This article discusses the psychological, methodological, practical and partially administrative communicative competence of teachers at one Vilkaviškis secondary school (SSCH) to educate children with special needs (SN) in integrated teaching conditions. It presents the results of teachers‘ questionnaire, recommendations for national pedagogical studies for BA, MA and qualification courses.
The article draws five conclusions: 1.Teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH do not possess the psychological competence for integrated education of children with SN. Due to the dominating psychological stereotypical bias some teachers are not interested in special education, partially take the individual qualities of children with SP into consideration, do not seek better quality of education, refuse to cooperate, leave education to the competence of a special educator or speech therapist. 2. The methodological competence of teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH is insufficient since the majority of teachers have not heard a course of lectures on special education, 1/5 of teachers have not been certified, 65,1% of teachers regard their abilities to recognize a pupil with SN as unsatisfactory or insufficient, they do not know the main principles of work with children with SN. 3. Įteisinus bendrojo ugdymo sistemoje specialųjį ugdymą ir įsitvirtinus požiūriui, kad nė vienas neturi būti atskirtas, kad kiekvienas yra unikalus, visi specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turintys vaikai šiandieninėje mokykloje turėtų jaustis saugiai. Specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčių moksleivių ugdymas ir socializacijos sėkmė labiausiai priklauso nuo pedagogų ir bendraklasių nuostatų, elgesio. Tiek šiame darbe pristatytame tyrime, tiek kituose tyrimuose, atliktuose mūsų šalyje ir užsienyje, matoma, kad bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose ugdant vaiką su specialiaisiais ugdymosi poreikiais susiduriama su universaliomis, kompleksinėmis problemomis.
Specialiųjų poreikių vaikų ugdymo bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose situacijai įvertinti interviu metodu buvo interviu metodu apklausta 14 pedagogų, dirbančių su specialiųjų poreikių moksleiviais, administracijos atstovas ir anketavimo metodu 140 moksleivių, kurių klasėse mokosi spec. poreikių turintys vaikai, 13 moksleivių su specialiaisiais ugdymo(si) poreikiais, ir 13 tėvų, kurių vaikams taikomos specialiojo ugdymo programos.
Tyrimas įrodė, kad tenkinant moksleivių specialiuosius ugdymosi poreikius bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje svarbūs tokie veiksniai:
· socialiniai (nevisavertis bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos ir specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčio moksleivio šeimos bendradarbiavimas; tėvai, vengdami pašalinių neigiamo poveikio atsisako specialiųjų ugdymo programų, specialistų pagalbos);
· pedagoginiai (mokytojai neturi pakankamai žinių... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / After validation of special education in the system of comprehensive education and fixation of the opinion that none has to be isolated, that everybody is unique, all children with special educational needs should feel securely in today’s school. Education and success of socialization of schoolchildren with special educational needs are dependant most of all on attitudes and behaviour of pedagogues and classmates. Both in this presentable research and other researches accomplished in our country and abroad, it is observable that education of a child with special educational needs faces with versatile, complex problems.
For evaluation of the situation of children’s with special needs education in comprehensive schools the method of interview was applied and 14 pedagogues working with schoolchildren with special needs and a representative of administration were interviewed, 140 schoolchildren, in whose classes the children with special needs study, 13 schoolchildren with special education (learning) needs and 13 parents, to whose children the special programs of education are applied, were surveyed by the method of questionnaire.
The research proved that the following factors are important for meeting of special educational needs in comprehensive schools:

Relevance. Each person is unique with the combination of his/her abilities, experience, emotions and values. The wish to learn is a natural exploratory reflex which is based on positive emotions and stimulates the activity, tempers the will and gives a sence of aim and work. The expansion of these first principles depends not only on private attitude, but also on the interaction between a child and real-life environment. Statistics shows that 95 % of 7-15 year-old pupils nowadays seek for compulsory education (www.std.lt). In the reports about the social evolution in Lithuania (1999, 2003) it is said that 18-24 thousand children do not attend schools because of the lack of motivation, poverty, illnesses and living in associable families. Solving this problem the state limits or takes away the right of growing children from parents of associable families and provide the child with the supervision: firstly, it is being searched for the relatives of the child to legitimize the care or adoption; secondly, the child can be taken to the appropriate institution: families or state foster-homes (Civil Code, 2002). Regulary performed exercise may protect against coronary artery disease (atherosclerosis). Fatty meal may influence progression of coronary artery didease, because humans spend too many hours in posprandial state each day.
The purpose of this study was to examine the changes in concentration of the blood total cholesterol and body composition after training of wellness aerobics.
The study was performed on 21 healthy female subjects aged from 29 to 46 years. The subjects were free from clinical history of bleeding or coagulation disorders, they were healthy. 29 % of subjects were smokers. All subjects were not physically active, they did not do sports for five years.
The research was based on antropometrical measures, questionnaires, registration of food allowance, total cholesterol determination in the blood and analysis. Twenty one healthy females followed the wellness aerobics training for 1,5 month and performed 3 training sessions per week. The duration of each session was 45 minutes. Concentration of total cholesterol in the blood and body composition was evaluated before the session of training and after 1,5 month of the wellness aerobics training. The energetical nutritives disbalance was established which manifested in fat and protein overrun and in too scarce amount of carbohydrates.
Mathematical statistics method was used to analyse the research data. The significant criterion was p = 0,05.

Magistro darbe yra suformuluotos Šiaulių Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos vidaus audito taikymo problemos. Darbe atskleista Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos vidaus audito esmė: teoriniu aspektu vidaus auditas analizuojamas kaip kokybės laidavimo sistema, pateikiama švietimo kokybės samprata ir švietimo kokybė visuotinės kokybės vadybos aspektu; bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos vidaus auditas analizuojamas vadybinių funkcijų aspektu ir kaip organizacijos veiklos strategijų ir perspektyvų numatymo priemonė. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti naudota kompleksinė tyrimo metodika, derinant kokybinius ir kiekybinius metodus. Tyrimo dalį sudarė du etapai. Pirmajame etape, ekspertams struktūrizuoto interviu būdu, buvo išryškintos pagrindinės bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų vidaus audito metodikos taikymo problemos. Antrajame etape, šie duomenys pasirinkti vėlesnio kiekybinio tyrimo kintamaisiais – ruošiant anketą pedagogams, dalyvavusiems vykdant vidaus auditą. The work characterizes the purport of internal auditing methods: in theoretically dimension internal auditing is analyzed like system of collateral acceptance , the conception of education quality and education quality by aspect of general quality are given; auditing methods in general education schools analyzed by managerial aspect and like a mean to prophesy organization strategy and perspectives. To reach the aim complex methods of investigation were used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The research was of two stages. The first stage using structural interview of experts developed basic problems using internal auditing methods. In the second stage , the data was taken making forms for educaters who were doing internal auditing. Various authors stated hypothesis, that general education schools of Siauliai confront various problems using internal auditing in all stages is supported. Also big problem is to make analysis of chosen sphere and auditing results are not used to make priorities and strategical planning.

Temos aktualumas. The importance of the subject. In the Law of Education of Lithuania it is stated that the state financing creates normal conditions for the activity of general secondary schools, but when the questions of financing are discussed dissatisfaction is expressed: some say that the money is not always used transparently or not for the due purposes and others claim that the state financing is not enough. Skirtingose šalyse naudojami saviti vadybinio kompetentingumo modeliai. Pavyzdžiui, modelis vadovų kompetencijai vertinti (Jucevičienė, 2001), modelis vadovų rezultatyvumui matuoti (MCI modelis), vadybinės kompetencijos modeliai smulkių ir vidutinių organizacijų vadovams (Boyatzis, 1982), pedagogų vadybinio kompetentingumo modelis (Rodzevičiūtė, 2006). Tačiau profesijos patarėjo vadybinis kompetentingumas apima specifinius profesijos ypatumus, atspindinčius profesinio informavimo veiklos sudėtingumą. Todėl svarbu sukurti naują profesijos patarėjo vadybinio kompetentingumo modelį, kuris atskleistų specifinius šios veiklos aspektus bei būtų pagrįstas pačių profesijos patarėjų požiūriu. Seeking to acquire neccessary qualities in the sphere of advisability specific skills are especially needful. The Standard of Giving Professional Information (2006) does not underline the aspect of wanted abilities in the management of professional advisability. Furthermore, the question of management competence of the advisor in choosing a profession was not analysed in scientific resourses available in Lithuania. Summarising common atittudes about competent management, theoretically it is proved that the conseption of an advisor in choosing profession is obviously tied to the ability to use all competences to reach effectivness and quality in giving information. In this Master’s work, applying the Student’s basket method, is dealt the financial system of General Education Schools of Lithuania. Furthermore, it is estimated the necessity to refine skills of management and the responsibility for the financial state of educational institution. It was done the analysis of science works and documents. For collecting of the empirical information, a questionnaire was chosen as the main method. The respondents of the survey were the deputy directors and school directors of General Education Schools from towns and districts of Šiauliai, Joniškis, Pakruojis, Kelmė, Radviliškis. The conclusions of the survey were formulated. The raised and corroborated hypothesis, about directors’ of educational institutions discontent with the imposition of Student’s basket and the deficit of finances given to schools, has falsified.
