Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuoti ir įvertinti komandinio darbo organizavimo Lietuvos viešajame sektoriuje ypatumai (prielaidos ir sąlygos). Teorinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgtos komandinio darbo vystymosi istorinės prielaidos, atskleista komandinio darbo reikšmė organizacijos vystymuisi, analizuojami komandų formavimo etapai, organizavimo sąlygos, tokio darbo efektyvumą įtakojantys veiksniai bei organizavimo svarba Lietuvos viešajam sektoriui. Metodologinėje dalyje sukurtas tyrimo modelis, vaizduojantis analizuojamos teorinės tyrimo koncepsijos sąsajas su empiriniu tyrimu, iškeltos tyrimo hipotezės, pagrįsti tyrimo metodai. Analitinėje dalyje atliktas Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybės komandinio darbo organizavimo ypatumų empirinis tyrimas, siekiant nustatyti ir įvertinti darbuotojų požiūrį į komandinio darbo organizavimą jų organizacijoje, atskleidžiamos organizavimo sąlygos, trūkumai bei pateikiamos šios darbo formos tobulinimo rekomendacijos. / Master‘s thesis is to analyze features of the teamwork organization in Lithuanian public sector (its assumptions and conditions). Theoretical part of the paper outlines historical assumptions of the teamwork development, there are team building stages analyzed as well as organizational conditions and factors influencing the efficiency of the organization, and the overall importance of the organization to the public sector in Lithuania. Methodological part of the study creates the model of analysis which examines the theoretical and empirical links between research concepts, there are initiated hypotheses of the study and research methods are based. Analytical part shows the empirical analysis of the details and features of teamwork organization in the Klaipeda City Municipality. This analysis assesses attitude of the employees towards teamwork organization in their organization. There are revealed conditions of the organization and its weaknesses. There are also recommendations for the improvement of this work formed.

Der Facharbeitskreis Technische Thermodynamik Sachsen ist ein Musterbeispiel für hochschulübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und gelungenen Austausch in den Bereichen Hochschul-/Ingenieurdidaktik und der Digitalisierung der Lehre. Schlüsselelemente für den Erfolg dieser Community of Practice sind, neben der gemeinsamen fachlichen Basis, der Transfer von Lehrinhalten und kontinuierliche Treffen zur kollegialen Beratung unter Einbeziehung von Experten der Hochschul- und Mediendidaktik. Ergebnisse sind gemeinsam durchgeführte Lehr-Lern-Projekte und eine Vielzahl von Veröffentlichungen und Transfermaßnahmen zur Förderung guter Lehre.

Dans un premier temps, nous avons conduit une étude épidémiologique transversale et descriptive dont les objectifs sont de décrire les caractéristiques sociales et professionnelles du personnel du service des urgences et les contraintes psychosociales et organisationnelles du travail. Les résultats de cette enquête, une fois analysés, sont resitués d’une part dans leur environnement politico-institutionnel en décrivant les caractéristiques du système de santé algérien et son évolution et quelques indicateurs reflétant les réponses du système aux défis représentés par la prise en charge de la santé de la population et d’autre part, dans leur environnement théorique et méthodologique, par l’élaboration d’une revue de littérature sur les risques psychosociaux encourus en milieu de soins. Dans un second temps, il nous a semblé propice d’approfondir les résultats de ces investigations épidémiologiques par une étude plus fine des situations de travail. Ceci nous a conduits à observer de près les situations de travail aux urgences moyennant la concrétisation, dans une première phase, d’une intervention ergonomique puis, dans une deuxième phase, l’organisation de Groupes de rencontres du travail (GRT). La démarche ergologique a permis de mieux expliquer les facteurs susceptibles de donner lieu aux conflits de valeurs, aux difficultés de coopérations, aux attitudes hostiles et aux dénis de reconnaissance. Les conséquences majeures de ces risques psychosociaux en sont la démotivation, l’épuisement et le déploiement de stratégies défensives individuelles et collectives. / Initial results have encouraged us to closely observe the work of the emergency situations through the realization of an ergonomic intervention at first and then ergologia (GRT) in a second time. To bring out the elements that may lead to the identification of difficult work situations, we conducted comprehensive and systematic observations leading to the formulation of a local and general diagnosis. We have proposed operational action tracks, one of which is the organization of a meeting of the Working Group (GRT). Writing and putting into words the activity of nurses, caregivers and physicians was difficult. The general tone of the speeches has reported difficulties, collective discomfort or pain at work. The protagonists of work relate currently functions lips and near absence of management. As to the issue of psychosocial risks, the epidemiological study has highlighted the strong professional constraints and the lack of recognition of novice general practitioners and young orderlies.The major consequences are the demotivation and the deployment of defensive strategies as the medicalization of their health seeking an exemption from custody or a transfer to another service.Keywords :Medical and surgical emergencies; Psychosocial risks; Ergonomic; Activity; Psychosocial risks; ergologia; Meeting of the Working Group.

The external debt is no doubt "a front burner" nowadays, not only in the group of well informed economists or politicians. And although it is regarded as a problem ascribed to the third world countries only, any national economy can bear it. Anyway, neither developed countries are exceptions, despite distinctly small attention which is given to them from the external indebtedness point of view. In my thesis, I decided to link the foreign debt problem with another frequent topic of any discussions: with the really prudent process of the European Union expansion to the East. Primarily, I will try to confute many skewed information about both of them. Or - is the foreign debt really such an uncompromising indicator of the external instability hindering any economic progress? Must thus the relatively successful transformation of the transitive economies pass off with the zero foreign indebtedness entirely?

The theoretical reference used is the work of Freud and the Argentinean School of Psychoanalysis, and in particular, Enrique Pichon Riviére. Eight sessions of a working group were carried out in an institution which works with the problem of violence and which has a program for the formation of youth leaders in the Southern Zone of the city of São Paulo. Two youths from this group committed homicide in a common fight, starting with a conflict between gangs at a Friday night party, a typical case in the run down suburbs. They were not arrested. The institution invited us to coordinate the group whose task would be to discover the reason why some youths kill and others do not. Not only did the two youths in question take part in the working group but also others (many of whom had survived massacres), besides some intellectuals, managers and directors of the institution, more or less twenty people altogether. The working group was used as a research instrument in the social field, seeking the deepest links and the implicit and unconscious reasons for the violence that effects a large part of our youth. We hope that the conclusions will also be useful in the vocational training of professionals who work directly in this field, formulating public policies and social programs. The categories elaborated from the clinical material were: the territory of the suburbs, which portrays the everyday violence; the word, which relates its presence or absence relating to the lead up to the act; the processes of identification, which bring up family dynamics; and the difference between social classes which discusses the class conflict and social relations experienced by the youths / Esta pesquisa trata da violência que abate a juventude das periferias das grandes cidades. O referencial teórico utilizado é a obra de Freud e da Escola Argentina de Psicanálise, em especial, Enrique Pichon Riviére. Foram realizadas oito sessões de grupo operativo em uma instituição que trabalha com a problemática da violência e que possuía um programa de formação de lideranças jovens na Zona Sul da cidade de São Paulo. Dois jovens desse grupo cometeram homicídio em uma briga banal, a partir de um conflito entre turmas numa festa de sexta-feira à noite, caso típico da periferia. Eles não foram presos. A instituição convidou-nos para coordenar o grupo que teria por tarefa descobrir a razão pela qual alguns jovens matam e outros não. Participaram do grupo operativo não só os dois jovens em questão, como outros (muitos deles sobreviventes de chacinas), além de alguns intelectuais, gerentes e diretores da instituição, mais ou menos vinte pessoas ao todo. O grupo operativo foi utilizado como instrumento de pesquisa do campo social, buscando os vínculos mais profundos e as razões implícitas e inconscientes da violência que afeta vasta parcela de nossa juventude. Esperamos que as conclusões sejam úteis também para a formação de profissionais que trabalham diretamente nesse campo, formulando as políticas públicas e os programas de atendimento. Metodologia para redução do custo de refugos de fornecedores

O objetivo geral deste trabalho é estudar em uma indústria automotiva a redução dos custos de refugos e retrabalhos causados por não qualidade de fabricação ou devido a anomalias nos transportes das peças compradas de fornecedores da Europa. Para a obtenção dos resultados, o método utilizado inicialmente foi a pesquisa bibliográfica fornecendo a base para o estudo de caso descritivo em uma indústria automotiva. Este trabalho teve como finalidade a pesquisa aplicada, pois foi motivada pela resolução de um problema concreto, que é a redução destes custos. Inspirado nas ferramentas da Manufatura Enxuta foi criado um grupo de trabalho para elaborar um procedimento de re-faturamento dos custos de não qualidade dos fornecedores da Europa e aplicado a metodologia Hoshin para a melhoria nos processos da seguradora em caso de sinistros nos transportes destes fornecedores. Para resolver estes problemas as ferramentas da qualidade foram amplamente utilizadas. Foi possível re-faturar os fornecedores Externos da Europa em cerca de R$ 635.000,00 e reduzir R$ 305.312,00 de custos com refugos dos Fornecedores Internos da Europa. A aplicação do procedimento estimulou os Fornecedores Internos e Externos e o custo mensal com refugos considerando o re-faturamento passou de R$ 86.973,00 para R$ 10.104,00. O custo por veículo foi de R$ 10,32 para R$ 3,74. O ganho total somado até 2009 foi de R$ 1.238.476,00. / The general purpose of this work is to study, in an automotive industry, the reduction of the costs of scrap and rework caused by no manufacturing quality or due to deficiencies in transport parts purchased from suppliers in Europe. To obtain the results the method was initially used to search bibliographic providing the basis for the descriptive case study in an automotive industry. This study was aimed at applied research, because it was motivated by solving a real problem, which is the reduction of these costs. Inspired by the tools of Lean Manufacturing it was created a working group to develop a procedure for invoicing again the not quality costs from European suppliers as well as the methodology was applied Hoshin to improve the processes of insurer in case of accidents in transport of these suppliers. To solve these problems the quality tools have been widely used. It was possible to invoice again from external suppliers in Europe about R$ 635.000,00 and lower R$ 305.312,00 in costs with scraps of domestic suppliers in Europe. Applying the procedure prompted the internal and external suppliers and the monthly cost with scrap considering the re-sales rose from R$ 86.973,00 to R$ 10.104,00. The cost per vehicle was R$ 10,32 to R$ 3,74. The gain added by 2009 was R$ 1.238.476,00.

As a result of a growing number of Member States of the European Union the idea of unification and co-ordination of legal changes,including tax systems of each country, is growing stronger. The common consolidated corporate tax base (CCCTB) should establish unified rules for determining the tax base, and consequently this would eliminate double taxation, cross-border income, or tax evasion and suppression of tax competition among the states of the European Union. This work deals with the redistributive mechanism of the CCCTB, which would alocate the CCCTB to the group of the individual companies. Interim result of the discussion is to create a distribution threefactors formula consisting of variables - work, asset and sales. I applied the current conclusions of the European Commission to the Czech company Skoda Auto,a.s., whose parent company is in Germany.

My thesis is dealing with the social system of an organisation and its quality. It is divided in the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I describe general aspects of an organisation concerning it a system of social relationships. I look at the development of an organisation in the course of time and I make an overview of the indicators and instruments used for measuring the system's quality. I applied my theoretical knowledge in the practical part. I measured the quality of social relationships with the indicators as social values and standards, corporate ethics and social climate. I consider them the most important in my thesis.

A análise pretendida se constrói sob orientação da Teoria Neogramsciana de Relações Internacionais, propondo-se a desenvolver uma perspectiva histórica e crítica aos processos em curso atualmente na ONU na implementação de um marco normativo internacional para responsabilização de empresas transnacionais por violações de Direitos Humanos, quais sejam o Grupo de Trabalho das Nações Unidas sobre Empresas e Direitos Humanos e os fóruns internacionais organizados anualmente para debate da temática, e o Tratado Internacional na área, que teve processo de elaboração deflagrado em junho de 2014 com a aprovação da Resolução 26/9 no Conselho de Direitos Humanos da ONU. / This paper aims to realize an analysis of the United Nations Agenda on Human Rights and Business. With this purpose, it uses the biblical analogy of the battle between Golias and David, standing in one side the global capital, represented by the transnational corporations and, at the other side, a global alliance for human rights defense and protection, composed of NGOs, social collectives and movements, activists and other actors. The intended analysis is built under orientation of the Neogramscian Theory of International Relations, and proposes to develop a historical and critical perspective of the current processes at the UN for the implementation of an international normative mark to have transnational corporations accountable for human rights violations. These processes are the activities of the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and the international forums organized annually to debate the theme, and the International Treaty, which had its elaboration process triggered in June 2014 with the approval of the Resolution 26/9 at the UN Human Rights Council.
