<p>In a matrix organization, the process of selecting project team members is a collaboration between the functions and the projects. A project’s success or failure does often depend on that collaboration. This thesis work examines the present situation at Saab Gripen Customer Support. The process is examined from four different perspectives: the roles of the functional and the project manager, competence development, behavioural science team roles and the complexity of the projects. The result shows that the roles of the project manager and the functional manager in their collaboration are not properly defined. The communication between the project manager and the functional manager is insufficient. The competence development during the projects is not fully taken advantage of. There is a need to use behavioural science. Recommendations on how the situation can be improved are given. A model is proposed to give guidance in the process of selecting project team members.</p>

Šio baigiamojo darbo tema „Nusikalstamumas Kretingos rajono kaimuose“. Nusikalstamumas yra socialinių pokyčių ir socialinio gyvenimo dalis. Jis laikomas normaliu reiškiniu, kuris egzistuoja kiekvienoje visuomenėje. Tirti nusikalstamumą yra būtina, kadangi nusikalstamumo masto žinojimas leidžia taikyti efektyvią prevenciją. Šio tyrimo tikslas- nusikalstamumo Kretingos rajono kaimuose analizė 2006- 2010 m. Tyrimo objektas- nusikalstamumas Lietuvoje. Darbo tikslui pasiekti buvo išsikelti šie uždaviniai: atskleisti nusikalstamumo sampratą, išanalizuoti socialinius nusikalstamumo faktorius, ištirti registruoto nusikalstamumo kiekybinius ir kokybinius rodiklius Kretingos rajono kaimuose, ištirti nusikalstamų veikų pasiskirstymą pagal objektą, pateikti užregistruotų įtariamų (kaltinamų) asmenų kriminologinę charakteristiką, aptarti nusikalstamumo Kretingos rajone priežastis ir prevenciją. Nusikalstamumas laikomas pavojingu visuomenei procesu, kuris pasireiškia konkrečioje teritorijoje tam tikru laiku. Nusikalstamumą lemia daugybė faktorių. 2006- 2010 m. nusikalstamumas Kretingos rajono kaimuose augo. Labiausiai paplitusios buvo turtinio pobūdžio nusikalstamos veikos. Absoliuti dauguma tarp visų įtariamų (kaltinamų) asmenų buvo vyrai, nedirbantys ir niekur nesimokantys piliečiai. It is considered to be normal phenomenon, which exists in every society. It is necessary to research the criminality, as criminality amount knowing let apply effective prevention. The goal of the research- is to explore and give the analysis of criminal activity in Kretinga district villages 2006- 2010 year. The object of Master thesis- criminal activity in Lithuania. The following tasks were set in order to achieve the objective of the thesis: to define the conception of crime, to research the social factors of crime, to analyze quantitative and qualitative data on crime registred in 2006- 2010 year in villages of Kretinga‘s district, to analyze criminal acts by object, to make suspected (indictable) criminological characteristics, to identity reasons and prevention of criminality in Kretinga district. Pagal iškeltus reikalavimus suprojektuojama šviečiančių dekoratyvinių objektų kompozicija. Atsižvelgiant į potencialius vartotojus ir jų lūkesčius, projekte sprendžiama reikalingumo, funkcionalumo ir erdvės apšvietimo problema. Kuriami objektai numatomi ilgalaikiam naudojimui. Susidedantys iš tvirtų ir atsparių medžiagų. Kompozicija projektuojama kaip meninis objektas. Kuri tampa kultūrine miesto erdvės dalimi. Suprojektuoti objektai sukuria poilsio zonas aplink kompoziciją. Projektuojant objektus buvo siekiama išlaikyti bendrą kompozicijos sukuriamą vaizdą, naudojantis ekonomiškomis ir ilgaamžėmis medžiagomis. Tai buvo pasiekta naudojant poliruotas nerūdijančio plieno plokštes, bei epoksidine derva impregnuotas jūrinės faneros plokštes. Tamsiuoju paros metu pro plieno plokštėse išpjautus ornamentus sklindanti šviesa, sukuria kitokį emocinį krūvį ir vizualią išraišką kompozicijai. / According requirements imposed Project of Illuminated objects in the city is designed. In view of the potential users and their expectations, the project addressed the need, functionality and space lighting problem. Objects are designed for long-term use. Consisting of a strong and resistant materials. Composition is designed as an art object. Which becomes a cultural part of the city space. Designed objects creates rest zones around the composition. The design of the objects sought to keep the overall composition of the output image, using economical and long-term materials. This has been achieved by using decorated stainless steel plates and impregnated plywood. During the night through the ornament cutouts in steel plates illumination creates different emotional tension.

Erfarenheter och uppfattningar vid övergång till- samt de första åren av daglig verksamhet utifrån unga vuxna med funktionsnedsättning : En kvalitativ studie om bemötande och delaktighet

Introduktion: Personer med funktionsnedsättning betraktas ofta som vård och omsorgstagare och inte som medborgare med samma rättigheter som alla andra. Bemötandet mot personer med funktionsnedsättning beskrivs ofta vara bristfälligt och de tillfrågas sällan om vad de själva vill. Att ha ett arbete är en viktig del av livet och för personer som på grund av funktionsnedsättning ej klarar av arbete inom den öppna arbetsmarknaden, finns daglig verksamhet. Syfte: Att beskriva unga vuxna personer med lindrig intellektuell funktionsnedsättnings erfarenheter och uppfattningar om bemötande och delaktighet, när det gäller övergång till samt första åren av daglig verksamhet. Metod: Data samlades in utifrån intervjuer med 14 personer med lindrig intellektuell funktionsnedsättning mellan 21 och 23 år och som befann sig inom olika typer av daglig verksamhet. Kvalitativ innehållsanalys användes för att analysera data. Resultat: Deltagarnas erfarenheter och uppfattningar om bemötande visade sig innehålla både bra och mindre bra aspekter. Delaktighet önskas men förutsättningarna är få. Den psykosociala arbetsmiljön framkom som betydelsefull för upplevelsen av sin dagliga verksamhet. I studien framkom också en oro inför framtiden hos flertalet deltagare. Konklusion: Deltagarna i denna studie uppgav att de vill bli lyssnade på utifrån den vuxna människan som de är. De vill bli bemötta och accepterade utifrån sin person och inte utifrån sin funktionsnedsättning. De vill vara delaktiga och behöver en tillåtande miljö för att få den möjligheten. Det framkommer att personer med intellektuella funktionsnedsättningar har begränsade utvecklingsmöjligheter. / Introduction: People with disabilities are often regarded as nursing and care recipients and not as citizens with the same rights as everyone else. The way persons with disabilities are treated is often described as inadequate, and they are rarely consulted about what they want. Having a job is an important part of life and for those who, because of disability, cannot manage the work in the open labour market, there are daily activities. Purpose: To describe how young adults with mild intellectual disabilities experiences and perceive the way others treat them and how much say they have in the context of transition to, and the early years of, daily activities. Method: Data were collected from interviews with 14 people with mild intellectual disabilities between 21 and 23 years old who were in various types of daily activities. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyse the data. Results: The participants' experiences and perceptions of how they are treated were found to contain both good and less good aspects. Participation is considered desirable, but there are few opportunities to exercise it. The psychosocial work environment emerged as important for the experience of their daily activities. The study also revealed a feeling of uncertainty about the future in the majority of participants. Conclusion: Participants in this study stated that they want to be listened to as the adults they are. They want to be treated and accepted as a person and not based on their disabilities. They want to participate and require an accepting environment in order to have the opportunity. It appears that people with intellectual disabilities have limited opportunities for development.

This research is part of the Educational Technology Management Online Network of Educational Technology Master's Program in Network UFSM and left reflecting on learning styles, as well as the idea of identifying which resources and activities are being used by teachers / tutors in the Virtual Learning Environment - Moodle. In addition to identify the difficulties they encounter in their work in Moodle, in order to inform knowledge about the Theory of Learning Styles. In this sense, behind theoretical elements on Learning Styles, beyond research with distance tutors who work in the course of UFSM Pedagogy / UAB to prepare the final product. In the data analysis it was observed that if the teacher / tutor diversify the presentation of educational content and materials, as well as realizing the difficulties between teacher / tutor is possible to achieve more significant results. A document with guidance on the learning styles for planning and developing courses in Moodle as a final product of this research has been prepared. It adopted the qualitative research and grounded nature on case study methodology. The relevance of this work is found in the path taken in this project, since every step there was the importance of clarifying and broadening our knowledge of the theory of Learning Styles. / A presente pesquisa faz parte da linha de Gestão de Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede do Programa de Mestrado em Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede da UFSM e partiu da reflexão sobre Estilos de Aprendizagem, bem como pela ideia de identificar quais os recursos e atividades estão sendo utilizados pelos professores/tutores no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem MOODLE. Além disso identificar as dificuldades que encontram no seu trabalho no MOODLE, tendo em vista informar os conhecimentos acerca da Teoria dos Estilos de Aprendizagem. Nesse sentido, trás elementos teóricos sobre os Estilos de Aprendizagem, além da pesquisa com os tutores a distância que atuam no curso de Pedagogia UFSM/UAB para elaboração do produto final. Na análise dos dados percebeu-se que se o professor/tutor diversificar a apresentação dos conteúdos e materiais didáticos, assim como perceber as dificuldades entre professor/tutor é possível alcançar resultados mais significativos. Como produto final dessa pesquisa foi elaborado um documento com orientações sobre os estilos de aprendizagem para planejamento e desenvolvimento de disciplinas no MOODLE. Adotou-se a pesquisa de cunho qualitativa e embasada na metodologia de estudo de caso. A relevância desse trabalho é encontrada no caminho percorrido nesse projeto, visto que a cada passo dado observou-se a importância do esclarecimento e ampliação do conhecimento sobre a teoria dos Estilos de Aprendizagem.

As understood here, the research leans to a recent strand of literary criticism, the Ecocriticism, once the web of the environmental relations that interlace human and nature through the literary text is delineated by it. The Work presents discussions in the area of the fundaments of Ecocriticism through some scholars as Cherryll Glotfelty, Greg Gerrard and other authors linked to ASLE, plus some Brazilian researchers who have been dedicating themselves to this line of research. Also, we observed some works that bring ideas consonant with this perspective and that can be considered pioneers, especially some from the nineteenth century. We sought, as an epistemological propose of approach, the phenomenological perspective, from the ideas of Edmund Husserl and Merleau-Ponty, and the historical-sociocultural perspective, based in various scholars, for we consider these as relevant directions in the work studied. It is exposed the features of nature, ecology and environment that are contemporarily represented, in order to understand its present characteristics, given the typology of nature that are intrinsic to Rosa s work. A special focus is given to the backcountry trails to observe the symmetries and asymmetries between space and place, the objective and subjective representation of the backcountry area, how the power is characterized in that place, and how all this refers symbolically to the hinterland/world and the hinterland/man. Still within this perspective, we accompany the jagunços through the crossings of Sussuarão and the Sucruiú village. Meanwhile, we seek to understand the representation of the water in the work, since this element is, sometimes, essence and north of the narrative. Following the steps of the jagunços, we observe how is presented the man/animal relation in Riobaldo s narrative. Finally, we came closer to some characters intending to comprehend their sense of values and the actions expressed by them that, under a cautious eye, come to reveal itself. In this context, we also try to observe how these characters, throughout the narrative, can foster the Ecocriticism study. / Nesta pesquisa, estudamos a obra Grande sertão: veredas, de Guimarães Rosa, centrando esforços no sentido de investigar como está representada a natureza no contexto narrativo e a imbricada relação homem-natureza-sociedade. Tal como aqui entendida, a pesquisa inclina-se para uma recente vertente da crítica literária, a Écocrítica, uma vez que nela se delineia a teia de relações ambientais que entrecruzam a relação humano/natureza através do texto literário. O trabalho apresenta discussões no campo dos fundamentos da ecocrítica, através de alguns estudiosos, a exemplo de Cherryll Glotfelty, Greg Garrard e outros autores ligados à ASLE, além de alguns pesquisadores brasileiros que têm se dedicado a essa linha de pesquisa. Observamos, também, algumas obras que trazem ideias consoantes a essa perspectiva e podem ser consideradas pioneiras, notadamente algumas do século XIX. Buscamos, como proposta epistemológica de abordagem, as perspectivas fenomenológica, a partir das ideias de Edmund Husserl e Merleau-Ponty, e a histórico-sociocultural, alicerçada em diversos estudiosos, por considerarmos esses direcionamentos relevantes na obra estudada. Expõem-se as características da natureza, a ecologia e o meio ambiente que se encontram representados contemporaneamente, visando entender sua atualidade, face às tipologias de natureza que são intrínsecas à obra rosiana. Particular foco é dado às trilhas do sertão para observar as simetrias e assimetrias entre espaço e lugar, a representação objetiva e subjetiva do espaço sertão, como o poder se caracteriza nesse lugar, e como tudo isso remete, simbolicamente, ao sertão/mundo e ao sertão/homem. Ainda nessa perspectiva, acompanhamos os jagunços pelas travessias do Sussuarão e do povoado do Sucruiú. Nesse ínterim procuramos perceber a representação da água na obra, uma vez que esse elemento é, em alguns momentos, essência e norte da narrativa. Seguindo os passos dos jagunços, observamos como se apresenta a relação homem/animal na narrativa riobaldiana. Por último, fomos ao encontro de alguns personagens no intuito de compreender alguns sentidos de valores e ações por eles expressos que, a um olhar mais atento, findam por desvelar-se. Nesse contexto, procuramos observar, também, como esses personagens, ao longo da obra, podem fomentar o estudo ecocrítico.

The Introduction deals with historical circumstances of children{\crq}s position in society. Further, it contains definitions of the terms of education, educational style, educational means and corporal punishment. An integral part of my thesis is also a list and characteristics of factors influencing the choice of educational means. The questions of the consequences of corporal punishment are also paid attention to. The conclusion brings an outline of legislation related to corporal punishment. The primary objective of my thesis is to survey the attitudes of parents to corporal punishment wards in the education of pre-school age children. The next objective is to analyze the obtained data from the point of age, education, family status and income groups. The practical part of the thesis consists of quantitative research conducted by the technique of a standardised questionnaire. Drawing on the research conducted and the follow-up analyses of the results obtained, it is possible to state that most respondents consider corporal punishment as an appropriate educational means, and that the factor that most influences the selection of educational means is one{\crq}s own childhood experience with corporal punishment.

In this new context, that emerges the concept of the Social Balance, as a tool of accountability to the whole interested users in order to conciliate the economic, social and environment areas. The present research identifies the Social Balance focused on the concept of social responsibility and sustainable. The objective proposed was to analyze the standpoint of the managers of the main companies of the Polo Industrial de Manaus-PIM, concerning the Social Balance. Other aspect observed was the understanding of the managers about the social responsibility and sustainable concept, together with the aspects related to Social Balance published by the analyzed companies concerning the reading material. The Polo Industrial de Manaus was used as universe of this research due to it concept of development through of the concession of fiscal incentives to the settled companies. The technical procedure of this work is qualified as a multi case study at a qualitative approach. The instrument of data was a individual interview with the managers of the companies. The results of the research paralleled with the information obtained from theoretical basis allow comprehending that the companies have the compromise with the social development and the environment, associating with a good economic performance. The context created by the social responsibility concept brings a new way to be followed by the companies, adding new concepts as the socially responsible company. It was also made clear that despite the new social practices by the companies, the Social Balance is not a reality for the whole companies. The significance of this research is supported in the importance of discussing the Social Balance concept in academic area and in the companies environment. / A crescente demanda por transparência das informações, paralelo a crescente cobrança da sociedade impulsionou a adoção de uma nova postura por parte das empresas, que passaram a se preocupar com questões relacionadas ao social e ao meio ambiente. É nesse contexto empresarial que surge a figura do Balanço Social, como ferramenta de prestação de contas das empresas para com todos os usuários conciliando a esfera econômica, ambiental e social. Este estudo aborda o Balanço Social focado nos conceitos de responsabilidade social e sustentabilidade. O objetivo proposto consistiu em analisar o posicionamento dos gestores das principais empresas incentivadas do Pólo Industrial de Manaus-PIM acerca do tema Balanço Social. Verificou-se também qual o entendimento dos gestores sobre os temas responsabilidade social e sustentabilidade, assim como os aspectos relacionados ao Balanço Social publicado pelas empresas frente à literatura pesquisada. O Pólo Industrial de Manaus foi utilizado como universo desta pesquisa devido a sua concepção de desenvolvimento através da concessão de incentivos para as empresas instaladas. O procedimento técnico da pesquisa é classificado como estudo multicaso, dentro de uma abordagem qualitativa. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi uma entrevista individual estruturada, com os gestores das empresas. Os resultados da pesquisa confrontados com a fundamentação teórica permitem compreender que as empresas pesquisadas têm o compromisso de desenvolver o social e o ambiental, aliado ao bom desempenho econômico. O contexto criado pela responsabilidade social trouxe um novo caminho para as organizações, incorporando novos conceitos, como o de empresa socialmente responsável. Evidenciou-se também que apesar da incorporação nas atividades empresarias da adoção das práticas de desenvolvimento social e ambiental, o Balanço Social ainda não é uma realidade para todas as empresas. A relevância desta pesquisa está respaldada na importância de se discutir o Balanço Social no âmbito empresarial e na área acadêmica.
