Didmeninių prekybos įmonių konkurencingumas tarptautinėje rinkoje / The competitive abilities of wholesales companies in international market

Pasaulio ekonomika įžengė į visiškos konkurencijos erą. Tradiciniai barjerai žlugo, nauji – atsirado nauji – daug šiuolaikiškesni konkurentai, stipriai padidėjo pasaulinė konkurencija (Jordan). Iššūkis nugalėti konkurencinėje kovoje tapo esmine šiuolaikinio verslo dalimi. Daug laiko reikia skirti konkurentų naudojamai metodikai bei strategijai pažinti, nuo to labai priklauso visas sprendimų priėmimo procesas (Pulokas K.). Konkurencijos analizė tarptautinėje rinkoje yra tiek pat svarbi, kiek ir vietinėje rinkoje. Žinoti, kokie konkurentai veikia toje pačioje rinkoje, kokias strategijas taiko tam, kad įgyti konkurencinius pranašumus ir kokių veiksmų imasi, kad tai pasiekti yra svarbu ne tik vietinėje, bet ir tarptautinėje rinkoje. Tačiau, konkurencinė analizė tarptautinėje rinkoje yra daug ilgesnis ir sudėtingesnis procesas nei vietinėje rinkoje, jau vien dėl konkurentų skaičiaus ir informacijos prieinamumo. Veikla be konkurencijos analizės tampa daug sudėtingesnė, kadangi nežinia, kuria kryptimi veikia konkurentai ir kokias strategijas pasirinkti jų aplenkimui. Šiame darbe analizuojamos dvi didmeninės prekybos įmonės kurios konkuruoja tarpusavyje, užsiimančios santechninės keramikos prekyba, įsteigti skirtingose valstybėse. Pats darbas aktualus tuo, kad jame analizuojamos skirtingos konkurencinės elgsenos bei modeliai, o teorinės koncepcijos pritaikomos vienos iš įmonių konkurencinių pranašumų formavimui pritaikant asimetrinės informacijos naudą. To know everything about he rivals is one of the most important thing choosing the proper strategy for company‘s activity in the market. However the competition analysis in the international market is much longer and more complicated process than the competition in the local market. And the main reason fort his is because of the huge number of rivals in international market and the possibility to get information about them. Without the competition analysis the activity becomes more complicated, because there is an information gap in deciding where to go and what strategies to take. This master project is prepared by choosing and analysis two wholesale companies acting in a global market, but established in two different countries. The point of this project lies on different models and behaviors of competition and the concept of the theoretical aspects are adapted in forming the competitiveness advantage of one of the companies using the asymmetric information. The problem of the project lies on the fact the company is the new in the market and in order to choose the proper strategy, it needs the analysis which uses the asymmetric information against one of competitors, which has been acting in the market for 5-6 years and has chosen the proper strategies already. Tiekimo ypatumų tyrimas / The research of supply peculiarities

The thesis goal – analysis of main difficulties of stocks supply to Lithuanian plants and presentation of possible solutions acording to the experience and practice of supply management in foreign countries. The main goal of stocks supply is to satisfy the needs of engineering by materials supply at the same time getting the greatest economical benefit. In the analytical part of the thesis the author briefly discusses the conception and the goals of stocks supply, analyses the management of materials flow and the control of the main subjects of stocks supply in Lithuanian and foreign countries. There are also described the peculiarities of purchasing in international market. The project part of the work presents the research of main aspects of stocks supply in Lithuanian firms. The author analyses the impact to the stocks prices of Lithuania’s entry to European Union. According to the results of the analysis performed, the author proposes the plan of choosing the most qualified suppliers, practicing the Electronic data interchange, using experience of foreign countries which working in international market. There are also given the possibilities of supply management in E – commerce and the strategy of making of purchasing management teams.

Verslumo kompetencijų ugdymas bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje / The education and training of enterpreneurship in the secondary school

SUMMARY The education and training of entrepreneurship is a new thing in Lithuania. It includes knowledge, skill development, and individual qualities corresponding student’s age and logic level. Primary, secondary, and vocational training schools develop entrepreneurship and learning by doing. Because of entrepreneurship, the cooperation between training institutions and business enterprises, teachers’ training, encouragement of business initiatives at universities takes place. The work’s research problem consists of questions like entrepreneurship conception, aspects, and growth potential. The objective of this research is to show secondary schools students and teacher’s attitude towards entrepreneurship education competence. To achieve this objective and to reveal problematic aspects, different scientific pedagogical, psychological, and other issues were used. The research is made to evaluate the importance of entrepreneurship education from the secondary schools students and teacher’s viewpoint; to develop the ways of entrepreneurship teaching, to explore education abilities of the entrepreneurship competences; to determine the necessary qualities and skills for entrepreneurship competence and give recommendations.
