Diseño de una plataforma centralizada para la entrega de aplicaciones, utilizando las tecnologías de virtualización, la cual será utilizada por los usuarios de la sede central y sucursales de la Minera Laytaruma S.A.; esta plataforma se presentara a los usuarios como un portal web de uso amigable, desde la cual los usuarios podrán hacer uso sus las aplicaciones a las cuales se cuente con los permisos respectivos, indistinto del dispositivo y sistema operativo desde la cual se acceda. El diseño de la plataforma centralizada para la entrega de aplicaciones iniciará con el dimensionamiento de hardware y software necesario, el cual deberá soportar la carga de trabajo actual del uso de aplicaciones por toda la organización, solucionando la problemática actual del servicio no centralizado de entrega aplicaciones, reduciendo así el uso de horas hombre que el área de TI necesita para soportar este servicio. Además, se detallarán las configuraciones necesarias para lograr el acceso externo seguro a la plataforma de aplicaciones, el cual beneficiara directamente a los usuarios de las sucursales remotas, solucionando la problemática actual de acceso optimo a sus aplicaciones; por último, se mostrarán pruebas de manejo de las aplicaciones de negocio implementadas en un ambiente de pruebas con el fin de asegurar el éxito y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto. / The purpose of this project is to design a centralized platform for the delivering applications, using virtualization technologies, which will be used by the users of the headquarters and branches of Minera Laytaruma S.A .; this platform will be presented to users as a user-friendly web portal, from which users can make use of the applications to which they have the respective permissions, regardless of the device and operating system from which it is accessed. The design of the centralized platform for the delivery of applications will start with the sizing of hardware and software needed, which should support the current workload of the use of applications throughout the organization, solving the current problems of non-centralized service of delivering applications, thus minimizing a reduction in the use of man hours in the IT area to support this service. In addition, the necessary configurations to achieve secure external access to the platform will be detailed, which will directly benefit the users of the remote branches, solving the current problem of optimal access to their applications; Finally, there will be proof of management of the applications implemented in a test environment in order to ensure the success and fulfillment of the project's objectives. / Tesis

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo reducir la variabilidad en la productividad del proyecto vial “Mejoramiento de la transitabilidad vehicular y peatonal de la Av. Paul Poblet Lind desde el Jr. Comercio, Zona 1, hasta el puente Inca Moya, centro poblado de Cieneguilla - Distrito de Cieneguilla - Provincia de Lima - Región de Lima” aplicando una guía de implementación de herramientas y metodologías de Lean Construction, las cuales fueron, principalmente, la Gestión Visual y el Last Planner System (LPS). Para la implementación y aplicación de las herramientas de Lean Construction mencionadas anteriormente, la metodología de trabajo de la presente investigación incluye la elaboración de la guía propuesta, la misma que plantea un flujograma de planificación de trabajos en proyectos viales con enfoque Lean Construction con la finalidad de tener un mejor control del avance de actividades, empleo de recursos y producción, así como del cumplimiento de compromisos y metas durante la ejecución del proyecto. La guía propuesta se aplicó desde la semana 30 hasta la semana 36 del proyecto de estudio. Durante esta etapa, se realizaron semanalmente el Análisis de Restricciones, Porcentaje de Plan Completado (PPC), Causas de No Cumplimiento (CNC) y Porcentaje de Cumplimento de Restricciones (PCR). Estos indicadores, finalmente fueron relacionados con los resultados de las curvas de productividad de las partidas de control seleccionadas. Esto alineado a mejorar la productividad, logrando así que la productividad real acumulada de las partidas de control sea superior a la presupuestada, con lo cual el sistema productivo no presentó pérdidas. / The purpose of present thesis is to reduce the variability in the productivity of the road project “Mejoramiento de la transitabilidad vehicular y peatonal de la Av. Paul Poblet Lind desde el Jr. Comercio, Zona 1, hasta el puente Inca Moya, centro poblado de Cieneguilla - Distrito de Cieneguilla - Provincia de Lima - Región de Lima” applying an implementation guide of tools and methodologies of Lean Construction, which mainly were Visual Management and the Last Planner System (LPS). For the implementation and application of the Lean Construction tools previously referred, the work methodology of present research includes the elaboration of the proposed guide same that suggest a workflow of work planification in road projects focusing on Lean Construction in order to have a better control of the activities advance, use of resources and production, as well as to fulfill the commitments and goals during the execution of the project. The proposed guide was applied since the 30th. week until the 36th week of the study project. During this stage, the Restriction Analysis, Percentage of Plan Completed (PPC), Reasons for Non-Compliance (RNC) and Percentage of Constraint Removal (PCR) were weekly made. These indicators were finally related to the results of the productivity curves of the selected control items. All of this aligned to improve the productivity, achieving like this, that the real accumulated productivity of the control items, will be superior to the budget, demonstrating that no losses were obtained on the production system. / Tesis

La presente investigación busca determinar el efecto de la infraestructura de riego sobre la productividad de los agricultores peruanos. El análisis se divide en dos etapas, la primera consiste en estimar las formas funcionales Cobb-Douglas y Translog con el fin de capturar la productividad de la firma agricultora (PTF); posteriormente al contar con la información de las productividades se analizaron sus determinantes en relación a su significancia y efecto respecto a la PTF estimada. La investigación concluye que la tenencia de infraestructura de riego para canalizar el recurso hídrico en la actividad agrícola supone un aumento de productividad en el productor agrícola, así como el uso de información agroclimática y el análisis de agua también mejoran los rendimientos de la firma. / This research project aims to determine the effect of irrigation infrastructure on the productivity of Peruvian farmers. The analysis is divided into two parts. First, the Cobb-Douglas and Translog functional forms are applied to gather information about the productivity of the agricultural firm (TFP). Afterwards, their determinants are analyzed for their significance and effect on the estimated TFP. The results conclude that the use of irrigation infrastructure to channel water resources in agricultural activities increases the productivity of the agricultural producer and that the use of agro-climatic information and water analysis further improve the yields of the firm. / Trabajo de investigación

La Universidad Nacional del Perú en adelante UNADELP por ser una entidad pública conceptualiza, diseña, ejecuta y evalúa sus proyectos mediante el marco normativo del Invierte. Pe, desarrollado por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF). Para el desarrollo del caso de negocio del trabajo de investigación se ha utilizado la metodología del marco lógico y mediante el análisis del árbol de problemas, el árbol de objetivos y el análisis de alternativas, se determinó la rentabilidad social mediante el indicador costo efectividad utilizado por el MEF e identificó que los proyectos de infraestructura educativa ejecutadas por UNADELP, por intermedio de su Centro de Infraestructura Universitaria CIU bajo la modalidad de administración directa, muestra desfases en alcance, cronograma y costo lo que no permite cumplir con los objetivos de la organización que es de acceder a una mayor disponibilidad de espacios formativos en su proceso de aprendizaje. Por lo tanto, se realiza la siguiente investigación implementando la guía del PMBOK®, el acta de constitución del grupo de proceso de inicio y el grupo de procesos de planificación en las áreas de conocimiento de alcance, cronograma y costo y considerando que es una organización pública, se propone el uso de las herramientas de la EDT Y MAR/RAM de la metodología PM4R Además, se propone la implementación en los procesos de monitoreo y control el uso de herramientas y plantillas de las áreas de conocimiento de alcance, cronograma y costo, sugiriendo el uso de herramientas de cronograma ganado, valor ganado y la línea base de desempeño. / The National University of Peru hereinafter UNADELP, as a public entity, conceptualizes, designs, executes and evaluates its projects through the regulatory framework of Invest. Pe, developed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). For the development of the business case of the research work, the methodology of the logical framework has been used and through the problem tree analysis, the tree of objectives and the analysis of alternatives, we determine the social profitability through the cost effectiveness indicator used by the MEF and we identified that the educational infrastructure projects executed by UNADELP, through its CIU University Infrastructure Center under the direct administration modality, show gaps in scope, schedule and cost, which does not allow meeting the objectives of the organization that is to access a greater availability of training spaces in their learning process. La presente tesis es una propuesta del uso de modelo de nube Hibrida (Cloud Computing) como una solución eficaz e inteligente en los servidores del CRM presentes en cualquier Universidad Privada Peruana usando los modelos de servicios cloud PaaS, IaaS y SaaS. El objetivo de la presente investigación es realizar una propuesta de Diseño de Arquitectura en computación en la nube para la migración de los servidores que soportan el Sistema Dynamic CRM 2015; esto permitirá reducir los problemas que actualmente se posee en ineficiente de escalamiento de los recursos de computo, y transformarlo hacia una escalabilidad inteligente y autónoma de estos servidores. Si la situación se mantiene igual, en corto mediano plazo, dicho servidores presentarían problemas y afectarían sistemas críticos que pueden impactar gravemente la continuidad del negocio e incurrir a serias pérdidas económicas. / This thesis is a proposal for the use of a hybrid cloud model (Cloud Computing) as an efficient and intelligent solution in the CRM servers of the Universidad Peruvian using cloud service models PaaS, IaaS and SaaS. The objective of this research is to make an Architecture Design proposal in cloud computing for the migration of the servers that support the Dynamic CRM 2015 system; this will reduce the problems that currently exist in inefficient scaling of computing resources, and transform it into an intelligent and autonomous scalability of these servers. El transporte terrestre de tipo urbano es uno de los medios viales más importantes y más utilizados en el Perú y en el mundo, en el cual se llega a invertir hasta más de la cuarta parte de tiempo diario en trasladarse en el pavimento o veredas. Actualmente, esta infraestructura vial, es el lugar donde nuestras vidas se encuentran más vulnerables y expuestas a diversos tipos accidentes de tránsito. Estos accidentes se han convertido en un peligro inminente para cualquier individuo, desde un pequeño escolar peatón hasta un experimentado conductor profesional. Es muy probable ser víctimas de un accidente de grado leve o haber presenciado un desafortunado accidente fatal, que comúnmente se visualiza a diario en los noticieros, lo cual carga de preocupación o amargura por las malas condiciones que se encuentra nuestra infraestructura vial. Por esta razón, existe la necesidad de implementar una metodología que identifique masivamente los puntos de siniestros viales por exceso de velocidad, debido a que estas incidencias viales se han convertido en una de las principales causas de personas lisiadas, discapacitadas y fallecidas por accidentes de tránsito. Por lo anterior, esta investigación tiene como objetivo la aplicación del sistema LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) para la identificación espacial de puntos de siniestros viales; y el sistema de estoperoles inteligentes para la reducción del exceso de velocidad en el viaducto de la Av. Angamos Este, que verifica el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y su aplicación según la velocidad de diseño de la vía de interés. / Urban land transport is one of the most important and most used road means in Peru and in the world, in which up to a quarter of the daily time is spent traveling on the pavement or sidewalks. Currently, this road infrastructure is the place where our lives are most vulnerable and exposed to various types of traffic accidents. These accidents have become an imminent danger for any individual, from a small pedestrian schoolboy to an experienced professional driver. It is very likely to be victims of a minor accident or to have witnessed an unfortunate fatal accident, which is commonly seen daily in the news, which carries concern or bitterness due to the poor condition of our road infrastructure. For this reason, there is a need to implement a methodology that massively identifies the points of road accidents due to speeding, because these road incidents have become one of the main causes of disabled, disabled and deceased people due to traffic accidents. Therefore, this research aims to apply the LIDAR system (Light Detection and Ranging) for the spatial identification of road accident points; and the intelligent studs system to reduce excess speed on the Av. El desarrollo de la educación es una necesidad inherente y a la vez, un reto para el Perú, ya que repercute a largo plazo y se refleja en otras problemáticas importantes para el país, como la pobreza, la informalidad, el trabajo infantil, etc. Por tanto, para lograr la máxima eficiencia del sistema, es necesario contar con la infraestructura adecuada que garantice el óptimo desempeño de todas las partes involucradas, tanto el alumnado como el profesorado. La propuesta no sólo cubre las necesidades educativas con un Colegio Básico Regular, sino que incluye un complemento para los centros educativos existentes, mejorando la situación del sistema en la ciudad de Negritos. Además de darle un valor agregado con el énfasis Bioclimático, para manejar de la mejor manera las altas temperaturas del verano y aprovechar las condiciones climáticas de la zona. El presente proyecto de investigación realizado en la empresa Autoespar S.A. contiene un estudio de la infraestructura de servidores y servicio de TI que nos permite buscar la mejor opción tecnológica para el diseño un centro de datos virtual. Esta infraestructura estará acorde a los requerimientos y necesidades que la empresa demanda, con la finalidad de resolver los problemas más críticos, gestionar mejor los recursos, mejorar la disponibilidad de servicios y reducir el tiempo inactividad. El primer capítulo de este proyecto contiene la información de la empresa y la situación problemática que buscamos resolver. Asimismo, definiremos el objetivo principal y los objetivos específicos. El segundo capítulo, encontraremos el marco teórico consistente a nivel teórico y técnico que nos brindara el soporte a todos los puntos para este proyecto. El tercer capítulo nos muestra a detalle el análisis del problema identificado y definimos los requerimientos del proyecto acorde a los objetivos planteados. Finalmente se muestra el registro de interesados y EDT del proyecto. El cuarto capítulo nos muestra el diseño de la solución dividido en dos, el diseño lógico donde se ubicaran los cálculos requeridos para el diseño de la infraestructura virtual. Y el diseño físico, donde se brinda las especificaciones técnicas a considerar para la nueva infraestructura. Finalmente, el quinto capítulo, donde se detalla un plan de pruebas que nos permitirá validar el cumplimento de los objetivos específicos del proyecto a través de un laboratorio de pruebas que demuestra la factibilidad de este proyecto. / This research project carried out in the company Autoespar S.A. contains a study of the infrastructure of servers and IT services that allows us to find the best technological option for the design of a virtual data center. This infrastructure will be in accordance with the requirements and needs that the company demands, in order to solve the most critical problems, better manage resources, improve the availability of services and reduce downtime. The first chapter of this project contains the information of the company and the problematic situation that we seek to solve. Likewise, we will define the main objective and the specific objectives. The second chapter, we will find the consistent theoretical framework at a theoretical and technical level that will provide us with support at all points for this project. The third chapter shows us in detail the analysis of the identified problem and we define the requirements of the project according to the objectives set. Finally the registry of interested parties and WBS of the project is shown. The fourth chapter shows us the design of the solution divided into two, the logical design where the calculations required for the design of the virtual infrastructure are located. And the physical design, where the technical specifications to be considered for the new infrastructure are provided. Finally, the fifth chapter, where a test plan is detailed that will allow us to validate the fulfillment of the specific objectives of the project through a test laboratory that demonstrates the feasibility of this project. / Tesis

La presente tesis es una propuesta de solución para migrar de una infraestructura de servidores en housing de PMP Holding a una solución cloud en IaaS. La infraestructura actual se encuentra obsoleta por motivos de renovación de hardware, falta de recursos y el desfase tecnológico por falta de soporte de las empresas proveedoras. Al evaluar la infraestructura actual determinaremos el funcionamiento de la misma y se propondrá una mejor utilización de los recursos. La infraestructura propuesta será evaluada en tres proveedores de cloud para determinar cuál es la más conveniente según los requerimientos propuestos. Se elegirá un proveedor ganador y se realizará una prueba de concepto para para validar los objetivos plantados. / This thesis is a solution proposal to migrate from a PMP Holding housing server infrastructure to a cloud solution in IaaS. The current infrastructure is obsolete due to hardware renewal reasons, lack of resources and technological lag due to lack of support from supplier companies. When evaluating the current infrastructure, we will determine its operation and propose a better use of resources. The proposed infrastructure will be evaluated in three cloud providers to determine which is the most convenient according to the proposed requirements. Este estudio presenta la problemática que existe en la educación en el Perú: la necesidad de una mayor inversión en infraestructura en el país para mejorar la calidad del servicio, ya que muchos centros educativos necesitan reparación parcial o total de sus estructuras físicas y muy pocos tienen acceso a los servicios básicos. Asimismo, es necesario acabar con la heterogeneidad que existe entre escuelas urbanas y rurales, privadas y públicas, para que todos puedan tener las mismas oportunidades en el país. Por todo lo anterior, es importante el análisis de la calidad de la infraestructura educativa en el Perú, esto a través de la base de datos del Ministerio de la Educación, para determinar el vínculo entre condiciones de infraestructura escolar y los resultados de los alumnos en las pruebas de lenguaje y matemáticas y, ciencia y tecnología en segundo de secundaria de escuelas públicas. El resultado nos muestra que los factores que están más alta y significativa asociados con los aprendizajes son: el acceso a servicios básicos (agua, desagüe y conexión a internet) y un buen número de equipos electrónicos. Todo esto indica que, es necesario que el país aumente su inversión en infraestructura escolar para brindar un mejor servicio y acabar con las brechas existentes entre sectores y regiones. Asimismo, priorizar las áreas de infraestructura que tienen una relación mayor con el rendimiento educativo. / This study presents the problem that exists in education in Peru: the need for greater investment in infrastructure in the country to improve the quality of service, since many educational centers need partial or total repair of their physical structures and very few have access to basic services. Likewise, it is necessary to end the heterogeneity that exists between urban and rural, private and public schools, so that everyone can have the same opportunities in the country. For all the above, it is important to analyze the quality of the educational infrastructure in Peru, this through the database of Ministerio de Educación, to determinate the link between conditions of school infrastructure and the results of students in language, math and science and technology tests in second grade of secondary in public schools. The result shows us that the factors that are most highly and significantly associated with learning are: access to basic services (water, drinage and internet connection) and a good number of electronic equipment. All this indicates that it is necessary for the country to increase its investment in school infrastructure to provide a better service and close the existing gaps between sectors and regions.
