網際網路的發達,促成環境快速的變遷,單一化的企業經營型態,已無法在變動快速的商業生態圈中永續生存,而各國為了振新國內產業發展,與提升經濟水準,推出國家發展經濟政策,而在過去以代工為主的亞洲國家,為求轉型發展,文化創意產業,皆為亞洲各國近十多年來不可或缺的國家發展政策之一,以台灣為例,在2002年行政院即提出《挑戰2008:國家發展重點計畫》,「文化創意產業發展計畫」則為其發展計畫之一,台灣文化創意產業發展至今,文化創意結合青年創業,不斷出現更加創新的商業模式,與文創產業聚落和文創園區。
本研究以F公司為研究主題,F公司以活化空間改造,不動產租賃起家,但公司定位不以房東自居,以打造資源多樣性的平台為目的,提供微型創業者合適空間可發揮其才能。初階段平台打造過程中,F公司累積足夠各面向文化創意資源,進而成功轉型,以空間改造為核心,並發展文創聚落規劃設計與經營輔導,給予台灣更多老舊的建築,賦予新生命,在地創生,製造就業機會,吸引青年返鄉,扶植社會企業,讓人與人之間的美好,透過空間活化與街區的重新改造,而更加拉近關係,實現公司成立的主要訴求「創造幸福的小氛圍」。
本研究依個案研究法,深入訪談了解F公司創業初期至現今業務轉型的歷程,探討其經營困難因素與解決之道,本研究以商業模式圖分析其獲利模式,並以邱志聖(2014)策略行銷分析架構來探討其成效,其四種成本分別為:外顯單位效益成本、資訊搜尋成本、道德危機成本、專屬陷入成本。
研究發現F公司在現階段的業務主軸重心轉變為專案式業務,基石來自於初期的成功聚落典範標竿與將初期的目標客群文創業者,整合為關鍵合作夥伴,累積文創資源,形成資源庫,讓F公司有足夠實力可勝任各式在地化的專案街區活化或社區營造規劃業務。
研究結果認為,F公司在對應客戶的四個成本都具有相當大的優勢,以4C角度歸納出關鍵成功因素,並建議增加自媒體與年度節慶活動慶典持續舉辦的行銷宣傳,提高直接消費者粉絲數量,為微型創業者增加效益,更加降低承租人的C1,並且也將文創訊息與活動主動散播給更多一般直接消費者,而降低一般消費者的C2。 / In the past, the economic growth of Taiwan counts on exportation and OEM business, but this world is changing too fast when the internet comes into everyone’s life. The business model is also changing rapidly, too. Last 15 years, Most of Asia countries want to improve and invest culture and creative industry. In 2002 the Taiwan government decided to reform the system to promote and develop the cultural and creative industry.
The development of "cultural and creative industry" was considered as one of the important tasks of Taiwan’s Challenge 2008 Six-Year National Development Plan established by Executive Yuan. And now, we can see many different types of business models in culture and creative industry in Taiwan. The Culture Creative Industry Park and Culture Creative Cluster with micro yang entrepreneurs are good examples.
This study mainly focuses on the F company in culture and creative industry in Taichung. F company started up from refurbishing unused space and rent it to micro entrepreneurs. F company creates not only spaces but also a happy and creative platform where each entrepreneur can share the resource and ideas. It is exactly the mission F company wants to achieve.
In this case study, F company is analyzed by "Business Model Canvas" and "Strategic Marketing 4C Analysis". It concludes F company have great 4C advantage for their clients. This study also suggests F company may consider expanding their "We-Media" and running regularly anniversary campaign to approach more potential clients and also enhance current client’s satisfaction and royalty. Therefore, C1 will be lower for the clients and C2 also will be lower for end-customers.

摘要
本研究旨在瞭解國民小學學校型態實驗教育的創新經營、組織效能與校長領導行為之內涵與現況,探討其關係,進而建構與驗證三者之互動模式,最後依據研究結果提出建議。本研究採用文件分析與調查研究法,以台灣地區105學年度公辦公營之國民小學學校型態實驗教育學校教師為研究對象,總共發出335份問卷,問卷回收率為91.94%,有效問卷則為89.55%。正式問卷回收後,分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。
依據研究結果與分析歸納,獲得結論如下:
一、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校創新經營現況呈現中高程度發展。
二、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校組織效能現況呈現中高程度發展。
三、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在校長領導行為現況呈現中高程度發展。
四、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在創新經營得分之差異達顯著水準。
五、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在學校組織效能得分之差異達顯著水準。
六、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中,不同服務年資、不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在校長領導行為得分之差異達顯著水準。
七、整體學校創新經營與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「學生學習」及「學生展能」之相關程度最高。
八、整體校長領導行為與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政領導」及「控制」之相關程度最高。
九、整體校長領導行為與整體學校創新經營間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政管理」及「控制」之相關程度最高。
十、學校創新經營透過校長領導行為影響學校組織效能,校長領導行為具有部分中介效果。
本研究根據以上結論,提出相關建議,俾供主管教育行政機關、學校教育人員及後續研究之參考。 / Abstract
This study aims to understand the connotations and status of the innovative operation, organizational effectiveness and the dean’s leadership in primary schools under the school-pattern experimental education, probe into their relations so as to construct and validate the patterns of interactions between these three aspects and finally propose suggestions based on the research results. The document analysis and survey method is adopted for the study purpose and the objects are the teachers in public primary schools that apply school-pattern experimental education in 2016. A total of 335 questionnaires were issued, with a response rate of 91.94% and a valid response rate of 89.55%. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with such statistic methods as descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlations, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The study came to the following conclusions based on the findings and analytic induction:
1.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s innovative operation.
2.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s organizational effectiveness.
3.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the principal’s leadership.
4.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s innovation operation.
5.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s organizational effectiveness.
6.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ seniority and titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the principal’s leadership.
7.The school’s overall innovative operation has a significant positive correlation with its organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “students’ study” and “students’ performance”.
8.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative leadership” and “control”.
9.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s innovative operation, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative management” and “control”.
10.The school’s innovative operations would influence its organizational effectiveness through the principal’s leadership, which embodies a partial medium effect. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposed related suggestions for the reference of competent educational and administrative authorities, the school educators as well as future studies.

Studiens syfte är att beskriva och statistiskt analysera relationen mellan styrelsens diversitet och hållbarhetsredovisningen med innovativa företag som medierande variabel. Då en hållbarhetsredovisning utgörs av flera kategorier fokuserar studien på de sociala aspekterna: produktansvar, arbetsförhållanden och arbetsvillkor, organisationens roll i samhället och mänskliga rättigheter. För att uppnå studiens syfte har en kvantitativ studie med deduktiv ansats utförts. Data har samlats in från GRIs (Global reporting initiative) databas där totalt202 multinationella företag som redovisat enligt GRIs senaste rekommendationer har hämtats och utgjort studiens urval. Data har analyserats med hjälp av en strukturell ekvationsmodell och en stiganalys. Resultatet indikerar att det finns positiva samband mellan diversitet i styrelsen, vad gäller utbildning och kön, och innovativa företag. Vidare pekar studien på samband mellan innovativa företag och redovisning av samtliga sociala aspekter utom produktansvar. De starkaste sambanden finns mellan redovisning av de olika sociala aspekterna i hållbarhetsredovisningen. Den medierande effekten av innovativa företag är lägre i studien än förväntat. / The purpose of this study is to describe and statistically analyse the relationship between the board diversity and CSD (corporate social disclosure) with innovative firms as mediating variable. As a CSD contains several categories this study focuses on the social aspects: product responsibility, labour practices and decent work, society and human rights. In order to achieve the study's purpose, a quantitative study with deductive approach has been carried out. Data have been collected from the GRI (Global reporting initiative) database in which atotal of 202 multinational firms, which have outlined their CSD according to the most recent recommendations made by GRI, have been derived and thereby formed the study's sample. Data have been analysed by means of a structural equation model and a path analysis. The result indicates that there is a positive relation between board diversity, in terms of education and gender, and innovative firms. Furthermore, the study indicates a relation between innovative firms and CSD regarding all social aspects except product responsibility. Thestrongest relation exists between the various social aspects in the CSD. The mediating effect of innovative firms is lower than expected in the study.

The purpose of this explanatory thesis is to study how leadership relates to innovation performance. The research findings aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of this relationship, and what actions management can take, in order to increase innovation performance. The thesis creates a model for the leadership stimulus influencing innovation performance. A survey was designed, based on the model, to assess the attitudes towards the studied parameters followed by the conclusive data processing, empirical findings, analysis, and conclusions. The stimulus used in the study was Visionary Leadership, Learning Organisation, Incentives and Resources spent on innovation.The originality and value that this paper adds, is to analyse the joint effects of different leadership dimensions with regards to innovation performance in one single study, and also make a compound correlation of these dimensions. The study validated the positive relationship between the compound leadership dimensions and innovation performance. Furthermore, the study shows that the strongest direct correlation was between visionary leadership and innovation performance as well as between learning organization and innovation performance. However, the research could not establish any clear relation either between incentives and innovation performance, nor resources spent on innovation, and innovation performance.

Le corpus se compose de trois ouvrages de non-fiction The Soul of London (1905), The Heart of the Country (1906) et The Spirit of the People (1907), regroupés en un seul volume sous le titre England and the English – an Interpretation lors de la publication de la trilogie à New-York en 1907. Cette trilogie a été ensuite éditée en 2003 par Carcanet Press sous la direction de Sara Haslam. Peu étudiées, ces oeuvres ont une existence propre à l'intérieur de la trilogie, au coeur del'oeuvre fordienne, voire au sein de la littérature moderne. Ce travail herméneutique permet de mettre au jour le feuilletage d'un texte prétexte à une réflexion à la fois autobiographique, philosophico-théologique, socio-historique et théorique portant sur l'écriture et l'art en général. This study means to show in what ways those so-called essays are crucial and make sense as a trilogy, within Ford's own work as well as within modern literature. The hermeneutic approach adopted here attempts to decipher a multi-layered text and brings out underlying themes and intertexts that bear on the author's biography as well as on his interests in philosophical, religious, and socio-historical topics and reflect his passion for writing. The trilogy comes out as emblematic of the original aesthetic of a writer who, hovering between impressionism and futurism, tried to find his own way within the international literary landscape. Ford defines and addresses here an homme moyen sensible, very close to his ideal reader and transmits to him a specific message of love resorting to a hybrid, joyful and plural language inherited from the medieval langue desoiseaux. The innovation and the technological progress are considered fundamental themes for economic development of the country, being directly related to increased firms competitiveness. This is reflected even when the subject involves regional development, with implications for productivity and firms performance. Considering the high financial costs and the risks and uncertainties inherent in the innovation process, it is essential to observe financing policies required in this process, particularly with the participation of public funding agencies. In Brazil, these policies are consolidated from the “Lei de Inovação (nº 10.973/2004)”, the “Lei do Bem (nº 11.196/2005)” and the new legal march in Science, Technology and Innovation (nº 13.243/2016), seeking provide a favorable environment for innovation and scientific and technological research in the national and regional productive system of the country. This study aimed to analyze the evolution of technological innovation and public funding to regional innovation activities. For this, a descriptive statistical analysis of the performance of innovative indicators was carried out, from the data provided by the Technological Innovation Research (PINTEC) – editions in 2005, 2008 and 2011 – the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the Funding of Studies and Projects (FINEP) and the National Bank for Social and Economic Development (BNDES), covering the period 2005-2014. The results confirm the positive evolution of Technology innovation in all regions of Brazil - as the number of beneficiary firms and the volume of funds granted - but the data indicate a higher concentration of public resources for innovation in the Southeast region, followed by the South region, representing a percentage of approximately 90% of the total invested in Brazil, showing that, in general terms, the innovation support policies were not able to reverse the clear regional concentration, with significant continuity of these initiatives focused on expanding opportunity for regions least developed in the country. / A inovação e o avanço tecnológico são considerados temas fundamentais para desenvolvimento econômico do país, estando diretamente relacionados ao aumento da competitividade das empresas. Isso se reflete inclusive quando a temática envolve o desenvolvimento regional, com implicações sobre a produtividade e o desempenho das empresas. Considerado os altos custos financeiros, bem como os riscos e incertezas inerentes ao processo de inovação, é fundamental observar as políticas de incentivos requeridas nesse processo, sobretudo com a participação de agências públicas de fomento. No Brasil, essas políticas são consolidadas a partir da Lei de Inovação (nº 10.973/2004), da Lei do Bem (nº 11.196/2005) e do novo marco legal da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (nº 13.243/2016), que buscam proporcionar um ambiente favorável à inovação e à pesquisa científica e tecnológica no sistema produtivo nacional e regional do país. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar, em nível regional, a evolução da inovação tecnológica no Brasil, a partir dos indicadores de desempenho das empresas inovadoras, bem como do financiamento público às atividades inovativas. Para isso, foi realizada uma análise estatística descritiva desses indicadores, a partir dos dados disponibilizados pela Pesquisa de Inovação (PINTEC) – nas edições 2005, 2008 e 2011 – pelo Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI), Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos (FINEP) e Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES), contemplando o período de 2005 a 2014. Os resultados comprovam a evolução positiva da inovação tecnológica em todas as regiões brasileiras – quanto ao número de empresas beneficiadas e ao volume de recursos concedidos –, porém os dados apontam maior concentração de recursos públicos para inovação na região Sudeste, seguida da região Sul, representando um percentual de aproximadamente 90% do total investido no Brasil, evidenciando que, em termos gerais, as políticas de apoio à inovação não foram capazes de reverter a evidente concentração regional, sendo relevante a continuidade dessas ações com foco na oportunidade de expansão para as regiões menos desenvolvidas no país.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the pricing environment of the OOH advertising media market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces the concept of marketing communication, but also touches upon advertising as such, including a description of different types of traditional mass media and their role in society. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on a specific communication channel - outdoor advertising. It presents its history, development, planning process and trends. The thesis describes the different types of formats offered on the Czech market, including innovative and alternative ones, but also presents the current problems and limitations associated with this media type. Nevertheless, advertisers are currently investing significant sums in standard OOH advertising formats and suppliers are trying to collect increasingly accurate data to increase the effectiveness of this communication channel. The supply of outdoor advertising operators in the Czech market is concentrated in a few large players. The specific demand and offer of OOH advertising suppliers is presented in the practical part of the thesis in parallel with the offer of the contacted media agencies. This paper dives into the world of business models where more precisely the business model called Freemium is inspected. The paper has multiple purposes where one is to examine why businesses decide to use a business model that is as volatile as Freemium. The other purpose of the paper is to examine what kind of management accounting is used within the business model. Reasoning behind that is to see if there are any specific traits that originates from the usage of the business model Freemium. To fulfill this purpose the writers have decided to take a qualitative approach with the usage of interviews as the main instrument to gather data. The companies represented in the study are within different industries and are all considered to be SMEs. The chosen theoretical framework is built on previous research on business models and management accounting in SMEs and Start-ups. The results of the study indicate that the business model originates from the changes in the market due to digitalization which allowed new ways for companies to present value to customers. Thanks to this, giving away part of the product for free became an acceptable way of conducting business as costs for distributing products were severely reduced. Once companies chose to adapt to this business model its competition were left with no choice but to adapt or get left behind. Nowadays most businesses choose the model thanks to its great benefits in advertising and the possibility to expand their business further beyond the business model. The role of management accounting within these companies has somewhat shifted to a greater emphasis on what the customer desires. Customers are the foundation for almost all decisions made within the companies. To leverage the customer for utmost efficiency companies collect user data and then use the information as foundation for its decisions. Due to this the business needs to adapt to quick changes and most of the tools used for management accounting have a controlling function along with the purpose of learning more about the user within the product. / Den här uppsatsen tar sitt avstamp i området affärsmodeller och mer specifikt den affärsmodell som kallas för Freemium. Uppsatsen har flera syften och ett av dem är att undersöka varför företag väljer att använda en affärsmodell som är så volatil som Freemium. Det andra syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilken typ av ekonomistyrning som används inom affärsmodellen. Resonemanget bakom det är att se om det finns några specifika drag som kan kopplas till användningen av Freemium. För att uppfylla detta syfte har författarna haft ett kvalitativt förhållningssätt med användning av intervjuer som huvudinstrument för insamlingen av data. De företag som representeras i studien finns inom olika branscher och anses alla vara små och medelstora företag. Det valda teoretiska ramverket bygger på tidigare forskning om affärsmodeller och ekonomistyrning i små och medelstora företag och nystartade företag. Resultaten av studien indikerar att affärsmodellen uppstod efter förändringar som skett på marknaden till följd av digitaliseringen som möjliggjorde nya sätt för företag att presentera värde för kunderna. Tack vare detta blev att ge bort en del av produkten gratis ett acceptabelt sätt att bedriva verksamheter eftersom kostnaderna för distribution av produkter minskade kraftigt. När företagen väl valde att anpassa sig till denna affärsmodell fick konkurrenterna inget annat val än att anpassa sig eller bli kvarlämnade i det förflutna. Numera väljer de flesta företag affärsmodellen tack vare dess stora fördelar med reklam och möjligheten att expandera. Ekonomistyrningens roll hos företag som använder Freemium har ett större behov av att tillfredsställa kunden efter vad de önskar. Kunderna är grunden för nästan alla beslut som fattas inom företagen. För att utnyttja kunden för största möjliga effektivitet samlar företag in användardata och använder sedan informationen som grund för sina beslut. På grund av detta måste företaget anpassa sig till snabba förändringar och de flesta verktyg som används för ekonomistyrning har en kontrollfunktion tillsammans med syftet att lära sig mer om användaren i produkten.

The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.
