The dissertation is devoted to the information support of the youth policy of the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the theoretical understanding of the scientific and methodological approaches to the organization of information support of young people, the analysis of the experience of bodies on youth Affairs of the Russian Federation, defines the conceptual foundations of information for youth and youth policy of the Sverdlovsk region, a set of methodological and scientific materials, allowing to define common goals, directions and technologies of all subjects participating in the process. In the dissertation research developed a draft Concept of information support of the youth policy of the Sverdlovsk region. / Диссертация посвящена вопросам информационного обеспечения молодежной политики в Свердловской области. На основании теоретического осмысления научно-методологических подходов к организации информационного обеспечения молодежи, анализа опыт работы органов по делам молодежи субъектов Российской Федерации, определены концептуальные основы информационного обеспечения молодежи и молодежной политики в Свердловской области, предложен комплекс методических и научных материалов, позволяющий определить общие цели, направления и технологии всех субъектов – участников процесса. В результате диссертационного исследования разработан проект Концепции информационного обеспечения молодежной политики Свердловской области. Диссертационная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, библиографического списка из 55 источников, 5 приложений.

Работа содержит теоретический анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по вопросам молодежной политики на промышленных предприятиях, а также результаты анализа социально-экономического положения Свердловской области, эффективности реализации молодежной политики в ООО «Уральские локомотивы», ПАО «Синарский трубный завод», ФГУП «Уральский электромеханический завод» и АО НПК «Уралвагонзавод». Автор выявил проблемы и разработал адресные предложения по оптимизации молодежной политики на исследуемых предприятиях. Диссертация содержит программы мониторингов эффективности программ адаптации вновь принятых молодых работников и реализации программы «Молодежь» на промышленном предприятии. / The work contains theoretical analysis of Soviet and foreign literature on questions of youth policy at the industrial enterprises, as well as the results of the analysis of the socio-economic situation in the Sverdlovsk region, the efficiency of realization of youth policy at enterprises of Ural locomotives, Sinara tube plant, Urals electro-mechanical plant and Uralvagonzavod. The thesis contains a program of monitoring the effectiveness of the programmes of adaptation of newly hired young workers and the implementation of the Youth programme in an industrial plant.

Работа содержит теоретический анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по вопросам адаптации молодых работников на промышленном предприятии, а также результаты эмпирического исследования системы адаптации молодых работников на Качканарском горно-обогатительном комбинате. Автор выявил проблемы адаптации и доказал, что система адаптации молодых работников на предприятии будет более эффективна (оптимальна) при усовершенствовании работы в сфере наставничества. Диссертация содержит проекты «Школа наставников», внедрение которого имеет экономический эффект. / The work contains theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on adaptation of young workers in an industrial plant, as well as the results of empirical research of the system of adaptation of young employees at Kachkanarsky GOK. The author has identified problems of adaptation and proved that the system of adaptation of young employees at the enterprise will be more efficient (optimal) if the area of mentoring will be enhanced. The thesis contains the project "School of masters", the introduction of which has an economic effect.

The work contains a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the effectiveness of the implementation of youth social projects and programs in the organization, as well as the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of youth social projects and programs in the Open joint stock company "Russian Railways". The paper deals with the theoretical foundations of extracurricular activities at the University, the existing methods of formation of general cultural competencies in the extracurricular environment of the University. Moreover, it characterises extracurricular activities at URFU, with the focus on artistic groups, determining their structure and potential. The analysis of general cultural competences formation in artistic groups at University is carried out. The activities to be included in the workplan of the artistic group in order to form general cultural competences of students are analyzed. The thesis proposes a competence-oriented workplan for artistic groups at University, aiming at the formation of general cultural competences. / В работе рассмотрены теоретические основы внеучебной деятельности университета, существующие способы формирования общекультурных компетенций во внеучебной среде университета, дана характеристика внеучебной деятельности УрФУ, в частности творческих коллективов. Это позволило определить потенциал деятельности творческого коллектива и его структуру. Проведен анализ формирования общекультурных компетенций в творческих коллективах университета. Проанализированы мероприятия, которые могут быть включены в программу работы творческого коллектива на предмет формирования общекультурных компетенций у студентов. Диссертация содержит компетентностно-ориентированной программу работы творческого коллектива университета, позволяющую формировать общекультурные компетенции.

Работа содержит теоретический анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по вопросам фитнеса как технологии профилактики интернет - зависимости учеников старших классов. В эмпирической части работы представлены результаты аналитических исследований, проведенных на базе школы 113 города Екатеринбурга, по вопросу наличия и степени развитости интернет-зависимости учащихся, а также проект реализации программы профилактической направленности интернет-завимимости учащихся старших классов. / The work contains a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on fitness as a technology of prevention of Internet addiction of high school students. The empirical part of the work presents the results of analytical studies conducted on the basis of school 113 in Yekaterinburg, on the presence and degree of development of Internet addiction of students, as well as the project of implementation of the program of preventive orientation of Internet addiction of high school students.

This thesis deals with the topic of low civic and political participation of children and youth in the Czech Republic. Participatory democracy theory and theory of civil society are used as starting values. The work deals mainly with organized civic and political participation of children and youth. It is shown, based on several international studies, that in comparison with other states the civic and political participation of Czech children and youth is of the significantly lower level. Area of youth participation falls within the national policy on youth and therefore this work describes basic public-policy documents that are related to the topic of participation of children and youth. In the frame of this work, analysis of the actors involved in the czech youth policy-making, was done. Possible ways of civic and political participation of children and young people, such as children and youth associations, school parliaments, political parties, academic senates, etc, are discussed as well The work identified the main causes of low civic and political participation of children and youth and also proposed specific measures which can help to increase the level of civic and political participation of children and youth in the Czech Republic.

Магистерская диссертация «Роль молодежных организаций в гармонизации межэтнических отношений и профилактике экстремизма в молодежной среде на примере Североуральского городского округа Свердловской области» состоит из введения, двух частей, заключения, библиографического списка, приложений. В теоретической части представлены особенности роли молодежных организаций в профилактике экстремизма в молодежной среде: основные понятия, теоретические подходы, проанализированы межэтнические отношения в молодежной среде: основные понятия и пути их гармонизации посредством молодежных организаций. В практической части описывается разработка программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений с привлечением потенциала молодежных организаций Североуральского городского округа, обозначены особенности реализации и анализ программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений в учреждении по работе с молодежью на примере Муниципального казенного учреждения «Объединение молодёжно-подростковых клубов Североуральского городского округа. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. Цель исследования – разработка программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений с привлечением потенциала молодежных организаций Североуральского городского округа Свердловской области. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks set.
