Lietuvai tapus Europos Sąjungos nare ir to pasekoje perimant Europos Bendrijos acquis communautaire, Lietuvos darbo teisei tapo aktuali įmonės, verslo ar jų dalių perdavimo samprata, kuri Europos Bendrijos lygmeniu reglamentuojama Direktyvos 77/187/EEB bei ją keitusios Direktyvos 2001/23/EB. Šių direktyvų taikymas problematiškas dėl vartojamų „perdavimo“, „įmonės“, „įmonės dalies“, „verslo dalies“ sąvokų apibrėžimų, kurios tiesiogiai daro įtaką direktyvų taikymo apimčiai. Didžiausią reikšmę aiškinant įmonės, verslo ar jų dalių perdavimo sampratą turi ETT praktika. Nors pačio ETT požiūris į Direktyvos 77/187/EEB bei ją keitusios Direktyvos 2001/23/EB taikymo apimtį kito, reikšmingi ir aktualūs ETT išaiškinimai, kuriuose įvardijami kriterijai, padedantys konstatuoti įmonės, verslo ar jų dalies perdavimo faktą. Įmonės, verslo ar jų dalių perdavimo reglamentavimas Direktyvoje 2001/23/EB reikšmingas darbuotojų ir darbdavių teisų ir pareigų, kylančių ne tik iš individualių, bet ir kolektyvinių darbo santykių, įgyvendinimui. Lietuvos darbo teisėje įmonės, verslo ar jų dalių perdavimo reglamentavimo atitikimas Direktyvai 2001/23/EB diskutuotinas dėl įvairių priežasčių. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Transfer of Undertaking, Business or Parts Thereof in the European Community and Lithuanian Labour Law Due to Lithuania’s accession to the European Union and adoption of acquis communautaire of the European Community, the concept of transfer of undertaking, business or part thereof has become a matter of relevance to the Lithuanian labour law. The sphere of transfer of undertaking, business or parts thereof at the European Community level is regulated by Directive 77/187/EEC as amended by Directive 2001/23/EC. However, application of these directives is problematic because of uncertainty of the used terms ‘undertaking’, ‘part of undertaking’, ‘part of business’, which determine the scope of application. In this field the practice of ECJ is of great importance. Although the perception of ECJ of the scope of application of the Directive 2001/23/EC has been changing, its practice is useful because of the criteria set therein, which helps to determine whether the transfer of undertaking, business or part of business has occurred. Šio darbo objektas yra teismo ir notaro veikla paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose. Per teismo ir notaro vaidmens paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose analizę, siekiama aptarti pagrindines problemas, su kuriomis susiduria teismai ir notarai, taikydami paveldėjimo teisę reglamentuojančius įstatymus, ir pateikti galimus šių problemų sprendimo būdus. Taip pat išanalizuoti, ar pagrįstai įtvirtintas teismo vaidmuo paveldėjimo teisiniuose santykiuose, ir ar kai kuriais atvejais teismo atliekami veiksmai nėra vien tik formalumas. / The subject of this work is the action of court and notary in the inheritance of legal relationships. Analysing the role of court and notary, there is tried to discuss the principal problems in practising the inheritance of legal relationships, and to find the solution of these problems. In this work there is also tried to discuss, if the role of court in inheritance of legal relationships sometimes is not only a formality. To reach this purpose there is analysied the practise of courts and notaries, legislation, also there is used the method of comparative analysis.

Išskiriant fonemos stacionarią dalį naudotas segmentavimo metodas. Iš signalo fonemų segmentų atrinktų tolimesnei analizei buvo išskiriami Melų dažnių kepstriniai koeficientai (MDKK). Atlikus numatytus uždavinius ir realizavus eksperimentą, diktoriaus atpažinimas pagal stacionarius fonemos fragmentus išskiriant kepstrinius koeficientus pirmo bandymo metu laido teisingi atpažinti diktorius vos 26,3 % visų atvejų, o pagal lytį net 91,8 % tikslumu. In the system of functional styles, the publicistic style occupies an intermediate position between subject-specific styles and the belles-lettres style. Presently, it is possible to speak about a separate publicistic style, since its varieties have been fully formed. It has been observed that the issue of analysing publicistic-style varieties is very topical and results from the growing popularity of this style. The typology of the publicistic style has not been widely investigated in works on Lithuanian language stylistics. This style is not divided into clear-cut varieties: more emphasis is placed on its genre differentiation. On the basis of linguistic and non-linguistic factors, the following varieties of the publicistic style (sub-styles) may be distinguished: informational, analytical and the sub-style of expressive information (artistic publicistics). So far, the place of artistic publicistics between the publicistic and other functional styles has not been defined; therefore, description of texts of this sub-style poses problems. The Master's degree paper provides the analysis of pay system in State owned company Telšiai Region Roads; theoretical and practical aspects of its creation and implementation. The survey data allowed us to identify and evaluate employees’ expectations and state the drawbacks. To improve employees’ interest towards work an empirical research was carried out during which the main functions of work organization in a company were evaluated, related problems were identified as well as their causes and possible solutions to them. The research results confirmed the author's hypothesis that there are some considerable problems regarding creation and implementation of pay system in an organization, which hinders the state enterprise from successful further development.

Magistro darbe nagrinėjamos testamento sudarymo sąlygos. Pateikiama testamento sąvoka, testamento istorinė raida, pagrindiniai paveldėjimo pagal testamentą bruožai. Aptariamas testamentas kaip vienašalis sandoris, kuriame išreikšta testatoriaus valia. Konstatuojama, kad testamentas turi atitikti sandoriams keliamus reikalavimus dėl: testatoriaus veiksnumo, jo valios tikrumo, turinio teisėtumo, testamento formos. Autorius daugiausia dėmesio skiria testatoriaus veiksnumui ir valiai kaip būtinoms testamento galiojimo sąlygoms aptarti, nagrinėjami testamento formų ir sudarymo tvarkos ypatumai, reikalavimai testamento turiniui. Darbe palyginami testamento sudarymo teisinio reglamentavimo skirtumai ir panašumai su 1964 metų Civiliniu kodeksu. Pateikiama teismų praktika testamento sudarymo, papildymo, pakeitimo, patvirtinimo, nuginčijimo ir kitais su paveldėjimu pagal testamentą susijusiais klausimais. Dėl darbo apimties reikalavimų tik trumpai ir fragmentiškai apžvelgtas užsienio šalių testamento sudarymo teisinis reglamentavimas. / The present MA thesis deals with the conditions of testament conclusion. It presents the concept of a testament, shows its historical development, and expounds on the main features of inheritance by a testament. The paper approaches a testament as a unilateral transaction which expresses the will of a testator. It also states definite requirements for a testament as a transaction, concerning testator’s legal capability, the certainty of his/her will, the legitimacy of the contents, and the format of a testament. The author devotes his major attention to the discussion of testator’s legal capability and his/her will, as the essential conditions for testament validity; he also deals with testament forms and the peculiarities of testament drawing, also touching upon the requirements for testament contents. The submitted MA thesis parallels differences and similarities of current legal regulations for testament drawing with the regulations drafted by the Civil Code of 1964. It introduces judiciary cases and practices on concluding, supplementing, modifying, validating, or withdrawing testaments. Due to the limitations added by the scope of an MA thesis, the paper only briefly dwells upon foreign practices of legal regulations for testament setting.

Mobile shopper guide system consists of two parts mainly: mobile map, administrative and user portal. Mobile map consists of Vilnius city map and the points, which shows the location of the shops. Administrative and user portal supports mobile map. In the paper the analysis of documentation templates was done.During this work administrative and user portal was created and analyzed. / Mobiliojo pirkėjo gido sistema susideda iš dviejų dalių: mobilaus žemėlapio, administracinės ir kliento dalies. Mobilus žemėlapis – tai Vilniaus miesto žemėlapis su tam tikrais taškais, reiškiančiai parduotuves.Administracinė ir kliento dalis skirta mobiliam žemėlapiui palaikyti. Darbe buvo analizuojami sistemos dokumentavimo šablonai. Darbe buvo sukurta administracinė ir kliento dalis, kuri turi būti dedama į internetą. Sukurtosios sistemos dalis buvo analizuojama.

Darbo tikslas: Įvertinti sveikatinimo treniruočių poveikį asmenų, jaučiančių nugaros apatinės dalies skausmą, liemens funkcinio pajėgumo, skausmo ir gyvenimo pilnatvės rodikliams. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti asmenų, besiskundžiančių nugaros apatinės dalies skausmu, skausmo kiekybinius rodiklius prieš ir po sveikatinimo treniruočių. 2. Įvertinti asmenų, jaučiančių nugaros apatinės dalies skausmą, nugaros ir pilvo raumenų jėgos ištvermę ir juosmeninės stuburo dalies aktyvių judesių amplitudę prieš ir po sveikatinimo treniruočių. 3. Įvertinti jaučiančių nugaros apatinės dalies skausmą asmenų funkcinių judesių atlikties pajėgumą prieš ir po sveikatinimo treniruočių. 4. Įvertinti asmenų, jaučiančių nugaros apatinės dalies skausmą, funkcinės negalios, psichologinio funkcionavimo ir su sveikata susijusios gyvenimo pilnatvės rodiklius prieš ir po sveikatinimo treniruočių. 5. Nustatyti liemens funkcinės būklės, skausmo, funkcinės negalios ir gyvenimo pilnatvės rodiklių sąsajas po sveikatinimo treniruočių. Tyrimo kontingentas: Tyrime dalyvavo 32 darbingo amžiaus (amžiaus vidurkis 41,9±11,6 metai) asmenys, jaučiantys nugaros apatinės dalies skausmą. To evaluate the quantitative and qualitative rates pain rates before and after health training exercises among people with low back pain. 4.
