The study shows the current need for security solutions concerning work with information in different areas.Investigations will show important solutions for printers’ needs to meet the increasingly harder demands forfast and safe digital communications. Important factors to be analyzed in the investigations are: access todifferent types of information, workers authority of information, access to the data base register internallyand externally, production solutions for an effective fault detection and data base solutions fororders and distribution.Planned and unplanned stops result in a standard of value in interruptions. Internal data bases areprotected by so-called “Fire Walls”, “Watch Dogs” and Virtual Private Networks. Offset plates are locked infor a definitive range of time. Subsequent destruction and remaining sheets are shredded and recycled. Alldocumentation is digital, in business control systems, which guarantees that no important documents arelying around in working places. I denna uppsats presenteras allt arbete för att utveckla en webbapplikation, allt från att ta fram en kravspecifikation till implementering och demonstration av en prototyp.Tillgängligheten för en webbapplikation kan komma med diverse restriktioner. Restriktionen i detta fallet är att tillgång endast ges till de användare som är anställda hos Sogeti Karlstad och finns inlagda på den server som finns hos företaget. Tillgång till applikationen för andra kontor i Sverige är ännu ej implementerat. Målet med utvecklingen av webbapplikationen är att förenkla hanteringen av certifieringar som i dagsläget görs genom ett Excelark som administratören använder sig av samt att förbättra tillgängligheten till informationen för de anställda hos Sogeti.Ett viktigt krav som ställdes var att skapa en form av tävlingskänsla hos de anställda för att kunna öka tagandet av certifieringar, vilket resulterar i värde för så väl företaget som anställd. I uppsatsens två sista kapitel utvärderas projektets tekniska och icke tekniska delar både i sin helhet och i viss detalj för olika moment i projektet. Nyttig information både för deltagarna i projektet så väl som för framtida studenter om vad som kan vara bra att tänka på både innan man åtar sig ett projekt och när man ska starta upp ett projekt. Alla de essentiella krav i kravspecifikationen uppfylldes vilket resulterade i ett lyckat projekt. / This report presents the work performed to develop a web application, ranging from producing a requirements specification to the implementation and a demonstration of a prototype. The availability of a web application may come with various restrictions. The restriction in this case is that access is only given to employees at Sogeti Karlstad listed on the company's server. Access to the application by other offices in Sweden is not yet implemented. The goal of the development of this particular web application is to simplify the management of certificates currently using Excel spreadsheets and improve accessibility of the information for Sogeti employees.An important requirement was to create a sense of competition among employees in order to increase the number of certificates taken, which results in increased value for Sogeti as well as for those employees. In the last two chapters of the report, the project's technical and non-technical parts are evaluated both in their entirety and in some detail of different parts of the project. This information can be useful for future students about what to take into consideration before committing to a new project. All of the essential requirements in the requirement specification were fulfilled which led to a successful project.

Bakgrund: Ambulanssjukvården i Sverige är en verksamhet som är under ständig utveckling. Den avancerade akutsjukvården som ambulanssjukvården erbjuder har ökat kraven på ambulanspersonal. Arbetsgivaren i region Västernorrland har satsat stort på vidareutbildning och att säkerställa personalens kompetens genom en certifieringsprocess.  Motiv: Det saknas idag beskrivning av ambulanspersonalens erfarenheter om certifieringsprocessen. Den föreliggande studien är därför viktig för att skapa en förståelse om hur certifieringsprocessen upplevs.  Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa ambulanspersonalens erfarenheter av certifieringsprocessen.  Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med ambulanspersonal i regionVästernorrland. Intervjuerna analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.  Resultat: Resultatet visade både positiva och negativa erfarenheter av certifieringsprocessen. Samtidigt framkom förslag på förbättringar. Från intervjuerna identifierades tre kategorier; “En blandning av skräck och förtjusning”, “Kvalitetssäkring av vården” och “Brister med certifieringsprocessen”.  Konklusion: Certifieringsprocessen ansågs till största del vara ett bra sätt att kvalitetssäkra vården samtidigt som det fanns förbättringspotential och förslag på en mer inlärningsbaserad metod med tydligare krav och mer tid för förberedelser. Om ledning tar hänsyn till ambulanspersonalens åsikter skulle certifieringsprocessen kunna utvecklas till det bättre och eventuellt leda till bättre följsamhet och inlärning med minskade negativa känslor hos personalen.

Skogsägare har möjlighet att certifiera sin skogsfastighet i enlighet med FSC och/eller PEFC. Flera av de skogsägare som certifierar sin fastighet känner dock inte till PEFC:s krav. Studiens syfte var undersöka synen på ansvar och behovet av kunskap och information om PEFC. Endast 66 % av skogsägarna ansåg att det var de själva som stod ytterst ansvarig för sin skogsfastighet och lika stor andel ansåg att informationen de fått om PEFC varit tillräcklig. Drygt hälften av skogsägarna ansåg sig ha tillräcklig kunskap om PEFC. Studien visade att flera olika faktorer spelar in på skogsägarnas syn på ansvar och behovet av kunskap och information.

This essay seeks to explore how five public libraries in Stockholm have chosen to organize the LGBTQ classified literature in the physical library. The questions discussed in this essay are the following: - What factors affected the librarian’s decisions when deciding how to place the LGBTQ literature? - What response have the librarians received from library users regarding the physical organization? - What changes would the librarians like to see in the future in regards to the LGBTQ literature and the overall work toward the LGBTQ community? Semi-structured interviews with seven librarians were conducted and analyzed from a queer theory perspective on knowledge-organization. The results showed that the libraries that used dedicated shelves for the LGBTQ classified literature did so in order to make it easier for its users to find the literature on their own. They were also used to send out a signal regarding the libraries positive attitudes towards the LGBTQ community. Libraries who did not use dedicated shelves argued that the shelves could create an uncomfortable situation for library users and create a symbolic separation between the LGBTQ community and the rest of society. The shelves could also send out the wrong signal that LGBTQ classified literature only targets LGBTQ individuals. Concluding analysis showed that the shelves may have an including as well as an excluding effect. As for the future some librarians expressed a desire to fight heteronormativity and make the LGBTQ community and literature a more natural part of the library work and the library collections.

The aim of this thesis is to comprehend RFSL’s concept of LGBTQ-certification, and how different public libraries all around Sweden perceive this certificate and later on applies it to their actual work. Also, my thesis will examine the ways in which RFSL’s certification and education is portrayed by the libraries referred to. This will mainly be done by an analysis of the libraries social media (here:Instagram) but also how the full concept is conveyed in daily press. The notion of certification as a social regulation will be deconstructed and construed as well. The thesis discovers three recurring themes in articles from the Swedish daily press. The three recurring themes are identity, treatment and expense. The first theme, identity, illustrates how the journalists and the library staff are talking and forming the LGBTQ identity. The second theme, treatment of library patrons, shows how the librarians are concerned about how to meet LGBTQ-people who visits the library. Hence the LGBTQ-people need a different approach the “the ordinary library user”. The third and last theme, expense, discusses how a majority of the articles talks about the certification like an investment. From the libraries Instagram accounts another three themes were discovered. These themes were celebrating the certification, books with LGBTQ-themes and Pride. Detta examensarbete genomfördes på ABB Power Technologies AB i Ludvika. ABB vill överbrygga gapet mellan industri och informationsteknologi för att få de båda delarna att arbeta integrerat. ABB kallar detta koncept för Industrial IT (IIT). Ett krav från koncernledningen är att alla produkter ska vara certifierade enligt nivå 0, som är det första steget i IIT: s certifieringsprocess. Målet var att utföra en kravspecifikation på ett system som ska kunna leverera certifierad produktinformation enligt IIT-standard. Målet var även att, med kravspecifikationen som underlag, ge förslag på en lösning för att ABB ska kunna skapa och bifoga denna produktinformation till sina kunder.Det akademiska syftet var att beskriva hur man kan gå till väga för att certifiera produktinformationen enligt IIT nivå 0 på en produkt i ABB: s verksamhet. Syftet var även att öka förståelsen för IIT-konceptet.Genom hela arbetet har Gatemodellen använts. Denna projektstyrningsmodell är framtagen speciellt för informationssystem-projekt inom ABB och alla projekt som utförs inom ABB ska följa den. För att uppfylla målet med en utförd kravspecifikation har relevanta delar ur Directmodellen använts. För att få information om hur verksamheten fungerar och få insikt i problematiken har intervjuer genomförts som grundar sig på litteraturstudier.Vi föreslår att ett tidigare utgivet system vid namn Aspect Object Builder (AOB) används som grund i det här projektet. AOB: n har använts i liknande projekt inom ABB och fungerat bra. Det finns ingen standardkoppling mellan AOB: n och de system där produktinformationen finns eftersom det finns så många olika typer av filservrar, PDM- och ERP-system, där informationen lagras. Därför måste ett unikt gränssnitt göras för just detta projekt, som hjälper AOB: n att samla in data. Ett förslag till ett gränssnitt presenteras i uppsatsen.

Intresset bland studenter att gå traineeprogram är stort och få vet att ett certifikat av traineeprogram existerar. I denna uppsats redogör vi för vilka krav som företag ska uppfylla för att erhålla denna certifiering. Vi analyserar, utifrån aktörerna bakom certifikatet samt företag, drivkrafter bakom uppkomsten av ett certifikat för traineeprogram, hur certifikatet kontrolleras, samt vilka motiv som ligger bakom företags val att certifiera traineeprogram. Vår analys utgår ifrån institutionell teori som i hög grad tar hänsyn till omgivningsfaktorer och hur företag anpassar sig för att erhålla legitimitet och stabilitet. Analys har även baserats på konceptet standardisering. Vårt tillvägagångssätt har bestått av en kvalitativ studie genom intervjuer med aktörerna bakom certifikatet samt företag som har certifierade traineeprogram. Studien visar att det finns uppfattning bland företag och aktörer bakom certifikatet att det existerar ett användarbehov ur studenternas synvinkel, vilket är tecken på en rationell myt. Certifikatet ger företag konkurrensfördelar och underlättar kommunikationen utåt. Betydelsefulla faktorer som påverkar företagens val att certifiera sig är aktörer bakom certifikatet, att kunna påvisa en viss identitet och att kraven är tolkningsbara. Vi har kommit fram till att det existerar ett informellt tryck och imiterande isomorfism bland företag för att påvisa legitimitet. Certifiering av traineeprogram baseras på ett självreglerande system som bygger på tillit och omgivningens kontroll. I studien lyfts fördelar fram såsom att det är ett enkelt och effektivt system som kräver mindre resurser. En uttryckt önskan föreligger om ökad kontroll, eftersom det annars finns en risk att oseriösa företag utnyttjar det självreglerande systemet.
