It presents personal reports about their body transformations, experience that includes a set of processes, existences and different types of relations. Contrasting identities conceptions that privilege coherence and linearity, I present trajectories and autobiographical reports contextualized by discontinuities. Having a feminine subjectivity, transvestites effectuate transformations on their physical forms, endorsed by forensic medicine or by clandestine methods. Though they opt to preserve their genitals, having a woman's body is one of their biggest goals. I understand that the use of these bodies as object of wish exposed in the "streets goes besides the discussions that permeate the travestilidade as a branded group. My approach privileges the legitimation of this practice in the perspective of the realization of wishes and the recognition of the transvestites in the condition of subjects in (trans) formation. The travestilidade is analysed based on the rituals as performance, as they consider the possibilities to survive such experience in a pleasurable way or not. In the fieldwork, I mobilized methodological tools that allowed the apprehension of peculiarities and expressivenesses concerning to the complex experience of being a woman twenty and four hours a day. / Este trabalho toma como foco de análise travestis que se prostituem na cidade de Fortaleza- Ce. São apresentadas narrativas sobre suas transformações corporais, experiência que engloba um conjunto de processos, vivências e relações. Contrastando com concepções de identidades que privilegiam a coerência e a linearidade, apresento trajetórias e relatos autobiográficos contextualizados por descontinuidades. Possuindo uma subjetividade feminina, travestis efetuam transformações em suas formas físicas, seja com o aval da medicina legal ou na clandestinidade. Embora façam a opção de conservar suas genitálias, possuir o corpo de mulher é um dos maiores objetivos das minhas personagens. Entendo que a utilização destes corpos como objeto de desejo expostos nas ruas vai além das discussões que permeiam a travestilidade apresentada como um grupo estigmatizado. Minha abordagem privilegia a legitimação desta prática na perspectiva da realização de desejos e do reconhecimento das travestis na condição de sujeitos em (trans)formação. A travestilidade é analisada tendo por base os rituais como performance. São consideradas as possibilidades de vivenciar tal experiência de forma prazerosa ou não. No trabalho de campo, mobilizei ferramentas metodológicas que permitiram a apreensão de singularidades e de expressividades concernentes à complexa experiência de passar por mulher vinte e quarto horas por dia.

The objective of this research, is to analyze the challenges of the transgender population transformation of the city of Bogotá from the prospect of the Social Policy of Health in Colombia. The main paradigm that we used in this research is genealogical-archaeological. As a result, it was identified that the foremost challenges of the transgender population related to their corporal transformations in the context of health correspond to the absence of public policies that guarantee their rights and their needs, the lack of studies and information related to this theme. This paperwork also points out that the structure of the Health System is influenced by the neoliberal ideology dismantling accomplished universal rights and transforms human life into a merchandise, in this sense, health care is limited to a package of services where the body transformation procedures are not included, except for Of people who have the certificate of gender dysphoria, which implies recognizing that they have an identity disorder. However, not all people are certified dysphoria because of difficulties in accessing the Health System, and not all of those that have the chance to be evaluated by the psychiatrist obtain the certificate accordingly the various economic, pathological, bureaucratic, and restrictive barriers generate the isolation of the transgender population with the Health System, a fact that leads these social subjects to seek alternative procedures for their corporal transformations, often putting their lives at risk. Likewise, the consequences of these processes are not assumed by the Health System, a decision backed by the judiciary that states that it is the sole responsibility of the person thereby denying the responsibility of the State in this situation. / As transformações corporais fazem parte da saúde e do livre desenvolvimento da personalidade da população transgênero, que vivenciam uma identidade que problematiza o gênero imposto a partir das características biológicas e constroem a sua identidade segundo seu desejo que pode ser homem, mulher ou os dois ao mesmo tempo. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar os desafios das transformações corporais de população trans da cidade de Bogotá a partir do contexto da Política Social de Saúde na Colômbia. A metodologia foi orientada por uma perspectiva genealógico-arqueológico. Como resultado se identificou que os principais desafios da população transgênero relacionados às suas transformações corporais no contexto da saúde correspondem à ausência de políticas públicas que garantam seus direitos e suas necessidades, a falta de estudos e de informações referentes a esta temática. O estudo aponta ainda que a estrutura do Sistema de Saúde esteja influenciada pela ideologia neoliberal desestabiliza direitos universais conquistados e transforma a vida humana em mercadoria, nesse sentido limita o atendimento da saúde a um pacote de serviços onde não estão inclusos os procedimentos de transformação corporal a exceção das pessoas que contam com o certificado de disforia de gênero, o que implica reconhecer que tem um transtorno da identidade. No entanto, nem todas as pessoas tem certificado de disforia pelas dificuldades para acessar ao Sistema de Saúde, e não todas aquelas que são avaliadas pela/o especialista em psiquiatria obtém o certificado. Por conseguinte, as diversas barreiras tanto econômicas, patologizadoras, burocráticas, restritivas, geram o isolamento da população transgênero com o Sistema de Saúde, fato que leva estes sujeitos sociais a buscarem procedimentos alternativos para suas transformações corporais colocando muitas vezes suas vidas em risco. Da mesma forma, as consequências de estes processos não são assumidas pelo Sistema de Saúde, decisão respaldada pelo poder judicial que afirma que é responsabilidade única da pessoa, negando assim a responsabilidade do Estado nesta situação.

Para tanto, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida através das tirinhas que tal cartunista produz e publica em seu site chamado Muriel Total. Se lançará mão, ainda, de entrevistas que a mesma cedeu a programas de televisão, cruzando as falas de suas experiências com as tramas desenvolvidas por seus personagens. Nesse sentido, se pensou analisar como as categorias de gênero, corpo, sexualidades e identificações sofrem mutações ao longo do tempo e em determinados espaços, transformando assim as subjetivações dos sujeitos trabalhados, os transgêneros. Desta maneira, problematizo como Laerte Coutinho subjetiva as transformações identitárias e corporais as quais os sujeitos trans são submetidos e se submetem, assim como, quê condições foram necessárias, além de quê barreiras foram encontradas, para que tais processos acontecessem. Assim, realizou-se um diálogo com o arcabouço teórico da Teoria Queer, com destaque para Judith Butler, para pensar as questões de gênero e a abjeção de tais sujeitos. Ainda se trabalhou com Stuart Hall para a análise do que se refere aos processos de identificação, Guacira Lopes Louro, dentre outros. Me apropriei ainda do entendimento do conceito de fronteira utilizado por Deleuze e o de armário da epistemologia produzida por Eve Kosofsky Sedgwick. / The paper aims to analyze , how transgender identities were produced , expressed and re-signified by cartoonist Laertes Coutinho in the first decade of this century , more specifically in the period between the years 2009 and 2013 . Therefore, the research was developed through such strips cartoonist produces and publishes on its website called Total Muriel . It will attack also interviews that yielded the same television programs , crossing the lines of his experiences with the plots developed by its characters . Accordingly, it was thought to analyze the categories of gender, body , sexuality and IDs mutate over time and in certain areas, thereby transforming subjectifications the subjects worked , transgender . Thus , as Laertes Coutinho problematized the subjective identity and bodily transformations which trans subjects are submitted and submit , as well as what conditions were necessary , and what barriers were found to make these processes happen . Thus , there was a dialogue with the theoretical framework of Queer Theory , especially Judith Butler , to think gender issues and abjection of such subjects . Still worked with Stuart Hall for the analysis of the relation to the processes of identification, Guacira Lopes Blonde , among others . Yet appropriated the understanding of the concept of the frontier used by Deleuze and the epistemology of Eve Kosofsky Sedgwick produced by cabinet.
