The graduation thesis is focused on personal and family finances, especially on financial planning. It describes main parts of financial planning -- living, insurance, investing money and making reserve for pension - and helps to find the best ways to reach our goals.

The topic of my thesis is Development of the financial products for the home financing and the analysis in the Czech market. My thesis is primary occupied with mortgages loans. First part is focused on the explanation of basic terms conectedted with mortgages and credits from the building society account. Then I describe the hole credit procedure from the client's point of view, conditions of credit assignment and costs connected with the credit. Next teoretical part concerns about the development of the mortgage market in the Czech republice and possible changes in the market in the future. Practical part of my thesis consists of the analysis of three banks in the czech market-KB, ČSOB and mBank. I tried to compare offeres of mortgages loans, mortgages loans with insurance in case of incapability and the combinaton mortgage loan with regular credit from the building society account thanks to RPSN and chose the best solution.

Thesis explores communication strategy of Komerční banka, a.s. with a focus on the Youngsters. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of previous and current campaigns, corroborated by original research. The thesis comprises six chapters, the first two chapters dealing with theory, the rest dealing with empirical findings. The first chapter discusses the difference between marketing and commercial communication and kinds of commercial communication; the second chapter delves into the issue of communication strategy, its types and development. The third chapter consists of a presentation of Komerční banka, a.s. including an evaluation of the competition; the subsequent chapter discusses the characteristics of the G2 brand, its target group and includes an SWOT analysis. The content of the fifth chapter is a description of previous communication and of new communication campaign of the G2 brand. In the conclusion of the thesis, research results are assessed and future steps are recommended.

In the theoretical part will be devoted to banking in the Czech republic and current account as the product and services related. The practical part will focus on selection of several bank institutions and description their range of accounts. Tree segments of client will be selected and determined standardized hypothetical client in selected segments. Aim of the thesis is comparison of fees and charges of the bank institutions and determination of the best option.

The primary goal of my thesis is an analysis of czech accounting regulations in the area of evaluation, accounting and reporting of an animals that is followed by survey of solutions used in particular zoological gardens of the Czech Republic. My thesis also contains basic informations of history, legislation and funding of zoological gardens in the Czech Republic.

Ainda que, a Resolução SEEDUC nº 3630/2007 oriente quanto ao dispositivo de como elaborar a prestação de contas e de que maneira os recursos podem ser executados, alguns gestores apresentam dificuldades em cumprir, dentro do prazo determinado, o que lhe é confiado e exigido. Para a coleta dos dados, foi aplicado um questionário aos gestores das UEs localizadas em quatro municípios do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a saber, Belford Roxo, Mesquita, Nilópolis e São João de Meriti, que fazem parte da Regional Metropolitana VII. Este trabalho foi elaborado a partir de um estudo de caso, a metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa, e, como principal aporte teórico utilizou-se os estudos de Heloísa Lück. Os dados coletados apontaram para três principais dificuldades de acordo com a percepção dos gestores respondentes: carência de pessoal, dificuldade em cumprir os prazos determinados pela SEEDUC/RJ e falta de tempo para se dedicar à prestação de contas. A partir dos resultados, apresenta-se um Plano de Ação cujas proposições sugerem ações palpáveis que contribuam positivamente para que o gestor possa cumprir com as exigências da Secretaria de Educação, evitando possíveis punições em decorrência do não cumprimento dos prazos. Tais proposições estão voltadas para a capacitação dos gestores, compartilhamento de experiências, busca de soluções em grupo para os obstáculos apresentados e auxilio para dirimir as dificuldades ainda apresentadas por esses gestores. / This work aims to identify difficulties and challenges which are frequently pointed out by managers as possible hindrances to the filing of the proceedings of account rendering of state resources for school meals and maintenance, and which can be determining factors of the cause of default by school units. Even though the Resolution of SEEDUC (State Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro) number 3630/2007 provides guidance as to the provision on how to render accounting and in what manner resources can be executed, some managers face difficulties in fulfilling within due time what is expected and demanded from them. In this dissertation, in order to collect data, a questionnaire was submitted to managers of school units located in four towns of the state of Rio de Janeiro: Belford Roxo, Mesquita, Nilópolis and São João de Meriti, which are part of Regional Metropolitana VII (Metropolitan Region VII). This work was developed from a case study; its methodology was of a qualitative character, since it aimed to find the main challenges of school managers related to account rendering. As its main theoretic sources, studies by Heloísa Lück, as well as authors Martins, Libâneo and Polon, were considered. Data collected pointed to three main difficulties, according to the perceptions of answering managers: shortage of staffs, difficulties in meeting deadlines set by SEEDUC/RJ and lack of time to put into account rendering. From these results, a Plan of Action is presented, whose propositions suggest solid actions that might contribute substantially so that a manager can fulfill the demands of the Department of Education, preventing possible consequences of not meeting deadlines, such as answering to account taking. The propositions presented in this work are aimed at qualifying managers, sharing experiences, seeking group solutions for hindrances that are presented and assistance to prevent difficulties faced by those managers.

The study is to establish whether there is any impact on the social media company that is implementing the deceptive design on the account deletion process. By conducting the qualitative research with Instagram users and analyzing users’ feelings, opinions, and potential actions, the study finds out using the deceptive design on account deletion process on social media has a weak influence on the social media company.

The purpose of this graduation theses is the proposal of building of a new squash center in the particular locality. The final prospectus goes from the complete analysis of the market in term of potential customers and also of current competition. By the choice of the introduced project versions I take the investment return into account.

Examensarbetet är en fallstudie där en undersökning utförs kring varför det verkliga utfallet överstiger produktionskalkylen i ett byggprojekt och hur platsledingen kan påverka utfallet.   Syftet med arbetet är att belysa vikten av en väl fungerande platsledning samt vikten av att ta fram noggranna kalkyler för att hålla budgeten i ett byggprojekt. Detta uppnås genom en fallstudie där ekonomiska avvikelser identifieras och orsaker till dessa fastställs. Orsakerna till avvikelserna kategoriserades enligt följande: Kalkyleringsfel Kontofel Ändring av metod Tillval Hantering De resultat som uppnåtts visar att den största orsaken till avvikelser sker på grund av felkalkylering, följt av metodbyte. Den största enskilda orsaken fastställdes som kalkylering av systemform, som används vid gjutning av betong. I snitt ökade kostnaden med 340 % vilket resulterat i en felräkningskostnad om ca 870 000: -.  Vidare fastställdes att platsledningen kan påverka de totala avvikelserna i ett byggprojekt med ca 40 %. Sammanställning av den intervju som genomfördes för platsledningen på de granskade projekten visar att den största orsaken till avvikelser ligger i bristande projektering. De rekommendationer som ges är att vara konsekvent vid kontering så att rätt kostnad hamnar på rätt konto, det förenklar avstämningar och prognoser.  Arbeta för en dynamiskgrupp där det finns ledaregenskaper, administrativa kunskaper och byggtekniska kunskaper. / The thesis is a case study in which a survey is carried out on why the actual result exceeds production estimate of construction projects and how the site management can affect the outcome. The aim is to highlight the importance of a well-functioning site management and the importance of obtaining accurate calculations in order to keep the budget in a construction project. This is achieved through a case study where economic deviations are identified and causes of these sets. The causes of deviations were categorized as follows: Calculation errors Account error Change in method  Option Management The results obtained show that the major cause of deviations is due to miscalculation, followed by the change in method. The biggest single cause was identified as costing systems form, which is used in casting of concrete. The average cost increased by 340% which resulted in a miscalculation by 870 000:-. Furthermore was determined that the site management has the authority to affect the total deviations of a construction project by about 40%. Summary of the interview, which was conducted for the site management on the projects audited shows that the biggest cause of deviations is the lack of planning. The recommendations given are to be consistent in posting, so that the right cost is at the correct account, it simplifies reconciliation and predictions. Working for a dynamic group where there are leadership skills, administrative skills and build technical knowledge.
