Les community managers des musées français : identité professionnelle, stratégies numériques et politiquedes publics / Community managers in french public museums : professionnal identity, digital strategies and public policies

À partir de 2007 en France, les museogeeks, des étudiant·e·s, professionnel·le·s de la culture et des technologies de l’information et de la communication, et amateurs de musées débattent des liens entre « numérique » et musées, en ligne puis lors de rencontres régulières. Petit à petit les professionnel·le·s des musées intègrent ces idées et proposent des actions sur les réseaux socionumériques (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) en mettant en avant la participation des publics en ligne. Loin d’être nouvelle, la démarche d’intégrer de plus en plus fortement les publics aux actions muséales s’ancre dans les Nouvelles Muséologies qui se déploient à partir des années 70. Ainsi l’approche adoptée n’est pas seulement d’interroger le renouvellement de ces idéologies par le biais des discours accompagnant les technologies numériques et internet mais en l’articulant avec les enjeux professionnels et institutionnels des professionnel·le·s des musées. La principale question de recherche est la suivante : comment les pratiques professionnelles des musées permettent la participation des publics ? La thèse s’appuie sur trois enquêtes distinctes et une longue période d’observation participante. D’une part, il s’agit de l’analyse de deux types de projets dits participatifs: des concours photographiques sur les réseaux socionumériques et Muséomix, un évènement créé par une partie de ces museogeeks, ayant comme slogan « people make museum » et dont le but est la fabrication de dispositifs numériques pendant 3 jours. D’autre part, les caractéristiques socio-professionnelles des community managers ont été interrogées à partir d’une enquête par questionnaires (n=206) et par entretiens semi-directifs.Il en ressort que ces projets dits participatifs ne renouvellent pas véritablement la place accordée aux publics dans une optique de co-construction des savoirs. Dans un contexte qui met en tension des enjeux institutionnels croissant liés aux stratégies numériques en termes de communication, de médiation culturelle et de visibilité et leur place ambiguë dans les pratiques professionnelles, les discours des professionnel·le·s sur les publics leur permettent d’asseoir leurs actions. Ainsi, la thèse n’entend pas seulement montrer un hiatus entre des discours et ce qui est produit par les professionnel·le·s. Elle appuie l’idée que l’argument de la participation des publics est, d’une part, une des seules modalités d’action légitimes pour ces professionnel·le·s qui ne sont pas reconnu·e·s pour leurs compétences scientifiques mais également l’horizon qui donne du sens à leurs pratiques dans un contexte politico-économique très contraignant. / In 2007 in France were founded the “museogeeks”. These groups of students and professionals in the areas of culture, information technology and communication, as well as museum hobbyists, gathered online to discuss the ties binding the digital area and museums, before pursuing the debates in real life on a regular basis. As these new ideas sank in, museum professionals began to develop actions on social networking websites (Facebook, Twitter…), focusing on involvement of online audiences. An approach tending to involve the audience is far from being new, as we can see with the Nouvelles Muséologies in the 1970’s. Thus, the intention is not only to question the renewal of museum ideologies through digital technologies. It is to link it with professional and institutional issues. The main research topic is then : how do museums’ professional habits allow the audience’s involvement ? The thesis is based on three distinct surveys and a long period of participant observation. For starters, we will deal with the analysis of two types of participatory projects : photo contests on social networking websites, and Muséomix, an event launched by a part of the museogeeks, around the motto “People make museum”, with the intent of creating digital devices on three-day periods. Then, we will examine socio-professional features of the community managers who were interrogated via a questionnaire based-survey (n=206) and semi-structured interviews. The study brings out that these so-called participatory projects do not really revitalise the place allowed to the audience in the process of knowledge co-construction. Under the current circumstances, many institutional issues are at stake. When adapting communications strategy to cultural mediation and acquiring visibility despite the ambiguous space allowed to digital technologies, the official line held by museum professionals about the audiences tend to legitimate their actions. In this way, the thesis does not only intend to reveal a gap between words and actions produced by the professionals. It supports the idea that using the argument of audiences’ involvement is one, if not the only, way to justify the deeds of a professional community which is not recognised for its scientific skills ; it is also a perspective that gives sense to their new habits in a very restrictive socio-economic context.

Možnosti a meze využití školní webové stránky žáky a učiteli na základní škole. / Possibilities and Limits of School Website Usage for Students and Teachers at Primary Schools

This thesis deals with the issue of primary school websites and the potentials of their usage by students and teachers. Recently, websites became very common means of communication and educational platform. The aim of the thesis is to determine the potentials and limits of using websites in primary education. The thesis is divided into three main chapters and it has four appendices. The introductory chapter introduces the aims and the concept of the thesis. The part dedicated to the current state of the problem describes the development of Internet usage by children in the Czech Republic and other countries. This chapter deals with statistic data from the survey carried by the Czech Statistical Office and from a National Educational Institute project Škola21, in which the leaderships of various schools answered questions about the ways of using the school website as a part of self-evaluation. In this chapter, there is also a division of the target groups of school web users, short overview that demonstrates the development of school website in the last ten years, and a description of the parts that it, in some cases, contains. Special part is dedicated to evaluation tools of school website and other resources that can help determine the criteria of a high quality website and thus its potentials and limits. The second chapter, which is the main part of the thesis, is a research of school website and Internet usage in general by students and teachers and presents the basic research questions that were being answered. The main research question that is later divided into sub-questions is "How do students and pedagogical employees use the Internet and school website?" The main tool for collecting the answers were questionnaires designed according to a pre-research. The questionnaires collected the answers about the usage of the school website from students and teachers. The answers are statistically elaborated and the results are being compared by classification of fist and second degree. Here, the ways of students' and teachers' work with the website are compared and relations that can designate the potentials of the school website are looked for. The answers were further compared according to the respondents' school location, frequency of the school website visits, Internet access and other criteria. The results of the research were further discussed in interviews with groups of students and teachers. These interviews were focused on discovering the reasons for the respondents' answers. The thesis summarizes the results of the research and puts them into context with previously published work on this topic. Using these findings, the third chapter defines and explains recommended content of a school website and thus, sets the basic limits and potentials of its usage. On the basis of the information from the overview of current studies on this topic and using the research data, the thesis suggests a school website evaluation tool, which can answer the question about how the potentials of a school website are utilized. Computational algorithms and procedures of creating the evaluation tool are described in the research part of the thesis as well as the results of its testing on two primary schools in the Czech Republic.

This work is divided into four stages. The first chapter explains what Corporate Governance is and how this concept was implemented in Brazil, introduces the stock market, Bovespa s Novo Mercado (New Market) and discusses subjects related to the financial sector. Next, it focuses on the evolution of corporate communications and how the organizations had to adapt their corporate culture and communications channels due to the ongoing and non-stop series of transactions (mergers & acquisitions and incorporations) that has been happening in Brazil since 1994, after Plano Real. This process enabled a geopolitical, cultural, economical and social alteration within corporations. Still in this chapter, the study shows the communications channels characteristics used by corporations in order to interact with their key public. Also, it displays how the internet and all digital media have integrated in this corporate process, the relationship with the investors, IR websites of the New Market firms and individual investor s profile. At last, the study shows the evaluation of IR websites, adopted criteria in order to examining homepage and further pages construction. At this point, the goal was to evaluate clear semantics, that is, the way the information is delivered to individual investors, the accessibility of this communication channel such as the number o clicks needed to obtain access to any piece of information and if the websites have specific areas for this public. Finally, the results are presented, as well as an analysis of corporate communication before and after joining Bovespa s New Market and the final conclusions.(AU) / O estudo pretende mostrar que a clareza semântica e a fácil navegabilidade nos sites de Relações com Investidores são essenciais para a comunicação com os investidores individuais bem como para a sua compreensão das Boas Práticas da Governança Corporativa adotadas pelas empresas que aderiram ao Novo Mercado da Bovespa. O trabalho está dividido em quatro etapas. O primeiro capítulo explica o que é Governança Corporativa, como esse conceito foi implementado no Brasil, apresenta o mercado de ações, o Novo Mercado e aborda os temas relacionados ao setor financeiro. Em seguida, aborda a evolução da comunicação empresarial e como as organizações tiveram que adaptar a sua cultura organizacional e os canais de comunicação devido à constante e ininterrupta série de transações (aquisições, fusões e incorporações) que acontecem no Brasil desde 1994, com o início do Plano Real. Esse processo proporcionou uma alteração geopolítica, cultural, econômica e social nas corporações. Ainda nesse capítulo o estudo apresenta as características dos canais que as organizações utilizam para se comunicar com os públicos de referência. Mostra também como a internet e as demais mídias digitais se integraram nesse processo corporativo, a relação com os investidores, os sites de RI das empresas do Novo Mercado e o perfil do investidor individual. Por último, o estudo apresenta a avaliação dos sites de RI, os critérios adotados para analisar a construção das homepages e demais páginas. Nesse ponto, o objetivo foi avaliar a clareza semântica, ou seja, a maneira como as informações são transmitidas para os investidores individuais, a acessibilidade desse canal de comunicação como a quantidade de cliques necessária para ter acesso a qualquer informação e se os sites possuem espaços específicos para esse público. Diante disso, buscou-se analisar e caracterizar a presença das bibliotecas públicas do Sistema Nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas no ambiente dos dispositivos de comunicação da web social e os caminhos que têm percorrido para atrair seus usuários ao seu espaço físico. A investigação se caracteriza como um estudo descritivo que se deu a partir do estudo de múltiplos casos, em uma amostra composta por 14 bibliotecas públicas brasileiras. As técnicas e instrumentos de coleta e análise dos dados utilizados incluíram a observação direta das interações e interlocuções existentes entre as bibliotecas analisadas e seus usuários nos dispositivos de comunicação da web social, bem como a aplicação de questionários junto a estas bibliotecas. Como procedimento para coleta e análise dos dados, desenvolveu-se uma análise categorial a partir dos tipos de informações postadas por essas bibliotecas e para análise das interlocuções, adotou-se a análise de conteúdo. Com isso, a análise dos dados se realizou a partir da integração de abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa. No percurso da pesquisa, verificou-se que o dispositivo de comunicação da web social mais utilizado por essas bibliotecas é o Facebook. Este possui variadas ferramentas que podem ser utilizadas para disponibilização dos serviços dessas bibliotecas, contudo, a maioria delas não é explorada em sua totalidade. Como resultado das observações diretas, identificou-se que o tipo de informação mais postada no Facebook por essas bibliotecas, e que tem atraído os usuários, é aquele que trata das suas ações e atividades culturais, no entanto, as interlocuções consideradas intensas ainda ocorrem em número insuficiente nesse dispositivo. Apesar disso, foi possível identificar que algumas interlocuções podem ser consideradas atividades que contemplam as dimensões dialógica, estética, formativa e ética da mediação da informação. Verificou-se ainda que, embora as estratégias dessas bibliotecas para estimular a participação dos usuários em suas ações e atividades culturais estejam voltadas apenas à divulgação dessas ações, essas estratégias de mediação também se constituem ações mediadoras para ampliar a aproximação de seus usuários de seus espaços físicos. A análise das informações obtidas a partir da aplicação do questionário possibilitou verificar também, que há uma grande demanda da sociedade por acesso a espaços que atendam, simultaneamente, às necessidades de convivência, informação e lazer. Constatou-se que o uso do Facebook pelas bibliotecas públicas possibilita o diálogo, a realização de atividades de mediação, a exemplo das atividades de disseminação de informação e de compartilhamento de conteúdos. Assim, concluiu-se que o Facebook se constitui como um espaço que potencializa a interação e comunicação entre bibliotecas e seus usuários reais e potenciais, de maneira a estimular a participação destes nas ações e atividades desenvolvidas no seu espaço físico. Com isso, representa uma estratégia para geração de capital social por essas bibliotecas, que também poderá contribuir para a ressignificação do seu espaço na sociedade como um “empório de ideias” - lugar favorecedor do crescimento mútuo e do diálogo. / ABSTRACT This paper addresses the use of social media websites by public libraries as a strategy to allow exchanges and a broader participation of users in efforts held in the physical environment of libraries. In view of this, the presence in social media websites of the public libraries associated under the Brazilian System of Public Libraries has been reviewed and described, alongside the means to which they have been typically resorting to draw users to the physical environment of libraries. This research is characterized as a descriptive study, and is grounded on the assessment of multiple cases out of a sample comprising 14 Brazilian public libraries. The collection techniques and tools and data analysis applied include direct observation of interactions and exchanges between the libraries reviewed and their users through social media websites, as well as the circulation of questionnaires to be responded by such libraries. As a procedure for collection and analysis of data, a category-based analysis was developed, using the information posted by such libraries, in addition to content analysis for the exchanges gathered. Thus, the data analysis was performed by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. Over the progress of this research, the main social media website used by such libraries was found to be Facebook. It provides several tools for expanding the access to the services provided by such libraries, but most of their possibilities remain unused. As a result of the direct observations, the information mostly posted on Facebook by such libraries, which is deemed as more attractive to users, revolves around the cultural activities and efforts organized by these libraries. However, the number of intensive exchanges may still be considered insufficient for such social media website. Notwithstanding, this study was able to identify that some exchanges were capable of raising the dialogic, aesthetic, teaching and ethical dimensions of the mediation of information. Furthermore, although the strategies of these libraries to encourage the participation of users in their cultural activities and efforts were only targeted at disseminating such initiatives, such strategies of mediation were found to be mediating actions which managed to bridge the distance between users and the physical environment of the libraries. The analysis of information obtained by circulating a questionnaire to be responded also allowed finding that there is great demand by public of access to environments that meet their sociability, information and leisure needs. This research ascertained that the use of Facebook by public libraries facilitates dialog, and organization of efforts of mediation, which are illustrated by information dissemination and content sharing efforts. On account of this, Facebook may be seen as an environment that leverages interaction and communication between libraries and their actual and potential users, managing to further their participation in events developed in the physical environment of libraries. Therefore, it may be a recourse for libraries to generate social capital, meanwhile contributing to reshape the role they play in the society as “emporium of ideas” — places that promote mutual growth and dialog

É nesse cenário que emerge o nosso produto educacional desta Dissertação, no âmbito do programa Mestrado Nacional Prossional em Ensino de Física. Com o objetivo inserir a física moderna e sobretudo a contemporânea em sala de aula e permitir novas metodologias de ensino, nós criamos uma website sobre a matéria escura, um tema bastante instigante e que atualmente constitui uma das grandes questões fundamentais da Natureza. O seu conteúdo, em sintonia com a realidade dos jovens atuais e acessível a um típico aluno do ensino médio, é formado por textos simples e possui links para vídeos, seções de curiosidade, links para artigos cientícos e acessos para materiais mais avançados. Pesquisas de satisfação em um grupo de mais de cem alunos indicam que o nosso produto educacional teve uma boa aceitação e poderá, portanto, servir de referência básica para o ensino de matéria escura no ensino médio. / The physics courses in the Brazilian high school have several limitations and problems. Among them, we can highlight the outdated contents, with emphasis only in the classical physics, and teaching methodology, where the teacher as the holder of knowledge, trains the students to exhaustion in solving textbook problems for their success on the examination entrance to a university. In order to oer some alternatives to this scenario, we developed an educational product within the program Mestrado Nacional Prossional em Ensino de Física, which is described in this master's dissertation. Our educational product is a website about the dark matter, a very exciting topic which currently constitutes one of the greatest fundamental questions of Nature. This website has a twofold appeal: an introductory material of contemporary physics at the high school classes through a resource which is more familiar to the students of the twentyrst century. In tune with youngsters, the website presents a non-technical text understandable for a typical high school student, lled with videos, curiosity sections, links to scientic texts and advanced materials on the dark matter. A survey with more than a hundred of high school student indicated that the website had a good acceptance, in both content and presentation. Due to this positive feedback, we believe that our website could be an interesting educational product to serve as a basic resource for teaching dark matter at the high school level.

Os princípios teóricos sobre recomendações para o desenvolvimento de sites apresentam-se amplamente disponíveis, mas a aplicação destes, verificados com ferramentas especializadas, continuam sendo fundamentais para o alcance da efetiva usabilidade. O presente estudo objetivou testar a ferramenta CMS (Content Management System) durante o desenvolvimento de um site institucional do Programa de Pós-graduação em design da Universidade Estadual Paulista, visando ao melhoramento de sua usabilidade. Os procedimentos metodológicos caracterizaram-se por cinco etapas, iniciando-se pela revisão teórica e seguindo por aplicações laboratoriais e de simulações práticas, as quais se caracterizaram pela evolução alternada de etapas de análise, desenvolvimento de protótipo, e reanálise, resultando em um protótipo final. Esses resultados foram considerados satisfatórios, pois foi verificado que a aplicação de ferramentas CMS no desenvolvimento de sites institucionais melhora seus níveis de usabilidade. Entretanto, a principal contribuição do presente estudo está na conquista de novos conhecimentos decorrentes dos experimentos realizados, bem como no incremento dos temas ligados ao design de interfaces, à usabilidade e à ergonomia informacional, os quais colaboram de forma efetiva para o desenvolvimento do design ergonômico / The interfaces of institutional sites must be based on usability principles, whose purpose is to ensure the security, efficient and effective information to audiences and their users. The theoretical principles of recommendations for site development have become widely available, but he implementation of them checked with specialized tools remain be fundamental to the achievement of effective usability. This study aimed to test the CMS tool (Content Management System) during the development of an institutional site of the Graduate Program in Design at the Universidade Estadual Paulista intended to improve its usability. The methodological procedures were characterized by five steps, starting by the review theory and following by laboratory applications and practices simulations, which were characterized by alternating stages of development testing, prototype development, and reanalysis, resulting in a final prototype. These results were considered satisfactory, because it was verified that the use of CMS tools in the development of institucional sites improved their levels of usability. However, the main contribution of this study is to acquire new knowledge resulting from experiments, as well as the increase in issued related to interface design, usability and ergonomic information, which collaborate effectively for the development of ergonomic design

Construção de um website sobre a física de partículas

Orientador: Prof. Dr. José Kenichi Mizukoshi / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal do ABC, Mestrado Nacional Profissional em Ensino de Física - MNPEF, 2017. / Os documentos ociais que regulamentam o ensino no Brasil contemplam a presença de física moderna e contemporânea como parte integrante do Ensino Médio. No entanto, nas salas de aula os temas relacionados a esta área de conhecimento são muito raros, limitando o ensino de física a teorias clássicas. No intuito de contribuir com a mudança desse cenário educacional, foi construído um website sobre a física de partículas elementares. O produto educacional desenvolvido tem o objetivo de constituir uma fonte de pesquisa sobre o tema e uma base de dados com acesso a diversos recursos multimídia. O formato de website naturalmente atrai a atenção dos estudantes deste nível de ensino, por fazer parte de seu cotidiano e por ter o potencial de atingir um grande público por todo o território nacional, não somente formado por estudantes, mas também de curiosos. O tema sobre a física de partículas tem atraído a atenção de um amplo público, visto que atualmente é tema de pesquisa com forte presença na grande mídia e obras de cção cientíca. Além disto, o entendimento dos fenômenos que ocorrem, como por exemplo no grande colisor de hádrons responsável pela descoberta do bóson de Higgs , contempla muitos aspectos das teorias clássicas, sendo que grande parte de seu princípio de funcionamento é explorado no currículo tradicional. Assim, o tema é motivador também para o estudo da física clássica. A partir de uma pesquisa de satisfação com mais de duas centenas de visitantes do website, foi possível concluir que uma grande parcela dos visitantes aprova a forma e o conteúdo do produto educacional. / The ocial documents that regulate the educational system in Brazil contemplate the modern and contemporary physics in the high school curriculum. However, the themes related to this area are rarely seen in the classrooms, where the physics teaching is limited mostly to classical theories. In order to contribute with the change in this scenario, we constructed a website about elementary particle physics. This educational product was developed aiming to constitute a research source and a data basis with a great variety of multimedia resources. The format naturally attracts the high school student's attention, because websites are incorporated in their daily routine and this format has also a potential to reach a huge public in all national territory, not only students but also curious people. The theme particle physics has attracted the attention of a wide public, since it is currently a research subject with a large presence in the media and in the science ction products. Moreover, the understanding of the phenomena ocurring for instance in the Large Hadrons Collider responsible for the discovery of the Higgs Boson contemplates many aspects of the classical theories, where their principles are explored in the high school curriculum. Therefore, the theme is also a motivator for classical physics studies. From a satisfaction survey with more than two hundreds of website's visitors, it was possible to conclude that most of them approves the form and content of our educational product.

A pesquisa intitulada Povos no Brasil: quem são eles nos livros didáticos de português como língua estrangeira (Furlan, 2008) traz análises de quatro livros didáticos de português para estrangeiros e indica tanto o trabalho de apagamento quanto o de sedimentação de sentidos que culminam na constituição de imaginários sobre os povos que participam da formação do Brasil. A partir desta pesquisa, surgiu à indagação: quais seriam os dizeres sobre o Brasil em textos disponibilizados nas páginas eletrônicas da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa e das embaixadas do Brasil na Argentina e em Gana cujo objetivo, dentre outros, é o de divulgar o país e a língua portuguesa? Para responder a essa pergunta, lançamos mão dos pressupostos teóricos da Análise de Discurso de perspectiva materialista e analisamos os textos disponibilizados nos sites da: a) Comunidade de Países de Língua Portuguesa (www.cplp.org); b) Embaixada do Brasil em Buenos Aires/Argentina (www.www.brasil.org.ar) e c) Embaixada do Brasil em Acra/Gana (www.embrazil.com.gh). A importância deste trabalho se deve ao fato de que a CPLP e as embaixadas são investidas de poderes legais para apresentar o Brasil e os brasileiros ao/no mundo. Seus dizeres produzem efeitos de verdade sobre o território brasileiro e seu povo e, portanto, contribuem para a formação de um imaginário discursiva que define as relações entre brasileiros e estrangeira / Abstract: This paper is the consequence of our previous research on all kinds of people who took part in the constitution of Brazil. The dissertation entitled "People in Brazil: who they are in textbooks of Portuguese as a foreign language" (Furlan, 2008) presents an analysis of four textbooks prepared for non-native speakers and shows both the work of erasure and at the same time the sedimentation of some sayings that culminated in an imaginary of all groups that contributed somehow to the growth and development of the country. From this study the following question came up: what are the sayings about Brazil on texts available on the websites of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries and the embassies of Brazil in Argentina and Ghana which aim, among others, to disclose the country and the Portuguese language? To answer this question we adopted the materialist perspective of discourse analysis and analyzed the texts available on the websites the following websites: a) Community of Portuguese Language Countries (www.cplp.org) b) Embassy of Brazil in Buenos Aires / Argentina (www.www.brasil.org.ar) and c) Embassy of Brazil in Accra / Ghana (www.embrazil.com.gh). Finding out what is said about Brazil in these texts is important once the Community and the embassies are vested with legal powers to introduce Brazil and the Brazilians worldwide.
