Management des processus et réduction de l'équivocité : un cas d'adaptation d'une organisation industrielle aux contraintes de normalisation / Business Process management and reduction of equivocality : A case of adaptation of an industrial organization to standard constraints

Averseng, Céline 24 November 2011 (has links)
Managers appear to be more and more concerned by business process management projects. Although these systems seem to bring many benefits, organizations are required to overcome major difficulties; by conciliating numerous constraints, both internal –in terms of performance or resource management– and external –particularly in terms of standards, and/or regulation–, a source of equivocality for actors. The issue could be described as following: in a highly equivocal situation such as a new standard integration, which business process management methodology could conciliate better internal and external constraints of the organization? We propose to build on an original case of adaptation of an industrial organization facing standardi-zation constraints and on the study of the literature of business process management, sense-making and social regulation theory. Our aim is to highlight the characteristics of a business process management system that could enable us to answer our questioning. We will there-fore propose and defend the following thesis: business process management appeals to managers because it is likely to help them in sensemaking through its required framework and interactions introduced.

Pedagogisk dokumentation i förskolan. / Pedagogical documentation in preschool : An interview study on preschool teachers preception of pedagogical documentation in preschool

Larsson, Linda January 2020 (has links)

Taligenkänningseffekt på Klinisk Dokumentationskvalitet / The Impact of Speech Recognition on Clinical Documentation Quality

McClure, Madelena January 2023 (has links)
Health care providers report several stressors related to the use of electronic healthrecord (EHR) systems to complete clinical documentation. These stressors include frustrations resulting from time-consuming and cumbersome interaction with the EHR. Speech recognition(SR) has been suggested as a way to help reduce this stress. Consensus is lacking in the research regarding the effect of SR on clinical documentation quality, and the research that has been conducted is primarily quantitative. The purpose of this study was to increase understanding of how the use of SR changes the work of completing clinical documentation and to identify strategies that would facilitate the implementation and use of SR for documentation. Additionally the study aimed to examine how the use of SR is perceived to impact clinical documentation quality. Qualitative methods were employed. Four physicians (three radiologists and one internist) with experience of using SR to complete documentation participated insemi-structured interviews. The results showed that an internist reported increased time spent on documentation due to the need to proofread and correct errors. Radiologists reported experiencing no significant change in the amount of time spent completing documentation. All physicians experienced an increased rate of errors and increased effort needed for proofreading documentation generated via SR. Physicians reported worries arising from the increased error rate to be a source of stress. A set of strategies to improve users’ experience of SR was developed based on physicians’ experiences, and issues to consider when healthcare organizations implement the use of SR for documentation were identified. Uncorrected SR errors, the ability to see the text while using SR and the immediacy that results from eliminating turn-around time were found to affect physicians’ perception of their documentation quality.

Repetitive Acts Now

Peacock, Leigh K, Ms. 13 May 2011 (has links)
This paper explains at the intersection of Memory theory, Feminist Theory, Existential Psychology, Faith and Contemporary Art, I have found a way to embrace and integrate memories and experiences into my art and be a more fully integrated, emotionally healthy person living fully in the present moment. I articulate my exploration of the broad concept of memory and addressing unresolved negative memories in order to realize healthy change in forming my identity. Through art and philosophical research I have found substantial corroboration, conceptually supporting my information supporting my Post Minimal art making process. I employ memory evoking materials through the use of repetitive acts and strict self-imposed rules throughout the art making process, communicating ne living in the present moment, embracing yet uninhibited by their past.

Ošetřovatelská dokumentace v domácí ošetřovatelské péči / Nursing documentation by the home nursing care

CHMELAŘOVÁ, Zdeňka January 2016 (has links)
Nursing documentation is currently still very hot topic. Perhaps because they are still many health workers (physicians and non-physicians) sufficiently understand the importance and seriousness of this document. The documentation not only provides valid information about the client and his health, but also ensures continuous flow its nursing care and ultimately became a piece of evidence in case of litigation. Documentation can also be used for education and research purposes. Home care is a field that has recently rapidly growing and gaining in popularity. As part of primary and community care nursing provides clients in its natural, familiar and domestic environment, which is a big advantage for him, he does not spend his days in hospital, which is economically difficult anyway. Home Care provides health care services indicated by the treating physician or practitioner and are paid for by health insurance. This thesis deals with the nursing documentation in home care agencies, which aims to describe the demographic impacts on the use of nursing documentation, check the attitude of nurses from selected agencies of home care to nursing documentation and analyze the nursing documentation in selected home care agencies. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the history of home care, statistical data shows the growth of agencies, their employees and clients, providing comprehensive home care and medical documentation. The empirical part was realized in the form of qualitative research. The information was gathered in-depth interview technique, which was compiled from 1 identification questions and 11 open-ended questions that formed the framework for the entire interview. In fact, respondents to individually comment on the issue to the extent that they saw fit. The research group consisted of seven sisters of different age, education and length of experience, currently working from home care. Due to fears nurses were promised total anonymity, so you can just tell that they were sisters from ADP capital city of Prague and Central Bohemia. Complementary research was conducted in seven home care agencies for the same regions, but any of nurses does not belong to the Agency from the second survey. In the first phase of the research we examined the influence of nurses' demographic factors such as age, education or length of experience in the management of nursing documentation and own attitudes of nurses from selected agencies in the management of nursing documentation. The research sample consisted of seven nurses working in home care agencies that were selected purposefully and were willing to cooperate in research. In the second phase of the research we tried to analyze individual nursing documentation of selected home care agencies. For this part, we chose seven agencies, which have been their leadership under the promise of anonymity willing to cooperate. The research investigation set up three goals and three research questions. The first objective was to describe the demographic impacts on the use of nursing documentation. The second objective was to determine the attitude of nurses from selected agencies of home care to nursing documentation. The third objective was to analyze the nursing documentation in selected home care agencies. At the outset of the investigation, we asked the following questions: they influence the management of the nursing documentation demographic factors such as age, education or length of practice nurses? What attitudes toward nursing documentation occupy the sisters from selected home care agencies? Correspond to different parts of the nursing documentation with the phases of the nursing process? Results of the research can be an inspiration not only for the nursing management ADP, but also for the nurses working in home care agencies throughout the Czech Republic, only selected agencies.

Dokumentation av elevers talspråkliga färdigheter : Lärares uppfattningar om former av och ändamål med dokumentation / Documentation of pupils’ oral language skills : Teachers’ perceptions of forms of and purposes with documentation

Lindström, Rasmus January 2018 (has links)

Pupils´documentation and reflection of work in the textile crafts. : How do pupils show their learning in the work process in textile crafts?

Mauritzon, Kristina January 2013 (has links)

Documentation of Recreation Therapy and Leisure Opportunities in Long Term Care

Rotteau, Leahora 01 December 2006 (has links)
The documentation of Recreation Therapy and Leisure Opportunities in Long-term Care The Recreation Therapy discipline at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC) has undergone a series of research initiatives to ensure a patient focused philosophy is integrated into their practice. The purpose of the study is the development of documentation procedures that will enable the recreation therapy practitioners to engage in authentic and professional documentation of the residents??? experiences in recreation therapy and leisure opportunities based on a patient focused philosophy. This research project followed an action research methodology and was guided by a hermeneutic framework adapted from Karkainen and Eriksson (2004). The recreation therapists at SHSC were involved in all aspects of the project as co-research participants. This project employed a variety data collection techniques including focus groups, a hermeneutic dialogue, self-reflective activities and active application sessions. The information collected through the various data collection phases in this project led to the creation of a new documentation framework and associated sample documentation, which allow for a more patient focused documentation process. A series of quality indicators were also developed in this project to help authentically express the experiences in leisure and recreation of the residents living at SHSC. This research project has added to the growing base of knowledge focused on the integration of a patient focused care philosophy into the recreation therapy practice at SHSC.
