They are designed and constructed from an adverse situation, a local need, questioning of people, from the urgency of change. Thus, it originates in 2002 and is carried out in 2005 the Coastal Unit of the Centenary Federal University of Paraná. The UFPR Coast is located in the resort of Caiobá, municipality of Matinhos, integrated into the coastal region of Paraná and Vale do Ribeira, which historically have been discredited and still present social, economic, environmental and educational fragility. Through its Institutional political project, it is consolidated as a community development agent with the main objective to promote the quality of life compatible with human dignity and social justice. In order to reach this goal, it was created a Pedagogical political project supported by emancipatory development and learning, consisting of projects developed by local communities, seeking decisively contributes to the scientific, economic, ecological and cultural development. In turn, the Coastal Sector in its constitution and deployment counted and relies on professors in training, in service, to serve in this differentiated project, being that the point focused in this thesis is: how is the process of training of university professors to work in an innovative curriculum and educational project? To resolve this issue it was necessary to (1) describe the concrete actions of training of professors in terms of selection, awareness, monitoring, educational activities, development, implementation, evaluation and redesign of the UFPR Coastal Project, identifying problems, difficulties and referrals which were made; (2) analyze and reflect on the process of continuous formation of professors of this differentiated project; (3) provide referrals to a process of continuing education that offers grants for professors engaged in innovative projects. The choice to make deepening in the teacher training area in the UFPR Coast occurs due to the fact that to act in a differentiated curriculum, requires a course of training, process which is not described in the literature and that needs to be identified, analyzed, understood, systematized and meticulously presented, to contribute to the training of academics. The study includes a qualitative approach, with presentation of case study comprised by participant observation, document analysis, semi structured interviews with managers who took part in the creation and implementation of the project, coordinators of three curricular areas (Humanistic and Cultural Interactions, Learning Projects and Practical Theoretical Foundations) and a questionnaire with open questions to a group of professors who work each in the 15 degree courses. As a doctoral thesis, it was obtained a description of the process of training professors of an innovative project, their specificities and also difficulties, leading the reader referrals for professor training engaged in innovative curricular and educational projects / docentes que participam de projetos inovadores, uma vez que tal formação é fundamental no êxito desses projetos. Os mesmos são idealizados e construídos a partir de uma situação adversa, uma necessidade local, de questionamento de pessoas, da urgência de mudanças. Assim, origina-se em 2002 e é implantada em 2005 a Unidade Litoral da centenária Universidade Federal do Paraná. A UFPR Litoral está situada no balneário de Caiobá, município de Matinhos, integrada à região litorânea paranaense e ao Vale do Ribeira, que historicamente foram desacreditadas e ainda apresentam fragilidade social, econômica, ambiental e educacional. Por meio do seu Projeto Político Institucional, consolida-se como um agente de desenvolvimento comunitário com o objetivo principal de propiciar à região qualidade de vida compatível com a dignidade humana e a justiça social. Construiu-se para tal um Projeto Político Pedagógico sustentado por fundamentos emancipatórios de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem, constituído por projetos desenvolvidos junto às comunidades locais/regionais, buscando contribuir decisivamente para o desenvolvimento científico, econômico, ecológico e cultural. Por sua vez, o Setor Litoral em sua constituição e implantação contou e conta com professores em formação, em serviço, para atuar neste projeto diferenciado, sendo que a questão problematizada nesta tese é: como ocorre o processo de formação de professores universitários para atuação em um projeto curricular e educacional inovador? Para solucionar tal questão foi preciso: (1) descrever as ações concretas de formação de professores nos momentos de seleção, sensibilização, acompanhamento, atividades formativas, elaboração, implantação, avaliação e replanejamento do Projeto UFPR Litoral, identificando problemas, dificuldades e encaminhamentos realizados; (2) analisar e refletir sobre o processo de formação continuada dos docentes desse projeto diferenciado; (3) apresentar encaminhamentos para um processo de formação continuada que ofereça subsídios a docentes engajados em projetos inovadores. A escolha em realizar aprofundamento na área de formação de professores no Projeto UFPR Litoral ocorre devido ao fato de que para atuar em um currículo diferenciado, requer-se um percurso de formação, processo este não descrito na literatura e que precisa ser identificado, analisado, compreendido, sistematizado e minuciosamente apresentado, para contribuir para a formação de docentes universitários. O estudo contempla uma abordagem qualitativa, com apresentação de estudo de caso constituído por observação participante, análise documental, entrevista semiestruturada com gestores que fizeram parte da idealização e implantação do Projeto, coordenadores dos três eixos curriculares (Interações Culturais e Humanísticas, Projetos de Aprendizagem e Fundamentos Teóricos Práticos) e questionário com questões abertas para um grupo de professores que atuam cada qual nos quinze cursos de graduação. Como tese de doutoramento obteve-se a descrição do processo de formação de professores de um projeto inovador, suas especificidades e também dificuldades, levando ao leitor encaminhamentos para formação de professores engajados em projetos curriculares e educacionais inovadores

Le comportement innovant au travail : le rôle de la justice du groupe. / Innovative behavior at work : the role of group justice.

Dans cette recherche, nous examinons l'effet de la justice interpersonnelle du groupe de travail sur les comportements innovants. D'abord, nous nous interrogeons sur le rôle médiateur joué par l'identification au groupe dans cette relation au niveau individuel d'analyse. Ensuite, nous examinons le rôle modérateur de la réflexivité sur ce mécanisme de médiation au même niveau d'analyse. Enfin, nous nous interrogeons sur le rôle de l'identification au groupe et l'engagement collectif au travail comme médiateurs en série des effets de la justice interpersonnelle du groupe sur les comportements innovants au niveau du groupe d'analyse sous l'angle des climats de justice. Deux études ont été menées afin de tester notre modèle. La première étude a été menée auprès de 204 employés d'hôpitaux tunisiens. Ses résultats montrent que l'effet indirect de la justice interpersonnelle du groupe de travail sur les comportements innovants, à travers l'identification au groupe, sera modéré par la réflexivité du groupe. La deuxième étude a été menée auprès de 528 étudiants regroupés dans 114 groupes de travail. Les données de cette étude ont été testées en utilisant une approche de modélisation multi niveaux par équations structurelles. Ses résultats montrent l'impact du climat de justice interpersonnelle du groupe sur les comportements individuels innovants à travers l'identification au groupe et l'engagement collectif au travail. Les implications théoriques et pratiques seront discutées. / In this research, we examine the effect of the interpersonal justice of the working group on innovative behaviors. First, we question the mediating role played by group identification in this relationship at the individual level of analysis. Next, we examine the moderating role of reflexivity on this mediation mechanism at the same level of analysis. Finally, we question the role of group identification and collective engagement at work as serial mediators of the effects of group interpersonal justice on innovative behaviors at the level of the analysis group in terms of climates of justice. Two studies were conducted to test our model. The first study was conducted among 204 Tunisian hospital employees. His results show that the indirect effect of the interpersonal justice of the working group on innovative behaviors, through identification with the group, will be moderated by the group's reflexivity. The second study was conducted with 528 students in 114 working groups. The data from this study were tested using a multi-level structural equation modeling approach. His results show the impact of the group's interpersonal justice climate on innovative individual behaviors through group identification and collective engagement at work. Theoretical and practical implications will be discussed.

臺北市國民中學校長變革領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能關係之研究 / A study on the relationships among principals’ change leadership, teachers’ organizational commitment, and school innovative management effectiveness in junior high schools in Taipei City

本研究旨在探究國民中學教師所知覺的校長變革領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能之關係,根據研究結果提出建議,以做為教育行政機關、國民中學校長,以及未來相關研究之參考。 本研究以臺北市立國民中學之教師為對象,採問卷調查法,以「國民中學校長變革領導、教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能問卷」進行抽樣調查,抽取541位教師為樣本,回收415份,回收率為76.7%,以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、多元逐步迴歸等統計方法加以分析。獲得以下結論: ㄧ、臺北市國民中學整體校長變革領導現況屬良好程度,各層面以「提升危機意識」最好,以「組織變革團隊」最後。 二、不同學歷及擔任職務背景變項之教師對於校長變革領導的知覺具有顯著差異;不同教師性別、教師年齡及教師服務年資等變項無顯著差異。 三、不同學校規模、學校歷史、校長年齡、校長在該校服務年資、擔任校長總年資及校長學歷等學校背景變項之教師對於校長變革領導的知覺具有顯著差異;不同校長性別變項無顯著差異。 四、臺北市國民中學整體教師組織承諾現況屬良好程度,各層面以「努力意願」最好,以「留職傾向」最後。 五、不同教師年齡、教師最高學歷、教師服務年資及教師擔任職務等背景變項教師對於教師組織承諾的知覺具有顯著差異;不同教師性別變項無顯著差異。 六、不同學校規模及校長最高學歷背景變項之教師對於教師組織承諾的知覺具有 顯著差異;不同學校歷史、校長性別、校長年齡、校長在該校服務年資、擔任校長總年資等背景變項無顯著差異。 七、臺北市國民中學整體學校創新經營效能現況屬良好程度,各層面以「學生活動創新效能」最好,以「課程教學創新效能」層面程度最後。 八、不同教師擔任職務背景變項之教師對於學校創新經營效能的知覺具有顯著差異;不同教師性別、教師年齡、教師最高學歷及教師服務年資等變項無顯著差異。 九、不同學校歷史及校長年齡背景變項之教師對於學校創新經營效能的知覺具有顯著差異;不同學校規模、校長性別、校長在該校服務年資、擔任校長總年資,以及校長最高學歷等背景變項無顯著差異。 十、校長變革領導與學校創新經營效能之間具有正相關;教師組織承諾與學校創新經營效能之間具有正相關。 十ㄧ、校長變革領導各層面以「形塑學校文化」及「營造變革環境」對學校創新經營效能具有預測力,總解釋變異量為42.3%。 十二、教師組織承諾「留職傾向」、「努力意願」及「組織認同」三層面對學校創新經營效能均具有預測力,總解釋變異量為36.2%。 十三、校長變革領導與教師組織承諾對學校創新經營效能之聯合預測,共有「形塑學校文化」、「努力意願」、「留職傾向」、「營造變革環境」及「組織認同」五個層面對整體學校創新經營效能具有預測力,總解釋變異量為50.1%。 最後,根據研究結果提出下列幾點建議: ㄧ、對教育行政機關的建議 (一)規劃變革領導相關課程及訓練,提昇新任校長變革領導能力。 (二)多挹注相關資源給小型及老舊學校,以強化學校競爭力。 (三)鼓勵資深且治校有方之校長至亟須大力整頓之小校或老校服務,以救亡圖存,提升學校創新經營效能。 二、對國中校長的建議 (ㄧ)洞悉學校發展需求,掌握時機節奏進行變革領導。 (二)拔擢人才充分溝通,將組織發展目標與個人發展目標相結合。 (三)鼓勵教師在職進修與時俱進,與學校之各項變革相契合。 (四)發揮教師社群力量,授權學歷高有意願教師帶動學校課程與教學創新。 (五)落實教學輔導照顧資淺教師,發揮老幹新枝經驗傳承的力量,並強化組織承諾與留職傾向。 (六)設立各項教師獎勵措施,激勵教師內外在成就動機,增強對學校向心力。 (七)積極爭取經費與各項資源,改善硬體設備,打造嶄新優質的學校環境。 (八)建構各項創新變革方案回饋循環模式,營造創意的學校文化。 / The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship among principals’ change leadership, teachers’ organizational commitment, and school innovative management effectiveness which teachers perceive, and to propose suggestions based on the results, for the reference of educational administration authorities, junior high school principals, and relevant future studies. In this study, faculty of junior high schools in Taipei City is picked as subjects and questionnaire survey is adopted. The researcher formulates “junior high school principals’ change leadership, teachers’ organizational commitment, and school innovative management effectiveness questionnaire,” and randomly selects 541 teachers as samples. In a rate of 76.7%, 415 replies are returned and then analyzed in methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression. The following conclusions are obtained: 1. The present situation of principals’ change leadership is up to fine level. Among all the aspects, “raising the sense of danger” ranks to the top, while “organizing teams for change” ranks otherwise. 2. Teachers bearing different education backgrounds and duties perceive principals’ change leadership significantly differently; while teachers of other variables such as gender, age, and service seniority show no significant difference. 3. Teachers of different demographic variables such as school size and history; principals’ age, local seniority, total seniority, and education background perceive principals’ change leadership significantly differently; while the variable, principals’ gender, shows no significant difference. 4. The present situation of teachers’ organizational commitment is up to fine level. Among all the aspects, “desire for putting efforts” ranks to the top, while “tendency to retain the job” ranks otherwise. 5. Teachers of different demographic variables such as age, education level, service seniority, and duties perceive teachers’ organizational commitment significantly differently; while the variable of gender shows no significant difference. 6. Teachers of different demographic variables such as school size and principals’ education level perceive teachers’ organizational commitment significantly differently; while some other variables such as school history; principals’ gender, age, local seniority, and total seniority show no significant difference. 7. The present situation of school innovative management effectiveness is up to fine level. Among all the aspects, “innovative effectiveness of pupil activity” ranks to the top, while “innovative effectiveness of course and instruction” ranks otherwise. 8. Teachers bearing different duties perceive school innovative management effectiveness significantly differently; while teachers of other variables such as gender, age, education level, and seniority show no significant difference. 9. Teachers of some demographic variables such as school history and principals’ age perceive school innovative management effectiveness significantly differently; while some other variables such as school size; principals’ gender, local seniority, total seniority, and education level show no significant difference. 10. Principals’ change leadership is positively related to school innovative management effectiveness; teachers’ organizational commitment is also positively related to school innovative management effectiveness. 11. School innovative management effectiveness is most predictable for “to shape school culture” and “to establish change environment” among all the aspects of principals’ change leadership, accounting for 42.3% of total variance. 12. Teachers’ organizational commitment is predictable for each aspect, including “tendency to retain the job,” “desire for putting efforts,” and “approval of organization,” accounting for 36.2% of total variance. 13. When combining principals’ change leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment, school innovative management effectiveness is predictable for five aspects, including “to shape school culture,” “desire for putting efforts,” “tendency to retain the job,” “to establish change environment,” and “approval of organization,” accounting for 50.1% of total variance. Finally, based on the results, the following suggestions are proposed: 1. Suggestions for educational administration authorities (1)Arrange related courses and trainings of change leadership to improve newly nominated principals’ ability to lead changes. (2)Invest more relevant resources to small or old schools to make them more competitive. (3)Encourage senior principals who are good at management to aid small or old schools in need, for saving and improving their innovative management effectiveness. 2. Suggestions for principals in junior high schools (1)Understand what is required for school development thoroughly, and seize the timing for processing change leadership. (2)Select talented people, communicate sufficiently, and combine organizational and personal goals of development. (3)Encourage teachers to take in-service education to catch up the pace of the times, and to better cooperate with changes applied at school. (4)Fulfill the power of teachers’ community through authorizing highly educated and willing ones to promote innovation of courses and instructions. (5)Perform instructive guidance and assistance to help less senior teachers, pass on experiences, and strengthen organizational commitment and tendency to retain the job. (6)Establish reward system to inspire teachers’ both inner and outer motivation, and enhance the centripetal force to their school. (7)Actively endeavor to obtain money and resources and improve hardware to build quality environment. (8)Establish circulating feedback pattern of innovative change blueprints to produce creative atmosphere of school.

本研究探討新產品開發關鍵成功因素與其管理方式,以及產品專案創新類型如何影響新產品開發關鍵成功因素之重要性,並辨別在不同產品專案創新類型下可提升新產品開發專案績效之關鍵成功因素。本研究以國內某汽車製造公司為個案研究對象,並透過問卷調查與統計分析之結果提出以下四項結論: 一、新產品開發關鍵成功因素構面包含供應商、技術母廠、經銷商、高階主管與跨功能團隊、新產品開發管理、績效評估與獎酬等六大構面。於新產品開發過程中,企業針對各構面設有相關的管理作法。 二、新產品開發關鍵成功因素之重要性會受產品專案創新類型不同而有所差異。 三、在大改專案下,高階主管與跨功能團隊構面、新產品開發管理構面、績效評估與獎酬構面對新產品開發專案績效構面有顯著正向影響。 四、在小改專案下,供應商構面、高階主管與跨功能團隊構面、績效評估與獎酬構面對新產品開發專案績效構面有顯著正向影響。 / The study focuses on several topics: critical success factors of new product development, product project innovative type’s influence on relative importance of critical success factors, identification of critical success factors which improve project performance in different product project innovative types. The study applies case study based on one motor manufacturing company, questionnaire, and statistical analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Critical success factors of new product development include supplier dimension, technical parent company dimension, distributor dimension, upper management and cross functional team dimension, new product development management dimension, performance appraisal and reward dimension. During the project time, the company establishes proper management regarding various dimensions. 2. The importance level of critical success factors is influenced by product project innovative types. 3. Under big projects, three dimensions which include upper management and cross functional team dimension, new product development management dimension, performance appraisal and reward dimension, have positive impact on project performance dimension. 4. Under small projects, three dimensions which include supplier dimension, upper management and cross functional team dimension, performance appraisal and reward dimension, have positive impact on project performance dimension.

臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能關係之研究 / A study on relationships among public elementary school principals' knowledge leadership, teachers' work stress and effectiveness of school innovation management in Taipei City

本研究旨在瞭解目前臺北市立公立國民小學校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能的現況;探討不同背景下,校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能之差異情形;並探析三變項彼此之相關與預測力;檢定三變項的結構方程模式之適配情形及變項間之影響力。本章依據上述研究目的進行文獻探討,提出研究架構,編製「國民小學校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能量表」以進行實徵調查。本研究以臺北市之公立國民小學教師為對象,共抽取76所國民小學之912位教師為樣本,回收828份有效問卷,可用卷回收率為90.79%;蒐集的資料以描述性統計分析、t考驗、ANOVA分析、積差相關、多元逐步迴歸、結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析與處理,獲致如下的結果: 一、 臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導表現為中高程度,以「充實領導知能」得分最高,「展現創新行動」得分最低。 二、 臺北市公立國民小學教師對其工作壓力感受為中低程度,以「工作負荷」壓力感受最高,「人際關係」壓力感受最低。 三、 臺北市公立國民小學學校創新經營效能表現為中高程度,以「環境設備創新效能」得分最高,「行政服務創新效能」得分最低。 四、 臺北市公立國民小學以男性、41歲以上、研究所以上學歷、年資26年以上、擔任主任職務之教師,知覺「校長知識領導」的程度較高。 五、 臺北市公立國民小學以師資班或師大、師院、一般大學教育系大學部畢業學歷、擔任組長、副組長或教師職務、身處學校規模在61班以上之教師,知覺「工作壓力」的程度較高。 六、 臺北市公立國民小學以51歲以上、服務年資16年以上、擔任主任、組長(或副組長)職務之教師,知覺「學校創新經營效能」的程度較高。 七、 臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導與教師工作壓力、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能具低、中度負相關,而校長知識領導與學校創新經營效能具有高度正相關。 八、 臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導與教師工作壓力對學校創新經營效能具有顯著預測作用,以「校長知識領導」與其層面「整合知識資源」的預測力最佳。 九、 臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能的結構方程模式之適配性檢定獲得支持,能解釋主要變項之關係。 十、 臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導對學校創新經營效能之影響以直接效果為主。 依據研究結果,本研究在臺北市公立國民小學校長知識領導、教師工作壓力與學校創新經營效能的相關研究上,提出如下的建議: 一、 成立校長知識領導社群,以利校長間領導知能的分享與傳承。 二、 強化學校行政服務與課程教學的創新,以利學校創新經營均衡發展。 三、 降低學校規模、暢通學校溝通管道、營造校內合作氣氛,以利校長知識領導、降低教師工作壓力,提升學校創新經營效能。 四、 透過減課的激勵方式,協助教師減輕工作壓力,以利從事學校創新經營。 五、 鼓勵教師參與校內外或是學位進修,以利教師本職學能的提升,促進行政與教學間互信互助。 六、 提供充裕的時間與空間發展創新,以提升學校創新經營成效。 七、 協助輔導年輕教師,全面提升教師教學成效。 八、 將研究範圍擴大至其它地區或全國,並考慮擴大問卷調查對象至不同層級的教育人員。 九、 可配合採用訪談法、個案研究、德懷術、焦點團體座談等方法,來進行較深入的探討,使研究結果更具有參考價值。 十、 可透過階層線性模式(HLM)來對各變項內之向度做進一步的觀察多層次變項間的關係。 依據研究結論,上述相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民小學及未來研究之參考。 / The purpose of this research is to advance understanding of the relationship among public elementary school principals' leadership in knowledge management, teachers' work stress, and effectiveness of schools' innovative management in Taipei city. I analyzed these three variables in different backgrounds of their relationship and prediction. I assessed the adjustment and effects of the structural equation model among three variables. To achieve the purposes, the research involved literature review, proposing a research model and adopting a questionnaire survey: “The investigative questionnaire of relationships among elementary school principals' leadership in knowledge management, teachers' work stress, and effectiveness of school innovation management.” The survey consisted of 912 teachers from 76 elementary schools in Taipei city, and among them, 828 distributed copies were returned as valid. The return rate was 90.79%. The data which were collected underwent statistical treatments such as t- test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multivariate analysis of variance, and structural equation model in order to obtain the results for the stated objectives of the study. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. Taipei public elementary school principals have medium-high performance on their practice of leadership in knowledge management. Score the highest in the dimension of "building professional expertise" and the lowest in the dimension of "showing innovative actions." 2. Taipei public elementary school teachers have low-medium work stress. Score highest in the dimension of "work loads" and the lowest in the dimension of " interpersonal relationship." 3. Taipei public elementary schools have medium-high performance in terms of innovative management. Evaluate highest in the dimension of "Innovative performance on school's facilities" and lowest in the dimension of " innovative performance on administrative services. " 4. Among Taipei public elementary school teachers, those who are male, over the age 41, master's degree or above, working more than 26 years, and working as director, have significantly greater awareness of principals’ leadership in knowledge management. 5. Taipei public elementary school teachers, who graduated from Teachers' college with a bachelor's degree, working at a school of over 61 classes, have higher level of work stress. 6. Taipei public elementary school teachers, who are over the age 51, work more than 16 years, serve as director and section chief (or vice section chief), have significantly better awareness of the effectiveness of school innovative management. 7. Taipei public elementary school teachers’ work stress has low-negative correlation to principals’ leadership in knowledge management and effectiveness of school innovative management. Principals’ leadership in knowledge management is high-positively related to effectiveness of school innovative management. 8. Both principals’ leadership in knowledge management and teachers’ work stress serve a predictive function on the effectiveness of school innovative management, especially in the variable of principals’ leadership in knowledge management and the dimension of " integrating knowledge resources " 9. The result of assessment of proper fit on the structural equation model among principals’ leadership in knowledge management, teachers’ work stress, and effectiveness of school innovative management supports and explains the co-relationships of these three variables. 10. The Influence of Taipei public elementary school principal's leadership in knowledge management on schools' innovative management is mainly via direct effects. Based on the findings, the research investigation offers several suggestions for helping school teachers, principles, as well as administrators to implement for a better organizational practice: 1. Establish Leadership community for school principles to exchange and share the knowledge 2. Strengthen the innovation in administrative service as well as course design for a balanced development of school's innovative management. 3. Reduce school scale, open up communication and create cooperative atmosphere within the school for the better leadership, less work stress and to promote the efficiency of innovative operation. 4. Mitigate work stress by reducing school teachers' teaching hours to benefit schools’ innovative operation plans. 5. Encourage teachers to pursue further education. It will not only improves teachers' professionalism but contributes mutual trust between administrators and teachers. 6. Giving sufficient time and space for innovation to benefit the effect of schools’ innovative operation. 7. Provide guidance to young educators to improve teaching quality in all-round manner. 8. Expand research scope to other areas or nationwide and consider expanding the target of questionnaire survey to educators in different levels. 9. Proceed further investigation on the topic with various research methods such as Interview Survey, Case Study, Delphi Technique, Focus Group Interview, etc, which makes the findings more worthy referenced. 10. Using hierarchical linear model to have an empirical research among principals' leadership in knowledge management, teachers' work stress and effectiveness of schools' innovative management. I hope the authority, elementary educators will find the suggestions of this research beneficial to the better organizational development. 跨國製藥廠的創新營銷模式 / Innovative marketing and sales model of an international pharmaceutical company

本研究旨在如何透過創新的營銷模式,如電子醫藥行銷及電子醫藥平台,來解決跨國製藥廠在台灣面臨的困境。本研究以個案公司為研究對象,透過傳統策略規劃流程來做策略分析、策略擬定及策略執行。策略分析主要在分析內外部環境,外部環境,先透過五力分析來確認製藥產業的吸引力及哪一項競爭力是跨國製藥廠最需重視的,接著討論醫業環境的演變及對傳統營銷模式的衝擊。內部分析,主要針對個案公司做情勢分析,透過個案公司的組織目標、BCG矩陣分析模型、核心競爭力、品牌權益市場調查、高涉入購買決策過程分析、SWOT分析、商業模式和4C(四種交換成本)處分析來判斷情勢。從分析的結果來確認主要問題及機會,然後根據主要問題及機會來擬定相對策略,最後分析執行行動方案的成效來驗證策略的正確性。 / This study explores how the innovative marketing and sales model (such as eDetailing and Physician Digital Platform) can help to overcome the obstacles that international pharmaceutical company has been facing in Taiwan. This research is a case study for an international pharmaceutical company. The study is mainly focused on Taiwan’s pharma division. They study is structured in 3 major sections – strategy analysis, strategy defining and strategy execution. For the analysis, it focuses on analyzing external and internal environment. For the external environment, first apply the 5-force theory to identify the attractiveness of the industry and which competitive forces should be focused on. Then it discusses the evolution of the pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan and how it impacts the traditional sales model. The internal analysis focuses on the case study of the company. Use tools and models such as BCG Matrix, core competency, brand equity market research, buying process, SWOT, business model and 4 Costs model to analyze the studied company’s situation. Through the analysis, identify the key problem and opportunity and make corresponding strategies. At the final section, validate the strategy’s effectiveness through analyzing the execution of the innovative marketing and sales model initiatives.

本研究旨在建構並驗證高中職學校分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能之模式,並比較不同教師背景變項及學校環境變項的差異,依據研究所得結論,分別對教育行政機關、學校及教師提出建議,以做為推展校長分布式領導、促進教師專業社群運作,及提升學校創新經營效能之參考。 本研究使用問卷調查法,以單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸、結構方程模式等統計方法,探討高中職學校分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能之關係及模式驗證。透過文獻的蒐集與探討,提出本研究的研究架構和徑路關係模式圖。研究對象為國立高中職學校995 位教師;研究工具為研究者自編之校長分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能關係之調查問卷。 經由統計分析與討論,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、教師對校長分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能的知覺是正向的。 二、部分教師背景變項與學校環境變項的教師對校長分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能的知覺具有顯著差異。 三、校長分布式領導、教師專業社群與學校創新經營效能三者之間具有關聯性。 四、校長分布式領導、教師專業社群對學校創新經營效能均具有預測力。 五、本研究所建構的結構模式具有良好的適配度,校長分布式領導、教師專業社群對學校創新經營效能均具有顯著直接效果。 關鍵詞:分布式領導、教師專業社群、學校創新經營效能

本研究主要目的在分析新北市國民中學校長創新領導行為、教師知識管理能力與學校創新經營效能之關聯。研究採用調查研究法,以新北市之公立國民中學教師為研究對象抽40所學校,計有496位。問卷調查結果採用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸等統計方式加以分析。   本研究得到下列項結論: 一、新北市國民中學校長創新領導行為情況良好,並以「創造思考」為最佳。 二、新北市國民中學教師知識管理能力表現良好,並以「知識獲取」為最佳。 三、新北市國民中學的學校創新經營效能情況良好,並以「創新學校表現效能」為最佳。 四、新北市國民中學不同性別、現任職務、學校規模之教師在知覺校長創新領導行為上有顯著差異。 五、新北市國民中學不同現任職務、服務年資、學校規模之教師在教師知識管理能力上有顯著差異。 六、新北市國民中學不同現任職務、服務年資、學校規模之教師在知覺學校創新經營效能上有顯著差異。 七、國民中學校長創新領導行為、教師知識管理能力與學校創新經營效能三者間具有正向的關聯。 八、國民中學校長創新領導行為及教師知識管理能力的分層面,對學校創新經營效能有正向的預測作用。   最後,根據研究結果提出主要結論與相關建議,以供教育行政機關與國民中學之參酌。 / The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among principals’ innovative leadership behavior, teachers’ knowledge management capability, and effectiveness of school innovation management. Data were collected from 496 teachers of 40 junior high schools in New Taipei City. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise regression. Conclusions were as follows: 1. The perceptions from the junior high school teachers about principals’ innovative leadership behavior are positive. Furthermore, “creative thinking” is the highest. 2. The perceptions from the junior high school teachers about teachers’ knowledge management capability are positive. Besides “knowledge acquirement” is the highest. 3. The perceptions from the junior high school teachers about effectiveness of school innovation management are positive. “innovative school performance” is the highest in addition. 4. Teachers from different gender, position, and school size in New Taipei City, they had diversely feeling about principle’s innovative leadership behavior. 5. Teachers form different position, seniority, and school size in New Taipei City, their knowledge management capability are obviously difference. 6. Teachers form different position, seniority, and school size in New Taipei City, their perception of school innovative efficiency are obviously diversity. 7. Principle’s innovative leadership behavior, teachers’ knowledge management capability and effectiveness of school innovation management, these three factors had highly positive correlation. 8. The sub-level of the principals’ innovative leadership behavior and teachers’ knowledge management capability can apparently predict the effectiveness of school innovation management.   At last, according to the results, this study provides the conclusion and the suggestions particularly for the institution of educational administration and junior high schools.

智慧資本與動態能耐對研發團隊創新績效的影響 / The Impact of Intellectual Capital and Dynamic Capabilities on R&D Teams’ Innovative Performance

研究智慧資本領域的學者認為,智慧資本是組織競爭優勢的主要來源,而且也會影響組織績效(智慧資本愈高,其組織績效愈好)。但是,智慧資本與創新績效之間是否存在有正向關係,卻值得進一步探討。本研究認為,在動態環境下,智慧資本觀點並無法適當地解釋,為何組織有能力回應快速變動的外在環境,以產生較好的創新績效。智慧資本領域的學者與專家鮮少對「『靜態的』智慧資本」與「『動態的』運用智慧資本能力」進行區辨;而本研究認為這是兩種不相同的概念。本研究目的即希望瞭解研發團隊「運用」智慧資本對其創新績效的影響。 另一方面,為了解釋為何某些企業在快速變動與無法預期的市場中依然可以保有其競爭優勢,某些學者擴張資源基礎觀點到動態市場中,並提出「動態能耐」觀點(Teece, Pisano, and Shuen, 1997)。本研究主張,研發團隊的動態能耐除了直接影響創新績效之外,也是其「運用」智慧資本的關鍵因素。動態能耐對組織績效與創新績效的關連,雖有學者著墨;但,其實證研究並不多見,有待相關學者提出更多的貢獻。再則,動態能耐是一複雜的概念,若要對其進行衡量,應該要進一步釐清該構念,甚至建構適合的衡量指標,提出較為完整的、且符合信度與效度的衡量量表,方能正確地衡量動態能耐。 本研究同時採用質化與量化的研究方法。質性研究是從動態能耐相關文獻出發,在釐清各個學者對動態能耐的定義後,萃取出動態能耐之不同構面與架構,再經由各項假說之推演,提出本論文之初步研究架構。之後,選取N大學無線奈米生醫研究團隊為個案,深入瞭解該團隊兩項突破式創新計畫,分別是「抗SARS一號」與「無線奈米生醫感測晶片」研發計畫,用以觀察該團隊如何回應變動的外在環境,來說明智慧資本與研發團隊的動態能耐對其創新績效的影響。透過不同階段的觀察,進行分析與歸納,並找出其共同的特性,以瞭解本研究架構的初步解釋力,並進一步依個案研究的新發現修正各項假說,最後提出本研究之實證研究架構。 在量化研究方面,首先,為了能精確地衡量動態能耐概念,本研究依照Hinkin(1998)量表發展步驟,以五階段三個樣本群來發展動態能耐的衡量量表。其次,在發展出符合信度、內容效度、模型適配度、收斂效度、鑑別效度的動態能耐衡量量表後,以第三群樣本進行本研究之假說檢定,以確認智慧資本與研發團隊的動態能耐對其創新績效的影響關係。 研究發現,動態能耐是一個多面向多層次構念,可以以三構面八因子共19題項的問卷來衡量,三構面是指結合能耐、吸收能耐與彈性。在假說檢定部分,本研究共提出9項假說,結果有7項假說受到支持,另有2項假說未獲得支持。結果驗證本研究的主要論點,亦即智慧資本對研發團隊創新績效的影響並不顯著;而研發團隊如何運用智慧資本的能耐(亦即動態能耐),顯著地影響其創新績效。此外本研究發現,結合能耐是中介變項,它完全中介了吸收能耐對創新績效的影響;吸收能耐也是中介變項,它完全中介了人力資本以及關係資本對結合能耐的影響;而彈性則是交互變項,它會正向地強化各項智慧資本對吸收能耐的影響。最後,本研究也得到兩項特別的觀察,一是,具有動態能耐的研發團隊在研發能量提升上的兩種向度,二是,它是一種「彈性球體」的組織型態,方得以快速地回應外在環境的改變。 / The scholars who studied the field of intellectual capital (IC) argued that IC was the main source of organizational competitive advantages. Besides, they thought that the better the IC a company has, the better the business can have the ability to generate innovative performance. However, the relationship between IC and innovative performance needs to be explored further, because of being inconsistent with some practical cases. This research proposed that the view of IC could not explain appropriately why organizations could generate better innovative performance in the dynamic environment. Besides, the scholars who studied IC seldom distinguished “static IC” from “dynamic ability for utilizing IC”. Whereas, this research proposed that these two constructs were different concepts, and would like to explore the impact of utilizing IC on innovative performance. On the other hand, in order to explain why some enterprises could keep their competitive advantages in the rapidly changing environment, some scholars proposed the viewpoints of dynamic capabilities (DCs). This research argues that it has a directly significant effect of DCs on innovative performance, and DCs are the critical factors for utilizing IC. This research proposes that DCs are complex constructs. Therefore, we should clarify these constructs and provide an appropriate measurement tool with reliability and validity, if we would like to measure them. This research adopted qualitative and quantitative researches simultaneously to demonstrate these arguments. After clarifying the definition of DCs and extracting the components of DCs from the literature review, this research deduced several hypotheses and formed the research framework. This research selected the research team of N University for developing wireless nano-bio systems as a case, and thoroughly explored two of its radically innovative projects, including Anti-SARS R&D project and sensor chip for wireless nano-biotach R&D project. Through observing their response to the rapidly changing external environment, this research illustrated the impact of IC and DCs of R&D team on its innovative performance. By the two-stage observation, analysis and induction of this case, we could understand the preliminary power in explaining this research model, and amend the hypotheses. As for quantitative research, first, according to the scale developing steps, suggested by Hinkin (1998), this research developed the measurement tool of DCs with five stages and three samples to measure the concept of DCs precisely. Secondly, after developing the measurement scale of DCs, which surpassed the acceptable level for reliability, content validity, goodness of fit, convergent validity and discriminate validity, this research utilized the third sample testing the hypotheses to confirm the relationships among IC, DCs, and innovative performance of the R&D teams. The results showed that the concept of DCs is a multi-level and multi-dimension construct, which is composed of combinative capabilities, absorptive capacity and flexibility. In addition, it can be measured by three-dimension and eight-factor scale with nineteen items. As for the hypothesis testing, there were nine hypotheses in this research. Seven of them were supported, however, two of them were not supported. The results confirmed the main arguments of this research. That is, it doesn’t have a significant effect of IC on R&D team’s innovative performance. However, it does have a significant effect of DCs on R&D team’s innovative performance. In addition, the results showed that combinative capabilities and absorptive capacity are mediators. The combinative capabilities fully mediated the effect of absorptive capacity on innovative performance. The absorptive capacity also fully mediated the effects of human capital and relationship capital on the combinative capabilities. Meanwhile, the results showed that flexibility is a moderator, which enhanced the effects of different ICs on absorptive capacity. Finally, this research got two special observations. First, there are two dimensions of R&D energy promotion for R&D teams with DCs. Secondly, it is a type of “flexible sphere organization” for the R&D teams with DCs, so that they can respond to the rapidly changing external environment.

使用者需求及創新行銷新思考:Illuscook+手繪風食譜App / New Thinking from User’s Needs & Innovative Marketing: Illuscook+,An App of Recipes in Illustrations

隨著數位時代的來臨,數位食譜的發展蔚為風潮,也以各種形式進行行銷推廣,再加上以文化融入創意、行銷而廣受歡迎的文化創意產業也相當風行,如何將文化價值帶入數位食譜中,創造新的火花,值得探究。 本研究以量化之網路問卷為主、質化之深度訪談法為輔,利用動機理論的概念及Maslow(1943)的需求理論了解數位食譜使用者使用數位食譜的動機、需求,另運用Davis et al.(1989)提出的科技接受模型、張銀益等人(2010)提出的手機線上遊戲特性進行延伸,做為使用者需求問卷調查的評測及分析指標,並依照以下項目分別對使用者的想法進行探討:(1)使用動機與需求、(2)知覺價值、(3)數位食譜三大平台特性與使用意願、(4)數位食譜行銷策略、(5)手繪插畫與數位食譜結合之吸引力。探討數位食譜的發展現況及行銷策略則以質化之深度訪談法進行,訪談國內數位食譜網站愛料理、多多開伙,外國案例則是美國手繪食譜網站They Draw & Cook,並且發現現有數位食譜平台主要的行銷策略以依照節慶或食材進行主題式的行銷活動居多,除了數位食譜網站/App本身的食譜內容外,常見的行銷方式則為(1)社群媒體、(2)異業合作與置入、(3)實體產品發行或實體活動。創新行銷案例探討則以覺旅咖啡為對象,以質化之深度訪談法了解其創新行銷方式,並發現覺旅咖啡將文化價值深植於體驗行銷的概念是數位食譜平台應該加以學習、深化的行銷方式。綜合以上結果,本研究對研究結果進行分析及整理,並對數位食譜的行銷策略與發展提出建議。 最後,本文將研究結果運用於輔助、支持Illuscook+的創作發展與功能設計,將 Illuscook+做為數位食譜創新行銷策略的構想場域,在「資訊有用性」、「介面易用性」及「使用趣味性」上均收到使用者相當良好的評價,未來可持續發展為具有完整功能的數位食譜資訊整合平台。 / With the advent of digital age, the development of digital recipes is a growing trend, they market and promote themselves in various forms. Besides, the cultural and creative industries which integrate culture, creation and marketing are quite popular, bringing cultural values into digital recipes and creating new spark are worth exploring. In this study, researcher used online questionnaires and depth interviews to understand users’ motivations and needs of using digital recipes, supplemented by motivation theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs (1943), also used TAM by Davis et al. (1989) and mobile online games features by Chang Yin-Yih et al. (2010) as the indicators of evaluation and analysis of questionnaires. This study used the following items to discuss user’s ideas of digital recipes: (1)usage motivations and needs, (2)perceived value, (3)the relations between three characteristics of digital recipe platforms and willingness to use, (4)marketing strategies of digit recipes, (5)the attraction of combining hand-drawn illustration and digital recipe. Researcher explored the current development and marketing strategies of digital recipes in depth interviews, using iCook, dodocook and They Draw & Cook as subjects. Through the results of interviews, the main marketing strategy of existing digital recipes platform is theme-based marketing activities in accordance with festivals or ingredients, and in addition to their own recipe content of digital recipe website / App, the common ways of their marketing are: (1)social media, (2)cross-sector cooperation and placement, (3)release actual products or hold actual activities. Depth interview was also used to know the innovative marketing of Journey Kaffe, and found that its concept of making cultural values deeply rooted in the experiential marketing is the way that digital recipes platform should learn. Based on the above results, this research analyzed and organized the findings, and made recommendations of digital marketing strategies and development. Finally, the results of study was used to support the development and functional design of Illuscook+, made it a field to realize the innovative marketing ideas of digital recipes, and had received pretty good feedback from users in "information usefulness", "interface usability" and "usage interesting", may develop as a fully functional digital recipe platform in the future.
