This thesis deals with reengineering of Erasmsus process framework and conceptual design of its information support. Analytical part is focused to description of current state of ERASMUS programme and European education system. In the same part, advantages and shortcomings of current situation are analyzed. The output of this analysis is set of strengths and weaknesses of current solution. Based on this information, the conceptual design of the information support core is designed. At the end, potential further steps of designing of this project are discussed.

This master's thesis deals with modeling of processes of the selected framework for complex management of business informatics using ARIS Designer tool. The reader is introduced into problematics of process approach to business management and process modeling. The next part of this master's thesis introduces some notations and approaches to process modeling and then closer describes the ARIS methodics and tools. The next part of this document focuses on a few frameworks for business IT management and closer describes the ITIL framework and its processes. The second half of this master's thesis describes creation of the model of ITIL framework processes.

The main of the master's thesis has been to implement a plugin for Jenkins, which enables flow control of launching Jenkins jobs by using business processes. Project jBPM 5, which is based on Business Process Model and Notation 2.0, has been used for business processes. Two sample business processes have been drafted and successfully tested to demonstrate functionality. The main output of this thesis is the jBPM plugin for Jenkins released under free license.

Process management is used by companies more frequently than ever. There are many systems for process support. Some of them free, some of them required payment. This theses is about creating core of process management system. You can find there theoretical analysis of process management and comparison of some process management systems. Main part of this theses consist of designing, implementing and testing of process management system. Contribution of this work is core of process management system and web application, which enable user testing of system.

Almost every company in the world deals with business processes on a daily basis. And business can derive signi cant bene t from taking a formal approach. This means, that the business process is formally described (for example using Business Process Modeling Notation 2.0) and implemented in some Business Process Engine (BPE). The aim of the thesis is to design a general API (BP Orchestration Web Services) that does not depend on BPE for business process monitoring and manipulation. The main problem of current APIs is that they are not uni ed, do not provide enough exibility and are too tied to the one particular BPE. This thesis includes general information about work ow, about BPMN and basic principles of REST architectural style. Based on this knowledge problesms were formally stated and as a solution BP Orchestration Web Services were designed and implemented. Web Services allow to instantiate a process from abstract de nitions, monitor the state of the process and manipulate with the process (including advanced manipulations such as exchanging a sub-process in the running instance for some another compatible sub- process). The RESTful API was designed in a way to minimize the client implementation and restrict client’s knowledge about internal details. As part of the thesis a connector to BonitaBPM was implemented and integration with BonitaBPM was done.

Odložilík, M. The project of system for electronization of product documentation. Brno: Mendel University, 2009. Thesis deals with design, analysis, estimate and project management of product documentation electronization system with consultations of external enterprise. In theoretical part is gathered theoretical knowledge from literature. Practical part deals with process analysis with sue of BPMN, requirements management, project estimation by method COCOMO II, project management, system design with UML2 diagrams and crating of wireframes. At final part of the thesis is dis-cussed the suitability of designed solution.

This thesis follows concept of integration ITIL library and agile methodology Scrum into the IT company developing IT services. After theoretical analysis of both concepts and analysis of chosen company, we will develope methodology, which will tie both process approaches and ensure their perfect synergy. As a methodology support, web application was developed. It evaluates effectivness of processes using key informations and their plot representation. Proposed methodology was presented in the AVG Technologies, which used described processes as template for its internal proceses. Main result of the thesis is set of templates describing processes, which could be specified and applied in companies using Scrum together with ITIL for their development.

Att fullt utnyttja sina egna system kan vara svårare än vad först befarat. Många funktioner gör sig inte kända, företag utbildar inte sina användare i systemen och systemen är inte i linje med verksamhetens arbete. Att utvärdera sina arbetsprocesser men även hur system används blir av vikt för företag för att kunna arbeta effektivare och det med färre resurser. Från tidigare studier har det blivit känt att det finns ett behov av att utvärdera beprövade metoder i en logistikmiljö för att se hur väl de inkluderar och arbetar med de interna systemen. Med anledning av detta har vi valt att undersöka hur processkartläggning och Lean kan samarbeta för att förbättra användningen av digitala verktyg inom logistik. Genom att undersöka ett fallföretags processer genom både observationer och intervjuer, har vi kunnat kartlägga hur de arbetar med sitt WMS-system och tagit fram överflödiga delar i deras processer. Detta genom att arbeta med BPMN samt Lean 7-waste metoder. Studien delades sedan upp i tre faser för att kunna strukturera resultatets olika delar. I den inledande fasen presenteras hur företagskontakten gått till, hur vi planerade studien samt en processkartläggning. I fas två presenteras de waste som identifierats utifrån arbetet med Lean och i den tredje fasen ges lösningsförslaget gentemot fallföretaget med fokusområden att arbeta vidare med. Vidare diskuterades sedan varje fas, för att utvärdera studien och för att jämföra det med resultatet från andra arbeten som gjort liknande studier i andra forskningsmiljöer. Studiens slutsats blir att metoderna fungerar bra att arbeta med när det gäller att utvärdera en verksamhets arbete kopplat till processer och användning av WMS, men att 7-waste metoden hade behövts korrigeras för att på ett mer effektivt sätt passa in i en logistik-miljö.

Cette dimension ouverte leur permet d’être plus réactives face aux changements que leur imposent leurs environnements. La caractéristique de la collaboration est due, pour les entreprises, au nouvel environnement économique, qui fait de l'interopérabilité et l'agilité deux des principaux résultats que les entreprises doivent atteindre. Ce contexte correspond au cadre global de nos travaux, qui porte sur la question suivante : Comment concevoir une architecture orientée services dirigée par le métier dans le cadre d’une collaboration inter-organisationnelle ?L’intérêt de ce travail est de proposer une méthode qui assure l’efficacité et l’efficience d’une collaboration, en utilisant les principes de BPM et SOA pour dépasser les barrières conceptuelle et technologique de l’interopérabilité. On explique comment identifier, spécifier et réaliser les processus et les services de collaboration entre différents participants. Pour cela, on adopte une vision transversale de l’entreprise centrée sur les processus métiers. Ensuite, l’approche MDA est utilisée comme un fil conducteur pour synchroniser les modèles des processus métiers découverts à l’aide de l’approche BPM avec ceux des services identifiés avec la démarche SOA. Dans ce schéma, les processus métiers assurent l’interopérabilité au niveau métier tandis que l’utilisation des services réutilisables, des standards et des architectures préconisés par SOA soutiennent l’interopérabilité au niveau IT.Cette méthode se base sur un style de modélisation hiérarchique avec des diagrammes de haut niveau qui sont ensuite enrichis à des niveaux plus bas / Global acceleration of exchanges in goods and services requires organizations to adopt an open view beyond their own boundaries at both business and technological levels. In this thesis the main research question is the following: How to design a service oriented architecture methodology driven by business to support inter-organizational collaboration?To overcome the conceptual and technological barriers of interoperability. We propose a top-down model driven method based on BPM and SOA principles to ensure collaboration efficiency and effectiveness. The proposed method explains how to identify, specify and implement collaborative processes and collaborative public services. In the proposed method business processes ensure interoperability at the business level, while reusable services, standards and SOA platform support interoperability at the IT level

Preem verkar inom drivmedelsbranschen som styrs av en mycket hög omsättning med förhållandevis små marginaler. Det är därför viktig med en väl fungerande lagerkontroll. Det man idag är ute efter är en ökad precision i lageruppföljningen och därmed behövs ett nytt systemstöd till detta. Jag fick i min roll hos Preem uppgiften att titta närmre på GUI och processerna bakom. Det resulterade i denna rapport med ett framtaget förslag på användargränssnittet till det nya systemet och dess affärsprocesser som är kopplat till detta. Arbetet fokuserar på hur de två framställs i förhållande till varandra och vilka metoder som används för att konstruera dessa. Arbetet inkluderar illustrationer av as-is och to-be processmodeller enligt BPMN specifikation, wireframes och en sitemap. Denna rapport visar ett förslag på ett sammanfört system och ett intuitivare GUI med nya processer bakom, för just Preem, och hur balansgången går mellan att skapa affärsprocesser och ett grafiskt användargränssnitt ur varandra, beroende av vilka som är involverade i projektet. / Preem is a Swedish company that operates in the oil industry, which is controlled by very high sales and with relatively small margins. It’s therefore essential with a well working stock control. Today they are looking for a better way of monitoring the stock with a higher precision and therefore they need a new system for that. My role at Preem was to take a closer look at the GUI and the processes behind that. It resulted in this thesis that includes the user interface for the new system and the business processes that are linked to this. The work will focus on how these two methods are produced in relation to each other, and the methods that are used to construct them. The thesis includes illustrations of as-is and to-be process models of the BPMN specification, wireframes and a sitemap. This report shows a proposal of an integrating system and an intuitive GUI with new processes, at Preem, and how the balance is between creating business processes and a graphical user interface out of each other, depending on the people who are involved in the project.
