Previous issue date: 2013-06-21 / Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPq / This research addresses the formation of the literary reader based on reflections on the
role and importance of mediation, in order to build foundations for a literary education.
Initially, we outline what we understand by forming the literary reader. For this, we
make a historical account of the concept of forming, demonstrating their connection
with education. Then, inscribe the literature in the space of reflection in order to present
what we understand by literature without frontiers, which introduces and guides in the
research works to be analyzed one by one the characterization of this literature as one
that breaks the frontiers of gender, interweaves fiction and invention and does not define
your reception a priori. Such characteristics are examined in the corpus of literary
works chosen by mobilizing probe and research on topics arising from the proposed
study and articulated as hybridization of literary genres, life experience,
autobiographical pact, mediation, readdress, market, among others. To develop the
research we used the theoretical assumptions of Theodor Adorno and Walter Benjamin,
Antonio Candido, Tzvetan Todorov and Antoine Compagnon which ensure the
relevance of the formative role of literature in society, and Roland Barthes, Umberto
Eco, Wolfgang Iser, Hans Robert Jauss and researchers such as Roger Chartier, Michèle
Petit, Teresa Colomer, Daniel Pennac, Eliana Yunes, João Luís Ceccantini, Vera
Aguiar, among others, who question the ways of reading and the role of mediators in the
formation primarily of literary readers.

Previous issue date: 2013-08-26 / This work integrates research line Fundamentals of Educational Processes, of the Postgraduate Program in School of Education, Federal University of Goiás. Its objective was to apprehend the conditions and possibilities of the autonomy of teaching praxis developed at the university. From a critical questioning of subjective autonomy conception in Rousseau and Kant, and intersubjective in Hegel, anchored in the theoretical and methodological framework of historical and dialectical materialism which discusses autonomy as human emancipation, this work revealed the sense of autonomy manifested in teaching practice developed in a public university. As theoretical contributions of Marx, Adorno and Horkheimer are references, the concept of autonomy is apprehended as praxis socio- historical and cultural criticism praxis, in the midst of other conceptions of teaching autonomy in dispute in the public university. The empirical study sought to demonstrate autonomy conceptions of teachers of a Pedagogy Course at a public university and of assessment that these teachers do of conditions and possibilities of autonomy in teaching. The informations on autonomy conceptions were collected through a questionnaire and interviews with eight of the 25 PhD teachers of the effective staff of Pedagogy Course of UFT with labor regime "exclusive devotion" and with more than three years of professional practice. The analysis has revealed that, among the conceptions of teaching autonomy, there is a predominance of conceptions of autonomy, as moral and intellectual praxis, expressed in the idea of "individual responsibility" and "possession and control of scientific knowledge". The conditions and possibilities of autonomy as praxis which aim emancipation are given by configuration of teaching working in contemporary, which paradoxically requires greater skill and subjective involvement in the work process, while this becomes precarious and intensified, producing situations of conformism and resistance to domination and capitalist exploitation. The pursuit and achievement of better teaching work conditions suggest a relative independence of thinking and doing investigative and teaching work at the university, while the processes of bureaucratization compress innovation and creativity, and difficult teaching to be experienced as emancipatory praxis which calls into question the mode of organization and operation of the university and society as a whole.

Previous issue date: 2013-09-27 / This thesis aims to contribute to the discussion on the concept of the unconscious by seeking
to understand it in early Freudian thought, in the so-called pre-psychoanalytic texts. To do so,
the study reflects on how Freud, in his text On Aphasia (1891), configures the psychic
apparatus as a “language machine” and the role played by the association of representations in
the constitution and triggering processes of an unconscious nature. In discussing this issue, it
tries to situate the fact that language is not only a product of the operation of this apparatus,
but rather what institutes it. Based on the discussion of the associations of representation the
language device is seen throughout as a memory device, characterized by a web of mnemonic
records. The proposed reflection seeks to define the peculiar characteristics of the processes
which operate in the unconscious. Therefore, the study focuseson The Interpretation of
Dreams(1900), where Freud takes up the concept of memory developed in Letter 52 (1896) to
show that the unconscious (Ucs) and the preconscious (Pcs) are two ultimate mnemonic
records of the psychic apparatus. In the light of these texts, the study sets out to establish that
the pre-conscious and unconscious processes are analogous to the primary and secondary
processes listed in the Project for a Scientific Psychology (1895). The main source of research
for this study derives from a careful and critical reading of Freud's writings.
Nesse percurso, a
derradeiros registros mnêmicos do aparelho psíquico.

Previous issue date: 2018-02-22 / Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPq / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This work has an exploratory character and seeks to understand the role of the editor in the
process of editing the specific version of textbooks produced for teachers, known as the Teacher's
Guide. In this sense, its main objectives were to map the stages and the actors engaged in
the process of editing the Teacher's Guide currently developed in Brazilian publishing houses
and to analyze the role played by editors in this process, observing the profile of these professionals,
the functions they perform in editing the Teacher’s Guide and the internal and external
factors that influence this work. The theoretical reference framework is located in the area of
History of Education and, particularly, in the area of History of Curriculum and Textbooks. The
methodological procedures were the application of a questionnaire and interviews with editors
of the two largest Brazilian textbook publishing houses. The interpretation of the data collected
in the field research was based on the theoretical framework presented above and suggests that
the main functions performed by editors in the editing process of the Teacher's Guide are related
to coordinating activities of other professionals, editing and organizing the original text and
writing or rewriting this material. In addition, the analysis of the data collected indicates that
editors recognize the Teacher's Guide as an important material for training teachers, presenting
the prescribed curriculum, mastering contents and planning classes, although they do not have
objective information on how teachers use this material. In this way, by analyzing the practices
developed by editors in the editing process of the Teacher's Guide, the work contributes to
broadening the understanding about the set of practices that define the curricular system and
that, in this sense, directly interfere with the current pedagogical practice / Este trabalho possui um caráter exploratório e busca compreender o papel do editor no processo
Manual do Professor.

The present inquiry deals with educational paths of students during their last year of high school from two private schools in Alfenas/MG in 2016. Looking at a crucial moment of those paths, as presented by Nogueira, C. (2004), the key spot of this search is the possible inter-relation among the habitus of the subjects, the cultural inheritance from their families and the strategies adopted by them once they have to set and materialize their higher school plan (course and institution to be chosen). Considering both advances and limits of different approaches about such themes, the studies by Pierre Bourdieu and by some Brazilian Education Sociology authors have been taken as major theoretical references. Hence, the general goal is analyzing and understanding the educational paths of those students, pointing to features which enables to inquiry the inter-relation between the habitus of the subjects and the strategies adopted by them once they have to set and materialize their higher school plan. Besides, by the end of the search, it is expected the following particular goals to be reached: inquiry and analyze the socioeconomic and cultural profile of their families, bearing in mind the relation between both higher and lower class families and the school; analyze the speeches from participants of the school environment, such as managers and teachers, about the pedagogical practices they adopted and also about the school culture aspects; identify e analyze the influences of socialization (family, school, peer groups e media) on setting their habits and on the definition of their school plan; understand the role of Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) e do Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu) in how the students conduct their strategies to complete their study plans. Beyond using the literature review about the theme in question, the following steps were also applied in order to collect data: a) participant observation; b) application of socioeconomic and school questionnaire; c) semistructured interview performances; d) evaluation of content statistics; e) qualitative evaluation of content. From dialogging with the relevant literature, it is possible to understand that students from school 1 come from a homogeneous social group, locally known as high society members from Alfenas who are privileged economically and socially, and often holders of “important” last names. Furthermore, the group in question seems to mobilize a number of strategies
for maintaining the structure and volume of their capitals, mainly economical and social ones - including strategies regarding the school – could be observed, even if it was done in an initial way. On the other hand, it was possible to understand that students from school 2 constitute a heterogeneous social group, in terms of fuzzy economical capital as well as regarding cultural inheritance of the families. Thus, from the dynamics of school 2 it could be observed that some families were part of “the new middle class” (Nogueira, M.A., 2013), product of a wider process of social mobility. The families were from different layers of middle classes and seem to have particular relations with the school as well as particular experiences from it, valuing it and expecting to step up socially through the institution and specially by their children once they access higher education. Eventually, it must be considered that some aspects must be explored through further research, however it was possible to understand - in terms of regularity - the strategies and mechanisms adopted by families, and consequently understand the movement of “School elites” (BRANDÃO; CARVALHO, 2011) from Alfenas and their specificities, from understanding the educational paths of the students and the methodological constitution of their habitus.

This work aims to draw some approximations between key concepts coined by Pierre Bourdieu and the notion of "school culture". To what extent does such a notion fit into a larger whole, which could be called "culture"? From a brief bibliographical review about some notions of what the concept of culture and school culture would be or could be, together with the investigation of some works by Pierre Bourdieu, especially "Os Herdeiros: os estudantes e a cultura" (2014), written in co-authorship with Jean-Claude Passeron, in addition to some commentators, the research indicates the pertinence of the theoretical-conceptual framework forged by the author to analyze other school spaces in a perspective that recognizes, first, cultural and school inequalities and, consequently, the importance of an analytical cut in terms of social classes.

Emphasizing education in the cultural encounter between Jesuits and natives in
Portuguese America in the sixteenth century is the ultimate goal of this research.
Taking into account the cultural alterity of the subjects, a great part of the dissertation
is dedicated in highlighting the inherent cultural aspects of the Society of Jesus and its
educational dimensions, and discussing the representations of indigenous culture
through the religious records of that time. A considerable amount of primary
documents, especially the Jesuit letters, and a large historiographic production on the
period are taken as sources. The theoretical references are from the French Cultural
History (Michel de Certeau and Roger Chartier); and in dialogue with the other
neighboring areas of historical knowledge production, this work aims to gather
elements from anthropology, linguistics, literature, philosophy, and psychology that fill
interpretative gaps. On the one hand, the adaptations of the Ignatian modus
procedendi amid the difficulties in the lands overseas. On the other hand, the
resistance of the indigenous customs in confrontation with the arrival of Catholic
Europeans of the sixteenth century. Among strategies and artifices, education is
present in the missionary approaches, in order to regenerate the degenerate, convert
to Christianity, save and help souls, impose Christian morality and expand the realms
of the kingdom and the Kingdom.

recombinadas (BA, BE, DA, DE, TA e TE).
BOTO, BATA, BOTA e BOTE.
A leitura
Some studies have demonstrated that the teaching of reading of words formed by recombined
syllables, without special procedures, establishes partial control by syllables, what makes the
generalized reading more difficult. A reversion of this control has been promoted by special
procedures of teaching or after a long teaching program exposition. The explicit teaching of
discrimination of syllables can readily promote the recombinative reading without
establishing the partial control of one of its units (letters). The present study investigated the
effect of the teaching of conditional discriminations among syllables in the emergence of the
oral reading of those syllables and the new ones recombined by the letters of the teaching
syllables, avoiding the establishment of the restricted control. It also verified the emergence
of the textual and comprehensive reading of meaningful and invented words formed by the
teaching and recombined syllables. Besides, it also verified the emergency of copy and
dictation task performanaces. Five pre-school children participated of the study that was
divided into three Stages. In Stage I, the syllables NO, BO, NA, DO, NE and TO were taught
through a matching-to-sample procedure, then these taught syllables and the recombined
syllables BA, BE, DA, DE, TA and TE were tested. In Stage II, it was verified the textual and
comprehensive reading of the meaningful words DADO, DEDO, BEBÊ, BOBO, BOTO,
BATA, BOTA e BOTE. In Stage III, it was verified the textual and comprehensive reading of
the invented words NEBA, NODE, TADO and DABO. All the participants named the taught
and recombined syllables. The five participants readily presented the comprehensive reading
of all the meaningful and invented words, documented through the equivalence relations
between pictures and printed words (BC) and printed words and picture (CB). In Stage II, all
the participants demonstrated the immediate emergence of the textual reading of all the
meaningful words before the comprehensive reading of them. In Stage III, four participants
demonstrated the immediate emergency of the textual reading of all invented words before the
comprehensive reading, one participant demonstrated after that emergency. The emergency of
copy and dictation task performance occurred immediately for all the participants. After the
reading of the taught and recombined syllables in Stage I, the reading of all the meaningful
words (Stage II) and invented words (Stage III) occurred and the copy and dictation
performances. The restricted control, that has been related in some studies, was not
established in this present study. The recombinative reading occurred without applying the
special procedures. These results indicate that if the discriminations among syllables are
taught directly, the emergence of the recombinative generalized reading will occur without the
establishment of the restricted control and without the application of teaching special
procedures.

Previous issue date: 2014-08-08 / Today it exists a wide range and a larger consumption of medicines and little of the risks of those medicines is known for the patient, because the collection of safe information is still a difficult factor. The risk of damages becomes smaller when these are prescribed, released and administered by professionals of the health informed and qualified to understand and to identify potential situations of risk and like this, prevention measures can be taken for the safety of the use of the medicines. This work had as purpose to characterize and to identify the notifications of adverse reactions, adverse events and/or deviations of quality of medicines accomplished in the chemotherapy units and internments of a private hospital, in the period of May to November of 2013. In a first phase, the adverse reactions, quality deviations and adverse events were classified to medicines that happened the months of May, June and July of 2013 following by a training with small applied groups for the responsible researcher. This training was proceeded by the application of a questionnaire with closed questions that sought to measure the degree of the professionals' knowledge, the recognition of the adverse reactions inside to medicines and the importance of the farmacovigilância of the hospital. In the second phase, they were classified the notifications of adverse reactions, adverse events and quality deviations that happened the months of September, October and November of 2013. An increase of 387,5% of the notifications was observed after the training. It was also verified that little understanding exists on farmacovigilância for the professionals of the health, what favored the subnotificação. Was ended that the training on farmacovigilância propitiated the professionals of the health was effective, it increased the number of notifications in the studied units. It is understood that the education enlarges the communicative processes, it establishes the communication and these professionals' collaboration / Hoje existe uma ampla gama e um maior consumo de medicamentos e sabe-se
farmacovigilância dentro do hospital.

Previous issue date: 2015-09-15 / Education, present at every moment throughout life, is also contemplated in the health field; and relevant to those involved as the reality appears more significant. In this sense, continuing education emerges as a strategy to promote the development of relations between work and education having as co-author the nurse, active participant who must provide to the nursing staff the means for reflection and transformation of reality, as well as the development of autonomy. It is understood that there are some processes included into the nursing work such as care, managing, researching and teaching, which instigate the adoption of a new collective approach based on reciprocity; and see the obstacles as opportunities for improvement. The study aimed to characterize the nursing team educational activities performed by clinical nurses; to highlight the perception of these nurses about the educational activities that they carry out and; to determine how they evaluate the preparation offered by the undergraduate course in Nursing to conduct educational activities. This research presents a descriptive, exploratory, quantitative and qualitative profile with emphasis on the meanings, experiences and needs identified by the participants, and it took place at a university hospital located in a municipality in the state of São Paulo. The study included 19 clinical nurses who answered a self-administered questionnaire. The participants socio-demographic data and those relating to educational actions they held were organized in tables and analyzed according to the frequency of their variables. The content of the responses regarding the perception of the educational activities and the preparation to carry out educational activities were organized according to the Discourse of the Collective Subject and analyzed by the method of analysis of content, thematic analysis mode. The results showed that all participants carry out educational activities of the nursing team; the most widely used strategy is the individual guidance on duty, on the verbal form, without the support of audiovisual resources; there is a predominance of the guidelines related to everyday situations, followed by the presentation of related rules and routines featuring specific actions, without collective problematizing. The time factor was the biggest difficulty pointed out due to work overload and reduced headcount. The experience of the team, their skills and participation were considered facilitators of the educational actions. The suggestion to carry out the educational activities in an adequate space and outside working hours was recurrent. Respondents were divided between participatory and traditional strategies as the best way to carry out educational activities, with a subtle predominance of the former. The structure and the strategic actions were the main requirements to concretize them. Dissatisfaction with the preparation offered by the graduate to carry out the educational activities was predominant. The conclusion was that the traditional and technical model of education is still prevalent in the educational activities of the nursing team; that such actions lack of effective design, with creative and innovative teaching, appropriate resources and support from the managers. It is also urgent that the training and specialization courses ensure experiences of the problematizing ways of teaching, given the great responsibility of nurses in determining the success of health education reconstruction in their practice / A educação, inserida em todos os momentos ao longo da vida, também contemplada na esfera da saúde, torna-se relevante aos envolvidos à medida que a realidade se apresenta mais significativa.
