in getting a training company reduces sense of beloning. For future research, a qualitative survey with leaders in disability sports is required to increase understanding of the training environment and access to equipment.

Atualmente a oca dessas informações é feita usando a linguagem da Norma 1S06983, conhecida como ódigo-G/M. Isto significa que partes das informações geradas no ciclo de Desenvolvimento, notadamente a geometria do produto e dados de ferramentas, são perdidas ao se gerar o programa em codigo G/M Para a prova de conceito da funcionalidade desse novo padrão no controle e acionamento direto de maqumas ferramenta CNC foram projetados construidos software, hardware e uma estrutura mecânica simples de uma fresadora/¬:radeira CNC. A arquitetura de software e hardware é aberta e aderente à STEP-NC. sistema desenvolvido faz uso de arquivos ISO14649 para programação da maquina sem o de linguagens legadas Isto permitiu a validação do uso da norma no acionamento de quinas CNC, provando a flexibilidade e eficacia para a troca de informações e controle maquinas-ferramenta.

The graduation theses drala with the conflicts that occur in the recreation area Seč. These conflicts have been identified based on the bachelor's thesis, which carried out questionnaire surveys and situational analysis. PEST and SWOT analysis of defined environment were then processed in the thesis. These investigations revealed conflicts that hinder the optimal use of the recreational area. Based upon the current situation of the area, strategic targets, measures and tourism development plan were presented. The main goal of this thesis was to select a specific conflict in the use of Seč water reservoir for recreational activities and then prepare a proposal of project documentation. The propsal of project documentation is dealing with the lack of tourism infrastructure in the recreational area.

The graduation thesis follows my bachelor thesis, especially results of bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis has unhiden several conflicts which arise in the destination (section of the river Vltava from Vyšší Brod to České Budějovice) using the river Vltava by recreational activities. The main aim of my graduation thesis is to elaborate a scheme of a projectal documentation, which will solve the existing conflicts while using the river Vltava by the recreational activities. I have used the primar and secondary information to work out the graduation thesis. It was necessary to elaborate the STEP analysis. The basis for creation of a SWOT analysis were the results of a situation analysis, the questionnaires, the interviews, STEP analysis. The goals, the strategies and the measures were divided into five difficult groups with the partial goals and strategies included. In virtue of those measures there was one measure chosen, that will resolve the conflict (elimination dificiencies in offer usage free time).

The aim of this thesis was to find and evaluate the possibilities of openning a new branch of boat rental in Český Krumlov. For this task I chose the firm Ká-servis, which gave me the necessary information. The first step was to study necessary literature, which helped me to understand some of the problems important for the right processing of this thesis. In its own part, I characterized the branche of the firm and then its history until today, including the supply of goods and services. Analysing the marketing environment, I tried to map the situation of the firm's market and also to determine the effect that it can significantly affect the near future. After that I made an analysis of customer's needs and wishes through a guided interview with a certain number of respondents. That could help the firm to find out, what it should focus on by opening a new branch. The next step was an analysis of suitable locations to open a branch. The aim was to find the best choice. On the basis of evaluated data, I persuaded that the best place to open a new branch of Ká-servis in Český Krumlov is on the edge of the historic centre.

I have made a summary of all my findings and created SWOT analysis, in which I identified strenghts and weaknesses of the company, as well as its opportunities and threats.

The thesis ``Analysis of import activities of a selected company{\crqq} has been developed in cooperation with the company TRW - DAS Dačice, which deals with the production of components for cars and trucks. The main goal of this paper was an analysis of imports conducted by the company TRW - DAS Dačice and a forecast of their future development. The analysis of imports for the given company was carried out for the period from 2005 to 2009, the company{\crq}s suppliers have been analyzed and all significant results have been shown by graphical visualization. The thesis deals with an analysis of the growing Asian competition in the supply market. This analysis was performed for the automotive industry in most developing countries in South and East Asia by means of the following concepts: STEP analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these three analyses an appropriate strategy for the company TRW - DAS Dačice was found.
