Social workers have been exposed with threats and violence in work with children and youths for a long time. Threats and violence are a serious problem for social workers because their work is affected by these incidents. The incidents affect social workers because social workers feel concern and fear for their safety or freedom. Therefore the work is also limited based on social workers self-esteem.  Based on two theories; "KASAM" and "Empowerment" the study presents how social workers choose to handle threats and violence against them in work with youths and children.

Purpose: When introducing new construction standards arises some uncertainties due to overlapping with the old construction standards. Because of these uncertainties’ roofs have collapsed due to excessive snow loads. To ensure a safe workplace for companies responsible for snow removal, accepted means in connection with snow removal and the work environment will be studied. The final goal is to find and study new methods to make the work safer and more efficient. Method: The work contains both qualitative and quantitative data. The method is a case study with the data collection techniques measurement, observation, personal communication and document and literature study. All of these are necessary to be able to answer the questions and achieve the goal. Findings: The techniques used today regarding snow removal give a good result, but the majority are very time-consuming and risky for the employers who perform the work on the roofs. Several new techniques and means have been described that would be able to perform the same work in a more efficient and sustainable way seen from a work environment point of view. Implications: To limit the time spent on the roof would contribute to a safer workplace. Today there are several means and techniques that after being installed, can operate, and remove snow on its own. This would be safe and efficient. The only danger for the staff is when installing and maintenance. Limitations: The report is limited by the fact that not all types of roofs have been examined. The study focuses on roofs that are within a snow zone of 2.5 kN/m2 or lower. Keywords: Snow removal, working environment, low-sloping roofs, handle snow loads. / Syfte: Överlappningar när nya konstruktionsregler tagits fram har skapat osäkerhet kring dimensioneringar och tyvärr lett till att takras uppstår på grund av allt för stora snölaster. För att skapa en tryggare arbetsplats för företag som ansvarar för snöröjning kommer vedertagna hjälpmedel och tekniker i samband med snöröjning och hur arbetsmiljön ser ut vid pågående arbete studeras. Slutligen är målet att studera nya metoder som bidrar till ett effektivare och säkrare arbete. Metod: Arbetet består av både kvalitativa och kvantitativa data. Metoden som användas är fallstudie med datainsamlingsteknikerna mätning, observation, personlig kommunikation och litteraturstudie. Alla datainsamlingsteknikerna är nödvändiga för att kunna besvara frågeställningarna och uppnå målet. Resultat: Teknikerna som är vedertagna idag gällande snöröjning ger ett bra resultat men majoriteten är mycket tidskrävande och riskfyllda för personer som utför arbetet. Främst när det gäller arbetsmomenten som utförs uppe på tak. Flera nya tekniker och hjälpmedel har redovisats som skulle bidra till att företag kan utföra samma arbete på ett sätt som anses betydligt effektivare och mer hållbart ur arbetsmiljösynpunkt. Konsekvenser: Ett minskat arbete på tak skulle bidra till en säkrare arbetsplats. Det finns flertalet tekniker och hjälpmedel ute på marknaden som efter viss installation skulle kunna utföra snöröjningen på egen hand, vilket innebär en effektivisering. Detta innebär också att den enda risken som finns för personal är vid installation och underhåll och därmed är arbetsmiljön så säker som är möjligt. Begränsningar: Rapporten begränsas av att inte alla typer av tak undersökts. Studien fokuserar på tak som finns inom snözon 2,5 kN/m2 eller lägre. Main task of this final thesis is to analyse experimental measured data of prototype unit with output of 1 MW for energic biomass utilization. Furthermore the aim is to get acquainted with energic biomass problems utilization in middle output kettles and with stationary source legislation. To transfer measured value due to legislative conditions this diploma work solves the conversion procedure which is necessary to evaluate emission limits for measured concentration CO, SO2, NOX and stiff contaminating matters. My final work put emphasis on graphics processing in general tables and graphs with trends describtions. Endeavour is achieve discussion bilateral connection.

The subject of this thesis is design of stand for assembly of srew-inserts into car door handles. It contains of search of possible technical solutions of part handling and available technologies of screw-insert instalation. In design part of thesis contains of analysis of construction and choice of technologies. In construction part of my thesis u can find description construction of stand and risk analysis of this machine. Moreover there are calculations, drawings of main assemblies of machine and model of stand modeled in Autodesk Inventor.

Concept2 är en ledande leverantör av konditionsutrustning, inklusive roddmaskiner, stakmaskiner och träningscyklar. Deras produkter möjliggör konditionsträning oavsett väderförhållanden. SkiErg är en stakergometer som används för att träna kondition och styrka i armar, bål och ben. Användare inkluderar längdskidåkare, allmänna träningsentusiaster och Crossfit-utövare. Redskapet levereras med ett remlöst handtag som kan bytas ut mot ett skidhandtag. Den stora utmaningen var att byta handtag då dagens montering klassas som halvpermanent. Projektets syfte var att skapa en förbättrad användarupplevelse av Concept2 SkiErg handtag samt främja social hållbarhet genom att sätta individens behov i fokus. Projektet avser också att ge studenten en inblick i hur det är att leda och genomföra en hel produktutvecklingsprocess, från planeringsfas till färdig prototyp. Målet var att presentera ett färdigt koncept med en eller flera fysiska prototyper som består av ett anpassningsbart handtag med tekniska lösningar för olika typer av användare. Arbetet följde en produktutvecklingsprocess som omfattade flera steg inklusive en marknadsanalys för att undersöka konkurrenter och användarbehov, konceptgenerering, prototypframtagning och användartester. Projektet resulterade i två genomförbara koncept: SkiErg Grip Adapter och SkiErg ErgoGrip. Koncepten presenterades genom fysiska prototyper och renderingar. Projektet uppnådde sitt syfte genom att skapa en förbättrad användarupplevelse som bekräftades genom användartester. Projektet gav en värdefull inblick i produktutvecklingsprocessen och de utmaningar som kan uppstå. / Concept2 is a leading supplier of fitness equipment, including rowing machines, ski machines and exercise bikes. Their products enable fitness training regardless of weather conditions. SkiErg is a ski ergometer used for cardio and strength training for arms, core, and legs. Users include cross-country skiers, general fitness enthusiasts, and CrossFit practitioners. SkiErg comes with a strapless handle that can be replaced with a ski handle. The main challenge is handle-replacement as the current assembly is classed as semi-permanent. The purpose of the project was to create an improved user experience of the Concept2 SkiErg handle and promote social sustainability by focusing on individual needs. The goal was to present a finished concept with one or more physical prototypes consisting of an adaptable handle with technical solutions for different types of users. The work follows a product development process that includes several steps, including market analysis to explore competitors and user needs, concept development, prototype development and user testing. The project resulted in two feasible concepts: SkiErg Grip Adapter and SkiErg ErgoGrip. The concepts were presented through physical prototypes and renderings. The project achieved its purpose by creating an enhanced user experience validated through user testing. This qualitative study aimed to explore how to handle aggression in therapy from a Gestalt perspective. In order to reach the aim of this study a conceptual framework was done exploring terms central to this project including aggression and Gestalt Play therapy. Unstructured, telephonic interviews were then conducted with seven Gestalt Play therapists working with children in the Western Cape exploring ways to handle and treat aggression in therapy. The data collected during these interviews were then analyzed and several themes were identified and explored by conducting a literature control. Guidelines were then formulated and written on how to handle aggression in therapy from a Gestalt perspective as part of the concluding chapter of this research report. / Social Work / M. 一、研究目的 本研究有三個目的﹕（一）引進日本「權利奱換方式」之產權處理觀念，並本法制「 恆定性」及「不得不變性」之原則，在修改現有法令最少的原則下，建立適合我國體 質的產權處理模式。（二）產權處理成功之關鍵，除權利之變換設計外，就是權利價 值之評估。故本研究第二個目的就是嘗試擬定一套產權評估之方法。（三）「權利變 換方式」之產權處理模式除在都市更新之應用外，相關方面是否也有值得應用者？本 研究最後想探討的就是這一點。 三、參考文獻 本研究係搜集中、日二國有關「權利變換方式」及都市更新等相關書籍、研究報告及 統計資料，比較研究發現，日本之權利變換方式似可解決我國都市更新問題之癥結。 惟國內相關之文獻尚屬粗略，尤其在產權處理方面，迄無系統性之論列，故關於權利 變換方式之述論，大抵以日本資料為主。 三、研究方法 本研究採「文獻回顧法」及「歸納」、「演繹」之方法，搜集、比較、檢討並檢驗相 關文獻資料及各國制度，以建立適合我國之產權處理制度。 四、研究內容 本研究之重點有四﹕（一）檢討我國都市更新之問題點，並比較各國制度，結果以日 本之「權利變換方式」最能解決我國之問題。（二）研擬以權利變換方式推行都市更 新之產權處理模式之應用。 五、研究結果 （一）建立權利變換方式之產權處理模式及產棤評價方法。 （二）前揭模式及方法，除適用於都市更新外，在合建、聯合開發，取得公共設施保 留地及開發新市區等方面猶有可行之處。

L’objet de ce mémoire est l’étude des bifurcations subies par les complexes de Morse associés à ces couples. Deux approches sont utilisées : l’étude directe des bifurcations et l’approche par homotopie. On montre que finalement ces deux approches permettent d’obtenir les mêmes résultats d’un point de vue fonctoriel. / Let (ft,Xt)t∈J be a family of pairs, where J is an interval, ft is a smooth real-valued Morse function defined on a smooth compact manifold V , and Xt is a pseudo-gradient field associated to ft. The purpose of this master thesis is to study the bifurcations undergone by the associated Morse complexes. Two ways are used to reach this result : the direct study of the bifurcations and the continuation method. We prove that the two methods produce the same results from a functorial point of view.

String trimmers or weed cutter or strimmer is one of the inevitable tool for a professional gardener. They are helping gardeners for maintaining the lawn and farmland. These machines have been used by human for a quite long time. Professionals normally uses the bike handle type string trimmer and the amateurs who has small gardens normally uses loop handle one. The bike handle models are more powerful and gives more comfort for long time working. While performing the trimming process users are using the handles to steer and control the machine. Handle is the main touch point of the machine and it needs to provide enough comfort and assist the functions.Cramer, a German garden tools brand owned by The Globe Group, is focusing on researching and developing Garden power tools for amateurs as well as professional users. For them it is important to satisfy the customer and improve the user experience of their products.This project is focused only on the handle of the string trimmer to improve the overall user experience. This project mainly deals with the ergonomic aspects of the handle for a larger percentile of population. It is very important to make a handle were the professional users are going to use longer period of time. Along with the comfort this project put stress on increase the user experience by giving modern, friendly and premium expression visually as well as physically. Even though the project is to develop a handle concept, it needs to go along with the overall brand language.
