Edukační program zaměřený na základy správné výživy u dětí v mateřské škole / Educational program focused on the basics of proper nutrition of children in kindergarten

The thesis is focused on the topic of healthy lifestyle of preschool-age children with the support of educational facilities in which the child is. For this reason are, in the theoretical part, introduced the concepts of health and its determinants, the ontogenesis of the children and adolescent, individual areas of healthy lifestyle and support of these areas at preschool children. The following part is dedicated to the Czech educational system and part of its curriculum focused on the health of the pupil, which is taught at kindergartens. The text is complemented by researches connected with the foreign efforts of implementation of the program of the healthy lifestyle promotion program to the facilities of preschool education. The term "inclusion in education" is also mentioned. In the practical part is the introduction of the suggested educational program focused on the basics of proper nutrition of children in kindergarten and its evaluation.

Možnosti uplatnění všeobecné sestry v rámci prevence nádorových onemocnění / Alternatives of nurse's applications within prophylaxis of neoplastics diseases.

Neoplastic diseases are considered as one of the most frequented reasons of death among the world population. A prophylaxis of these diseases should be a part of life of each one human. A theoretical part of this work deals with classification of particular types of prevention in the way of how to divide the prevention into primary, secondary, thertiary and quarteriary prevention. An empiric part of the work addresses two aims: To find how the Czech population is informed about the prevention of cancer diseases and to research how nurses advise their patients on the prophylaxis of those diseases. There was used a combination of a qualitative and a quantitative survey for the dissertation. The quantitative form of survey was based on an inquiry of sample of Czech Republic's population. This surge was aimed for finding out the knowledge about a prevention of cancer diseases among this population. There, in this part of th survey, was used an originally created questionnaire. The qualitative survey aimed for founding out how nurses provide the information about a prophylaxis of neoplastic diseases. Results of this inquiry have displayed that the majority of nurses strive to provide their patients with the complex information, either on their own or in the collaboration with a physician. Next, there was proved that nurses consider the most important form of a patient's education is a verbal communication with the patient; under the terms of this kind of education is the patient provided by appropriate information. Results of the inquiry display among others that the public awareness of a neoplastic-diseases' prevention is relatively high, nonetheless, there is still a space for an improvement in this way. A contribution of this work is characterized through its output an article. The article involves a summary of knowledge which has been gained using survey of this work. These pieces of knowledge could get contributive for work of nurses, nursing and paramedical staff as well as for student of nurse schools.

Health, as well as education and housing, are fundamental rights enshrined in the promulgation of the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, when it moved to live in a period in which the representation of health and healthy living shifted from strictly personal responsibility, to the State and collective, because the status of a fundamental right guaranteed and supported by the State. Thus, the guarantee demanded by that attitudes were taken so that the State could fulfill the commitment they made. Signed on the above, we developed the present study whose theme georeferencing and analysis of leisure facilities in the city of Faxinal do Soturno-RS, highlighting the impacts that these spaces can produce in the quality of life of the population. The study was a literature research and an application of GIS to identified places of entertainment available for the population of Faxinal do Soturno city. Mapping was done and was possible identify 12 locations where people gather to practice physical exercise and leisure. The study revealed that the municipal entity has offered some options, such as the bike path and that, however, these sites need to be better utilized and inserted as important resources for carrying out activities that provide improved quality of life for the population. / A saúde, assim como a educação e a moradia, são direitos fundamentais consagrados com a promulgação da Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, quando se passou a viver um período em que a representação sobre a saúde e a vida saudável deslocou-se da responsabilidade estritamente pessoal, para o âmbito estatal e coletivo, por conta do status de direito fundamental amparado e garantido pelo Estado. Dessa forma, a garantia exigiu que fossem tomadas atitudes de forma que o Estado pudesse cumprir com o compromisso firmado. Firmado no exposto, desenvolveu-se a presente estudo que tem por tema o georreferenciamento e a análise dos espaços de lazer no município de Faxinal do Soturno-RS, destacando-se os impactos que esses espaços podem produzir na qualidade de vida da população. O estudo foi realizado com uma pesquisa bibliográfica e a aplicação do geoprocessamento para identificara os locais de lazer disponíveis para a população de Faxinal do Soturno. A realização do mapeamento possibilitou identificar 12 locais onde a população se reúne para praticas de exercícios físicos e lazer. O estudo revelou que o ente público municipal tem oferecido algumas opções, como é o caso da ciclovia e que, entretanto, esses locais precisam ser mais bem aproveitados e inserido como recursos importantes para a realização de atividades que proporcionem melhor qualidade de vida à população.

Skolsköterskors erfarenheter av samarbete med lärare : En kvalitativ intervjustudie / The school nurses' experiences of collaboration with teachers : A qualitative interview study

Bakgrund: Skolan är en viktig plattform i arbetet med folkhälsa och ska utgå från ett salutogent perspektiv. Det är under skolåren som elevers hälsovanor grundläggs. Skolsköterskor upplever ibland sin profession som osynlig eftersom lärarna kan vara negativt inställda till det hälsofrämjande elevarbetet. Genom det tvärprofessionella samarbetet mellan skolsköterska och lärare främjas elevers hälsa. Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka skolsköterskors erfarenheter av samarbete med lärarna i det hälsofrämjande och hälsoförebyggande elevarbetet. Metod: En kvalitativ metod med induktiv ansats har använts. Datainsamlingen har genomförts med semi-strukturerade intervjuer och femton skolsköterskor inom Västra Götaland, Sverige, har deltagit i studien. Som analysmetod till datamaterialet har kvalitativ innehållsanalys använts. Resultat: Resultatet visade att rektors inställning till det hälsofrämjande arbetet var av betydelse för hur samarbetet fungerade på skolan. Skolsköterskan och lärarna behövde ha förståelse för varandras förutsättningar eftersom de utgick från olika kompetensområden. Det var av essentiell vikt att kunna ge och ta i relationen och bjuda in till varandras världar för att uppnå ett bra samarbete. Slutsats: Att samarbeta med lärare är en stor del av skolsköterskans dagliga arbete. Den viktigaste förutsättningen för att främja ett samarbete med lärarna är hur rektor organiserar sin verksamhet till allas bästa. Överlag är skolsköterskorna nöjda med samarbetet med lärarna men att det alltid kan utvecklas till det bättre. / Background: The school is an important place when it comes to public health and must be centered around a salutogenic approach. The health habits of the students' are founded during their early school years. Sometimes, the school nurses feel their profession goes unnoticed, on account of that the teachers, sometimes, have a negative attitude to the health-promotion work. The health of the students will be encouraged through an interdisciplinary collaboration between school nurses and teachers. Aim: The aim of this study was to examine school nurses' experiences of collaboration with teachers regarding the health promotion and health prevention work for the students. Method: A qualitative method with an inductive approach has been used. The data collected was analyzed through a qualitative content analysis. Semi-structured interviews were performed with fifteen school nurses in the district of Västra Götaland, Sweden, participated in the study. Results: The study showed that the attitude which the principal of the school had towards the health promotion work, had a big impact on the collaboration. The school nurse and the teachers had to have an understanding for each other's different professions. To achieve a good collaboration, it was essential for the school nurse and teachers to be able to give and take in their relation. Conclusion: Collaborating with teachers is a major part of the school nurses' daily work. The most important thing for establishing a good collaboration between the school nurse and teachers depends on how well the principal has organized his school to be suitable for every different profession. Overall, the school nurses are satisfied with the collaboration with the teachers but pointed out it can always develop further and get even better.

The Diploma thesis focusing on the topic "School and community health promotion projects" with a focused on primary schools on the Pilsen region. The main aim of the study is to get a grasp of the offer of health promotion projects on primary schools. Furthermore, to find out the attitude of principals to these projects, what motivates them to participate in and how primary schools are supported in this area. A partial goal of this thesis is to create an overview of the offered projects which should help the principals of primary schools with the selection of the convenient one. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the specialized literature, the information available on the official websites of each project, legislation and strategic documents related to primary schools which were valid at the time of creating this Diploma thesis. It deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the issue of health and health promotion and also presents individual projects promoting health. The practical part is drawn up on the basis of interviews with the principals of the selected primary schools. These interviews are the analyzed using open coding and thereafter interpreted. „Thank you for not smoking“ - Zur Gouvernementalität des Rauchens

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Versuch unternommen, den Foucaultschen Gouvernementalitätsansatz für Analytiken im Feld der Medienpädagogik aufzuschließen. Im Fokus der Darstellung steht dabei der Bereich der Raucherprävention. In einem einführenden Teil wird das Konzept der Gouvernementalität innerhalb der Werkgeschichte Foucaults platziert und systematisch entfaltet. Hieran schließt sich eine Zuspitzung auf die gegenwärtigen neoliberalen Verhältnisse und die im Gesundheitsbereich etablierten Rationalitäten an. Dass die Geschichte des Rauchens eine genealogische Dimension der stetig voranschreitenden Problematisierung aufweist, wird entlang der Frage nach repressiven Machtmechanismen um das Rauchen deutlich gemacht. Mit den so im Verlauf der Darstellung entwickelten Werkzeugen werden abschließend zwei an Jugendliche gerichtete Raucherpräventionsschriften der Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung systematisch in den Blick genommen, um so die Macht der medialen Inszenierung als Melange von Wahrheit, Subjektivierung und Selbstführung aufzuzeigen. / In the present work a try is made to make the governmentality of Foucault accessible for analytics in the area of media education. The centre of attention is the (juvenile) smoking prevention. In an introducing part the concept of governmentality is placed and systematically envolved in accordance with the history of Foucaults work. An aggravation of the contemporary neoliberal conditions and the rationalities established in the health-care sector follows. That the 'history of smoking' features a genealogical dimension of the continously proceeding problematization reveals alongside the question of repressive mechanisms of power about smoking. With the tools developed during the process of this presentation it is conclusively expected to systematically take two smoking prevention documents of the Federal Centre for Health Education into account to illustrate the power of the medial staging as a melange of truth, subjectivization and self-leadership.

This specific study entitled: "Health Promotion Projects as part of Education'', consists of a theoretical part containing the voices of various authors on the issue of health promotion in schools. Firstly, the basic concepts that are contained in the body of my work were explained and thanks to this, the reader will be better acquainted with these. In the following chapter I described characteristics of health promotion projects and gave several examples. The principles of health promotion in schools was also dealt with because they are closely related to the topic. Since my primary focus was on how projects in schools are actually implemented, I covered this in a subsequent chapter by giving concrete examples of projects that have already been implemented in schools. It was also important to mention the implementation process of health education into the primary school curriculum and thus I finished the theoretical part of the work and followed it up with a practical part. I used interviews as a research method and these were conducted at primary schools where one of the health promotion projects had been implemented in the past. [pt] A presente tese tem como tema uma investigação sobre a participação da agressividade e da cultura nos processos de subjetivação e do tornar-se pessoa. Em um primeiro momento buscou-se estabelecer a distinção entre agressividade e violência no contexto da cultura, da teoria psicanalítica e na obra D.W. Winnicott. Em seguida efetuou-se um estudo sobre a teoria winnicottiana da agressividade que procurou compreender a sua evolução situando-a em relação à três contextos teóricos distintos: o inicial, o da teoria do desenvolvimento emocional e o dos objetos e fenômenos transicionais. Por fim, a partir do trabalho realizado pela ONG - Casa da Árvore, e dos conceitos de provisão ambiental, falha ambiental e tendência anti-social, elaborou-se uma reflexão sobre as manifestações agressivas e destrutivas, no âmbito de um dispositivo terapêutico que promove o atendimento coletivo de crianças de 6 a 12 anos, na comunidade do Morro do Chapéu Mangueira, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Defende-se a tese de que a promoção de uma política de atenção à infância resulta em um trabalho efetivo de prevenção em saúde mental, principalmente, no tocante à prevenção da violência, da delinqüência, dos distúrbios de conduta de caráter compulsivo e das doenças psicóticas. / [en] The present thesis has as subject an inquiry on the participation of the aggressiveness and the culture in the processes of becoming a person. At a first moment was established the distinction between aggressiveness and violence in the context of the culture, the psychoanalysis theory and also considering the work of D.W. Winnicott. After that a study was done on the Winnicott´s theory of the aggressiveness that tries to understand its evolution pointing it out in relation to the three theoretical contexts: the initial context, the context of the emotional development theory and the context of the transicional objects and phenomena. Finally, from the experience of the non-governmental organization - Casa da Árvore - , and from the concepts of environmental provision and fails and of antisocial tendency, a reflection was elaborated on the manifestations of aggressiveness development disturbs, in the scope of a therapeutic device that promotes the collective assistance to children from 6 to 12 years old, in the community of the Morro do Chapéu Mangueira, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. We support that the promotion of politics of attention to childhood results in an extraordinary mental health prevention, mainly in regards to the prevention of the anti-social behavior and of the psychotic illnesses.

Understanding that this is a notion, recently created by the work of a French psychoanalyst in a neonatal resuscitation unity, and that others contemporary psychoanalysis authors also use this notion to describe divergent clinical phenomena, this study seeks to map the possible uses of this psychoanalytic notion considering the contexts where it can be applied, the public to whom it is intended, and what clinical phenomena the Mental Resuscitation notion is able to name. It was found through semi-open interviews with three child psychoanalysts, that the Mental Resuscitation notion can be used to describe the results of psychoanalytical intervention in cases of premature babies under intensive care, term infants under intensive care, babies with autistic symptoms, babies with phobic symptoms, handicapped babies and/or children, and in cases of non-decided child psychosis. It was also observed that the Mental Resuscitation notion can be used to designate psychoanalytical work with parents and the multiprofessional team responsible for taking care of the baby and/or child in a situation of organic or mental vulnerability, either at a clinical or a hospital context / Esta pesquisa almeja investigar os usos da noção de Reanimação Psíquica na psicanálise com crianças. Entendendo que esta é uma noção recentemente criada a partir do trabalho de uma psicanalista francesa em uma unidade de reanimação neonatal, e que outros autores da psicanálise contemporânea também fazem uso desta noção para descrever fenômenos clínicos divergentes, este estudo visa cartografar os possíveis usos desta noção psicanalítica considerando os contextos onde pode ser aplicada, além do público ao qual se destina e os fenômenos clínicos os quais a noção de Reanimação Psíquica é capaz de nomear. Foi constatado através de entrevistas semi-abertas com três psicanalistas do campo da infância que a noção de reanimação psíquica pode ser usada para descrever os resultados da intervenção psicanalítica em casos de bebês prematuros sob cuidados intensivos, bebês nascidos a termo sob cuidados intensivos, bebês com sintomas autísticos, bebês com sintomas fóbicos, em bebês e/ou crianças deficientes e em casos de psicose não-decidida na infância. Foi observado que a noção de reanimação psíquica também pode ser utilizada para designar o trabalho psicanalítico realizado junto aos pais e a equipe multiprofissional responsável pelos cuidados do bebê e/ou criança em situação de vulnerabilidade orgânica e psíquica, seja no contexto clínico ou hospitalar

This diploma thesis focuses on the topic: "Influence of Exercise Intervention on Selected Physiological Parameters of Patients with DM Type 2." In the theoretical part, the main concepts are characterized - physical activity and inactivity, prevention, health, and civilisation diseases. From the civilization diseases, the issue of diabetes mellitus type 2 is substantially developed. In the practical part, the effect of physical activity, particularly walking 3 times a week for 60 min with low to medium loads, on selected anthropometric, biochemical, and physiological parameters is described in detail. The thesis compares an experimental group of 10 women and 10 men in the age of 45-60 years with a control group of 10 women and 10 men of the same age. The experiment was designed to be performed for three months from 09/2015 to 11/2015 and at the end the initial and final data on weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, glycaemia on an empty stomach, postprandial glycaemia, and glycated haemoglobin were compared.
