Discussions started on how to handle liquidity problems crises in credit institutions and investment with the financial in 2008 as a research background. This led to the establishment of a new legislation regarding the current managing of liquidity risks which involves major changes in organizations. The changes will address the problems on how a successful implementation work could be completed and what is required of the organizations. Good communication is essential in order to have a successful changing process when everything an organization undergoes requires clear and ongoing communication. The purpose of this paper was to examine if Organization X application communications to the same extent as a deployment model shows. Organization X was the company we chose to investigate as they are one of many banks that are facing the upcoming change. Communication Concepts such as understanding, dialogue, discussion, open mindness, transparency and participation, have been key words during our work. These concepts are interconnected and to achieve the best results during a change the organizations require taking these concepts into consideration. All concepts are equally important regardless of where in the process the organization finds itself, however, they can mean different things.

The purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis is to describe and analyze the implementation of Facebook in a public library. A case study consisting of qualitative interviews and studies of documents containing goals for the library has been conducted at a public library going through the process of implementing Facebook in their operations. The theoretical framework for this study consists of Everett M. Rogers’s stages of the innovation-decision process and his characteristics of innovations as perceived by individuals. Results of this study show that communication with users and the achievement of existing goals are the informants’ main reasons for implementing Facebook. The process of implementing Facebook in the library is short and simple. The process is seen as dynamic, where a plan of actions is written that can and will be revised as the situation changes. The informants are generally very positive in regards to using Facebook in their library’s operations. They do not see any immediate problems with doing so.

Brottsförebyggande och trygghetsskapande arbete har blivit ett mer omtalat ämne den senaste tiden. På politisk nivå har det diskuterats hur detta arbete kan bedrivas på kommunal nivå för att effektivisera arbetet. Kommunerna runtom i landet står inför en stor omställning i sina organisationer kring brottsförebyggande och trygghetsskapande arbete då en ny lag träder i kraft den i juli 2023. Lagförändringen innebär att ansvaret för detta arbete åläggs varje enskild kommun att ansvara för ett samarbete med kommunpolisen. Denna studie riktar sig till Kalmar kommun för att undersöka hur de arbetar utifrån samverkan, trygghetsmätningar, kompetensutveckling och hur de förbereder sig för den nya lagförändringen. Studien är av en kvalitativ ansats av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Dessa intervjuer har kombinerats med dokumentanalys och en deltagande observation med utgångspunkt från Kalmar kommuns lokala brottsförebyggande råd. / Kalmarprojektet

I september 2015 slöt världens ledare upp bakom ett ramverk och 17 globala mål för hållbar utveckling – FNs Agenda 2030 (A/RES/70/1, 2015) – med tillhörande finans- och klimatagenda.  Detta examensarbete undersöker hur Regeringskansliet arbetar för att implementera de nya globala målen för hållbarhet. Syftet med studien är i förlängningen att vara en hjälp i det fortsatta arbetet inom Regeringskansliet då potentiella barriärer i implementeringsmodellen identifieras och alternativa arbetssätt kan föreslås. Studien kan bidra till forskningen kring hållbarhetspolicys då den kombinerar implementeringsteori och ecological governance på ett sätt som efterfrågas i ecological governanceforskningen. Genom en kvalitativ studie undersöktes Regeringskansliets processer för implementering av Agenda 2030. Det framkom att Regeringskansliet till viss del har ändrat det traditionella sättet att genomföra implementering genom att låta finansdepartementet ha ett ansvar. Dock finns fortfarande en rad barriärer som, om de åtgärdades, skulle kunna förbättra implementering av Agenda 2030 och således vara fördelaktigt för att uppnå de globala målen och minska samhällets negativa miljöpåverkan. / In September 2015 world leaders agreed upon a framework and 17 global sustainable development goals – the UN’s 2030 Agenda  (A / RES / 70/1, 2015) – with its associated financial- and climate agenda. This thesis examines how the Government Offices of Sweden implements the new global goals for sustainability. The purpose of the study is ultimately to be a help in future implementation as potential barriers are identified and alternative approaches can be suggested. The study may contribute to the research on sustainability policies, as it combines theories of implementation and ecological governance in a way that is suggested in ecological governance. Through this qualitative study the Government Office’s process for the implementation of Agenda 2030 was examined. It emerges that the Government Offices, to some extent, has changed the traditional way of implementation by assigning the Treasury Department responsibility. However, there are still a number of barriers that, if they were addressed, could improve the implementation of Agenda 2030 and thus be beneficial for achieving the global targets and reducing society's negative environmental impact.

Sveriges riksdag har antagit 16 nationella miljökvalitetsmål. Miljömålsarbetet kan ses som en del av de insatser som krävs för att vi ska skapa en hållbar utveckling, vilken är en målsättning som ska genomsyra hela vårt samhälle. Myndigheter har tilldelats ansvaret för att de nationella miljömålen implementeras, men att målen nås är hela samhällets ansvar. I denna avhandling analyseras de kommunikativa villkoren i det svenska miljömålsarbetet. Studien bygger till stor del på erfarenheter som kommit till uttryck i de fokusgruppsintervjuer som genomförts med miljömålsansvariga tjänstemän på centrala, regionala samt kommunala myndigheter. Såväl politiska dokument som myndighetsrapportering har analyserats och satts i relation till tjänstemännens erfarenheter. Utifrån teorier om målstyrning, implementeringsprocesser och kommunikation i sociala system analyseras sedan kommunikativa barriärer och broar, hur de visar sig och kan förklaras. Avhandlingen visar att det finns kommunikationsbarriärer men också broar i miljömålsarbetet. När nya mål och beslut ska omsättas i etablerade organisationer uppstår kommunikationsbarriärer både inom myndigheter och i kommunikationen med andra aktörer i samhället. Att implementera beslut om ett nytt målstyrningssystem i en komplex omvärld med dess ekologiska såväl som sociala system är ingen friktionsfri process. Olika systemkoder som är i bruk kan förklara en del av problematiken, men även otydlighet i målsystem och bristande resurstilldelning. En utmaning inför framtiden blir att skapa information som ger resonans och skapar mening i olika sociala system och därigenom bidrar till möjligheterna att nå de nationella miljökvalitetsmålen. / In 1999, the Swedish Parliament introduced a new management by objectives (MBO) approach to sustainable development politics with the adoption of 15 national environmental quality objectives, ambitious objectives that are to be achieved within 20 years. Overall responsibility for implementing and evaluating the environmental objectives at the national level is assigned to central agencies but also for business and the public. This dissertation analyses the communicative conditions within the environmental objectives implementation process. The analysis in this study has a social system theoretical approach. The system with National Environmental Quality Objectives has both pros and cons. The National Environmental Quality Objectives has been difficult to communicate in established organisations as well as different sector agencies and departments. A challenge for the future is to adjust information and communication to a differentiated society on purpose to get resonance and understanding about the efforts needed to fulfil the National Environmental Objective’s achievement.
