從世界各國RFID產業發展看未來台灣產業推動政策

RFID(無線射頻技術)產業發展一直政府所支持與關注的重點,隨著近年來我國政府持續執行RFID 公領域推動辦公室及2008 RFID 加值應用旗艦示範計畫,再再顯示政府重視RFID 產業發展成效,並將RFID列為政府施政重點,如何有效推動產研合作、落實技術開發、移轉成果予產業界,進一步透過技術創新,提升我國RFID產業持續發展與落實成果效益,是本研究主要的研究課題。 本研究藉由文獻探討之回顧,從RFID 技術介紹、全球RIFD 產業現況分析、我國RFID 產業現況、我國RFID 公領域推動辦公室計畫、各國 RFID 創新應用實例介紹,進而討論各國RFID 產業推動政策,最後,以未來我國RFID 產業發展機會與政府推動政策建議為結論。 本研究針對RFID 全球、區域、日本、我國市場分析,並將美國、歐盟、日本、韓國等各國RFID 產業推動政策彙總整理,探討RFID 台灣未來發展機會,進而提出未來我國政府RFID 推動政策之主要問題與挑戰,作為後續我國RFID 產業發展之參考。 / The government always supports and concern about the development of RFID industry. Recently, RFID promotion office of public region and Value-added application of RFID flagship model program in 2008 are main projects of our government. Obviously, the government pays much attention to the RFID industry development, and regards RFID as a policy focus. However, how to promote collaboration between research institutions and industries effectively, the implementation of technology development, through technological innovation to enhance the sustainable development of RFID industry and the implementation of the outcome of effective are main topics in this paper . According to the literature Review, we discuss the RFID technology, global RFID industry analysis, domestic RFID industry analysis, domestic RFID promotion office of public region, global RFID innovation case study. Moreover, we discuss the RFID policy of all over the world. Finally, we offer the conclusion that is the opportunity of Taiwan RFID industry development and the recommend of government’s policy in the future. This research is aimed at the analysis of RFID’s global market. and combine with the RFID industry policy in America, European Union, Japan, and Korea to discuss the opportunities of RFID industry in Taiwan for the near future. Pointing some main problems and challenges of the RFID industry policy that could be useful f domestic RFID industry development in the near future.

Impact différencié des avantages sociaux novateurs et des avantages sociaux traditionnels sur l'intention de rester des travailleurs via l'effet médiateur de l'engagement organisationnel

Ce mémoire a pour objectif de comprendre l’impact des avantages sociaux novateurs et des avantages sociaux traditionnels sur l’intention de rester des travailleurs via l’effet médiateur de l’engagement organisationnel. Pour étudier cette question, nous avons émis trois hypothèses basées sur notre revue de littérature ainsi que sur les théories de l’échange social de Blau (1964) et de la dépendance à l’égard des ressources de Balkin et Bannister (1993). La première hypothèse stipule que les avantages sociaux novateurs ont un impact positif et indirect sur l’intention de rester via l’engagement organisationnel. La deuxième hypothèse indique que les avantages sociaux traditionnels ont un impact positif et indirect sur l’intention de rester via l’engagement organisationnel. La dernière hypothèse suggère que les avantages sociaux novateurs ont un impact plus important sur l’intention de rester que les avantages sociaux traditionnels via l’engagement organisationnel. Les données utilisées, de nature longitudinale, proviennent d’une enquête plus large portant sur « les liens entre la rémunération, la formation et le développement de compétences avec l’attraction et la rétention des employés clés ». L’échantillon est composé de 235 nouveaux travailleurs embauchés entre le 1er avril 2009 et le 30 septembre 2010 d’une entreprise multinationale du secteur des technologies de l’information et des communications (TIC) localisée à Montréal. Nos résultats confirment nos deux premières hypothèses. En effet, nos résultats indiquent que les avantages sociaux traditionnels et les avantages sociaux novateurs ont un impact positif sur l’intention de rester des travailleurs via l’effet médiateur de l’engagement organisationnel. Nos résultats indiquent également que les avantages sociaux traditionnels ont un impact plus significatif que les avantages sociaux novateurs sur l’intention de rester via l’effet médiateur de l’engagement organisationnel. Le soutien organisationnel perçu et le travail sous supervision ont également un impact important sur l’intention de rester des travailleurs. Finalement, nous indiquons en conclusion les implications pratiques de ce mémoire pour les gestionnaires du secteur des TIC en matière de fidélisation des travailleurs. Nous présentons également les limites de notre étude et des pistes de recherches futures. / The objective of this thesis is to understand the impact of innovative and traditional perks on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment. Three hypotheses were proposed to study this question based on Blau’s Social Exchange Theory (1964) and Balkin and Bannister’s Resources Dependence Theory (1993). Our first hypothesis states that innovative perks have a positive and indirect effect on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment. Our second hypothesis indicates that traditional perks have a positive and indirect effect on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment. Our third and last hypothesis suggests that innovative perks have a greater effect on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment than traditional perks. The longitudinal data used in this thesis comes from a broader investigation called « The Links Between Compensation, Training and Development Skills with the Attraction and Retention of Key Employees ». The sample consists of newly hired employees from a global Information Technology and Communication (ITC) company based in Montreal. Data from this organization was collected from 235 employees hired between April 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010. Our findings confirm our first two hypotheses. Our results indicate that both innovative and traditional perks have a positive and indirect impact on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment. Our results also indicate that traditional perks have a greater effect than innovative perks on workers’ intent to stay through the mediating effect of organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support and working under supervision also have an impact on workers’ intent to stay. We conclude this thesis with practical implications for managers with regards to employee retention in the ITC sector. We also present the limitations of our study and the implications for future research.

Étude longitudinale de l’impact de la satisfaction envers les avantages sociaux novateurs sur l’intention de rester chez les travailleurs du secteur des technologies de l’information et des communications

The objective of this thesis is to understand the impact of satisfaction with innovative benefits on the intention to stay of the information and communications technology industry (ICT) workers. In order to investigate this question, a general research hypothesis was presented based on a literature review and on Blau’s social exchange theory (1964) and Maslow’s theory of needs (1943). The general research hypothesis states that satisfaction with innovative benefits increases intention to stay through time. The data used in this thesis were collected as part of a larger research on the relationships between compensation, training and skills development and attracting and retaining key employees. The longitudinal data come from an office located in Montreal of a major international company from the ICT sector. The study population consists of workers newly hired between April 1st, 2009 and September 30th, 2010. The results confirm the research hypothesis showing that satisfaction with innovative benefits increase intention to stay through time. Among the various innovative benefits studied, the results indicate that it is the satisfaction with the gym at work that best predicts intention to stay of workers. Other innovative benefits significantly related to intention to stay are the games library, the lounge, the medical clinic and the library in the workplace. Also, longitudinal analyses reveal that it is mainly the differences between the individual characteristics of the employees who best explain intention to stay than the differences across time of the same worker. This thesis concludes by discussing the best way for industrial relations managers to use the results in order to retain their employees. Then, the limits of the study and some directions for further research are also presented. / L’objectif de ce mémoire est de comprendre l’impact de la satisfaction envers les avantages sociaux novateurs sur l’intention de rester des travailleurs du secteur des technologies de l’information et des communications (TIC). Pour étudier cette question, une hypothèse générale de recherche a été émise basée sur la revue de littérature ainsi que sur les théories de l’échange social de Blau (1964) et de la théorie des besoins de Maslow (1943). L’hypothèse générale de recherche soutient que la satisfaction envers les avantages sociaux novateurs fait augmenter l’intention de rester des travailleurs dans le temps. Les données utilisées dans ce mémoire ont été recueillies dans le cadre d’une enquête portant sur les relations entre la rémunération, la formation et le développement des compétences avec l’attraction et la rétention des employés clés. De nature longitudinale, les données proviennent du bureau situé à Montréal d’une entreprise d’envergure internationale du secteur des TIC. L’échantillon est composé d’employés embauchés entre le 1er avril 2009 et le 30 septembre 2010. Les résultats confirment l’hypothèse générale de recherche voulant que la satisfaction envers les avantages sociaux novateurs fait augmenter l’intention de rester des employés dans le temps. Parmi les différents avantages sociaux novateurs étudiés, les résultats indiquent que c’est la satisfaction envers le gym au travail qui prédit le mieux l’intention de rester des travailleurs. Les autres avantages sociaux novateurs trouvés significatifs en lien avec l’intention de rester sont la ludothèque, le lounge/salle de repos, la clinique médicale et la bibliothèque sur les lieux du travail. De plus, les analyses longitudinales révèlent que ce sont surtout les différences entre les caractéristiques individuelles des employés qui expliquent le mieux l’intention de rester et non les différences à travers le temps chez un même travailleur. Ce mémoire se termine en discutant de la meilleure façon pour les gestionnaires en relations industrielles d’utiliser les résultats dans le but de retenir leurs employés performants. Puis, les limites de l’étude et certaines pistes de recherches futures sont également présentées.

Možnosti a meze využití metody CLIL v českých školách / Possibilities and boundaries of using CLIL method in Czech schools

The diploma thesis deals with an innovative method CLIL, which combines the teaching of subject matter with the teaching of a foreign language. The aim of the work is to use action research to verify the possibilities of applying CLIL in first class of chosen state primary school. The action research is a suitable tool to implement a new approach and contributes to improvement of the quality of teaching. The research is focused on the verification of different supporting strategies to create a set of functional scaffolding techniques, which help first graders to overcome the language barriers and achieve the learning objectives. The core of this thesis consists of detailed lesson plans and reflections, in which the used activities and scaffolding are analysed in terms of efficiency. The final part of the thesis includes several recommendations for practice from the perspective of the possibilities and boundaries of using CLIL method in Czech state schools. The research confirmed that the language level of pupils is not a necessary condition of teaching through CLIL and therefore it is possible to use CLIL from first class of primary school. Project that is characterized by being thematic and multisseriado within the school term. It has as participants students from the 5th to the 9th grade of elementary school and the involvement of all teachers of the school on the morning shift. This research seeks to answer what questions are imposed on a public school when it proposes to develop an innovative and inclusive project? We seek to understand how a project of innovative pedagogical practices can contribute to the development of the psychic functions of adolescents, especially the imagination. To this end, we seek: (I) to find tendencies and limits in the pedagogical mediation present in this project; (II) identify interferences to which students are subjected during the creation process; (III) analyze the difficulties and solutions for the creative act of the students involved; (IV) to explore the complex human relationships involved during the creative activity in a collectively organized environment. In order to achieve these objectives, a case study was developed, with the follow-up of the activities in 35 meetings, following the activities of two different workshops, the first one proposed by teachers of arts and history, the second developed by teachers of physical education and mathematics. The analysis was made from the construction of the following axes: mediation, possibilities and practices; dramas of creation. The results highlight the varied possibilities of mediation provided by the project, the difficulties of the perception of creative work by students and teachers, the attempt to divide between imagination and creative act during group activities; freedom and will as aspects to be developed with the students and not a condition given a priori. / Essa disserta??o apresenta o resultado da pesquisa efetuada sobre uma organiza??o pedag?gica peculiar denominada Ateli?. Tem como participantes alunos do 5? ao 9? ano do Ensino Fundamental e envolvimento de todos os professores da escola do turno matutino. O Ateli? ? frequentado de acordo com a escolha feita pelos alunos que s?o distribu?dos de acordo com as vagas de cada ateli? dispon?veis para a sua classe. Ele se caracteriza por ser um projeto tem?tico, multisseriado, que ocorre no turno das aulas com espa?o dentro da grade curricular, substituindo algumas aulas das disciplinas tradicionais. Ao final do ciclo do Ateli? acontece uma mostra na qual os alunos apresentam os trabalhos desenvolvidos. Fundamentando-se na teoria econômica evolucionária, que tem no conceito de rotina o elemento explicativo para as mudanças (inovações) introduzidas pelas firmas em ambientes de seleção de mercado. Com objetivo de identificar qual conjunto de rotinas as firmas com melhor desempenho inovador e econômico executam, foi feita uma análise dos dados de uma pesquisa SURVEY realizada em 2015, com 1.331 firmas industriais do Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Para esta investigação foram realizadas primeiramente análises descritivas e bivariadas dos dados, e, posteriormente, utilizou-se da modelagem em equações estruturais com estimação Partial Least Squares (PLS). O estudo apontou para um conjunto de 41 empresas que apresentam desempenho superior à média e realizam rotinas com o papel de coordenação e controle e rotinas com o papel de incorporação de conhecimento. Especificamente se destacam rotinas tais como: adaptação das tecnologias em uso para as suas próprias necessidades, prototipagem, realizam a concepção original de seus próprios produtos, integram todos os setores com o uso da informática, padronizam e documentam os diferentes procedimentos de trabalho, formalizam o procedimento de planejamento e controle da produção (PCP) e mantém a capacitação de pessoal adequada. Os resultados do estudo corroboram com a literatura informando que há um conjunto de firmas que realizam rotinas específicas que as conferem melhor desempenho econômico e inovador. Também há convergência com a literatura que discute inovação no Brasil e RS ao se identificar apenas um grupo seleto de 41 empresas, das 1331 respondentes, que possuem rotinas mais específicas voltadas à inovação e com resultados superiores às demais. A identificação das características destas firmas e suas rotinas permite ampliar o conhecimento a cerca do comportamento da firma industrial inovadora do Rio Grande do Sul e permite melhor refletir a cerca de políticas que visem ampliar este grupo restrito de empresas. / The influential routines in the innovative process of industrial firms are the focus of this work. Relying on evolutionary economic theory, it has in the concept of 'routine' the explanatory element for the changes (innovations) introduced by firms in market selection environments. In order to identify which set of routines the firms with the best innovative and economic performance performed, an analysis of the data of a research survey conducted in 2015 was carried out with 1,331 industrial firms from Rio Grande do Sul (RS). For this investigation, descriptive and bivariate analyzes of the data were performed first, and later, it was used the modeling in structural equations with Partial Least Squares (PLS) estimation. The study pointed to a set of 41 companies that perform above average performance and perform routines with the role of coordination and control and routines with the role of incorporation of knowledge. Specifically, they highlight routines such as: adapting the technologies in use to their own needs, prototyping, realizing the original design of their own products, integrating all sectors with the use of information technology, standardizing and documenting different work procedures, formalizing the production planning and control (PCP) and maintains adequate staff training. The results of the study corroborate with the literature that there is a set of firms that perform specific routines that give them better economic and innovative performance. There is also convergence with the literature that discusses innovation in Brazil and RS by identifying only a select group of 41 firms, out of the 1331 respondents, who have more specific routines focused on innovation and with results superior to others. The identification of the characteristics of these firms and their routines allows to increase the knowledge about the behavior of the innovative industrial firm of Rio Grande do Sul and, so, better reflect about some policies that aim to expand this restricted group of firms.

La crise environnementale : cas des déchets solides et liquides en Côte d'Ivoire et au Burkina Faso / Environmental crisis : case of liquide and solid waste in Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso

Le contexte de crise dans lequel évolue notre monde représente une question fondamentale et incontournable. Les récentes catastrophes dans l’ensemble des continents sont la preuve du bouleversement de nos sociétés et de la biodiversité. Cette crise a plusieurs dimensions : économique, sociale, politique, juridique et environnemental. Nous avons centré notre recherche sur la crise des déchets, crise représentative de l’ensemble de ces facteurs. Ce problème affecte l’ensemble de nos civilisations et ses effets sur le système naturel sont irréversibles. De plus, cette crise nécessite une réponse immédiate et durable car il y va de l'avenir de l’ensemble de la planète. Si tous les pays sont concernés par cette problématique, elle se décline différemment dans une même zone géographique. Elle est à la fois anthropique et naturelle. Elle implique toutes les parties prenantes au niveau local et international. La revue de littérature révèle un manque de données chiffrées au niveau de l'Afrique et l'échec de certains projets non adaptés aux critères locaux. Nous souhaitons prendre pour base théorique la théorie de l'économie circulaire et celle des externalités. Cela permet de mettre en évidence à la fois des externalités positives et négatives, mais aussi de s'inscrire dans une démarche résolument positive. Cette dernière voie consiste à considérer le déchet comme une source de valeur. Cette conception du déchet permet de répondre aux besoins présents et de modifier la vision généralement négative de ce concept. Il s’agit de transformer le problème de déchets en un gisement durable face aux besoins énergétiques croissants, la dégradation des ressources naturelles, la préservation des sols et la modification de nos modes de consommation de masse vers une stratégie zéro déchet ainsi que la valorisation d’une agriculture respectueuse du développement durable. Notre travail de recherche met également en évidence la place incontournable du secteur informel en Afrique, la nécessité de coordonner le travail des acteurs sur le terrain et le développement des emplois verts. Cette démarche positive est possible en associant l’ensemble des stratégies à une communication innovante et l’implication des populations locales aux projets. / The crisis context in which our world is evolving is a fundamental and inescapable question. Recent disasters all over the continents are the proof of this dramatic concern for our world and its biodiversity. It is variable: it is either economic, political, legal and environmental. That is why our work is about waste crisis. This problem affects all our civilizations and its results are irreversible for our natural system. Furthermore, it needs immediate and sustainable responses because it is linked with the future of our planet. All countries are concerned about this problematic. However, it shows different faces even in the same geographical area. This crisis is anthropogenic and natural. It involves all national and international stakeholders. Literature reviews reveal a lack of data in Africa and the failure of projects not unsuited to local contexts. We develop several theories: circular economics, negative and positive externalities and the theory of social and supporting economy. Our work is about the importance of informal sectors in Africa, the coordination of actors in the field and the development of green jobs. This positive way is possible with innovative communication strategies and the involvement of population in local projects.

Gestion des risques appliquée aux systèmes d’information distribués / Risk management to distributed information systems

Dans cette thèse nous abordons la gestion des risques appliquée aux systèmes d’information distribués. Nous traitons des problèmes d’interopérabilité et de sécurisation des échanges dans les systèmes DRM et nous proposons la mise en place de ce système pour l’entreprise: il doit nous permettre de distribuer des contenus auto-protégés. Ensuite nous présentons la participation à la création d’une entreprise innovante qui met en avant la sécurité de l’information, avec en particulier la gestion des risques au travers de la norme ISO/IEC 27005:2011. Nous présentons les risques liés à l’utilisation de services avec un accent tout particulier sur les risques autres que les risques technologiques; nous abordons les risques inhérents au cloud (défaillance d’un provider, etc...) mais également les aspects plus sournois d’espionnage et d’intrusion dans les données personnelles (Affaire PRISM en juin 2013). Dans la dernière partie nous présentons un concept de DRM d’Entreprise qui utilise les métadonnées pour déployer des contextes dans les modèles de contrôle d’usage. Nous proposons une ébauche de formalisation des métadonnées nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de la politique de sécurité et nous garantissons le respect de la réglementation et de la loi en vigueur. / In this thesis we discuss the application of risk management to distributed information systems. We handle problems of interoperability and securisation of the exchanges within DRM systems and we propose the implementation of this system for the company: it needs to permit the distribution of self-protected contents. We then present the (our) participation in the creation of an innovative company which emphasizes on the security of information, in particular the management of risks through the ISO/IEC 27005:2011 standard. We present risks related to the use of services, highlighting in particular the ones which are not technological: we approach inheritent risks in clouds (provider failure, etc ...) but also the more insidious aspects of espionage and intrusion in personal data (Case PRISM in June 2013). In the last section, we present a concept of a DRM company which uses metadata to deploy settings in usage control models. We propose a draft formalization of metadata necessary for the implementation of a security policy and guarantee respect of regulations and legislation.

Fatores organizacionais que influenciam a aprendizagem a partir dos erros e sua relação com os comportamentos inovadores no trabalho em uma empresa do segmento farmacêutico

In the 80s and 90s, the quality of products and services was the rule to differentiate between companies on the market, which made organizations seek models and systems to ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality required in different markets. In addition, companies increased their standards of operational efficiency, productivity and reliability, but also ended up becoming more similar and only slightly differentiated among themselves. Organizations now face the challenge of adopting more flexible systems, standards and structures in order to facilitate adaptation to the current context, which is extremely dynamic. In this scenario, innovation can help organizations become more competitive, as long as they can continually learn, by taking advantage of the informal learning in the workplace, which represents more than 80% of the total number of learning opportunities. Considering the current levels of complexity, dynamism and uncertainty present in the work environment, errors or failures are by-products of organizational processes and are not necessarily bad; it is important that organizations can quickly learn from the mistakes, through people. Some factors may influence the creation of an environment where people can learn from mistakes, experiment and apply ideas, by adopting innovative work behaviors. This quantitative study seeks to examine the relationship between the factors that influence learning from errors and the innovative work behaviors in a multinational organization in the pharmaceutical segment. The research with employees from different areas received 146 valid responses which were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis with the SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The hypothesis that the Factors that Influence the Learning from Mistakes have positive relationship with the Innovative Work Behaviors was confirmed. The structural coefficient obtained between the two dimensions was 0.618 (p< 0.001), which means that the construct Factors that Influence the Learning from Mistakes explains 38% of the variation in the indices of the Innovative Work Behaviors construct. The companies ability to quickly learn from mistakes and experiments, taking advantage of the human capital potential, particularly through innovative work behaviors, can be a critical aspect of differentiation in the marketplace and a way for companies to obtain competitive advantage. This study aims to contribute to the expansion of knowledge on the subject, highlighting the importance of the proper management of the factors that may influence the learning from mistakes in the work environment. In addition, this study contributes with the validation and adaptation of the original scales of constructs studied to the Brazilian context. / Os desafios do ambiente de negócios nos anos 2010 se tornam cada vez mais complexos, com mudanças em ritmo acelerado e pressões de ordem econômica, regulatória, da concorrência, dos clientes etc. Nesse contexto, as organizações precisam ser mais ágeis, para mudar e aprender rapidamente, diante das novas demandas. Nas décadas de 1980 e 1990, a qualidade dos produtos e serviços servia para diferenciar as empresas no mercado, o que fez com que as organizações buscassem modelos e sistemas para assegurar conformidade com os altos padrões de qualidade exigidos nos diferentes mercados. Além disso, as empresas aumentaram seus padrões de eficácia operacional, produtividade e confiabilidade, mas também acabaram tornando-se mais parecidas e pouco diferenciadas entre si. As organizações agora se deparam com o desafio de adotar sistemas, normas e padrões mais flexíveis, que facilitem a adaptação ao atual contexto extremamente dinâmico. Nesse cenário, a inovação pode ajudar as organizações a se tornarem mais competitivas, desde que possam aprender continuamente, aproveitando especialmente as situações de aprendizagem informal no trabalho, que representam mais de 80% do total das oportunidades de aprendizagem. Considerando os níveis atuais de complexidade, dinamismo e incertezas presentes no ambiente de trabalho, os erros ou falhas acabam sendo subprodutos dos processos organizacionais e não são necessariamente ruins; é importante que as organizações possam aprender rapidamente a partir dos erros, por meio das pessoas. Alguns fatores no âmbito da organização podem influenciar a criação de um ambiente onde as pessoas possam aprender com os erros, experimentar e aplicar ideias, adotando comportamentos inovadores no trabalho. Este estudo de natureza quantitativa busca examinar as relações entre os fatores que influenciam a aprendizagem a partir dos erros e os comportamentos inovadores no trabalho em uma organização multinacional do segmento farmacêutico. A pesquisa com funcionários de diferentes áreas obteve 146 respostas válidas e os dados foram analisados utilizando-se a análise fatorial confirmatória com o software SmartPLS 2.0 M3. A hipótese de que os Fatores que Influenciam a Aprendizagem a Partir dos Erros têm relação positiva com os Comportamentos Inovadores no Trabalho foi confirmada. O coeficiente estrutural obtido entre as dimensões foi de 0,618 (p<0,001), sendo que o construto Fatores que Influenciam a Aprendizagem a Partir dos Erros explica 38% da variação dos índices do construto Comportamentos Inovadores no Trabalho. A capacidade das empresas aprenderem rapidamente a partir dos erros e experimentos, aproveitando o potencial do capital humano existente, especialmente através de comportamentos inovadores no trabalho, pode ser um aspecto crítico para diferenciação no mercado e para a obtenção de vantagem competitiva. Este estudo visa contribuir para a ampliação dos conhecimentos sobre o tema, destacando a importância da gestão adequada dos fatores que influenciam a aprendizagem a partir dos erros no ambiente de trabalho. Adicionalmente, contribui para a validação e adaptação das escalas originais dos construtos estudados para o contexto brasileiro.
