Studien syftar till att undersöka erfarenheter som handläggare av personlig assistans har av att arbeta i en kontext som är föränderlig till följd av rättspraxis och Försäkringskassans tolkning och tillämpning av den. Studien syftar även till att undersöka de konsekvenser som detta medför för LSS-handläggarna i deras yrkesutövning och vilka konsekvenser som de anser att det fått för brukarna. För att uppnå syftet har semistrukturerade intervjuer använts som datainsamlingsmetod. Den teoretiska ansatsen har bestått av Michael Lipskys teori om gräsrotsbyråkrater och handlingsutrymme och Andrew Jametons koncept om etisk stress. En bearbetning av empirin har genomförts i enlighet med tematisk analys. Olika krav och svårigheter har uppstått för LSS-handläggarna i deras yrkesutövning, såsom konflikt mellan deras professionella värderingar och den institutionella kontexten och att kunna bemöta brukare i oro och kris. Handläggarna är genomgående kritiska till Försäkringskassans restriktiva och detaljstyrda tolkning och tillämpning av den rättspraxis som ska vara styrande för dem båda. Vissa grupper av brukare har som konsekvens av förändrad rättspraxis och Försäkringskassans tolkning och tillämpning av den i stort sett uteslutits från rätten till personlig assistans. I diskussionen förs resonemang om LSS-handläggarnas yrkeskompetens, deras handlingsutrymme och etisk stress samt detaljstyrningens påverkan och konsekvenser för brukarna. / The purpose of the following study is to investigate the experiences that social workers have of working in a context that is changing with precedents and the Swedish social insurance agency's, Försäkringskassan’s, interpretation and application of them. The purpose is further to explore the consequences this has for LSS-administrators in their work and for their clients. In order to achieve this aim semi structured interviews has been used as a data collection method. The theoretical approach consists of Michael Lipsky's theory of grassroots bureaucrats and discretion as well as Andrew Jameton's concept of moral distress. The data has been processed in accordance of thematic analysis. Difficulties has emerged for LSS-administrators in their work, such as conflict between their professional values and the institutional context and meeting most anxious clients in crisis. The LSS-administrators are critical of Försäkringskassan’s restrictive and detailed interpretation and application of precedents. Some groups of clients have as a consequence of changed jurisprudence and Försäkringskassan’s interpretation and application of it more or less been excluded from the right to personal assistance. We discuss the LSS-administrators professional competence, their discretion and ethical stress as well as the consequences detailed interpretation has for the clients.

The diploma thesis focuses on integration of the Cross-Cutting Theme of Media Education in the English language teaching at grammar schools. The theoretical part defines the concept of media, incorporates Media Education in the Czech educational environment and presents its thematic areas. Further on, the thesis deals with educational fields of the Framework Education Programme and the common reference levels B1 and B2 according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The thesis also focuses on the methodical approach of the teaching of Media Education, then on the educational sources and the system of the approval clauses for English language textbooks of the Ministery of Education. The practical part deals with analysis of the English language textbooks for secondary general education and their activities that focus on Media Education. Then the practical part presents the corpus of suggested activities created on the basis of recommended expected outcomes of Media Education and their integration in the English language teaching at grammar schools.

The aim of the present thesis is to analyze the Norwegian existential construction (presenteringskonstruksjonen) with regard to syntax, static semantics, dynamic semantics, and functional sentence perspective (FSP). The thesis first introduces the firbasian FSP theory in general, demonstrating the concepts on Norwegian examples. Then the theories most relevant for the study of the existential construction are summarized. The analysis is carried out on a sample of 1000 instances (500 taken from fiction and 500 excerpted from academic prose), and focuses mainly on the notional subject, the verb, and a possible adverbial. The syntactic analysis includes the position and the structure of the notional subject and adverbials. In addition, the lexical semantics of the head words and static semantics of adverbials were observed. The FSP analysis focused on the FSP functions of the individual clause elements and the FSP patterns the existential construction may realize. In addition, the dynamic semantic roles were studied in relation to the static semantic roles. The aim of the analyses is to find out in what circumstances the existential construction may realize the presentation scale or the quality scale, and what functions the construction may perform. Early written Shona narratives like Solomon Mutswairo's Feso [Thorn; name of main
character, 1982] evince fantasy since they emanated from folktales, a genre that
abounds in this element. Contrary to this, Charles Mungoshi attempts to portray life
faithfully in Makunun'unu Maodzamwoyo [Brooding breeds despair, 1977], Ndiko
Kupindana Kwamazuva [How time passes, 1975] and Kunyarara Hakusi Kutaura? [Is
silence not a form of speech? 1983].
This study attempts to show how this realism manifests itself in the components that
constitute each of the works: setting, plot, characterisation, theme and style.
Mungoshi's characters, for instance, are not one-sided supernatural beings who
perform fabulous acts. Instead, they have strengths and limitations like people in
everyday life. Their actions and speech are consistent with their social backgrounds.
By injecting realism into the Shona narrative, Mungoshi has contributed towards its
development. Due to this realism, the works deserve the label "novels" as opposed to

Previous issue date: 2012-09-13 / The transformations and changes in the market, in politics and in the economy of Brazil have had a historical and often an unknown path which is little publicized by the responsible media. The management partnership between public and private has been increasingly present in societies where the State has adopted policies of moderate intervention. The liberal economic policies, the insistent encouragement to entrepreneurship and free enterprise, deregulating processes, partnerships and political agreements implemented, constitute and shape the main support bases of the contemporary economic scenario. Allied to this, the economy under the aegis of continuous strategic expansion of wealth has produced in Brazil the probing and exploitation of niche markets, formerly unnoticed. As a result of these facts, it is observed that in recent decades a progressive factual growth in the leisure and entertainment sector, from the planning and creation of dozens of organizations and companies aiming at the exploitation of such activities. The contextualization of the subject partnership management will be based on the study and analysis of a practical experience in management permission model implemented at Cidade da Criança s Park in São Bernardo do Campo, the Great ABC region. In the meantime there is the chance to identify patterns of managerial actions and forms of organizational planning that sign some aspects, features and capabilities that underlie the functional feasibility or not of this practical scenario and real partnership. / As transformações e modificações ocorridas no mercado, nas políticas e na economia do Brasil possuem um histórico e um trajeto muitas vezes desconhecidos e pouco divulgados pelos meios responsáveis a este fim. A parceria em gestão entre o público e o privado tem estado cada vez mais presente nas sociedades onde o Estado tem adotado políticas de intervenção moderada. As políticas econômicas liberais, o insistente incentivo ao empreendedorismo e à livre iniciativa, os processos de desburocratização, as parcerias e acordos políticos levados à prática, constituem e formam as principais bases de sustentação do cenário econômico contemporâneo. This diploma thesis analyses instances of the initial position of the information focus, the rheme, in present-day English. Initial placement of the rheme is found in structures that go against the principle of end-focus. The aim of this work is to identify which clause constituents, and under what circumstances may function as the initial rheme. The initial section of the theoretical part deals with a description of word-order, and the basic concepts of functional sentence perspective, such as communicative dynamism. Then it continues with the rheme and the factors affecting FSP, and, particularly, with cases where initial rheme occurs. The practical part contains analysis of examples of initial rheme in different genres and text types, including oral communication. The frequency of occurrence is summarized at the end of the work.

The present research was carried through in the line of Curriculum, Education and Practical pertaining to school of the Program of Pos-graduation in Education of the Universidade
Federal de Santa Maria/RS. Initially, I argue that, amongst the many existing problems, in the Education, which need to be faced, one of the most accentuated, particularly in the EJA, is the disentail between the "world of the school" and the "world of the life". Being this problem unleash of others, such as: mere preliminary education, discouragement, the absence of meaning attributed to that if it makes in the school, the low level of knowledge and the reinforcement at culture of the silence . Its comprehended that its possible overcome this release by means of curricular configurations marked out with themes. Thus, it was assumed as theoretician s referenciais: presuppositions of the Brazilian educator Paulo Freire, the movement of Society-Technological-Science, as well as of the Portuguese educator Pedro Reis, which work with the category controversial themes. This work deals with a research of qualitative matrix, more specifically, a study of case in relation to the repercussion of the theme "forestation" in the RS, in the curriculum of the EJA. In this, the inquiry problem was
defined by the questioning: which has been the repercussion of the theme "forestation" in the RS, in the curriculum of the EJA? The objective consisted of investigating and identifying
possibilities and challenges to be faced in relation to the implementation of this theme in the curriculum of four schools, situated in cities with intense plantations of monocultures to this big project, in phase of implantation in the State. The questions of the research had been: 1) Why the forestation in RS did not re-echo in the EJA s curriculum? and 2) Which the challenges and possibilities of studying this theme, called controversial, in EJA s curriculum? The used instruments, for attainment of the "data", had been: registers written under the form of Diary; questionary and interviews. Of the analysis of the results, it had the identification of five categories that constitute challenges to be faced, which are: 1) Formation excessively broken up, disentailed of the context, 2) Absence of convictions, of accurate answers in relation the controversial aspects of the theme, 3) "Something more", 4) Neutrality of the Teacher and, 5) Professor of Formation or Professor of Information. In terms of signalling of the research, it is distinguished that, for the overcoming of the separation it enters the "world of the school" and the "world of the life", has the overcoming necessity, in the curriculums of majors courses, of the broken up formation, to discipline solely, disentailed of the problems of every day life, considering that the complexity of the contemporaries problems is not attained for such formation / A presente pesquisa foi realizada na linha de Currículo, Ensino e Práticas escolares do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria/RS.
Inicialmente, discuto que, dentre os muitos problemas existentes, na Educação, os quais precisam ser enfrentados, um dos mais marcantes, particularmente na EJA, é a desvinculação entre o mundo da escola e o mundo da vida . Sendo este desencadeador de outros, tais como: o ensino meramente propedêutico, a desmotivação, a falta de significado atribuído ao que se faz na escola, o baixo nível de aprendizagem e o reforço à cultura do silêncio . Entende-se que é possível superar esta desvinculação mediante configurações curriculares balizadas por temas. Assim, assumiu-se como referenciais teóricos pressupostos do educador brasileiro Paulo Freire, referenciais do denominado movimento CTS, como também do educador português Pedro Reis, o qual trabalha com a categoria temas controversos. Este trabalho trata de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, mais especificamente, um estudo de caso quanto à repercussão do tema florestamento no RS, no currículo da EJA. Nesta, o problema de investigação foi definido pelo questionamento: qual tem sido a repercussão do tema
"florestamento" no RS, no currículo da EJA? O objetivo consistiu em investigar e identificar possibilidades e desafios a serem enfrentados quanto à implementação deste tema no currículo de quatro escolas, situadas em municípios com intensas plantações de monoculturas ligadas a este megaprojeto, em fase de implantação no Estado. As questões de pesquisa foram: 1) Por que o "florestamento" no RS não repercutiu no currículo da EJA? e 2) Quais os desafios e
possibilidades de se estudar este tema, denominado polêmico, no currículo da EJA? Os instrumentos utilizados, para obtenção dos "dados", foram: registros escritos sob a forma de
Diários; questionário e entrevistas. Da análise dos resultados, houve a identificação de cinco categorias que constituem desafios a serem enfrentados, quais sejam: 1) Formação
excessivamente fragmentada, desvinculada do contexto, 2) Ausência de certezas, de respostas exatas em relação a aspectos polêmicos do tema, 3) "Algo mais", 4) Neutralidade do Professor e, 5) Professor Formador ou Professor Informador. Em termos de sinalização da pesquisa, destaca-se que, para a superação da separação entre o "mundo da escola" e o "mundo da vida", há a necessidade de superação, nos currículos de cursos de licenciatura, da formação fragmentada, unicamente disciplinar, desvinculada dos problemas do entorno, considerando que a complexidade dos problemas contemporâneos não é abarcável por tal formação

Previous issue date: 2011-07-27 / This qualitative, ethnographic-interpretative research aimed at analyzing the development of communicative competence of English Language undergraduate students of a private college in the center-western region of the state of São Paulo during their participation in a Thematic Task-Based Planning for English teaching and learning through classes guided by the use of a theme, the history of Great Britain, and communicative tasks with focus on meaning. The students' perceptions, feelings and how they behave throughout the process have also been investigated in this study. In order to collect the data, the following instruments have been used: initial and final cloze tests, three written evaluations throughout the process, audio recordings of tasks and written production of the tasks which have been previously performed orally and transcribed for analysis, plus questionnaires administered to students in different moments of the course. The framework is based on theoretical studies of theme and taskbased teaching of authors such as: Almeida Filho (1993, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009); Barbirato (1999, 2005); Bygate, Skehan, Swain (2001); Candlin (1987, 2001); Crandall (1994, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2006); Ellis (2000, 2003); Nunan (1989, 2004); Prabhu (1987, 1990); Skehan (1998, 2001); Skehan, Foster (1997, 1999, 2001); Van den Braden (2006,2008); Willis (1996); Willis, Willis (2007), among others. The analysis has shown that the work combining theme-based teaching and communicative tasks could be an alternative for the teaching and learning of English in the context investigated, where it was previously found that most participants had limited linguistic and communicative competence in the target language. It was also possible to verify that the work with communicative tasks with focus on meaning and based on the theme of the history of Great Britain provided collaborative efforts among the students and opportunities for noticing the form, vocabulary or pronunciation of the target language. The data analysis also showed considerable improvement in the oral proficiency of the students in the target language. / A presente pesquisa, qualitativa e de base etnográfica interpretativista, teve como objetivo analisar como se dá o desenvolvimento da competência comunicativa (CC) em aprendizes de curso de Letras de contexto adverso de uma faculdade particular do centro-oeste paulista durante a sua participação em um Planejamento Temático Baseado em Tarefas para o ensinoaprendizagem de língua inglesa por meio de aulas pautadas pelo uso de um tema, a história da Grã-Bretanha, e tarefas comunicativas com foco no sentido. Também foram investigados a percepção dos alunos, os seus sentimentos e comportamentos ao longo do processo. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizados testes cloze inicial e final, avaliações escritas ao longo do processo, gravações em áudio das tarefas, posteriormente transcritas para análise, e questionários aplicados aos discentes em momentos diferentes do curso. O arcabouço teórico se fundamenta em estudos sobre tarefas e ensino temático de autores como: Almeida Filho (1993, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009); Barbirato (1999, 2005); Bygate, Skehan, Swain (2001); Candlin (1987, 2001); Crandall (1994, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2006); Ellis (2000, 2003); Nunan (1989, 2004); Prabhu (1987, 1990); Skehan (1998, 2001); Skehan, Foster (1997, 1999, 2001); Van den Braden (2006,2008); Willis (1996); Willis, Willis (2007), entre outros. A análise dos resultados demonstrou que o trabalho em que coexistiram ensino temático e tarefas comunicativas pode ser uma alternativa para o ensino-aprendizagem de língua inglesa no contexto investigado, em que havia limitação linguístico-comunicativa prévia na línguaalvo na maioria dos participantes.Também foi possível averiguar que o trabalho com tarefas comunicativas com foco no sentido e baseadas no tema da história da Grã-Bretanha motivou os participantes e possibilitou esforço colaborativo entre eles e momentos de explicitação da forma, léxico ou pronúncia da língua-alvo. Houve indícios de que o ensino com base em conteúdo temático e tarefas problematizadoras é ponto importante para colaborar para a aquisição de LE no contexto estudado. A análise dos dados revelou ainda que o trabalho desenvolvido resultou em considerável melhora da proficiência oral dos alunos na línguaalvo.

The first chapter is my analysis of the work, following the model of the writers Anne Goliot-Lété and Francis Vanoye, and the second chapter discusses the critical texts, analysis and interviews connected to the film. I also discussed the difficulties related to the interpretation of movies, and I tried in my own analysis to be very close to the movie itself, despite the tentations to invent more. / A pesquisa tem como objetivo fazer uma análise estilístico-temática do filme Persona, de

críticos, de análises e entrevistas ligados à obra. Busquei nesse trabalho discutir as
dificuldades ligadas à interpretação de uma obra cinematográfica, atendo-me à questão de não
deixar de lado a leitura do filme em si, a despeito das tentações que certos temas e rastros
estilísticos podem despertar.
