Samverkansentreprenad : En studie om olika parters påverkan / Partnering : A study on the influence of different parties

Nilsson, Sofie, Unger, Anna January 2023 (has links)
In this study, the definition of partnering is looked into, what it actually means and how it isprocured, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of partnering. The involvement ofstrategically important subcontractors has also been studied. To examine this, both a literaturereview and a qualitative interview study have been conducted. The starting point of this study is the experience of working with partnering, and to gain asbroad a perspective as possible, clients, main contractor, and subcontractor were interviewed. The literature study gives an overview of the construction industry's problems, includinginadequate planning, insufficient competence, and time constraints. This report describes howpartnering has emerged as a reaction to these problems. It also explains the characteristics ofsuccessful partnering and when it is most suited. The results show that the definition of partnering is project-specific, and it is the involvementof the client that is crucial for partnering to permeate the project. Furthermore, the studyshows that procurement largely relies on soft parameters and that the Public Procurement Actis not actually an obstacle. In summary, it is crucial for partnering to consist of shared goals, trust, and transparency inorder to succeed.

Funcionalidades colaborativas no compartilhamento de conteúdo em redes sociais na Web 2.0: Uma engenharia de domínio baseada no modelo 3C de colaboração / Content sharing collaborative features in social networks in Web 2.0: A domain engineering based on 3C collaboration model

Oliveira, Lucas Santos de 06 December 2010 (has links)
The Web 2.0 changed the development of internet applications. However, researchers and developers replicate each other ideas with low reuse. This scenario illustrates the necessity of a domain engineering, in which the communalities and variabilities of a family of applications are identified and documented. In this work, a domain engineering was applied on social networks in Web 2.0, focusing on collaborative features related to content sharing. We used, as a method, the FODA (Feature Oriented Domain Analysis) adapted with 3C collaboration model to classify and patterns for computer-mediated interaction to describe the collaborative features. To implement the commons features of these applications, a component kit compatible with an infrastructure named Groupware Workbench was defined and developed. An experiment was done to evaluate the artifacts generated by the domain engineering and a case study was done to evaluate coverage and applicability of the developed components in a real context, a social network for architectural images sharing named Arquigrafia Brasil. The experiment and the case study showed that the generated artifacts are reusable, useful and cover a representative part of the social networks collaborative features.

Samverkan i ärenden med våld i nära relationer : Socialsekreterares och polisers erfarenheter / : Cooperation in cases of violence in close relationships – Experiences from social workers and police investigators

Aljebouri, Sally January 2019 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to investigate social workers and police investigators perceptions and experiences of cooperation between the two authorities in cases of violence against women and children by men in a close relationship. The method used was qualitative with semi-structured interviews. Three social workers in the social services and two police investigators were interviewed. Cooperation was used as a theoretical frame. The result showed that cooperation is perceived as more extensive and structured when children are involved, compared to when women without children are abused. Collaboration is affected by different work methods, procedures, rules of confidentiality, lack of resources and time. Results showed further that personal relationships affect cooperation and there is knowledge and awareness of violence in close relationships in both authorities. Cooperation between social services and the police is necessary and contributes to help abused women and children to get the support they need.

Componentes de Software no desenvolvimento de aplicações colaborativas para Web: Evolução da plataforma Groupware Workbench / Software Components for the development of collaborative Web applications: Evolution of the Groupware Workbench platform

Martins, Straus Michalsky 19 October 2012 (has links)
Software components technology is favorable to encapsulate implementation technical issues and encourage the reuse among applications. These characteristics are particularly relevant in the development of web-based collaborative applications. This work evaluates and evolves the Groupware Workbench platform in this context. The social application Arquigrafia was the main motivation for this evolution. Arquigrafia is a collaborative environment for the study of architecture and image sharing strongly based on collaboration and collective intelligence. Since the concept of collective intelligence is very broad, we performed a domain analysis and a classification of its use in current systems. We also implemented the Arquigrafia features using Groupware Workbench components and evaluated the platform in four areas: components architecture; collaboration support; technical architecture; and developers perspective. We identified technological and conceptual limitations, as for example, the adopted object-relational mapping model and issues related to the flexibility of the platform. These limitations were treated and evaluated. We noted improvements in the architecture of the components and code simplification. As a result, the Groupware Workbench was a feasible solution for developing the Arquigrafia application.

NGOSS-Centric Framework of Telecommunication e-Services Enabling Business Process Management

Chou,Tung-Hsiang Unknown Date (has links)
The Internet’s widespread popularity and the ubiquity of the World Wide Web have revolutionized the face of business, especially in the telecommunication industry. Many enterprises have moved their place of business from the physical store to the virtual store on the Internet. Therefore, electronic commerce (e-commerce) has sprung up in this era and has provided enterprises of all sizes with unprecedented opportunities for economic growth. Initially, electronic commerce focused only on business-to-customer web interaction and on business-to-business web interaction. With the emergence of business process management and of service-oriented architecture, the focus has shifted to the development of electronic services (e-services) that integrate business processes and that diversify functionalities available to customers. The potential of electronic commerce and its information technology also has attracted some telecommunication corporations—for example, Chunghwa Telecom, Singtel Telecom, and AT&T. They have built their electronic commerce environment on the Internet, too. Most of these worldwide telecom corporations have many kinds of operations support systems (OSSs) in the backend environment. Hence, TeleManagement Forum (TMF) has started to consider the next generation of OSS which is called the New Generation Operations Systems and Software (NGOSS). There are also many vendors or research centers that consider how to provide the NGOSS-centric service to the users and to integrate the business process based on service-oriented architecture. Initially, enterprises had to manually integrate services so that they could work together. However, this integration required considerable time and cost, and it worked only for the specific services that were manually linked. Adding additional services required even more effort. And then, enterprise application integration (EAI) solved these kinds of problems by working via point-to-point interfaces. As enterprises use more applications to provide additional services, the amount of integration that various tasks require to have mushroomed and the system has become hard to maintain. In order to increase the performance of EAI, some enterprises have developed the concept of business process management and service-oriented architecture. The chief objective is to implement relevant process-centric services. Business process management and service-oriented architecture enable flexible connectivity and communication among applications by representing each as e-services that let applications communicate readily with one another. In order to effectively strengthen business process management’s and service-oriented architecture’s benefits, we use an enterprise service bus (ESB) that, by functioning as middleware glue, holds process-centric services together and allows for communication between enterprise applications. In this thesis, we present a research framework, a collaboration model, and a collaboration layers to describe the method. Then, we use several illustrations to explain the generality of our method, and we focus on how international telecom corporations have become to concern with the agility, the leanness, and the integration underlying e-services integration based on NGOSS.
