Les objectifs de cette thèse concernent la caractérisation des polymères à l’état fondu via la rhéologie non linéaire dans les modes de cisaillement ou en élongationnel et les procédés faisant intervenir de fortes élongations tel que l’électrospinning en voie solvant et en voie fondue. Pour atteindre le premier objectif, nous nous sommes concentrés sur la caractérisation des polymères fondus enchevêtrés dans les régimes viscoélastiques linéaires et non linéaires. L'influence de la masse moléculaire, Mw et de sa distribution MWD, la présence de longues chaînes branchées (LCB) ou encore l'addition de nanoparticules dans la matrice de polymère à l'état fondu ont été étudiées en utilisant des techniques rhéologiques en cisaillement et en élongationnel. Dans le cas des écoulements de cisaillement oscillatoires à grandes amplitudes (LAOS), nous avons proposé de nouveaux paramètres mécaniques qui ont permis de définir les relations structure-propriétés des différents systèmes étudiés. / The goals of this thesis are the characterization of polymer melts using mainly non-linear shear and extensional rheological techniques. Dans ce manuscrit nous développons l'approche cinématique 2D du calcul à la rupture pour examinerles effondrements en extension (ou failles normales) de la croûte supérieure cassante qui résultent desurpressions de fluides. Les sujets d'intérêt liés à la déformation en extension sont (1) les roles de lapression des fluides, des processus de surface, et des propriétés des matériaux et des failles sur lastabilité des structures d'extension; (2) la formation de failles normales à faible pendage et de failleslistriques; (3) la distribution de la déformation au dessus d'un glissement à faible pendage; et (4)l'influence de l'adoucissement mécanique des failles et des processus de sédimentation sur cettedistribution.Cette approche mécanique est vérifiée par la théorie du prisme critique de Coulomb, et la généralise pour étudier la topographie complexe de la péninsule de Mejillones dans le Nord du Chili. Cetteapproche est aussi appliquée à l'instabilité gravitaire dans le delta du Niger en reliant les structurescompressives en bas de pente aux structure extensives en amont par un détachement profond. Nousprédisons des surpressions de fluides beaucoup plus élevée que celles obtenues par application duprisme de Coulomb. Enfin, cette méthodologie est appliquée à l'étude de la forme de failles normalesreliant un détachement profond à la surface. Dans le cas du delta du Niger, nous montrons que lesfailles à faible pendage et les failles listriques impliquent que la profondeur de rétention des fluides estfaible. La version séquentielle de l'analyse limite ouvre de nouvelles voies pour suivre l'évolutionstructurale dans le temps du jeu sur les failles normales. Les simulations montrent en particulier qu'unefaille normale tourne vers des pendage plus faibles au fur et à mesure de la dénudation du mur, formantune région qui passe du mur au toit de la faille active en rotation. La prédiction de cette région estillustrée par des expériences analogiques et des exemples de terrain. / This manuscript develops a 2D kinematic approach of Limit Analysis to examine the extensionalfailures in the brittle, upper crust resulting from fluid overpressures and normal faulting. There aremany interesting topics related to the extensional deformation such as (1) the roles of fluid pressure,topographic process, material and fault properties on the stability of extensional structures; (2) theformation of low-angle and listric normal fault; (3) the deformation pattern due to slip on a low-anglefault; and (4) the influence of fault softening and sedimentation processes on this deformation pattern.This mechanical approach applied to wedge prototypes is validated by the critical Coulomb wedge(CCW) theory, and it generalizes the CCW theory to investigate the complex topography on theMejillones peninsula, Northern Chile. Additionally, this approach is also applied to investigate gravityinstability of Niger Delta by linking down-slope compressional to up-slope extensional failures througha deep detachment. We predict much higher fluid overpressures than that of the CCW theory. Finally,this Limit Analysis methodology is applied to investigate the shape of normal fault linking a lowdetachment to the surface. The application to Niger Delta implies that the formation of very low-angleand strongly listric faults results from a shallow fluid-retention depth. The sequential version of LimitAnalysis opens new ways to envision the structural evolution through time resulting from normalfaulting. The simulations show that the normal fault rotates during extension, forming a region of Footto-Hanging Wall (FHW) where the material in the footwall is sheared upon entering the hanging wall.The creation of the FHW region is illustrated by sandbox experiments and field examples.

The fabrication of scaffolds with excellent physical and mechanical properties using solution electrospinning technology for tissue engineering applications and the development of melt electrospinning equipment to facilitate the fabrication of solvent free scaffolds. To achieve the first goal, we focused on the characterization of entangled polymer melts in the linear and nonlinear viscoelastic regimes. The influence of molecular weight, Mw, molecular weight distribution (MWD), long-chain branching (LCB) and addition of particles to the polymer matrix on polymer melt properties were investigated using shear and extensional rheological techniques. The resulting structure-property relationships were established using newly introduced mechanical parameters under large amplitude oscillatory shear (LAOS) flow.

Solutions de polymères sous écoulement : liens entre propriétés microscopiques et manifestations macroscopiques / Polymer solution flows : links between microscopic properties and macroscopic behaviors

Ce manuscrit présente les résultats d'expériences illustrant différentes manifestations de la présence de polymères dans un écoulement. Pour chacune d'elles, nous étudions l'interaction entre la structure microscopique et l'écoulement.Lorsqu'une goutte se détache d'un capillaire, la colonne de liquide liant la goutte au capillaire doit se rompre. Pour les liquides simples, l'amincissement suit des lois universelles bien établies. La dynamique de détachement d'une goutte de fluide complexe est très différente. Pour les solutions de polymères, après une phase de décroissance rapide du diamètre de cette colonne, il se forme un long filament cylindrique entre la goutte et le capillaire. Afin de mieux comprendre comment les polymères présents en solution donnent naissance à ce filament, nous avons observé leurs conformations au cours du détachement. Ces observations confirment que l'étirement des polymères est à l'origine du ralentissement du processus de détachement. Cependant, lors de l'amincissement du filament, la distribution des longueurs reste inchangée. Ce résultat inattendu, nous a amené à mettre en place une nouvelle méthode pour estimer la viscosité élongationnelle.D'autres expériences sont présentées, l'une porte sur un effet de déplétion qui apparait lors de l'écoulement confiné d'une solution de polymères, alors que l'autre porte sur l'écoulement instable d'une solution concentrée de polymères dans une conduite rectiligne. / This work considers the interaction between a flow field and the microscopic degrees of a freedom of a polymer solution. Different flow configurations were considered.Droplet pinch off, which occurs when a drop of liquid detaches from a capillary, can be strongly modified in the presence of polymers giving rise to long and slender filaments that thin slowly in time. We here study experimentaly the dynamics of necking and the conformations of polymers during the thinning of the neck. Our results show that the slow down of the thinning dynamics is the result of polymer stretching. Moreover, during the filament thinning, the polymer length distribution remains the same. This result is unexpected and led us to introduce a new method to estimate the extensionnal viscosity which represents the polymer solution resistance to stretching.In a second flow configuration, we have observed that depletion of polymer molecules near a surface occurs when a bead approaches a plate in a polymer solution.

Le Granite Passa Três est situé à l'Est de l'Etat du Paraná, au Sud du Brésil, et est allongé selon une direction NNE-SSW. Sa mise en place se fait au cœur des metapélites mesoprotérozoïques du Groupe Açungui (Province Mantiqueira). La minéralisation d’or du Granite Passa Três est composée par des veines de quartz contenant des quantités variables de fluorite, sulfures et carbonates. Les objectifs principaux de ce travail de thèse sont : de comprendre le modèle de formation du système de veines minéralisées en prenant en compte les relations entre magmatisme, hydrothermalisme, déformation et minéralogie à la fois dans l’espace et dans le temps ; la caractérisation de la nature, de la source et des conditions de dépôt des fluides ; et la caractérisation du modèle métallogénique de ce gisement singulier. Pour arriver à ces objectifs, les méthodes utilisées seront, en sus de la géologie structurale et de terrain : la pétrographie, la géochronologie U-Pb (LA-ICP-MS) sur zircon et 40Ar-39Ar sur muscovite, la microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB), la microsonde électronique, la fluorescence X (XFR), l’analyse isotopique du soufre (δ34S) et l’analyse microthermométrique et RAMAN des inclusions fluides. Les données structurales ont montré la coexistence de deux systèmes principaux de filons minéralisés, l’un N-S et l’autre E-W, avec des pendages de 60-75°W et 45-70°S, respectivement. Les deux systèmes sont interprétés comme contemporains et conjugués. Les corps minéralisés forment des géométries sigmoïdales qui résultent de l’ouverture en pull-aparts résultant de mouvements en faille normale le long de plans de glissement à faible pendage. Le fort pendage des structures minéralisées s’explique par l’enveloppe globale formée par la succession des pull-aparts. Quatre étapes minéralogiques sont à l’origine de la formation du système minéralisé : phase 1 [qtz 1 + fl], phase 2a [qtz 2 + py 2a ± or ± cpy ± aik ± fl ± sph ± musc], phase 2b [qtz 2 + py 2b + or + cpy + aik + ank ± sph ± fl ± musc] et phase 3 [qtz 3 + ank + calc + molyb ± aik ± musc ± fl]. L’or se trouve dans la forme d’or invisible et d’or natif dans des fractures qui affectent les pyrites des phases 2a et b, systématiquement associé avec la chalcopyrite et l’aikinite. L’altération associée à la minéralisation inclue des assemblages composés par muscovite/quartz/pyrite (altération du type greisen) et séricite/carbonate/clinochlore (altération phyllique). Les valeurs δ34S des pyrites (de -0.1‰ à 1.1‰) indiquant que le soufre du dépôt peut être d’origine magmatique. Cette hypothèse est en accord avec l’observation systématique, dans les parties supérieures du granite (sondage et niveaux supérieurs de la mine), de structures caractéristiques de transition magmatique-hydrothermale comme des systèmes aplo-pegmatitiques, des veines de quartz à bordure de K-feldspath, des concentrations de quartz de type stockscheider et des textures de solidification unilatérales (UST). Les résultats de géochronologie confirment cette hypothèse avec des âges U-Pb sur zircon (611.9±4.7 et 611.9±5.6 Ma pour le granite à grain moyen (GEM) et le microgranite (GEF) et 40Ar-39Ar sur muscovite (veines à bordure de K-feldspath : 612.9±2 à 608.8±2 Ma ; veines minéralisées : 611.7±2 à 608.8±2 Ma ; veines de quartz précoces : 608.4±2 Ma) très proches. Ces âges obtenus indiquent que la mise-en-place du granite, l’exsolution du fluide magmatique-hydrothermal et la formation des veines de quartz aurifères ont été réalisées pendant un écart de temps de 5 Ma, entre 613 et 608 Ma. La minéralisation (611 à 608 Ma) contemporaine de la cristallisation du granite (612 à 610 Ma), l’association de l’or avec des minéraux de bismuth (aikinite), la démonstration du contrôle structural sur la formation des veines et les évidences de transition magmatique-hydrothermale en domaine de coupole granitique montrent que le dépôt d’or du Granite Passa Três partage plusieurs similitudes avec les dépôts du type intrusion-related. / The Passa Três Granite is situated in southern Brazil (Paraná State) and presents a NNE-SSW elongated shape. This intrusion is emplaced within metapelites of the Mesoproterozoic Açungui Group (Ribeira Belt, Mantiqueira Province), between the N40E trending Morro Agudo and Lancinha faults. Gold mineralisation is composed of centimetric to metric quartz veins with fluorite, sulphides and carbonates. The main objectives of this work are i) to understand the model of formation of the mineralised veins systems taking into account the relationships between magmatism, hydrothermalism, deformation and mineralogy in space and time; ii) the characterization of the nature, source and emplacement conditions of the ore fluids; and iii) the characterization of a metallogenic model for this singular deposit. In order to reach these purposes, the methods to be applied include, beyond the structural geology and field works: petrography, U-Pb zircon (LA-ICP-MS) and 40Ar-39Ar muscovite geochronology, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron-microprobe analyses (EPMA), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), isotopic analysis of sulphur (δ34S), and microthermometric and Raman analysis of fluid inclusions. Structural data showed the coexistence of two major normal mineralised vein systems, one N-S and the other one E-W, with dips of 60-75ºW and 45-70ºS, respectively. Both systems are interpreted to be contemporaneous and conjugated. Orebodies form sigmoidal geometries that resulted of the opening of pull-aparts as a consequence of the normal movements along low-angle fault planes. High-angle dip of the global mineralised structures is explained by the succession of the pull-aparts. Four mineralogical stages resulted in the formation of the mineralised system: phase 1 [quartz 1 + fluorite], phase 2a [quartz 2 + pyrite 2a ± gold ± chalcopyrite ± aikinite ± fluorite ± sphalerite ± muscovite], phase 2b [quartz 2 + pyrite 2b + gold + chalcopyrite + aikinite + ankerite ± sphalerite ± fluorite ± muscovite] and phase 3 [quartz 3 + ankerite + calcite + molybdenite ± aikinite ± muscovite ± fluorite]. Gold occurs as invisible gold and as native grains within fractures that affect pyrite 2a and 2b, commonly associated with chalcopyrite and aikinite. Alteration related to the mineralisation includes muscovite/quartz/pyrite (greisen type alteration) and sericite/carbonato/clinochlore (phyllic alteration) assemblages. The δ34S values of pyrite crystals (from -0.1‰ to 1.1‰) indicate that the sulphur in this deposit may have a magmatic origin. This hypothesis agrees with the systematic observation, within the upper part of the granite (drill holes and superior levels of the mine), of structures typical of magmatic-hydrothermal transition such as aplite-pegmatite systems, quartz veins with K-feldspar border, quartz concentration of stockscheider type and unilateral solidification textures (UST). Geochronological data confirm this hypothesis with U-Pb zircon ages (611.9±4.7 and 611.9±5.6 Ma for medium grained granite facies (GEM) and microgranite (GEF), respectively) and 40Ar-39Ar muscovite dating (veins with K-feldspar border: 612.9±2 to 608.8±2 Ma; mineralised veins: 611.7±2 to 608.8±2 Ma; barren vein: 608.4±2 Ma), that are very close. These ages indicate that the granite emplacement, the magmatic-hydrothermal fluid release and the formation of gold-bearing quartz veins occur during a time lapse of approximately 5 Ma, between 613 and 608 Ma. The mineralisation (611 to 608 Ma) coeval to granite crystallization (612 to 610 Ma), the association of gold with Bi minerals (aikinite), the strong structural control for veins and magmatic-hydrothermal transition features at the roof of a small granitic intrusion suggest that the Passa Três gold deposit shares several similarities with intrusion-related gold deposits.

Neste trabalho estudou-se o comportamento reológico e morfológico da mistura polimérica imiscível de polipropileno e poliamida. Como resultado deste estudo obtiveram-se valores de tensão interfacial entre 10mN/m e 13mN/m. A tensão interfacial diminuiu em até 87% quando a mistura é compatibilizada com polipropileno maleado. A análise morfológica no regime de viscoelasticidade linear quando avaliada uma morfologia de emulsão de poliamida em polipropileno revelou diâmetro médio da fase dispersa entre 1,5µm e 20µm. O diâmetro das gotas da fase dispersa diminuiu com a adição de polipropileno maleado chegando a reduções de até 98%, mantendo-se constante a concentração da fase dispersa. No regime de viscoelasticidade não linear foram testados modelos para avaliar o comportamento da mistura em fluxos de cisalhamento e extensão, sendo que somente para os fluxos de extensão foi obtida boa correlação dos resultados experimentais com as previsões teóricas. / Rheological and morphological behaviour of polypropylene and polyamide polymer blend was studied. The values of interfacial tension were obtained between 10mN/m and 13mN/m. The interfacial tension decreased in 87% for compatibilized blend. Morphology analysis for linear viscoelastic regime shows dispersed drop diameter between 1,5µm and 20µm. The diameter of the drops decreased with the addition of maleic polypropylene reducing until 98%, keeping constant the concentration of the disperse phase. In non linear viscoelastic regime different models were tested to evaluate the behavior of the blends in shear and elongacional flows. However, only the elongacional flow results were acquired with theoretical - experimental corroboration.

Polymérisation in-situ en milieu fondu et sous écoulement élongationnel pour l'élaboration de nouveaux matériaux / In-situ melt polymerization under elongational flow for the development of new materials

Dans ce travail de thèse, des mélanges réactifs de polymères thermoplastiques immiscibles PMMA,PE et PS ont été réalisés dans un mélangeur (RMX®) qui génère principalement des écoulements élongationnels connus pour leurs pouvoirs distributifs et dispersifs même lorsque les composants ont une différence de viscosité importante. La polymérisation in-situ du styrène a été conduite par auto-polymérisation thermique et grâce à des amorceurs radicalaires. Différentes méthodes de préparations et paramètres de mélanges ont été testés puis évalués par l’analyse d’images de microscopie électronique. Les plus petits nodules de PS que nous avons obtenus ont un rayon moyen de l’ordre de 50 nm. Des mélanges binaires 90/10 à base de PS ou PE et d’un thermodur polyépoxyde (MDEA/DGEBA) ont également été réalisés. Les nodules sphériques les plus petits que nous avons obtenus ont un rayon moyen de l’ordre de 65 nm. / In this work, binary and ternary reactive blends based on immiscible thermoplastic polymers PMMA,PE and PS were realized. The in-situ polymerization of the styrene, precursor of PS, was led by thermal self-polymerization or still thanks to radical initiator. Blends were realized in a mixer named RMX who generates mainly extensional flows known for their distributive and dispersive skill even if components have an important viscosity difference. Various methods of preparation and parameters of mixtures were tested. Morphology was evaluated by the analysis of electronic microscopy images.The average radiuses of the dispersed PS phase were compared with those observed in the literature. The smallest that we obtained have an average radius of 50 nm. Binary mixtures 90/10 %m with PS or PE and with a thermodur polyepoxide (MDEA/DGEBA) were also realized. The smallest spherical nodules that we obtained have an average radius of the order of 65 nm.

O juízo como subordinação intensional e a Analítica Transcendental da Crítica da Razão Pura

Interpretações com diferentes nuances têm sido oferecidas para a concepção de juízo enunciada na Crítica da Razão Pura, mas, grosso modo, pode-se classificálas sob duas linhas gerais, a interpretação analítica e a interpretação a partir de Port-Royal. Ambas as linhas interpretativas, entretanto, se identificam na tese de que no juízo são também subordinadas representações singulares. Esta concepção, designada de interpretação extensional do juízo, leva de modo geral a uma leitura pouco caridosa da obra. A finalidade deste texto é propor e esboçar a defesa de outro modo de conceber o juízo pautado pelas seguintes teses: i) intuições e conceitos não se relacionam no ou pelo juízo; ii) a relação extensional não é suficiente para a determinação de qual conceito é superior ou inferior (gênero ou espécie) e iii) a relação que estabelece a série intensional do conceito determina a hierarquia superior/inferior e por isto é a relação de maior relevância cognitiva. Fazendo frente à concepção extensional, a proposta aqui defendida é designada de interpretação intensional e demanda que a distinção entre intuições e conceitos seja levada às últimas consequências. A potência elucidativa e a conformidade com o texto desta abordagem do juízo mostram-se pela possibilidade de compatibilização das diferentes partes da Analítica transcendental, mesmo aquelas que a literatura secundária tende a descartar ou atribuir pouco significado. Na esteira da elaboração desta compatibilização, após a apresentação e defesa da concepção intensional do juízo, o texto trata em sequência da Dedução metafísica, da Dedução transcendental, do Esquematismo e dos Princípios, procurando ressaltar a interconexão e articulação destas partes, que é calcada na mediação da relação entre os produtos do entendimento e da sensibilidade pela imaginação. Assim, apesar de partir da concepção de juízo, o objetivo do texto é buscar uma leitura da obra magna de Kant que prioriza a consistência. A compatibilização da concepção de juízo com as partes mais relevantes da Analítica – principalmente para o que pesa para o problema da possibilidade de juízos sintéticos a priori – é uma conquista considerável, mas este estudo representa passos, que embora sejam fundamentais, são apenas iniciais na compreensão do idealismo transcendental. / Interpretations with different nuances have been offered for the conception of judgment set out in the Critique of Pure Reason, but, roughly speaking, one can classify them under two broad lines, named, analytic interpretation and interpretation from Port-Royal. However, both lines identify itself under the thesis that in judgments are also subordinate singular representations. This conception, designated here extensional interpretation of judgment, commonly leads to an uncharitable reading of the work. The objective of this text is to propose and outline the defense of another conception of judgment, guided by the following theses: i) intuitions and concepts do not relate in or by means of judgment, ii) the extensional relation is not sufficient to determine which concept is higher or lower (genus or species) and iii) the relation which establishes the intensional series of concept is that one which determines the higher/lower hierarchy and that is the relationship of more cognitive relevance. Contrasting to extensional conception, the proposal advocated here is named of intensional interpretation and demands to take the distinction between intuitions and concepts until its ultimate consequences. The explanatory power and accordance with text of this approach of judgment shows itself by reconciling different parts of the Transcendental Analytic, even those that secondary literature tends to dismiss or assign little significance. In the development of this compatibility, after the presentation and defense of intensional conception of judgment, the text addresses sequentially the Metaphysical Deduction, the Transcendental Deduction, the Schematism and the Principles, seeking to emphasize the linkage and interconnection of these parts, which is modeled on mediation of imagination in the relationship between the products of understanding and sensibility. Therefore, although starting from the conception of judgment, the purpose of the text is to seek a reading of Kant's greatest work that prioritizes consistency. O juízo como subordinação intensional e a Analítica Transcendental da Crítica da Razão Pura

Interpretações com diferentes nuances têm sido oferecidas para a concepção de juízo enunciada na Crítica da Razão Pura, mas, grosso modo, pode-se classificálas sob duas linhas gerais, a interpretação analítica e a interpretação a partir de Port-Royal. Ambas as linhas interpretativas, entretanto, se identificam na tese de que no juízo são também subordinadas representações singulares. Esta concepção, designada de interpretação extensional do juízo, leva de modo geral a uma leitura pouco caridosa da obra. A finalidade deste texto é propor e esboçar a defesa de outro modo de conceber o juízo pautado pelas seguintes teses: i) intuições e conceitos não se relacionam no ou pelo juízo; ii) a relação extensional não é suficiente para a determinação de qual conceito é superior ou inferior (gênero ou espécie) e iii) a relação que estabelece a série intensional do conceito determina a hierarquia superior/inferior e por isto é a relação de maior relevância cognitiva. Fazendo frente à concepção extensional, a proposta aqui defendida é designada de interpretação intensional e demanda que a distinção entre intuições e conceitos seja levada às últimas consequências. A potência elucidativa e a conformidade com o texto desta abordagem do juízo mostram-se pela possibilidade de compatibilização das diferentes partes da Analítica transcendental, mesmo aquelas que a literatura secundária tende a descartar ou atribuir pouco significado. Na esteira da elaboração desta compatibilização, após a apresentação e defesa da concepção intensional do juízo, o texto trata em sequência da Dedução metafísica, da Dedução transcendental, do Esquematismo e dos Princípios, procurando ressaltar a interconexão e articulação destas partes, que é calcada na mediação da relação entre os produtos do entendimento e da sensibilidade pela imaginação. Assim, apesar de partir da concepção de juízo, o objetivo do texto é buscar uma leitura da obra magna de Kant que prioriza a consistência. A compatibilização da concepção de juízo com as partes mais relevantes da Analítica – principalmente para o que pesa para o problema da possibilidade de juízos sintéticos a priori – é uma conquista considerável, mas este estudo representa passos, que embora sejam fundamentais, são apenas iniciais na compreensão do idealismo transcendental. / Interpretations with different nuances have been offered for the conception of judgment set out in the Critique of Pure Reason, but, roughly speaking, one can classify them under two broad lines, named, analytic interpretation and interpretation from Port-Royal. However, both lines identify itself under the thesis that in judgments are also subordinate singular representations. This conception, designated here extensional interpretation of judgment, commonly leads to an uncharitable reading of the work. The objective of this text is to propose and outline the defense of another conception of judgment, guided by the following theses: i) intuitions and concepts do not relate in or by means of judgment, ii) the extensional relation is not sufficient to determine which concept is higher or lower (genus or species) and iii) the relation which establishes the intensional series of concept is that one which determines the higher/lower hierarchy and that is the relationship of more cognitive relevance. Contrasting to extensional conception, the proposal advocated here is named of intensional interpretation and demands to take the distinction between intuitions and concepts until its ultimate consequences. The explanatory power and accordance with text of this approach of judgment shows itself by reconciling different parts of the Transcendental Analytic, even those that secondary literature tends to dismiss or assign little significance. In the development of this compatibility, after the presentation and defense of intensional conception of judgment, the text addresses sequentially the Metaphysical Deduction, the Transcendental Deduction, the Schematism and the Principles, seeking to emphasize the linkage and interconnection of these parts, which is modeled on mediation of imagination in the relationship between the products of understanding and sensibility. Therefore, although starting from the conception of judgment, the purpose of the text is to seek a reading of Kant's greatest work that prioritizes consistency.
