Lärstilar : Om deras betydelse för lärares planering och organisation av matematikundervisningen / Learning Styles : and it´s significance for teachers planning and organization mathematics teaching.Söderberg, Peter January 2015 (has links)
Gymnasieskolor har fått kritik av Skolinspektionen (2010) för avsaknad av individanpassning av matematikundervisningen och det saknas tid för elever till reflektion över olika matematikfenomen och inlärningssätt. Det här Syftet med detta examensarbete är att sammanställa aktuell forskningslitteratur som behandlar elevers individuella inlärningsstilar (här kallad lärstilar) för att öka kunskapen hos lärare och blivande lärare huruvida lärstilar har betydelse för elevers inlärning och lärastilars betydelse för organisation av matematikundervisningen. Följande frågeställningar analyseras utifrån litteraturen: Hur kan olika lärstilar klassificeras? Vilka tester används för att fastställa olika lärstilar? På vilket sätt kan olikhet i lärstilar få konsekvenser för hur lärare bör planera och organisera matematikundervisningen? Mina resultat pekar på att det finns en mängd av konkurreande lärstilsteorier men visar trots det på att det går att hitta gemensamma nämnare för klassificering av de olika teoriernas lärstilar. De tester som har identifierats är LSI (Kolb´s lärstilsteori) och PEPS (Dunn´s lärstilsteori), vilkas validitet kritiseras och kontinuerliga omarbetningar av testerna utförs. Lästilsteorierna baserar sig på att elever lär sig bäst genom undervisning anpassad efter elevernas olika lärstilar, vilket betyder att läraren behöver ta hänsyn till anpassning i form av olika faktorer såsom miljöfaktorer, emotionella faktorer, sociala faktorer osv. En klass består oftast av elever med olika lärstilar och en konsekvens är att läraren behöver använda olika undervisningsmetoder och matematikundervisningen kan i och med det bli mer omväxlande och därigenom öka lusten för matematikstudier. Min studie pekar också på att lärstilsteorierna ger matematiklärare möjlighet att reflektera över individanpassning av matematikundervisningen.

Homosexuell och religiös? - diskursanalys av homosexuella mäns identitetsskapande i skönlitteratur med fokus på homosexualitet och religiositetYlipelkonen, Otto Iisakki January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this study is to examine homosexual men’s identities, and focus on how they form their identities in fiction when it comes to being both homosexual and religious. In order to be able to approach and study this phenomenon, three research questions are used: how is identity constructed discursively when it comes to the combination of homo- sexuality and religiosity, what affects the formation of homosexual men’s religious/non- religious identity and how do homosexuality and religiosity affect one another in identity formation? The theory used in this study is discourse theory which includes the following concepts that have been chosen and used to analyze the material: antagonism, hegemonic interven- tion, hegemony, interpellation, subject position and the chain of equivalence. Together with these concepts and with template analysis style, a qualitative discourse analysis is made to categorize and analyze the findings made in the material. The material in this study consists of Jonas Gardell’s novel Torka aldrig tårar utan handskar, 1. Kärleken and Tony Kushner’s play script Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes. The material was chosen because of the themes homosexuality and religiosity are includ- ed, and thus were eligible to be used in this study. Three religious groups are being touched upon in this study, namely Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormonism and Judaism. This study showed that the relationship between the identities homosexual and religious is mostly antagonistic in the material used in this study, but there was an exception in once case where the combination of these two identities seemed to be possible. The an- tagonistic relationship between these identities lead to a hegemonic intervention where the individual had to choose the one or the other of the identities in order to reach hegem- ony. In most cases homosexual and religious were not included in the same chain of equivalence, and seemed to rule each other out. / Syftet i denna studie var att göra en kvalitativ diskursanalys av homosexuella mäns identiteter och fokusera på relationen mellan identiteterna homosexuell och religiös hos homosexuella män i skönlitteratur. För att kunna närma sig och analysera detta fenomen formulerades tre frågor: hur konstrueras identitet diskursivt när det gäller kombinationen av homosexualitet och religiositet, vad påverkar formandet av homosexuella mäns religiös/icke-religiös identitet och hur påverkar homosexualitet och religiositet varandra i formandet av identitet? Den teori som används i denna studie är diskursteori som innehåller de följande begrepp som har valts och använts för att kunna analysera materialet: antagonism, hegemonisk intervention, hegemoni, interpellation, subjektsposition och ekviva- lenskedja. Dessa begrepp tillsammans med template analysis style användes för att kategorisera och göra en kvalitativ diskursanalys av materialet. Materialet i denna studie består av Jonas Gardells roman Torka aldrig tårar utan handskar, 1. Kärleken och Tony Kushners pjäsmanus Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes. Materialet valdes på grund av de gemensamma teman, homosexualitet och religiositet, som förekommer i båda verken. De tre religiösa grupper som förekommer i dessa verk är Jehovas vittnen, mormonism och judendom. Resultatet visar att relationen mellan identiteterna homosexuell och religiös mestadels är antagonistisk i det material som använts i studien, men det fanns ett undantag där kombinationen av dessa två identiteter var möjlig. Den antagonist- iska relationen mellan dessa två identiteter ledde till en hegemonisk intervention där individen var tvungen att välja den ena eller den andra av de två identiteterna för att kunna uppnå hegemoni. I majoriteten av fallen var inte homosexuell och religiös inkluderade i samma ekvivalenskedja, utan de utesluter snarare varandra.

The influence of the match between mentor and mentee on the success of a mentorship programmeWasserfall, Marieta 06 1900 (has links)
The general purpose of this study was to determine the impact that the match of mentor and mentee had on the success of the mentoring relationship. The leadership style of the mentor and the reporting style of the mentee were determined and effectiveness of the match was determined. This was done in order to determine the impact of the match between mentor and mantee on the quality of the mentoring relationship. The study was conducted within a local government milieu with a sample of 34 mentors and 40 mentees, thus a total of 40 mentoring pairs. These participants were all part of a formal mentorship programme within the organisation.
The findings indicated that when leadership and reporting styles of mentoring pairs are complementary it will not have a significant effect on the success of the mentoring relationship. It furthermore suggests that careful consideration should be given in selecting

This work is cross-examining of thinking pupils in an environment of numbers, perceived through their eye movements, hands and other gestural expressions associated with an accompanying oral commentary. First personal contact with the detection of numerical relationships through the eyes of children I made at work with pupils. Later I analyzed the video where such work is recorded. And I watched not only pupils, but also myself as teacher while working with them. Support for me was also my individual work on similar tasks, which approached me of thinking pupils. Closer analysis of the video I conducted with two pupils. This analysis allowed me to record a detailed description of pupils' work and gradually revealing their gestural expressions, which were for me hidden information needed to analyze their individual practices. The experience gained from analyzes of both students' will serve me as pedagogical diagnostic tools.

L’idée-force de cette thèse est que littérature et sexualité ont partie liée, mais également et surtout, que la potentielle sexualisation de l’art verbal, à l’écriture comme à la lecture des textes, ne se limite pas à un genre spécifique d’écrits (qui irait du sentimental, au pornographique, en passant par l’érotique). La sexualisation à réception, toujours aléatoire, dépend de la force du style et de la sensibilité des lecteurs. La théorie de la réception que nous tentons de construire postule qu’il n’y a ni grand, ni petit art, ni arts majeurs, ni arts mineurs. L’art est un effet produit par la rencontre entre une oeuvre et un public ; il se manifeste intégralement en sensations. L’effet de l’art atteint son paroxysme lorsqu’il se fait pornographique. Cet effet pornographique de l’art, dont nous souhaitons cerner les conditions de déclenchement et de matérialisation à réception, émane de créations littéraires dont le style attire, séduit, aimante, captive et ravit les lecteurs, en leur offrant une vision de l’humain dans ce qu’il a de plus fragile et fascinant : son intimité la plus profonde et la plus cachée, son sexe. Pour appréhender ce vécu si intense et si rare qu’offrent certains textes, nous tendrons à définir l’idée de style pornographique, au sens de création par le style d’un effet pornographique. Puis, nous nous intéresserons plus largement à la portée et à la valeur de ce style, en proposant une typologie des principaux phénomènes qu’il déclenche à réception. The theory of reception we intend to elaborate is based on the idea that there is neither high art nor low art. Art is an effect caused by the encounter of a work and a public. Art is nothing but sensation. Art can recreate some reality by means of invoking sensations.The effect of art reaches its paroxysm when it becomes pornographic.This pornographic effect is derived from literary texts whose style attracts, seduces, captivates and ravishes readers, by revealing the most deep and the most secret intimacy of humans : their sex. We intend to see where, when and how this effect may happen. First, we’ll try to define what we mean by “pornographic style”, in other words what in style manages to create a pornographic effect on readers. Then, we'll attempt to bring to light the many phenomena it induced. However, even if the pornographic effect is the main purpose of art, it has to remain an horizon. This issue follows from a current problem, which is the fact that directors understand the role of leading people less important than the role of managing organization, or they marginalize this role for lack of time and pay more attention to economic and administrative work. Then, there is a problem to lead a nursery school. 6 Work with people is often disregarded and underestimated in schooling; most of schools is managed too much, and, on the other hand, there is a lack of leadership. This thesis follows results of Věra Fantová's research study from 2004. This research study confirmed that manager activities predominate over pedagogical activities. The study proved that directors are often burdened by frequently changed legislation, they have lack of time for pedagogical leading of school, and united school directors worry about leading people.
