Actualmente, las personas desean cambiar su estilo de vida, al ser más “saludables”; esto conlleva muchos cambios, entre los cuales se encuentra el consumo de infusiones. A partir de un estudio realizado en el año 2019 por la empresa de Investigación de Mercados Euromonitor, se identificó que la valorización del mercado de bebidas calientes en Perú, se encuentra en 134.8 millones de dólares; en este mercado se encuentran las infusiones. Este indicador refleja que hay oportunidad de crecimiento; por lo cual se deberían aprovechar todas las plantas medicinales oriundas de nuestro país para la producción de infusiones. De esta manera, se plantea la idea de negocio “Té Hana”, un negocio dedicado a producir infusiones 100% artesanales de plantas medicinales oriundas del Perú, como Muña, Matico y otras producidas netamente en la zona del Perú. Las propiedades de las plantas son beneficiosas para la salud. El proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una idea de negocio rentable y en futuro lograr el posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado; aunque este tenga un alto nivel de competitividad. Nos planteamos la meta de lograr la diferenciación, para obtener esa ventaja y desarrollar la marca a lo largo de los años. / Currently, people are starting to change their lifestyle, choosing the ‘Healthy lifestyle’ trend. It leads to many different options, such as the increase in the consumption of herbal teas or infusions. If we take a look at a study made in 2019 by Euromonitor, which is a market research company, they stated that the current market worth is 134.8 million dollars, this is where our product, infusions, are categorized. It reveals that there is a lot of business opportunity in the mentioned market. And taking into account that Peru is a very biodiverse country with plenty of medicinal herbs, this should be an even greater business opportunity. Hence, we are proposing a business idea called “Té Hana” dedicated to producing 100% natural Peruvian handmade medicinal infusions, just as Muña, Matico, and so on. We are committed to a high standard product that is beneficial to the wellness of the consumer. This project has as its main objective to develop a profitable business model and, thinking forwards to the future, be able to get to the top of mind of our main consumers with a high level of competitiveness in a very diverse market. El presente proyecto “Freya Perú” fue diseñado a partir de la necesidad que tiene el público femenino respecto al cuidado de su cabello y el daño que ocasionan los shampoos líquidos con una formulación a base de químicos, sulfatos y tensioactivos dañinos para el cuero cabelludo. A partir de esta necesidad se formula la presente idea de negocio, un shampoo en barra a base de insumos peruanos y naturales; elaborados de manera artesanal, que busca cuidar, y proteger la belleza de las mujeres peruanas.   La finalidad de esta tesis es desarrollar un modelo de negocio innovador que permita contribuir de manera sostenible a la sociedad, de tal manera que se pueda hacer frente a los competidores potenciales del mercado peruano; a través, de diferentes estrategias enfocadas en optimizar nuestros procesos logrando posicionar a la empresa, así como aumentar su participación de mercado y captar clientes de manera efectiva. De tal manera, se han desarrollado los siguientes planes: Estratégico, Operativo, Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Responsabilidad Social, Plan Financiero y de Financiamiento. Para desarrollar y mantener este emprendimiento se necesita de una inversión inicial de S/. 57,167.71; no obstante, según las proyecciones financieras este proyecto genera valor para los inversionistas logrando un VAN de S/. 37,239.59, con flujos de caja libre descontados en el primer año de - S/. 14,823.19, S/. 13,920.62, S/. 15,457.26 para el segundo y tercer año, finalmente se logra obtener S/. 24,609 y S/. 37,757.39 para el cuarto y quinto año. / This project, named “Freya Peru”, was designed based on the necessity to repair the damage caused by liquid shampoos. More specifically, those with chemical formulation, sulfates and surfactants which are harmful to the scalp. It is this need that is the basis of this business idea. A Shampoo Bar based on natural Peruvian inputs whose formula is handcrafted, which seeks to take care of and protect the beauty of Peruvian women.     The purpose of this thesis is to develop an innovative business model that will make a sustainable contribution to society, in such a way that potential competitors in the Peruvian Market can be faced. We will do as much through different strategies focused on optimizing our processes, managing company position in the marketplace, as well as increasing market share by attracting customers effectively. In this way, the following plans have been developed: Strategic, Operational, Marketing, Human Resources, Social Responsibility, Financial and Financing Plan.   To develop and maintain this entrepreneurship, needs an initial investment of S/. 57,167.71; however, according to the financial projections, this project generates value for investors by achieving an NPV of S/. 37,239.59, with free cash flows discounted in the first year of - S/. 14,823.19, S/. 13,920.62, S/. 15,457.26 for the second and third years, it finally achieves S/. 24,609 and S/. 37,757.39 for the fourth and fifth years. / Trabajo de investigación

Este trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de un plan de negocio de jabones artesanales con propiedades naturales y de gemoterapia teniendo como prioridad satisfacer las necesidades de nuestro público objetivo. Con el objetivo de elaborar un producto de alta calidad, se contó con la colaboración por medio de entrevistas de expertos que nos permitieron implementar diversas mejoras en la adquisición de los insumos correctos y los procedimientos adecuados. En primer lugar, para la elaboración del proyecto se desarrolló una segmentación que nos permitió determinar de manera efectiva nuestro público objetivo. Posteriormente por medio de los diversos experimentos que se desarrollaron se pudo conocer las características que eran apreciadas por los consumidores de nuestro producto, además se estableció el precio de venta por medio del concierge. En segundo lugar, se evaluaron los diversos factores tanto internos como externos que pueden afectar de manera indirecta o directa a nuestra empresa incluyendo la coyuntura relacionada con el COVID-19, elaborando de esta manera estrategias aplicables para el entorno cambiante actual y futuro. Finalmente, se elaboraron presupuestos en las diversas áreas implicadas en los procesos de la empresa como marketing, responsabilidad social empresarial, operaciones, recursos humanos entre otros tanto a corto como largo plazo, permitiéndonos de esta manera evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto. / This assignment consists in the development of a business plan for handmade soaps with natural properties and gem therapy having as a priority to satisfy the needs of our target public. With the objective of elaborating a high-quality product, we had the collaboration through interviews with experts that allowed us to implement several improvements in the acquisition of the correct inputs and the adequate procedures. First, for the elaboration of the project, a segmentation was developed that allowed us to effectively determine our target audience. Later, through the various experiments that were developed, we were able to know the characteristics that were appreciated by the consumers of our product, in addition to establishing the sales price through the concierge. Secondly, we evaluated the various internal and external factors that may indirectly or directly affect our company including the situation related to the COVID-19, thus developing applicable strategies for the current and future changing environment. Finally, budgets were prepared in the various areas involved in the company's processes such as marketing, corporate social responsibility, operations, human resources among others both in the short and long term, thus allowing us to assess the viability of the project. / Trabajo de investigación

El presente trabajo de investigación evalúa la viabilidad de ejecutar un modelo de negocio basado en la oferta de cremoladas saludables, con pulpa de fruta, 50% menos azúcar y elaboradas con agua osmotizada en Lima Metropolitana. El proyecto de negocio denominado Frutti787 nace con el objetivo de satisfacer una creciente demanda de productos saludables, es decir, es un postre frío para todas aquellas personas que desean o llevan un estilo de vida y alimentación saludable pero que también buscan que el producto sea de buen sabor. Con el fin de confirmar la viabilidad del negocio se llevaron a cabo diversos experimentos para validar el concepto del proyecto, acompañado de diversas entrevistas a especialistas en el rubro y personas dentro del rubro de clientes potenciales. Asimismo, se creó un plan estratégico para diversas áreas claves de la empresa en donde se expone el análisis, acciones programadas por periodos y estrategias que aseguren el crecimiento constante del negocio. A continuación, se expondrá todo el análisis realizado durante meses para asegurar que la idea de negocio al ser ejecutada a cabalidad con toda la inversión que amerita sea un negocio viable, escalable y que asegure la rentabilidad para sus inversionistas. / This research work assesses the viability of executing a business model based one the supply of healthy cremoladas, with fruit pulp, 50% less sugar and made with osmotic water in Lima Metropolitana. The business project called Frutti787 was created with the objective of satisfying a growing demand for healthy products, which means that it is a cold dessert for all those who want or lead a healthy lifestyle and diet but who also want the producto to be of good taste. In order to confirm the viability of the business, some experiments were carried out to validate the project concept, accompanied by interviews with specialists in the industry and people who could be potential customers. Likewise, a strategic plan was created for some key areas of the company where the analysis, actions scheduled for periods and strategies that ensure the constant growth of the business are exposed. La presente investigación da a conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto con jabones solares en base a productos naturales como el arroz y avena de la empresa SunBlock, esto se ha demostrado con estudios realizados en Lima Metropolitana con ciudadanos de los niveles socioeconómicos A y B, que tenga un poder adquisitivo y a la vez que estudien y mantengan un conocimiento. Es así que, la exploración de la validación de nuestro proyecto confirmo que existe gran potencial de demanda dentro de nuestro público objetivo que busca adquirir de un producto de calidad y que cuide de la misma manera su piel. Con el propósito que el proyecto se realice a inicios del año 2022, se ha considerado la composición de factores relevantes en la investigación del proyecto. Además, para lograr tener una mejor planificación del proyecto, se desarrolló la estructura de la empresa, dividida en la siguiente forma, para entender nuestra rentabilidad del proyecto: Plan de Marketing, Plan Financiero, Plan de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, Plan de Recursos Humanos y Plan de Operaciones. Dentro de cada uno de ellos se contemplan las estrategias, actividades y recursos necesarios para que este proyecto sea viable cuando inicie sus operaciones. / The present research reveals the profitability of the project with solar soaps based on natural products such as rice and oats from the SunBlock company, this has been demonstrated with studies carried out in Metropolitan Lima with citizens of socioeconomic levels A and B, which have a purchasing power and at the same time that they study and maintain knowledge. Thus, the exploration of the validation of our project confirmed that there is great demand potential within our target audience that seeks to acquire a quality product and that takes care of their skin in the same way. In order for the project to be carried out in early 2022, the composition of relevant factors has been considered in the project's research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the project Knitting House using art and architectural theories to question the forms of the project as well as the town planning in the area of Husby, a suburb to Stockholm. In order to stress the architectural issues in the area of Husby, the thesis examines the aim and intention of the project Knitting House. The project explores the standardized architectural form that was used and built under the Miljonprogrammet, through the years of 1960-1970 in the neighborhoods of Järvafältet. The thesis will also investigate some of the problems that arise when attempting to discuss knitting as a method used to perform Knitting House.  This paper explores the relationships between public and private spaces, the areas in between them and how they interact. The claim made throughout the thesis is that Knitting House can function as a political catalyst by presenting a combined perspective of art, architecture and politics to address the social and ethnic segregation in suburbs like Husby.

This study relates the experiences with the production of recycled handmade paper directed at the teaching in Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte UFRN, and through workshops of carnauba recycled handcrafts papers as a pioneer activity accomplished at the Felix Rodrigues Foundation, in the city of Pend?ncias, A?u Valley, Rio Grande do Norte. A bibliographic review was done about the history of handmade paper and a discussion about carnauba?s paper artistic possibilities in art-education. Analyses within the context of art teaching, accordingly to Ana Mae Barbosa?s triangle propose and, also, Buoro, Ostrower and Nachmanovitch?s pedagogy of art. It deals with a group of artisans in order to establish the nature of their relationship and the possibilities of achieving more ecological awareness. The handmade production of milk derived configures different territories in the local, regional and global geographical scales. That autonomous initiative expresses the farmer's obstinacy found by the territoriality and identity in the search of his social reproduction. It leans on the combination with other activities as agriculture, commercialization net and consuming market that demands the referred products that keep the symbolic relations to the territories based in the tradition and in the cultural habits of the groups. It is used raw material produced exclusively in the rural establishment and/or acquired with neighbors, friends and relatives. It uses family workforce and in agreement with the processed volume, it absorbs temporary workers. The handmade cheese constitutes an objective of persecutions moved by the formal market and by the institutional net due to the illegality and of the non execution of the legislation in vigor. The incompatibility of the legislation and the forbearing character to the handmade section is visible, once that the model was incorporated in Brazil in the decade of 1950 in agreement to the demands of the United States market and addressed to the great production, disrespecting the handmade production. The strategy of the production of handmade cheeses orientates this thesis and it is enunciated as general objective of the present study: to watch the configuration of SIAL handmade cheese maker of Sergipe, its contribution for the different actors' social reproduction, the circulation of local/territorial capital and their reflexes in the social/cultural/economical of the appropriate space conformed in territory. To unmask that alternative in the rural space is based in the cultural approach of the geography through the analyses of the categories territory, territoriality, identity and nets, interlaced by the ruled discussions in the local productive systems, configured in the concentration of small industries of cheese in Sergipe semi-arid of São Francisco, target of the research. The analyses of that strategy were addressed for beyond the mercantile dimensions, linking to the inherent social and cultural dimensions in/the activity. Like this, there is the possibility to understand the appropriate space transformed in cheese territory that is heterogeneous and multiple, differently of many of the territories listed in the research in the regional and global scales. The reading of the different territories will allow to understand the paradigm of GI - Geographical Indications servant in the countries of Europe and defended by the actors and the institutional net that supports the handmade production in Latin America. Differently of the experiences listed in the regional scale, in Sergipe, after ten years, it was not identified progresses in relation to the elaboration of normative, addressed to that section, lasting long the informality. The mismatch of the politics for the handmade ambit in that State evidences a disconnection among the actions fomented by the institutional net in the territories for handmade cheese in the regional and global scales when there are advanced researches motivated by the symmetrical with intentions to the qualification of the products in an articulate way respecting the local knowing-doing. / A produção artesanal de derivados do leite configura distintos territórios nas escalas geográficas local, regional e global. Essa iniciativa autônoma expressa a obstinação do agricultor alicerçado pela territorialidade e identidade na busca da sua reprodução social. Apoia-se na combinação com outras atividades como a agricultura, a rede de comercialização e o mercado consumidor que demanda os referidos produtos que resguardam relações simbólicas nos territórios, fundamentadas na tradição e nos hábitos culturais dos grupos. Utiliza matéria-prima produzida exclusivamente no seu estabelecimento rural e/ou adquire com vizinhos, parentes e outros. Emprega mão de obra familiar e de acordo com o volume processado, absorve trabalhadores temporários e permanentes. O queijo artesanal constitui alvo de perseguições movidas pelo mercado formal e pela rede institucional em decorrência da ilegalidade e do não cumprimento da legislação em vigor. A incompatibilidade da legislação e o caráter impeditivo para com o setor artesanal é visível, uma vez que esse modelo foi incorporado pelo Brasil na década de 1950 em acordo com as exigências do mercado dos Estados Unidos e direcionada à grande produção, desconsiderando a produção artesanal. A estratégia da produção de queijos artesanais norteia esta tese e enuncia-se como objetivo geral do presente estudo: desvelar a configuração do SIAL queijeiro artesanal sergipano, sua contribuição para a reprodução social de diferentes atores, a circulação de capital local/territorial e os seus reflexos no tecido social/cultural/econômico do espaço apropriado conformado em território. Desvendar essa alternativa no espaço rural fundamentase na abordagem cultural da geografia por meio das análises da categoria território e dos conceitos da territorialidade, identidade e redes, entrelaçadas pelas discussões pautadas nos sistemas produtivos locais, configurados na concentração de fabriquetas de queijo no Sertão Sergipano do São Francisco. As análises dessa estratégia foram direcionadas para além das dimensões mercantis, vinculando às dimensões sociais e culturais inerentes na/a atividade. Desse modo, tem-se a possibilidade de entender o espaço apropriado, transformado em território queijeiro que é heterogêneo e múltiplo, diferentemente dos vários territórios elencados nesta pesquisa nas escalas regional e global. A leitura dos outros territórios permitirá entender o paradigma das IG- Indicações Geográficas criado nos países da Europa e defendidas pelos atores e a rede institucional que apóia a produção artesanal na América Latina. Dessemelhante das experiências elencadas na escala regional, em Sergipe, após dez anos, não se identificaram avanços com relação à elaboração de normativas direcionadas a esse setor, perdurando informalidade. O descompasso das políticas para o âmbito artesanal neste Estado evidencia uma desconexão com as ações fomentadas pela rede institucional nos territórios queijeiros artesanais nas escalas regional e global quando avançam pesquisas motivadas pelas relações simétricas com vistas à qualificação dos produtos, de forma articulada, respeitando o saber-fazer local.

El siguiente proyecto de investigación se basa en la introducción de productos ecológicos y orgánicos, hechos de manera artesanal al mercado peruano, partiendo de las propiedades naturales para así lograr obtener una cartera de productos para el cuidado de la piel.  Sin embargo, a este proyecto se le adiciona un valor agregado, y es relacionarlo con la enseñanza de transición del uso de cosmetología tradicional hacia la cosmetología natural, es decir, no solo se brinda un producto al usuario, sino que se le enseña a cómo mantener una rutina de cuidado personal a base de productos de insumos naturales y un estilo de vida ecológico.  Así mismo, se tiene en cuenta que el actual mercado peruano ha ido en constante crecimiento a pesar de la actual situación en la que se encuentra atravesando el país como también la competencia directa e indirecta en el rubro de negocio. Es por ello que, se procederá a detallar el análisis, estrategias ejecutadas y la respuesta del mercado al lanzamiento, introducción y crecimiento de los productos de skincare a base de insumos naturales, con el objetivo de lograr una máxima rentabilidad para el negocio y un óptimo servicio para los consumidores. / The following research project is based on the introduction of ecological and organic products, made in a traditional way to the Peruvian market, starting from natural properties in order to achieve a portfolio of skin care products. However, an added value is added to this project, and is to relate it to the teaching of transition from the use of traditional cosmetology to natural cosmetology, that is, not only is a product provided to the user, but it is taught how maintain a personal care routine based on natural input products and an ecological lifestyle.
