[pt] Centrada sobre a investigação crítica de uma obra de Carlos Drummond de Andrade – o livro Uma pedra no meio do caminho: biografia de um poema – a dissertação Um pequeno experimento metacrítico: o poema da pedra de Carlos Drummond de Andrade oferece uma discussão inovadora sobre a configuração, a autoria e possíveis limites da escrita historiográfica. O referido livro pode ser lido como singela auto-atribuição de um lugar na história da literatura brasileira por parte do poeta que, participando ativamente da vida intelectual e artística do seu tempo, cuidou também do seu próprio arquivo ao registrar a recepção de sua obra poética. O livro, publicado em 1967, reúne variado material crítico acerca da repercussão do poema No meio do caminho (1928) que provocou uma gama de reações positivas e negativas, desde a sua aceitação entusiasmada à rejeição violenta em função de seu caráter estético formal inovador. No horizonte desta questão, e ancorada em repertórios teóricos da estética da recepção e de propostas alternativas de historiografia, a dissertação discute a possibilidade de entender as obra drummondiana como experimento de uma história da literatura em expansão, que atravessa as fronteiras entre biografia, autobiografia e escrita historiográfica. / [en] Focusing on a critical investigation of a Carlos Drummond de Andrade s work – the book Uma pedra no meio do caminho: biografia de um poema – the dissertation A brief metacritical experiment: the poem of the stone by Carlos Drummond de Andrade offers an innovating discussion about the configuration, the authorship and possible limits of historiographical writing. The mentioned book can be read as an unique self-attribution of a place in Brazilian literature history by the poet himself, who vigorously participating of the intellectual and artistic life of his time, took care of his own archive by registering the reception of his poetic work. The book, published in 1967, assembles diverse critical material about the repercussion of the poem No meio do caminho (1928) which provoked a range of positive and negative reactions from enthusiastic acceptance to violent rejection due to its aesthetical innovative formal feature. Anchored on theoretical repertoire of the Reception Aesthetics and of the historiography alternative proposals, this dissertation discusses the possibility of understanding the drummondian work as experiment of a history of literature in expansion, which goes beyond the borders of biography, autobiography and historiographical writing.

Trata-se de analisar o filme Ludwig van, de Mauricio Kagel, realizado em 1970 por ocasião do bicentenário de Beethoven, a partir de dois aspectos pouco conhecidos da teoria de Theodor Adorno, que aparecem sobretudo em seus últimos textos. O primeiro diz respeito a um certo uso do fragmento que está ligado à identificação com materiais musicais do passado fetichizados, não como uma retomada, mas com um uso crítico, onde os resquícios tonais aparecem como ruínas. O segundo refere-se a um redimensionamento da questão da reprodutibilidade técnica em Adorno e aponta para as possibilidades críticas da montagem cinematográfica através dos recursos da justaposição e da ruptura temporal. Ludwig van, ao fazer uma colagem com obras de Beethoven, alterando timbres e andamento, reúne esses dois aspectos. / This research springs from an interface between Music and Philosophy. It is an analysis of the film Ludwig van, by Mauricio Kagel, produced in 1970 on the occasion of the bicentenary of Beethoven; the analysis is based upon two premises not widely known within the theoretical corpus of Theodor Adorno, which are especially conspicuous in his last writings. The first is concerned with a usage of fragment that is bound to identification with fetishized musical material from the past, not for recovery, but instead recused with a deep sense of critics, where tonal reminiscences appear as ruins. The second is concerned with a reshaping of the question dealing with technical reproducibility in Adorno and points out to the critic possibilities of cinematographic montage through the resources of juxtaposition and temporal rupture. The film Ludwig van, by undertaking a collage with the Beethoven works, altering timbres and tempo, brings these two ideas together.

In view of such influence, the present work has for objective the comment of this influence of The Postmodern Condition on the approaches of the postmodern in music carried through after the decade of 1980. For such task, the lyotardian notion of postmodern will be used as incredulity toward metanarratives of legitimation of knowing. This influence will be observed in important writings concerned to the musical postmodern and in the way as some works of the concert classical music composed in the decades of 1990 and 2000 relate with such incredulity.

Pretende com isso mostrar a afinidade existente entre a crítica teórica de Adorno ao dodecafonismo serial mais ortodoxo e o caráter idiossincrático dos procedimentos seriais e da concepção formal presentes em algumas de suas últimas composições. / This dissertation has as theme the relationship between theory and practice of the twelve-tone technique in Adorno's work. It focuses the critic made by Adorno to the twelve-tone technique in the essay Schoenberg and the progress, the notions of desensitization of the material and of late work and some musical pieces composed by Adorno in his years of exile in England and in the USA. It intends with that to show the existent likeness among Adorno's theoretical critic to the more orthodox twelve-tone technique and the idiosyncratic character of the serial procedures and of the formal conception present in some of his last compositions.

Neste contexto a escrita de Lima Barreto vem com uma nova proposta literária, onde a identidade assume papel central na estética do escritor carioca. O leitor deve perceber que nossa identificação está ligada ao grotesco e ao absurdo do comportamento clientelista, surgindo desta constatação uma visão satírica que o leitor percebe à medida que Dr. Bogóloff, personagem do romance inacabado Aventuras do Doutor Bogóloff (1956) e do romance Numa e a Ninfa (1915), com seu olhar de estrangeiro, marca nossos costumes e características comportamentais. Para situar teoricamente as questões identitárias levantadas pelo Dr. Bogóloff utilizaremos os conceitos de identidade, atribuição de identidade e identidade nacional de Hall (2000), Woodward (2000), Silva (2000) e Bourdieu (2011). Tão importante quanto sua crítica social, são os recursos estéticos utilizados para construir a identidade de seus personagens, entre eles o Dr. Bogóloff / Abstract: Lima Barreto lived in a period when Brazilian Literature was searching for different artistic manifestations. In that scenario, Lima Barreto's writings present a new literary proposal in which identity plays a central role in his aesthetics. The reader should notice that this identity is connected to the grotesque and the absurdity of the "culture of favor", and this notion brings about the author's satirical vision. Dr. Bogóloff, a character who appears in the unfinished novel Aventuras do Doutor Bogóloff (1956) and also in the novel Numa e a Ninfa (1915), points out our customs and behavior through his foreigner's eyes.. In order to analyze the identity issues addressed by Dr. Bogóloff, the concepts of identity, attribution of identity and national identity by Hall (2000), Woodward (2000), Silva (2000) and Bourdieu (2011) will be used. O avanço das pesquisas sobre aprendizagem organizacional nas últimas décadas tem possibilitado o estudo do tema através de diferentes perspectivas. Aos tradicionais estudos cognitivistas e pragmáticos têm sido somados estudos menos utilitaristas, que procuram compreender a aprendizagem como um processo social e coletivo, não institucionalizado, mas dinâmico e presente nas práticas do cotidiano. Acompanhando estas linhas de pesquisa mais recentes, este estudo teve como objetivo compreender, sob a perspectiva da aprendizagem baseada em práticas e da teoria da estética organizacional, como ocorrem os processos de aprendizagem dos técnicos de enfermagem que atuam em um centro de material e esterilização – CME - de um hospital. Os sujeitos de pesquisa foram vinte e dois técnicos de enfermagem que atuavam no CME de um hospital, que concordaram em participar do estudo e assinaram termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido. O método de pesquisa escolhido foi a etnografia pela oportunidade de utilização da técnica da observação participante, a qual possibilita que o pesquisador se aproxime da realidade dos sujeitos obtendo um entendimento mais profundo dos fenômenos. A observação participante ocorreu durante seis meses e as visitas ao campo foram realizadas duas vezes por semana com suporte de diário de campo, fotografias e pesquisa documental. A análise interpretativa dos dados foi realizada durante todo o trabalho de campo e após a sua conclusão. Através da análise das práticas predominantes no cotidiano de trabalho do grupo pesquisado, foi possível compreender que a aprendizagem ocorria em ação, durante as rotinas de trabalho, às vezes sob o auxílio verbal de colegas mais experientes, às vezes apenas através da observação. Experimentando e praticando os profissionais testavam diferentes conexões de práticas até que, em uma negociação coletiva, encontravam aquelas que melhor atendiam as suas necessidades, (re) organizando, assim, o conjunto de práticas socialmente compartilhadas em um processo dinâmico e contínuo denominado knowing. Para desempenhar as tarefas do CME, os técnicos de enfermagem precisavam educar o corpo (inclusive as faculdades perceptivas da visão, tato e audição) e a mente, pois apesar de aparentarem predominantemente físicas, as tarefas exigiam um grande esforço cognitivo, principalmente em relação à atenção, memória, raciocínio rápido e senso de organização. A pesquisa apontou que o processo de aprendizagem dos técnicos de enfermagem que atuam no CME é um processo complexo e dinâmico, em que os saberes são constituídos nas práticas de trabalho impulsionados pelas necessidades do grupo as quais surgem no decorrer das rotinas de trabalho. / The advancement of research on organizational learning over the recent decades has stimulated approaches to this matter from different perspectives. Besides traditional cognitive and pragmatic studies, less utilitarian studies have sought to understand learning as a social and collective process - not institutionalized, but dynamic and present in everyday practices. Aligned with most recent lines of research, this study aims to account from a practices based learning perspective and on the organizational aesthetics theory, how the learning process of nursing technicians working in a hospital’s material and sterilization center (CME) takes place. The subjects were twenty-two nursing technicians working in a hospital’s CME, who agreed to participate in this research and signed a consent form. The method was ethnography, since it gives room for the participant observation technique, which enables the researcher to approach the subject’s to obtain a deeper understanding of the phenomena. Participant observation took place for six months, and field visits were conducted twice a week with data being collected from field journals, photographs, and documentary research. Interpretative analysis of the data was performed during field work and after its completion. By the analysis of prevailing practices in the group's everyday work, it was possible to understand that learning occurred along action, during routine work, sometimes with the verbal assistance of more experienced colleagues, sometimes just through observation. By experiencing and practicing, the professionals tested diverse practice connections until they could find, with collective bargaining, those that could meet their needs best, thereby (re) organizing the set of socially shared practices in a dynamic and ongoing process socalled knowing. In order to accomplish their tasks at the CME, nursing technicians needed to educate the body (including their perceptive faculties of sight, touch, and hearing) and mind, for despite appearing to be predominantly physical, the tasks required a great cognitive effort, especially regarding health care, memory, quick wit, and sense of organization. The research pointed out that the learning process of nursing technicians working in a CME is a complex and dynamic process, in which knowledge consists of working practices driven by collective needs arising from routine work.

No entanto, a aprendizagem que ocorre nas organizações vai além da de natureza pragmática, que entende a aprendizagem a partir de modelos normativos somente com o intuito de gerar mudanças. Em contraponto a essa linha, existe, na literatura, a busca pela compreensão da aprendizagem como um processo, seja ele técnico ou social. Dentre outras, convém o uso da teoria da estética organizacional para a concepção da aprendizagem que emerge a partir das interações sociais. Esta teoria caracteriza-se por contestar o pensamento positivista-funcionalista e vai obtendo mais espaço, à medida que vem sendo aprofundada e empregada por pesquisadores, a fim de compreenderem os fenômenos organizacionais. Meu objetivo nesse estudo foi identificar e analisar, à luz da teoria da estética organizacional, os processos de aprendizagem, a partir das práticas de trabalho de profissionais que atuam em uma revenda de móveis planejados. Para isso, além de identificar e descrever as práticas de trabalho das funções organizacionais dos sujeitos pesquisados, também foi preciso identificar e analisar as dimensões referentes aos artefatos e à linguagem da cultura organizacional da revenda, assim como identificar e compreender as percepções estéticas dos profissionais atuantes em campo. Para a viabilidade da pesquisa, desenvolvi um estudo etnográfico, realizado entre os meses de fevereiro de 2011 e janeiro de 2012, em uma revenda de móveis planejados, situada em Porto Alegre (RS). De modo complementar, esclareço algumas noções importantes do ramo da arquitetura, principalmente de interiores, e de aspectos do ato de ‘habitar’. However, the learning that occurs in the organizations goes beyond the one of pragmatic nature, what understands learning from the normative models only with the intention of generating changes. Counterpointing to this line, there is in literature the search for the learning comprehension as a process, being it technical or social. Among others, it is advisable the use of the theory of organizational esthetics for the learning conception that emerges from the social interactions. This theory is characterized for questioning the positive-functionalist thought and is obtaining more space, as it is being deepen and used by researchers, aiming to understand the organizational phenomena. My objective in this study was to identify and analyze the learning processes from the working practices of professionals who act in a planned furniture store by the theory of organizational esthetics. For that, beyond identifying and describing the working practices from the organizational functions of the researched individuals, it was also necessary to identify and analyze the dimensions referring to the artifacts and to the language of the organizational culture of resale, as well as the identification and comprehension of the esthetics perceptions of the professionals who were acting in the area. To the research feasibility I developed an ethnographic study, performed between the months of February 2011 and January 2012 at a planned furniture store, located in Porto Alegre (RS). To complement, I clarify some important notions in the field of architecture, mainly of interiors, and about the aspects of the act of ‘inhabiting’. After making reference to the perceptive faculties of the researched individuals and how they allow the realization of esthetical commonsense, I explain how the organizational esthetics can be understood as a criterion of decision and connection. Beyond that, from the dynamics of relationship and the continuous construction of a ‘spirit of the place’, I discuss how these aspects agree to the architecture of learning processes in the organization researched, highlighting the ‘esthetic reflexivity’.

Em sua concepção, a arte possuía um papel efetivo na construção da sociedade. Isto se daria com o emprego de uma estética fotográfica revolucionária, que, demandando uma postura ativa de seu observador, engendraria um novo homem. Este ficou conhecido como Novo Homem Soviético, noção utópica partilhada pela vanguarda russa. A partir de sua ligação com o formalismo e o futurismo russos, bem como com o grupo LEF, fundado em 1923 pelo poeta Maiakovski, Rodchenko foi pioneiro na construção de uma nova visualidade, que julgava mais coerente com o mundo moderno. Nestes seis anos, ele empenhou-se na reinvenção do fazer e da linguagem fotográficos, explorando sua singularidade técnica. / Abstract: This study intents to analyze the photographs made by the Russian constructivist Aleksandr Rodchenko from 1924 to 1930, in its inner conformities and the relation between his images and his political engagement. To him, art had an important role in the construction of society. It would be done with a revolutionary photographic aesthetics which demanded from the observer an active posture that would create a new man. This new man became known as the New Soviet Man, a utopist notion that was shared by the Russian avant-garde. From his knowledge of formalist and futurist theories and the LEF group, founded by the poet Mayakovsky in 1923, Rodchenko pioneered in the construction of a new visuality which according to him was more coherent to the modern world.
