Analýza individuálních vzdělávacích plánů žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami / Analysis of individual education plans by pupils with special educational needs

Žáková, Martina January 2014 (has links)
The subject of my diploma thesis is the issue of a student's educational plan processes with health handicap and their importance for a pedagogical practice but also for a parental public and students themselves. Theoretical chapters deal with the preparation planning and the implementation of the educational process with the application of an individual educational plan. In other words it tries to cover technique during the education of students with special demands and integrated students preferentially. This work mentions some principles during student's education according to an individual educational plans. These plans should be in agreement with legal rules for student's education in this sphere and respect some rules. These rules should lead to formation of truly optimal conditions for education and integration of these students. Practical part finds out the most common form and information character of the individual educational plan of integrated students in one school. Base of this determination are partial results from content analysis of tested group. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Time management manažerů malých podniků / Time management of managers of small businesses

ZEMANOVÁ, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate time management of managers of small businesses and to propose optimal use of their time. Specifically, the thesis focuses on time management of managers of small businesses in the sector of communications and information services. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical description of 10 techniques, which are considered to be helpful in pursuing more effective time management. The next part of the thesis is practical and it is focused on the aim of the thesis. Two methods of analysis were used for this purpose. Firstly, it was questionnaire survey focused on analysis of basic characteristics of selected file's time management. Based on that, I was able to prepare an approximate proposal for making time management of this sample more effective. In order to develop a recommendation that will be tested in practice, the effectiveness of this proposal was examined through a second research method and thus in-depth interviews. Two detailed individual interviews with each respondent were carried out. In the first one, the specific situation of each of the respondents was analysed and the universal plan was adapted according to their individual needs and proposed to them. Managers followed the plan for few weeks and then gave me feedback on its effectiveness through a second in-depth interview. The final recommendation is divided into 2 sub-sections. All steps in the plan are covered in detail. The proposal contains visual example of righty scheduled day.

Samordnad Individuell Plan : En systematisk litteraturöversikt

Frost, Linus, Ottisdotter, Linn January 2021 (has links)
Swedish agency for health technology assessment and assessment of social services (SBU) published a scientific study on a knowledge gap in coordinated planning for people with mental disabilities. The aim of our paper is to identify research relevant regarding coordinated individual plans (SIP) and individual plan (IP) for people with mental disabilities from both the patient's and professional perspectives and investigate the collaboration and knowledge of the professionals. Inclusion criteria was qualitive and quantitative studies with an aim to study coordinated individual plans for individuals with mental disabilities. Studies in English, Swedish and studies from Scandinavia were included. The searches were performed on the following databases: PubMed, APAPsycInfo, Academic search Elite, Cinahl Plus, MEDLINE, APA PsycArticles, APA PsycInfo, SocINDEX, Social Services Abstract, Swemed+, SwePub, Socialvetenskaplig tidsskrift.  Keywords for the searches were Samordnad individuell plan, Individual plan, Coordination, Mental disorders, Mental retard*, Mental disab*, Patient care management. Eight studies were included as reference material in our paper. A result of our studies of the publishing’s we found that Norway and Sweden have similar legislation for the SIP/IP process. Hence Sweden and Norway are included as subjects for study in this essay. Results was that professions within healthcare and social services both have a lack of knowledge of the SIP/IP process. Furthermore both countries act quite similar, however there is a difference in interpretation in different parts of the respective country in how the planning-process works. The most important results are that there is an extensive lack of knowledge in how the SIP/IP process works. Another result was that the SIP/IP process becomes personal. In Norway, it´s mandatory for a coordinator to be appointed, this is lacking in the Swedish legislation. Depending on which person becomes coordinator, the SIP/IP process is regarded differently and thus end sup different. The analysis showed that boundary spanners could work to enable good collaboration between organizations and thus simplify the SIP/IP process. At the same time, the SIP/IP process becomes vulnerable if the planning process is tied to one person. The analysis shows that a communication system, documentation template and a national approach could also facilitate a homogenous SIP/IP process.

Sökningarna genomfördes i PubMed, APAPsycInfo, Academic search Elite, Cinahl Plus, MEDLINE, APA PsycArticles, APA PsycInfo, SocINDEX, Social Services Abstract, Swemed+, SwePub, Socialvetenskaplig tidsskrift. Följande nyckelord inkluderas i sökningen: Samordnad individuell plan, Individual plan, Coordination, Mental disorders, Mental retard*, Mental disab*, Patient care managment. Totalt 8 artiklar inkluderades i uppsatsen.

Samordnad individuell plan : Ett implementeringsproblem? / Coordinated individual plan : An implementation problem?

Dahlén, Moa January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this study is to analyze and try to find out why the legislation of coordinatedindividual plan does not appear to be implemented as intended. This is studied with a focus onthe social services part of the coordination and with a focus on the parts of the social servicethat relate to addiction. This has been done by interviewing ten social workers from tendifferent municipalities. The theoretical framework consists of implementation theories.By using a qualitative content analysis on the material, eight different categories have beenidentified that also constitute the empirical part of the study. It shows that there is a differencebetween what and how much education the social workers have received and that it alsodiffers around the perception around whether they have sufficient knowledge. Most peopleexpress that the work with coordinated individual plan affects the workload but that it issomething that is prioritized either way and can make the work more efficient in the longerrun. All social workers are positively attuned to coordinated individual plans, but they stillfeel that improvements can be made. To explain the results of the study, it is discussed basedon different implementation theories.

Kristensson, Hampus, Perry, Elias January 2020 (has links)
The professionals active in the Swedish health and welfare system have in recent years become less holistic and more specialised in their professions. This has resulted in complications due to the complex nature of some cases they work on. The focus on expertise the individual professional possesses has a tendency to blind them of relevant aspects of the clients case outside their own field of expertise. Due to this there has been a noted tendency of clients” falling between the cracks” and not receiving the help they are entitled to. By performing a directed qualitative content analysis, the authors of this paper aim to investigate aspects of the interprofessional collaboration that either benefit or harm the work they do. To do this the authors of this paper analyse different evaluation reports made by Swedish municipalities and regions on their interprofessional collaborations through what is known as a coordinated individual plan, and compare these reports to previous research and also analyse these results with the aid of Domain theory. In this paper we discover that boundaries set up between professionals both benefit and harm the work that is done in Swedish welfare organisations. We also discover how the Swedish social works professional identity affect their relations with other organisations and professionals.

The presented thesis seeks to analyze, based on concrete reality, the unfolding of the Individual Plan of Care and the Hearing Focused in the family reintegration process of children and adolescents under the restraining order Institutional Host. Such working instruments emerged in the Brazilian context from Law 12,010/2009 aiming the temporariness of this restraining order. At first, literature review and documentary searches were carried out involving the topic and, later, field research was carried out from the collection of semi-structured interviews conducted with five social workers and two psychologists who worked in the Juvenile Division of the Regional Court of Judiciary from São Paulo State, in places located in small and medium-sized municipaly. Children and adolescents are welcomed by institutions since the times of the Colonial Brazil until the present day, the poverty is the central factor to motivate such reception, while the family was (and remains) handled as unable to take care of satisfactorily their children. After the promulgation of national and international laws, that aim the rights to familiar and communitarian familiarity, little progress has been made in concrete state actions capable of asserting this fundamental human right. In the meantime, the Individual Plan of Care was born as the basic instrument of the family reintegration of children and adolescents in the shortest possible time, but it, by itself, does not promote significant changes in the lives of impoverished families. Children, adolescents and families participation has been emphasized during the construction of the Individual Plan of Care, in order to break with tutelary actions and, in this sense, to be closer to the reality of Portugal by means of insertion into the Doctoral Program Sandwich abroad, which lasted four months. The Hearing Focused, in theory, seeks to promote the assurance system for children and adolescents rights in the territory, in order to promote shared decision about family reintegration. The contributions of the instruments reviewed here point out that the family, represented by the figure of the woman/mother, continues to be judged and punished by individual failure in context of fragility or lack of public policies. The superimposition of figures of power becomes clear, represented by jurists, in relation to the service network, to children, adolescents and the family. So, little progress has been made in achieving the reunification of children and adolescents. Institutional practices have shown that the Individual Plan of Care and the Hearing Focused need improvement, which includes continuing to make improvements in all social actors in the system of guarantee children and adolescents rights and, in particular, the allocation of financial resources for the various public policies implementation, especially social assistance policy in the municipal scope. / 88881.132927/2016-01

Its specific objectives are: to analyze the experience of juveniles undergoing socio-educational measures; to identify the life project created by juveniles from the experiences of undergoing socio-educational measures; to identify the life project created by juveniles from the experiences of undergoing socio-educational measures, and to identify in the Individual Plan of Attendance (PIA) the records about the life project of juveniles undergoing socio-educational measures. The theoretical framework of this work follows Vygotsky’s Cultural-Historical Theory, making use of the following theoretical categories: Experience, Sense and Life Project. This research was carried out at an institution which performs socio-educational measures in João Pessoa/PB, by way of individual interviews and a documentary research, concerning the records on the life project in the Individual Plan of Attendance. Ten juveniles were interviewed and five PIAs were analyzed. For data analysis, descriptive and thematic content analysis were conducted. The results have shown that the socio-educational measure is signified by the juveniles as a prison and marked by idleness, but contradictorily their speeches have also pointed towards the protective function, the opportunity of school reinsertion and of doing a professionalizing course. With regard to the analyzed PIAs, it was observed that they presented incomplete data, not enabling for the identification of the juveniles’ life project. It was noted that in socio-educational measures the sanctioning character is highlighted over pedagogical action.
