Originally based on a textile industrial complex, the Park participates in the process of industrialization of the city of S?o Jos? dos Campos when it hosted the Companhia de Fia??o e Tecelagem Parahyba . Later, the Park is appropriated by the population of the area and goes from the condition of a private space to a public space, assuming the identity of the Park of the City. It is proposed in this work to present the park in the contemporary life of the city and its new uses. / O presente trabalho apresenta uma discuss?o sobre parques urbanos p?blicos e suas rela??es com mem?ria, hist?ria e identidade urbana a partir do estudo de caso do Parque da Cidade de S?o Jos? dos Campos. Oriundo de um complexo t?xtil, o Parque participa do processo de industrializa??o da cidade de S?o Jos? dos Campos quando abriga a Companhia de Fia??o e Tecelagem Parahyba . Carlos Mari?tegui political ideas in the construction of Marxism. We site our analysis from an interpretative focus which approaches the political culture developed by both Latin American Marxists and the role performed by revolutionary intellectuals. Saying that, to analyze the public manifestations from those intellectuals and their respective realities, we were compelled to investigate the relations they had with the classical Marxian ideas. This way, we chose the themes revolutionary journalism, the countrymen class and revolution which collated our propositions to that Marxian tradition. We aim to comprehend the way the characters political ideas were organized and, from the public exposition of those ideas, comprehend how their actions were in their social contexts. We highlight that the comprehension of the political actuation from both actors is extremely important for the consolidation of the proletarians in Latin American political scenario. / A presente tese tem por interesse b?sico o estudo comparado entre as id?ias pol?ticas de Astrojildo Pereira (1890/1965) e Jos? Carlos Mari?tegui (1894/1930) na constru??o do marxismo. Situamos nossas an?lises a partir de um enfoque interpretativo que englobasse a cultura pol?tica desenvolvida pelos dois marxistas latino-americanos e o papel desempenhado pelos intelectuais revolucion?rios. Isto posto, para analisarmos as manifesta??es p?blicas destes intelectuais em suas respectivas realidades, fomos compelidos a investigar as rela??es destes com as id?ias cl?ssicas marxianas. Deste modo, escolhemos os temas jornalismo revolucion?rio, campesinato e revolu??o que cotejassem nossas proposi??es ?quela tradi??o marxiana. Objetivamos entender como se organizaram as id?ias pol?ticas das personagens e, a partir da exposi??o p?blica dessas id?ias, compreender como se deu a atua??o de ambos em seus contextos sociais. Saramago (1922-2010), namely, A jangada de pedra, O Evangelho segundo Jesus Cristo and Ensaio sobre a cegueira, which were selected by the reason that they approach political, religious and social issues, respectively. Based on the theories of Mikhail Bakhtin (1895-1975), whose intellectual production lasted for about sixty years ? which may justify the use of the term dialogue in different contexts and with distinct concepts ?, this study is guided by three possible meanings within dialogism: the dialogue in the theory of language, the dialogue in the novel and the dialogue in the genre memory. Without ignoring the vast critical reviews of the Portuguese writer?s work, this thesis intends to answer a question: how are dialogic relationships established in Saramago's novels? Searching for an answer, a second, more complex question arises: is it possible that the dialogic relationships in the narrative structure of Saramago?s characters and narrator represent his process of literary creation? The hypothesis is that the artistic form of the writer represents, besides a tendency, a renewal of the genre itself. This study is, therefore, divided into three parts: the first is dedicated to the dialogue at the level of language, regarding the ideological sense of the linguistic sign and the different types of the reported speech; the second part approaches the dialogue in the novel, focusing on the plurilingual and polyphonic features of the discourse in the novel; and the third part, in the sphere of the memory of the genre, investigates aspects of carnival literature and chronotopic structures that constitute the narratives. It is added to this study the ideas of researchers such as Michael Holquist, Gary Saul Morson, Caryl Emerson and, from Brazil, Irene Machado, Beth Brait, Carlos Alberto Faraco, and Cristov?o Tezza, among others who seek to understand and systematize Bakhtin?s concepts. It is expected that a study that examines Saramago's writing can contribute both to a reflection on his creative process and also to a (re)reading of Bakhtin's dialogic principle in Literature. / Esta tese prop?e uma abordagem tripartida do dialogismo para a an?lise de tr?s romances de Jos? The present research proposes to make an analysis of the secularization and the faith in the current contemporaneity, in order to lay the foundations for a New Evangelization of the Church. For this, the work of the Spanish philosopher Jos? Casanova, a sociologist of the religion, and the German Joseph Ratzinger, theologian and emeritus pope, is analyzed and put them into dialogue. Casanova's approach elucidates the phenomenon of secularization in its different facets, noting the emergence of public religions and the emergence of a globalized religious pluralism. Ratzinger's reflection (Benedict XVI) urges us to understand the faith as adherence to truth, in a context which he considers a "dictatorship of relativism". Although they are two very different paradigms, it is understood that this interdisciplinary relationship makes it possible to find elements to better understand the transmission of the faith in theological perspective / Os processos de seculariza??o do mundo ocidental trouxeram, em sua esteira, diversas implica??es para a f? crist?. A presente pesquisa prop?e-se a fazer uma an?lise da seculariza??o e da f? na atual contemporaneidade, a fim de lan?ar bases para uma Nova Evangeliza??o da Igreja. Para isso, se analisa a obra do espanhol Jos? Casanova, soci?logo da religi?o, e a do alem?o Joseph Ratzinger, te?logo e Papa em?rito, colocando-os em di?logo. A abordagem de Casanova elucida o fen?meno seculariza??o em suas diferentes facetas, constatando o surgimento das religi?es p?blicas e a emerg?ncia de um pluralismo religioso globalizado. A reflex?o de Ratzinger (Bento XVI) incita a compreender a f? como ades?o ? verdade, num contexto que ele considera uma ?ditadura do relativismo?. Embora sejam dois paradigmas bem diferentes, entende-se que essa rela??o interdisciplinar possibilita encontrar elementos para compreender melhor a quest?o da transmiss?o da f? em perspectiva teol?gica.

Magistro darbo objektas – politinių partijų logotipai. Darbo tikslas – ištirti kaip politinės partijos identifikuoja save logotipų pagalba ir nustatyti tokios identifikacijos kriterijus bei jų pritaikymą Lietuvoje. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: nustatyti logotipo, kaip identifikacijos priemonės, pagrindinius elementus; išnagrinėti logotipo atpažinimo procesą; apsibrėžti, kas yra logotipo reikšmė; išnagrinėti logotipo reikšmės formavimo procesą; išskirti sėkmingos identifikacijos kriterijus; ištirti Lietuvoje registruotų politinių partijų logotipus pagal sėkmingus identifikacijos kriterijus. Naudojantis mokslinės literatūros analizės metodais ir kiekybiniu partijų logotipų atpažinimo tyrimu, prieita prie išvados, kad politinės partijos identifikacija yra ne tik logotipo atpažinimas, bet ir jo susiejimas su konkrečiomis reikšmėmis. Logotipo atpažinimas yra jo susiejimas su teisinga partija ir jos pavadinimu. Tačiau tai tik dalis politinės partijos identifikacijos, neatskleidžianti kaip potencialūs rinkėjai suvokia konkrečią partiją, kokias vertybes ir idėjas jai priskiria. Logotipo reikšmė – tai kitas politinės partijos identifikacijos kriterijus. Jis susijęs su potencialių rinkėjų logotipo suvokimo metu jam priskiriamomis reikšmėmis. Šios reikšmės atspindi potencialių rinkėjų požiūrį į partiją, jos narius ir lyderius, veiklos stilių ir pan. Atlikus Lietuvos politinių partijų logotipų tyrimą paaiškėjo, kad partijai priskiriamos reikšmės yra stipriai įtakojamos logotipo... Expressing oneself involves explicit actions such as telling others about particular attitude, physical or mental features that are inherent to a certain group where one belongs. The most convenient form of expressing oneself is through communication. In this paper identification is discussed in the light of visual communication used by political parties in their campaigns. Visual communication is somewhat underestimated as a mean for quick and culture-fair identification since most of the works in this sphere involves verbal communication. Logotype is universal form of visual identification. It contains symbols and colours that are the most basic means of communication and can be identified even more easily than verbal information. The main object of this paper is to examine identification of political parties through their logotypes and define the notion of identification by setting proper measurement test. This is done by setting a certain tasks: define the notion and structure of logotype as a mean for identification; analyze the process of logotype recognition; define the notion of symbolic logotype meaning; examine the process of logotype meaning formation; mark the tests of successful identification; analyze logotypes of political parties in Lithuania for successful identification tests. Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos kompetencija yra tiksliai apibrėžta Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos įstatyme. Akivaizdu, kad jos funkcijos yra plačios. Atsižvelgiant į tai darbe akcentuotas dėmesys į darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos pažeidimus, nelegalaus darbo reiškinių prevenciją, darbo apmokėjimo įmonėse kontrolę, darbo laiko apskaitos pažeidimus bei vykdomą aktyvią, kryptingą visuomenės konsultavimo ir informavimo veiklą. Magistrinio darbo tikslas - atskleisti Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos kompetencijos ypatumus, išanalizuoti pagrindines jos funkcijas, jų įgyvendinimą, o taip pat išskirti Lietuvos teisės teorijoje ir praktikoje kylančias problemas, teisiškai jas įvertinti, bei pasiūlyti jų sprendimo variantus. Savo veikloje Valstybinė darbo inspekcija taiko įvairius kontrolės ir prevencijos būdus: inspektavimą, darbdavių, juos atstovaujančių ar įgaliotų asmenų mokymą ir konsultavimą. Siekdama optimaliai spręsti darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos bei darbo įstatymų problemas ji vis labiau įtvirtina konsultavimu, informaciniu dialogu grindžiamus santykius su darbdaviais ir darbuotojais. Valstybinės darbo inspekcijos veikla ir sukaupta praktika leidžia formuoti ir keisti darbo teisę. / The competence of the State Labor Inspectorate is precisely defined in the State Labor Inspection Law. It is clear that its function is wide. Considering this, the attention in my work has been focused on occupational safety and health violations, prevention of illegal employment effects, control companies pay, working time accounting irregularities and also active and purposeful management of public consultation and conveyance. The aim of master’s work is to highlight the features of the implementation of the State Labor Inspectorate, to analyze its main features, their implementation, as well as to distinguish theory and practice problems of Lithuanian law, to evaluate them legally and to propose the solutions. In its activities the State Labor Inspectorate applies different control and prevention methods: inspection, training and consulting of employers, their representatives or attorneys. In order to tackle employees’ health and safety, and employment law problems, it introduces more and more consulting, information dialogue-based relations with employers and workers. State Labor Inspectorate activity and accumulated practice allows to shape and modify the labor law.
